本发明所述一种PVC台布及其制作方法,按照质量比,包括:PVC粉70‑80份,DOP 25‑30份,碳酸钙10‑20份,稳定剂2‑3份,大豆油5‑10份,二氧化钛0.5‑2份,功能助剂0.5‑0.8,颜料0.1‑0.2份,通过该成分配比,使台布具有抑菌的性能,而且环保,对环境污染小,使用寿命长。

技术领域
本发明属于台布技术领域,具体地说,涉及一种PVC台布及其制作方法。
背景技术
台布,是一类覆盖于台、桌面上用以防污或增加美观的纺织品。
塑料台布多以PVC材质的为主,PVC台布具有颜色和花型多样,易搭配多种装修风格,是软装潢不错的选择。这款桌布耐脏,易清洗,易携带。使用寿命长,不易褪色、掉色。PVC台布早在欧美国家非常流行,近年来日本及东南亚国家由于天气较热,PVC台布在这些国家也开始流行,在我国因其价廉物美的特性也受到众多家庭的欢迎。
但是,老化现象是PVC台布的一大缺陷,因此提高PVC台布的抗老化性能成为研究和开发PVC台布产品的一个重要方向,而且现有的PVC台布只具有截留细菌的功能而没有抑菌或杀菌性能,在长时间运行的情况下容易受生物污染,从而降低了PVC台布的使用寿命。
同时,PVC台布给人民生活带来方便,给人类也带来了较大的环保隐患,随着人民生活水平、环保意识的不断提高,人民对PVC台布的环保要求也越来越高。
发明内容
本发明克服了现有技术中的缺点,提供了一种PVC台布及其制作方法,提高了PVC台布的抗老化性能,延长了老化时间和使用寿命,而且具有抑菌功能,对环境污染小。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:
一种PVC台布,按照质量比,包括:PVC粉70-80份,DOP 25-30份,碳酸钙10-20份,稳定剂2-3份,大豆油5-10份,二氧化钛0.5-2份,功能助剂0.5-0.8份,颜料0.1-0.2份。
进一步,所述功能助剂为亚磷酸酯和微晶石蜡,其中,亚磷酸酯为0.4-0.6份,微晶石蜡为0.1-0.2份。
进一步,按照质量百分比,所述功能助剂包括亚磷酸苯二异辛酯和苯甲基硅油,其中亚磷酸苯二异辛酯为0.3-0.5份,苯甲基硅油为0.2-0.3份。
进一步,还添加所述PVC粉质量分数0.05~0.1%的木糖醇粉。
进一步,还添加所述PVC粉质量分数0.03~0.05%的丁香罗勒油。
进一步,还添加所述PVC粉质量分数0.02~0.04%的硼砂。
进一步,所述稳定剂为钙锌类稳定剂。
一种PVC台布的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
1)将底膜的PVC粉过筛后按比例加入其余各种组分,高速搅拌,之后经密炼机塑化,
2)再经二次开炼机塑化,接着经挤出机输送至胶布机进行压延形成底膜,同理分别制得面膜和透明膜;
3)将步骤中的底膜和面膜高温贴合;将步骤2)中的透明膜经印花机后形成透明印花膜,再将透明印花膜覆盖于2)步骤中的面膜上方,且高温贴合,最后再经压纹、冷却、收卷。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:
本发明所述一种PVC台布及其制作方法,按照质量比,包括:PVC粉70-80份,DOP25-30份,碳酸钙10-20份,稳定剂2-3份,大豆油5-10份,二氧化钛0.5-2份,功能助剂0.5-0.8份,颜料0.1-0.2份,通过该成分配比,使台布具有抑菌的性能,而且环保,对环境污染小,使用寿命长。
具体实施方式
以下对本发明的优选实施例进行说明,应当理解,此处所描述的优选实施例仅用于说明和解释本发明,并不用于限定本发明。
实施例1:
一种PVC台布,按照质量比,包括:PVC粉75份,DOP 28份,碳酸钙15份,稳定剂2.5份,稳定剂为钙锌类稳定剂,大豆油8份,二氧化钛1份,功能助剂0.6份,颜料0.15份,通过上述配比可以制备底膜。
功能助剂包括亚磷酸酯和微晶石蜡,其中,亚磷酸酯为0.5份,微晶石蜡为0.1份,亚磷酸酯具有较高的热稳定性,耐侯性及耐水解稳定性,微晶石蜡可以有效提高台布寿命,防止老化。
同时,还添加PVC粉质量分数0.05~0.1%的木糖醇粉,添加PVC粉质量分数0.04%的丁香罗勒油,木糖醇粉和丁香罗勒油同样具有抑菌作用,而且分散度好,添加PVC粉质量分数0.03%的硼砂,硼砂具有抑菌防腐作用,由于台布上会放置各种带有油污的物品,容易滋生细菌,上述成分的加入有效抑制了细菌的产生。
面膜的配方按照质量比,包括:PVC粉77份,DOP 28份,碳酸钙17份,稳定剂2.6份,大豆油8份,二氧化钛1.2份,功能助剂0.5份,颜料0.1份,同时添加一定量的木糖醇粉、丁香罗勒油和硼砂。
透明膜的配方按照质量比,包括:PVC粉72份,DOP 26份,碳酸钙11份,稳定剂2.2份,大豆油5份,二氧化钛0.5份,功能助剂0.7份,颜料0.18份,同时添加一定量的木糖醇粉、丁香罗勒油和硼砂。
一种PVC台布的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
1)将底膜的PVC粉过筛后按比例加入其余各种组分,高速搅拌,之后经密炼机塑化,
2)再经二次开炼机塑化,接着经挤出机输送至胶布机进行压延形成底膜,同理分别制得面膜和透明膜;
3)将步骤中的底膜和面膜高温贴合;将步骤2)中的透明膜经印花机后形成透明印花膜,再将透明印花膜覆盖于2)步骤中的面膜上方,且高温贴合,最后再经压纹、冷却、收卷。
通过该方法和功能助剂的使用,和各功能助剂很好的分散在PVC粉中,而且木糖醇粉、丁香罗勒油和硼砂在透明膜、面膜和底膜中均有添加,实现全方位的抑菌,防止老化。
对得到的PVC台布进行性能测试,其结果如下:
实施例2:
本实施例与实施例1的技术方案大致相同,相同之处不在赘述,其区别在于:
按照质量百分比,功能助剂包括亚磷酸苯二异辛酯和苯甲基硅油,其中亚磷酸苯二异辛酯为0.35份,苯甲基硅油为0.25份。
亚磷酸苯二异辛酯具有较好的抗氧化性,苯甲基硅油具有较好的憎水防潮性能。

Claims (8)

1.一种PVC台布,其特征在于,按照质量比,包括:PVC粉70-80份,DOP25-30份,碳酸钙10-20份,稳定剂2-3份,大豆油5-10份,二氧化钛0.5-2份,功能助剂0.5-0.8份,颜料0.1-0.2份。
2.根据权利要求1所述一种PVC台布,其特征在于,所述功能助剂为亚磷酸酯和微晶石蜡,其中,亚磷酸酯为0.4-0.6份,微晶石蜡为0.1-0.2份。
3.根据权利要求1所述一种PVC台布,其特征在于,按照质量百分比,所述功能助剂包括亚磷酸苯二异辛酯和苯甲基硅油,其中亚磷酸苯二异辛酯为0.3-0.5份,苯甲基硅油为0.2-0.3份。
4.根据权利要求1所述一种PVC台布,其特征在于,还添加所述PVC粉质量分数0.05~0.1%的木糖醇粉。
5.根据权利要求1所述一种PVC台布,其特征在于,还添加所述PVC粉质量分数0.03~0.05%的丁香罗勒油。
6.根据权利要求1所述一种PVC台布,其特征在于,还添加所述PVC粉质量分数0.02~0.04%的硼砂。
7.根据权利要求1所述一种PVC台布,其特征在于,所述稳定剂为钙锌类稳定剂。
8.根据权利要求1所述一种PVC台布的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
1)将底膜的PVC粉过筛后按比例加入其余各种组分,高速搅拌,之后经密炼机塑化;
2)再经二次开炼机塑化,接着经挤出机输送至胶布机进行压延形成底膜,同理分别制得面膜和透明膜;
3)将步骤中的底膜和面膜高温贴合;
4)将步骤2)中的透明膜经印花机后形成透明印花膜,再将透明印花膜覆盖于2)步骤中的面膜上方,且高温贴合,最后再经压纹、冷却、收卷。
