本发明所述一种防老化台布及其制作方法,所述底膜包括:PVC粉77‑82份,DOP 20‑28份,碳酸钙8‑16份,稳定剂2‑3份,发泡剂1‑3份,大豆油3‑5份,二氧化钛0.5‑1.8份,功能助剂0.3‑0.6份,颜料0.1‑0.2份;所述面膜包括:PVC粉72‑78份,DOP 25‑30份,碳酸钙10‑18份,稳定剂2‑4份,大豆油5‑13份,功能助剂0.6‑0.8份,颜料0.1‑0.3份,通过该成分配比,使台布塑料安全环保,对环境污染小,使用寿命长,耐磨和抗菌性好。
Description
技术领域
本发明属于塑料台布技术领域,具体地说,涉及一种防老化台布及其制作方法。
背景技术
台布,是一类覆盖于台、桌面上用以防污或增加美观的纺织品。
塑料台布多以PVC材质的为主,PVC台布具有颜色和花型多样,易搭配多种装修风格,是软装潢不错的选择。这款桌布耐脏,易清洗,易携带。使用寿命长,不易褪色、掉色。PVC台布早在欧美国家非常流行,近年来日本及东南亚国家由于天气较热,PVC台布在这些国家也开始流行,在我国因其价廉物美的特性也受到众多家庭的欢迎。
但是,老化现象是PVC台布的一大缺陷,因此提高PVC台布的抗老化性能成为研究和开发PVC台布产品的一个重要方向,而且现有的PVC台布只具有截留细菌的功能而没有抑菌或杀菌性能,在长时间运行的情况下容易受生物污染,从而降低了PVC台布的使用寿命。
同时,PVC台布给人民生活带来方便,给人类也带来了较大的环保隐患,随着人民生活水平、环保意识的不断提高,人民对PVC台布的环保要求也越来越高。
发明内容
本发明克服了现有技术中的缺点,提供了一种防老化台布及其制作方法,其安全环保,成本低且耐用可靠。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:
一种防老化台布,包括有底膜和面膜,
所述底膜包括:PVC粉77-82份,DOP 20-28份,碳酸钙8-16份,稳定剂2-3份,发泡剂1-3份,大豆油3-5份,二氧化钛0.5-1.8份,功能助剂0.3-0.6份,颜料0.1-0.2份;
所述面膜包括:PVC粉72-78份,DOP 25-30份,碳酸钙10-18份,稳定剂2-4份,大豆油5-13份,功能助剂0.6-0.8份,颜料0.1-0.3份。
进一步,还添加所述PVC粉质量分数0.05~0.08%的黄连粉。
进一步,还添加所述PVC粉质量分数0.03~0.05%的龙胆草粉。
进一步,还添加所述PVC粉质量分数0.02~0.04%的硼砂。
进一步,所述稳定剂为钙锌类稳定剂。
进一步,所述功能助剂为苯甲基硅油。
一种PVC台布的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
1)将底膜的PVC粉过筛后按比例加入其余各种组分,高速搅拌,之后经密炼机塑化;
2)再经二次开炼机塑化,接着经挤出机输送至胶布机进行压延形成底膜,同理制得面膜;
3)将步骤中的底膜和面膜高温贴合;
4)将步骤2)中的透明膜经印花机后形成透明印花膜,再将透明印花膜覆盖于步骤中的面膜上方,且高温贴合,最后再经压纹、冷却、收卷。

以下对本发明的优选实施例进行说明,应当理解,此处所描述的优选实施例仅用于说明和解释本发明,并不用于限定本发明。
一种防老化台布,包括有底膜和面膜,
底膜包括:PVC粉78份,DOP 22份,碳酸钙12份,稳定剂2.7份,发泡剂1.8份,大豆油5份,二氧化钛1.3份,功能助剂0.4份,颜料0.18份;
面膜包括:PVC粉73份,DOP 26份,碳酸钙15份,稳定剂2.3份,大豆油7份,功能助剂0.65份,颜料0.2份,稳定剂为钙锌类稳定剂,功能助剂为苯甲基硅油
还添加PVC粉质量分数0.06%的黄连粉,0.043%的龙胆草粉,0.035%的硼砂。
一种PVC台布的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
1)将底膜的PVC粉过筛后按比例加入其余各种组分,高速搅拌,之后经密炼机塑化;
2)再经二次开炼机塑化,接着经挤出机输送至胶布机进行压延形成底膜,同理制得面膜;
3)将步骤中的底膜和面膜高温贴合;
4)将步骤2)中的透明膜经印花机后形成透明印花膜,再将透明印花膜覆盖于步骤中的面膜上方,且高温贴合,最后再经压纹、冷却、收卷。
5)对得到的防老化台布进行性能测试,其结果如下:

所述底膜包括:PVC粉77-82份,DOP 20-28份,碳酸钙8-16份,稳定剂2-3份,发泡剂1-3份,大豆油3-5份,二氧化钛0.5-1.8份,功能助剂0.3-0.6份,颜料0.1-0.2份;
所述面膜包括:PVC粉72-78份,DOP 25-30份,碳酸钙10-18份,稳定剂2-4份,大豆油5-13份,功能助剂0.6-0.8份,颜料0.1-0.3份。
2.根据权利要求1所述一种防老化台布,其特征在于,还添加所述PVC粉质量分数0.05~0.08%的黄连粉。
3.根据权利要求1所述一种PVC台布,其特征在于,还添加所述PVC粉质量分数0.03~0.05%的龙胆草粉。
4.根据权利要求1所述一种PVC台布,其特征在于,还添加所述PVC粉质量分数0.02~0.04%的硼砂。
5.根据权利要求1所述一种PVC台布,其特征在于,所述稳定剂为钙锌类稳定剂。
6.根据权利要求1所述一种PVC台布,其特征在于,所述功能助剂为苯甲基硅油。
7.根据权利要求1所述一种PVC台布的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
1)将底膜的PVC粉过筛后按比例加入其余各种组分,高速搅拌,之后经密炼机塑化;
