Abstract

本发明公开了一种水性处理PVC制品及其生产工艺,由以下原料制成:重量份数为100份的聚氯乙烯树脂、重量份数为10~50份的碳酸钙、重量份数为40~120份邻苯二甲酸酯类;重量份数为1~10份的改质剂、重量份数为1~10发泡剂、重量份数为1~10份的稳定剂、和重量份数为2~20份的色料。本发明与现有技术相比,产品处理过程中不再排放MEK等溶剂气体,仅有水蒸气排放以减少污染。成品不再有溶剂味,改善车内空气质量。

技术领域
本发明属于塑料应用技术领域,具体涉及一种水性处理PVC制品及其生产工艺。
背景技术
现随着社会不断进步,人们对生活质量要求越来越高,针对车内空气质量(如车内座椅皮料、门板皮料等)及家装市场(如室内软包)之环保性要求随之越来越高,现研试使用水性处理剂替代现用溶剂型处理剂生产以满足客户之环保要求。
发明内容
发明目的:为了解决现有技术的不足,本发明提供了一种水性处理PVC制品的生产工艺。
技术方案:一种水性处理PVC制品,由以下原料制成:重量份数为100份的聚氯乙烯树脂、重量份数为10~50份的碳酸钙、重量份数为40~120份邻苯二甲酸酯类;重量份数为1~10份的改质剂、重量份数为1~10份发泡剂、重量份数为1~10份的稳定剂、和重量份数为2~20份的色料。
作为优化:所述改质剂为紫外线吸收剂或者阻燃剂。
作为优化:所述发泡剂为偶氮二甲酰胺。
作为优化:所述穩定剂为硬脂酸钡、硬脂酸锌、硬脂酸鈣、鋇鋅綜合安定劑及鈣鋅系綜合安定劑中的一种或几种混合物。
一种根据所述的水性处理PVC制品的生产工艺,包括PVC半成品贴合生产,表面前处理、发泡压花、表面后处理步骤;
该PVC半成品生产步骤包括如下工序:
(1)将上述配方投入万马力机榨料,成融胶块状之料,入轧轮机(即二辊)中充分翻料,促进更均匀之混合与胶化度,以四辊压延机压延成型,另贴合底布,于胶布机压延之同时于压花轮贴合底布,得PVC发泡半成品,PVC发泡半成品生产完后再进行面料贴合,混合料温100~140℃,压延温度150~210℃;
(2)PVC底、面料贴合完后,通过水性丙烯酸类或水性聚氨酯类底涂处理剂进行前处理,处理完后以发泡机进行发泡,通过Heater加热器,不同压花轮压出所需纹路,发泡温度180~240℃;
(3)PVC发泡完后,再以水性丙烯酸类或水性聚氨酯类底涂处理剂进行二次前处理,进一步提高皮料表面处理膜层强度,處理料溫為80~150℃;
(4)发泡完后再以压花机进行真空压花,压纹料温为160~200℃,压花完后再以高耐磨处理剂进行表面处理,处理料温为80~150℃,最后通过水性丙烯酸类或水性聚氨酯类顶涂处理剂完成最终成品。
有益效果:本发明与现有技术相比,具有以下技术效果:
1.产品处理过程中不再排放MEK等溶剂气体,仅有水蒸气排放以减少污染。
2.成品不再有溶剂味,改善车内空气质量。

实施例1
一种水性处理PVC制品,由以下原料制成:重量份数为100份的聚氯乙烯树脂、重量份数为10份的碳酸钙、重量份数为80份邻苯二甲酸酯类;重量份数为10份的改质剂、重量份数为2.5份发泡剂、重量份数为4.5份的稳定剂、和重量份数为3.82份的色料。
所述改质剂为紫外线吸收剂或者阻燃剂。所述发泡剂为偶氮二甲酰胺。所述穩定劑為鈣鋅綜合安定劑。
一种根据所述的水性处理PVC制品的生产工艺,包括PVC半成品贴合生产,表面前处理、发泡压花、表面后处理步骤;
该PVC半成品生产步骤包括如下工序:
(1)将上述配方投入万马力机榨料,成融胶块状之料,入轧轮机(即二辊)中充分翻料,促进更均匀之混合与胶化度,以四辊压延机压延成型,另贴合底布,于胶布机压延之同时于压花轮贴合底布,得PVC发泡半成品,PVC发泡半成品生产完后再进行面料贴合,混合料温100℃,压延温度150℃;
(2)PVC底、面料贴合完后,通过水性丙烯酸类或水性聚氨酯类底涂处理剂进行前处理,处理完后以发泡机进行发泡,通过Heater加热器,不同压花轮压出所需纹路,发泡温度180℃;
(3)PVC发泡完后,再以水性丙烯酸类或水性聚氨酯类底涂处理剂进行二次前处理,进一步提高皮料表面处理膜层强度,處理料溫110℃;
(4)发泡完后再以压花机进行真空压花,压纹料温为160℃,压花完后再以高耐磨处理剂进行表面处理,处理料温为110℃,最后通过水性丙烯酸类或水性聚氨酯类顶涂处理剂完成最终成品。
实施例2
一种水性处理PVC制品,由以下原料制成:重量份数为100份的聚氯乙烯树脂、重量份数为20份的碳酸钙、重量份数为100份邻苯二甲酸酯类;重量份数为10份的改质剂、重量份数为5份发泡剂、重量份数为7份的稳定剂、和重量份数为12份的色料。
所述改质剂为紫外线吸收剂或者阻燃剂。所述发泡剂为偶氮二甲酰胺。所述穩定劑為鋇鋅綜合安定劑。
一种根据所述的水性处理PVC制品的生产工艺,包括PVC半成品贴合生产,表面前处理、发泡压花、表面后处理步骤;
该PVC半成品生产步骤包括如下工序:

(3)PVC发泡完后,再以水性丙烯酸类或水性聚氨酯类底涂处理剂进行二次前处理,进一步提高皮料表面处理膜层强度,处理料温为130℃;
(4)发泡完后再以压花机进行真空压花,压纹料温为200℃,压花完后再以高耐磨处理剂进行表面处理,处理料温为140℃,最后通过水性丙烯酸类或水性聚氨酯类顶涂处理剂完成最终成品。
实施例3
PVC由以下原料制成:重量份数为100份的聚氯乙烯树脂、重量份数为20份的碳酸钙、重量份数为98份的邻苯二甲酸酯、重量份数为4.2份的发泡剂、重量份数为2份的液体稳定剂和重量份数为4.5份的粉体稳定剂,重量份数为10份的阻燃剂。
第一步:将上述原料混合10-15min,使各组分分散均匀;
第二步:将第二步混合后的物料在160-200℃温度下用压延机抽PVC膜,贴合在革基布,在180-240℃下通过发泡炉发泡至所需纹理、厚度。
经基础配方调整及特殊处理,更换新型水性处理剂,处理过程中无溶剂气体排出。
本发明与现有技术相比,产品处理过程中不再排放MEK等溶剂气体,仅有水蒸气排放以减少污染。成品不再有溶剂味,改善车内空气质量。

1.一种水性处理PVC制品,其特征在于:由以下原料制成:重量份数为100份的聚氯乙烯树脂、重量份数为10~50份的碳酸钙、重量份数为40~120份邻苯二甲酸酯类;重量份数为1~10份的改质剂、重量份数为1~10份发泡剂、重量份数为1~10份的稳定剂、和重量份数为2~20份的色料。
2.根据权利要求1所述的水性处理PVC制品的生产工艺,其特征在于:所述改质剂为紫外线吸收剂或者阻燃剂。
3.根据权利要求1所述的水性处理PVC制品的生产工艺,其特征在于:所述穩定剂为硬脂酸钡、硬脂酸锌、硬脂酸鈣、鋇鋅綜合安定劑及鈣鋅系綜合安定劑中的一种或几种混合物。
4.根据权利要求1所述的水性处理PVC制品的生产工艺,其特征在于:所述发泡剂为偶氮二甲酰胺。
5.一种根据权利要求1所述的水性处理PVC制品的生产工艺,其特征在于:包括PVC半成品贴合生产,表面前处理、发泡压花、表面后处理步骤;
该PVC半成品生产步骤包括如下工序:
(1)将上述配方投入万马力机榨料,成融胶块状之料,入轧轮机(即二辊)中充分翻料,促进更均匀之混合与胶化度,以四辊压延机压延成型,另贴合底布,于胶布机压延之同时于压花轮贴合底布,得PVC发泡半成品,PVC发泡半成品生产完后再进行面料贴合,混合料温100~140℃,压延温度150~210℃;
