本发明涉及浓缩咖啡机的牛奶起泡机的改进。
发明背景
在发达国家和发展中国家都有咖啡消费不断增长的全球性趋势。为咖啡加牛奶的欧式咖啡目前最受欢迎-具体而言有拿铁咖啡、卡普奇诺和小白咖啡。制作欧式咖啡更为费时,因为牛奶需要通过注入蒸汽来加热以产生泡沫或奶沫,所述泡沫或奶沫对于咖啡风格的整体味道、口感和外观来说是必需组分。
本发明人已开发了公开于WO2014/165911中的自动牛奶起泡机,所述自动牛奶起泡机包括传感器,所述传感器用于确定壶中牛奶的深度;蒸汽探针或壶支撑件,所述蒸汽探针或壶支撑件优选地可由步进电机驱动来移动以维持探针的尖端处于牛奶表面下方;温度传感器,所述温度传感器用于监测壶中牛奶的温度;微控制器,所述微控制器启动过程;维持蒸汽探针相对于牛奶表面的位置。

发明内容
为此目的,本发明提供了一种牛奶起泡机,所述牛奶起泡机包括蒸汽探针,所述蒸汽探针由以下各项组成:内蒸汽管,所述内蒸汽管由与内管环状地间隔开的外管包围;以及喷嘴,所述喷嘴邻近所述内管的出口端安装在所述外管的端部上。
介于内管与外管之间的气隙使外管在蒸汽循环期间与内管中产生的热量隔绝开来。通过使用不锈钢,牛奶不会粘到冷的外管表面上并且不需要清洁探针的外表面。蒸汽自身会使探针的内表面保持清洁。
因此,本发明的探针可以用在公开于WO2014/165911中的牛奶起泡机中,所述专利申请的内容以引用的方式并入本文。
在这个牛奶起泡机中,牛奶的温度由温度传感器感测,所述温度传感器监测牛奶壶的底壁的温度。为了提高温度感测的准确性,使用专用壶,其中所述壶的底壁和下壁是亚光黑色的。
具体实施方式

所描述的实施方案可以用在如在WO2014/165911中所描述的牛奶起泡机中。
如图1所示,牛奶探针10通过螺纹连接附接到蒸汽线11。探针由双壁管组成。内管14附接到蒸汽线,并且外管15与内管14同心并经由间隔件16与所述内管间隔开来。空气空间18使外管15与内管14分开并隔绝开来。作为空气的替代绝热体,这个空气空间可以用任何隔热材料填充。尖端20邻近内管14的端部焊接或螺接到外管15的端部。尖端20结合了蒸汽出口21。由于外管的温度在蒸汽注入步骤期间保持较低,因此牛奶不会附着到外壁的表面并且在蒸汽注入中间不需要清洁所述表面。就像牛奶探针设计中习惯的那样,牛奶探针沿着其长度可以是弯曲或蛇形的。
壶30中牛奶的温度由牛奶起泡机40的主体中的红外传感器35感测。壶30的下表面31被涂布成具有亚光黑色表面以确保准确的温度读数。
优选的涂层是黑铬,所述黑铬略微硬于镍铬合金并且给出能够承受正常洗涤过程的亚光黑色饰面。不锈钢壶也可以喷涂有亚光黑色环氧树脂涂层或材料,诸如“铁矿石”,即一种不粘的涂层。
无论所选材料是什么,都优选是薄的以允许最快的传热。涂层可以使用气相沉积或等离子体增强化学气相沉积使用直流电来施加。需要两阶段过程来对表面进行阳极处理:离子气相沉积以及之后以正常方式进行的阳极处理。

Claims (5)

1.一种牛奶起泡设备,所述牛奶起泡设备包括蒸汽探针,所述蒸汽探针由以下各项组成:内蒸汽管,所述内蒸汽管由与所述内管环状地间隔开的外管包围;以及喷嘴,所述喷嘴邻近所述内管的出口端安装在所述外管的端部上以有助于所述外管表面的清洁。
2.如权利要求1所述的牛奶起泡设备,其中所述探针是由不锈钢制成。
3.如权利要求1所述的牛奶起泡设备,其中非接触式温度传感器邻近壶支撑件定位以监测外部壶表面温度并且壶外表面的下部部分是亚光黑色的。
4.一种用于如权利要求1所述的牛奶起泡设备中的探针,所述探针由以下各项组成:内蒸汽管,所述内蒸汽管由与所述内管环状地间隔开的外管包围;以及喷嘴,所述喷嘴邻近所述内管的出口端安装在所述外管的端部上。
5.如权利要求4所述的探针,其中所述探针是由不锈钢制成。
