本发明涉及一种含有多种维生素矿物质舌下含片,特别适用于运动人群,有效缓解在运动训练和比赛中的疲劳、提高运动能力和延长运动寿命。
背景技术
运动员在运动训练和比赛中所消耗的能量比普通人要多得多。由于长期的训练,剧烈的肌肉运动,对能量、维生素和矿物质需求就会增多,导致维生素和矿物质缺乏,因此合理的膳食和科学的补充维生素和矿物质很有必要,合理的补充维生素和矿物质会消除疲劳、提高运动能力和延长运动寿命。但是,对于个体所需要维生素与矿物质的量,以及保证机体正常水平的最佳供给系统,多数运动员并没有充分地理解,他们通常错误的认为应当通过服用高剂量补充剂,来提供大量的维生素与矿物质。加之,现在一些公司在运动饮料中选择性添加维生素,而没有充分考虑它们对于增加液体的渗透压与降低向运动肌肉运送液体速度的影响。这一做法的最终结果是维生素与矿物质的摄入过多,并且使液体运送质量降低。同时由于首过效应和胃肠道环境的影响使得维生素和矿物质的吸收并不充分,这一方面造成维生素矿物质等的损失,另一方面也不利于远动员合理有效地控制维生素矿物质等的摄入。
本发明的维生素矿物质舌下含片,利用舌下粘膜丰富的血管,并具有良好的通透性,使药物吸收迅速,生物利用度较高,药物直接进入血液循环,不受首过效应和胃肠道环境影响,另外配方专为运动人群设计,能缓解运动员在运动训练和比赛中的疲劳、提高运动能力和延长运动寿命。

本发明的一个目的在于提供一种适用于运动人群的多种维生素矿物质舌下含片,其配比科学,无毒副作用,能缓解运动员在运动训练和比赛中的疲劳、提高运动能力和延长运动寿命。

本发明所述的多种维生素矿物质舌下含片通过如下制备方法制备获得,具体按照以下步骤实施:
步骤1、称量:将所有原料按配方量称量,过筛备用;
步骤2、混合:将步骤1称取的维生素A、维生素B1、维生素B2、维生素B6、维生素B12、维生素D3、烟酸、叶酸、生物素、维生素C、维生素K、泛酸、维生素E、钙、镁、锰、铁、锌、硒、铜按照等量递增的方法混合均匀,得物料1;
步骤3、混合:将物料1、聚维酮、酒石酸、乳糖和甘露醇过80目筛5次,混合均匀,得物料2;
步骤4、制软材:将10%聚乙烯吡咯烷酮水溶液加入物料2中,制成软材;
步骤5、将步骤4获得的软材制成湿颗粒;

运动员体内代谢旺盛,对维生素的需要量相应增多。维生素缺乏,对运动成绩的影响是巨大的。有研究表明,8周低维生素摄入后,血液维生素浓度、尿维生素排泄量、红细胞酶的活性均出现下降。运动员的最大摄氧量下降9.8%,乳酸积累起点下降19.6%,均与对照组有非常显著性差异。也就是说,维生素群可以在几周内使运动能力出现明显下降。舌下片从口腔黏膜毛细血管吸收到发挥作用仅需30-60s,比口服快10-20倍,能满足运动员在运动场上补充的需要,市场应用前景广阔。
本发明考察了运动员营养素补充剂推荐的摄入量,根据运动员的日常饮食习惯,设计了维生素矿物质舌下片的配方。
维生素A:与正常视觉密切相关,帮助维持骨骼、皮肤与红细胞健康,保持免疫系统的正常功能;运动员推荐摄入量700-900μg/天。
维生素B族(如B1、B2)作为辅酶因子在糖酵解、三羧酸循环、氧化磷酸化、脂肪β-氧化和氨基酸降解供能中起到调控和限速作用。耐力运动对线粒体内调控有氧氧化代谢及电子转移链的酶有极高的挑战,当影响耐力运动的关键营养物质(如维生素B族)补充不及时或者不足的情况下,调控有氧氧化和电子转移酶的活性降低,有氧氧化供能速度下降,导致运动员无法及时补充能量,进而影响运动能力。
维生素B1:将摄入的食品能量转化成肌肉能量与热量,在这个代谢过程中,维生素B1硫胺酸通过其活性辅酶焦磷酸硫胺酸去除能量反应中的二氧化碳而起作用;运动员推荐摄入量1.5-4.0mg/天,根据所消耗的总热量而定。
维生素B2:通过其辅酶黄素腺嘌呤二核苷酸与黄素单核苷酸参与能量产生和正常的细胞活动,这些辅酶主要参与从摄入的碳水化合物、蛋白质与脂肪中获取能量;运动员推荐摄入量1.1mg/1000卡,1.6-3.0mg/天。
烟酸:提高脂肪燃烧率,并促进肌肉恢复,调节血压;通过其活性辅酶参与碳水化合物、蛋白质和脂肪的能量生成过程、糖原的合成,以及细胞的正常新陈代谢。这些酶—烟酰胺腺嘌呤二核苷酸与烟酰胺腺嘌呤二核苷酸磷酸—是维持正常肌肉功能所必需的;运动员推荐摄入量14-20mg/天。
维生素B6:参与对运动成绩至关重要的肌肉、血红蛋白以及其他蛋白的合成,还参与与肌糖原的分解已获得能量;B2和B6可以帮助铁元素共同维持红细胞和血红蛋白的健康。硒和维生素E合用对增强抗体产生和淋巴细胞转化反应有协同作用;运动员推荐摄入量1.5-2.0mg/天。
维生素B12:帮助制造红血球,维持良好的神经系统和注意力DNA、RNA形成必需的辅酶,红、白细胞形成必需的辅酶,维护神经、消化道和皮肤组织;运动员推荐摄入量2.4-2.5μg/天。
叶酸:氨基酸代谢和蛋白合成的要素之一。叶酸和维生素B12在生成健康的红细胞过程中共同其作用;运动员推荐摄入量400μg/天。
维生素C:抗氧化剂,还参与结缔组织胶原蛋白的生成。促进铁元素吸收。服用适当剂量的维生素C会迅速地缓解肌肉酸疼;运动员推荐摄入量100-200mg/天。
生物素:与镁和三磷酸腺苷(ATP)共同作用于二氧化碳的代谢、葡萄糖的合成(糖异生)、糖代谢以及糖原、脂肪酸与氨基酸的合成;运动员推荐摄入量30μg/天。

锰:是一种参与骨骼形成、免疫功能、抗氧化反应以及碳水化合物代谢的微量元素;运动员推荐摄入量2.0-2.5mg/天。
铜:在过氧化歧化酶防止细胞的氧化损伤过程中,铜的作用是非常重要的。铜缺乏与无法利用铁合成血红蛋白与肌红蛋白有关。运动员推荐摄入量900μg/天。

实验实施例1
使用本发明所述多种维生素矿物质舌下片进行试验,具体如下:
1、观察对象:实验组60例,男性30例,女性30例。年龄最小者18岁,最大者30岁。对照组60例,男性30例,女性30例。以上两组人员均排除疾病等其他因素对维生素和矿物质缺乏率的影响。
2、测量仪器和方法:实验组口服上实施例1的多种维生素矿物质舌下片,每日1次,每次1片,连续服用6个月后,对照组未服用任何其他保健食品,仅按照传统方式饮食。两组均在第2个月,第4个月和半年后使用微量元素分析仪检查微量元素,判断维生素和矿物质是否缺乏,检查结果见表1。

为表明本发明的维生素矿物质舌下含片的使用效果,选择30名生理指标正常的运动员,采用自身交叉方式单剂量受试维生素矿物质舌下含片和维生素矿物质片,分别测定维生素C、维生素B1、维生素B12、铁的血药浓度,计算其药动学参数及其相对生物利用度,评价其生物等效性。
1、使用方法:维生素矿物质舌下含片采用舌下含服;维生素矿物质片采用吞服。
2、血药浓度结果分析:
维生素矿物质舌下含片中维生素C的血药达峰时间平均为10.4±4.8min,绝对生物利用度:92.4%,维生素矿物质片所含维生素C的血药达峰时间平均为35.6±2.5min,绝对生物利用度:75.6%;
维生素矿物质舌下含片中维生素B1的血药达峰时间平均为14.4±5.2min,绝对生物利用度:87.4%,维生素矿物质片所含维生素B1的血药达峰时间平均为45.3±3.5min,绝对生物利用度:65.6%;
维生素矿物质舌下含片中维生素B2的血药达峰时间平均为12.4±3.9min,绝对生物利用度:85.1%,维生素矿物质片所含维生素B2的血药达峰时间平均为47.8±4.5min,绝对生物利用度:69.7%;
维生素矿物质舌下含片中维生素B12的血药达峰时间平均为16.3±5.3min,绝对生物利用度:69.8%,维生素矿物质片所含维生素B12的血药达峰时间平均为40.9±4.4min,绝对生物利用度:49.8%;
维生素矿物质舌下含片中铁的血药达峰时间平均为19.6±4.7min,绝对生物利用度:90.2%,维生素矿物质片所含铁的血药达峰时间平均为154.3±3.8min,绝对生物利用度:78.9%;
实验显示舌下片中维生素B1、维生素B2的血药达峰时间较快,绝对生物利用度较高。
实验实施例3
为表明本发明的维生素矿物质舌下含片的使用效果,选择30名生理指标正常的运动员力竭训练后,采用自身交叉方式单剂量受试维生素矿物质舌下含片和维生素矿物质片,测定受试者血乳酸含量,以便确定快速补充维生素矿物质对运动的影响。
由运动后抽血进行血常规检查、生化检验分析得到的结果:运动后血乳酸含量增大。与运动前空白对照组比较,舌下片试食组运动后的血乳酸升高,两组相比,差异具有统计学意义(P=0.000<0.01);维生素矿物质片试食组运动后的血乳酸与空白对照组相比也升高了,两组相比,具有统计学差异(P=0.000<0.01),且维生素矿物质片试食组血乳酸升高的幅度更大。运动后两组间血乳酸含量差异具有统计学意义,维生素矿物质舌下片试食组小于维生素矿物质片试食组。

舌下片快速补充维生素B族可以提高新陈代谢,提高有氧氧化酶类的活性,进而促进三大能源物质参与有氧氧化,加快机体产生能量的速度。与现有技术相比,本发明具有以下有益效果:本发明原料组配合理,无副作用,营养保健效果较好,主要用于缓解运动员在运动训练和比赛中的疲劳、提高运动能力和延长运动寿命。

3.根据权利要求1所述的多种维生素矿物质舌下含片,其特征在于,所述舌下含片由以下成分构成:维生素A(以视黄醇计,μg)375、维生素B1(以硫胺素计,mg)4、维生素B2(以核黄素计,mg)4、维生素B6(以吡哆醇计,mg)2、维生素B12(以钴胺素计,μg)3、维生素D3(以胆钙化醇计,μg)10、烟酸(以烟酸计,mg)15;叶酸(以叶酸计,μg)300、生物素(以生物素计,μg)40、维生素C(以抗坏血酸计,mg)100、维生素K(以植物甲萘醌计,μg)20、泛酸(以泛酸计,mg)3、维生素E(以d-α-生育酚计,mg)15、钙(以Ca计,mg)250-、镁(以Mg计,mg)200、锰(以Mn计,mg)2、铁(以Fe计,mg)12、锌(以Zn计,mg)10、硒(以Se计,mg)40、铜(以Cu计,mg)0.8,乳糖0.01g、甘露醇0.01g、甜菊糖苷0.01g,酒石酸0.01g、聚维酮K30 0.02g。
4.根据权利要求1所述的多种维生素矿物质舌下含片的制备方法,所述制备方法按照以下步骤实施:
步骤1、称量:将所有原料按配方量称量,过筛备用;
步骤2、混合:将步骤1称取的维生素A、维生素B1、维生素B2、维生素B6、维生素B12、维生素D3、烟酸、叶酸、生物素、维生素C、维生素K、泛酸、维生素E、钙、镁、锰、铁、锌、硒、铜按照等量递增的方法混合均匀,得物料1;
步骤3、混合:将物料1、聚维酮、酒石酸、乳糖和甘露醇过80目筛5次,混合均匀,得物料2;
步骤4、制软材:将10%聚乙烯吡咯烷酮水溶液加入物料2中,制成软材;
步骤5、将步骤4获得的软材制成湿颗粒;
步骤6、将步骤5制成的湿颗粒通风干燥至水分含量为3~5wt%,然后用16目筛整粒;
步骤7、在步骤6获得的整粒加入甜菊糖苷、酒石酸,用三维运动混合机进行总混;压片(每片重0.8-1.5g)、内包装、外包装。
5.根据权利要求4所述的制备方法,其特征在于,所述外包装可在避光或非避光条件下进行,其余工序均在避光条件下进行。
6.根据权利要求4所述的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤5中将步骤4获得的所述软材过18~20目筛网制成湿颗粒。
7.根据权利要求4所述的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤6干燥温度为60~70℃。
8.根据权利要求4所述的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤7中用三维运动混合机进行总混的时间为15~20分钟。
