技术领域
本发明涉及一种对来自驱动力源的驱动力进行传递的旋转轴在壳体部件内以朝向旋转中心线方向被施压的状态经由圆锥滚子轴承而以可旋转的方式被支承的车辆用动力传递装置,尤其涉及一种提高对所述旋转轴以可旋转的方式进行支承的圆锥滚子轴承的耐粘附性能的技术。
背景技术
已知一种车辆用动力传递装置,其中,对来自驱动源的驱动力进行传递的旋转轴在作为壳体部件而发挥功能的驱动桥壳体内,该对来自驱动力源的驱动力进行传递的旋转轴以在其旋转中心线方向上被预先施加(施压)有载荷的状态,经由圆锥滚子轴承而以可旋转的方式被支承。例如,在日本特开2013-124742中记载的车辆用驱动装置即是这样一种车辆用动力传递装置。
日本特开2013-124742的车辆用驱动装置的驱动桥壳体具备例如圆筒状的主体壳体、与对该主体壳体的发动机侧的开口进行堵塞的端盖,对来自所述驱动力源的驱动力进行传递的旋转轴的一端经由圆锥滚子轴承并通过与驱动桥壳体的端面相对应的上述端盖而以可旋转的方式被支承。另外,发动机直接或者经由板而间接地被结合在,于被设置于该端盖的外表面上的凸条的顶部处所形成的组合面上。
发明内容
可是,虽然组合面被形成于顶面上的凸条由于厚壁大于其他部分因此作为加强用的肋材而发挥功能,但由于车辆用驱动装置的小型化等的原因,有时会以如下方式而配置,即,设置于端盖的外表面上的凸条的一部分穿过所述旋转轴的旋转中心线附近。在这样的情况下,关于以预载荷被施加(施压)于旋转中心线方向上的状态经由圆锥滚子轴承而以可旋转的方式被支承的旋转轴,如果固定零件例如发动机直接或经由板而间接地与被形成于凸条的顶面上的组合面结合,则由于针对于旋转轴的该旋转中心线方向上的预载荷将会不必要地增加,因此,以可旋转的方式对旋转轴进行支承的圆锥滚子轴承的耐粘附性能有可能降低。尤其是,在低温时,由于因圆锥滚子轴承与轻合金制的驱动桥壳体之间的热膨胀系数的不同从而使上述预载荷进一步增加,因此,上述的可能性会变大。
本发明在如下的凸条的一部分被形成于旋转轴的旋转中心线附近的情况下,能够抑制圆锥滚子轴承的耐粘附性能的降低,所述凸条为,在如上所述的车辆用动力传递装置的壳体部件的端面上,用于与固定零件结合的组合面被形成于顶面上的凸条。
作为本发明的方式,包括如下结构,即,所述车辆用动力传递装置包括:驱动力源;圆锥滚子轴承;壳体部件,其包括端面,所述端面包括设置有第一组合面的凸条,所述凸条(72)的一部分以穿过与所述圆锥滚子轴承(62、64)的外轮相对应的区域(A)的方式而被设置在所述端面上;旋转轴,其对来自驱动力源的驱动力进行传递,所述旋转轴在壳体部件内以朝向所述旋转轴的旋转中心线方向被施压的状态、并在所述旋转轴的圆周方向上经由所述圆锥滚子轴承而以进行旋转的方式被支承,所述旋转轴的一端经由所述圆锥滚子轴承并通过所述壳体部件的端面而以进行旋转的方式被支承;所述驱动力源与所述第一组合面结合的结合状态为,所述驱动力源经由固定零件而与所述第一组合面结合的状态、或者所述驱动力源与所述第一组合面直接结合的状态,在与所述圆锥滚子轴承的外轮相对应的区域中,在所述第一组合面和用于结合所述驱动力源的另外的组合面中的至少一方上配置有凹部,所述另外的组合面被配置于所述固定零件或所述驱动力源上。
根据上述的车辆用动力传递装置,由于在被形成于所述凸条上的第一组合面以及用于结合所述驱动力源的另外的组合面中的至少一方的、与所述圆锥滚子轴承的外轮相对应的区域中,局部性地设置有凹部,因此,在使所述固定零件与被形成于所述凸条上的第一组合面结合了的状态下,在形成有所述凹部的区域中相对置的组合面间的间隔将变大,在固定零件被结合或者在结合的基础上成为低温而预载荷增加时,在壳体部件的端面上包括所述旋转中心轴线穿过的位置在内的区域能够退让至该变大的间隔内。由此,由于抑制了针对于圆锥滚子轴承的预载荷的增加,因此,抑制了圆锥滚子轴承的耐粘附性能的降低。
作为本发明的方式,所述驱动力源也可以经由所述固定零件(12)而与所述第一组合面结合。所述固定零件也可以为被插入于所述驱动力源与所述壳体部件的端面之间的板状零件,在所述板状零件中,也可以包括在所述壳体部件侧与所述第一组合面对置的所述第二组合面、被形成于所述驱动力源侧的第三组合面。在所述驱动力源上,于板状零件侧形成有与所述第三组合面对置的第四组合面。所述凹部也可以被设置于所述第二组合面、所述第三组合面以及第四组合面中的至少一方上。
根据上述的车辆用动力传递装置,所述固定零件为被插入于所述驱动力源与所述壳体部件的端面之间的板状零件,在所述板状零件中,与被形成于所述凸条上的所述第一组合面对置的所述第二组合面被形成于所述壳体部件侧,与被形成于所述驱动力源上的第四组合面对置的第三组合面被形成于所述驱动力源侧,所述凹部被形成于所述第二组合面、所述第三组合面以及第四组合面中的至少一方上。如果采用这种方式,则由于所述凹部被形成于壳体侧的第二组合面、所述驱动力源侧的第三组合面以及被形成于所述驱动力源上的第四组合面中的至少一方上,因此,在使所述板状零件与被形成于所述凸条上的第一组合面结合且使驱动力源与板状零件的驱动力源侧的第三组合面结合的状态下,在形成有所述凹部的区域中,对置的组合面间的间隔将变大,当固定零件以及驱动力源被结合或者在该结合的基础上成为低温而预载荷增加时,在壳体部件的端面上包括所述旋转中心轴线穿过的位置在内的区域能够退让至该变大的间隔内。
作为本发明的方式,也可以在所述第一组合面上直接结合所述驱动力源。所述驱动力源也可以在所述壳体部件侧包括与所述第一组合面对置的第四组合面。所述凹部也可以被形成于所述第一组合面以及所述第四组合面中的至少一方的面上。
根据上述的车辆结合结构,在形成有所述凹部的区域中相对置的组合面间的间隔变大,从而在驱动力源被结合或者在该结合的基础上成为低温而预载荷增加时,在壳体部件的端面上包括所述旋转中心轴线穿过的位置在内的区域能够退让至该变大的间隔内。
所述凹部的深度也可以为100μm至300μm。
根据上述的车辆结合结构,在驱动力源被结合或者在结合的基础上成为低温而预载荷增加时,在壳体部件的端面上包括所述旋转中心轴线穿过的位置在内的区域能够退让至该变大的间隔内,并且,由于未使组合面间的间隔大到所需以上,因此能够维持密封性能。

具体实施方式
优选为,所述驱动力源为具备对曲轴的反向旋转进行阻止的单向离合器的发动机,在所述车辆用动力传递装置的壳体部件中收纳有差动齿轮装置,该差动齿轮装置具备与所述发动机连结的第一旋转要素、和与第一电动机连结的第二旋转要素、和与第二电动机连结的第三旋转要素,所述板状零件为所述单向离合器的定子。如果采用这样的方式,则在所述发动机不工作时,所述第一电动机以及第二电动机能够同时作为驱动力源而发挥功能。
优选为,被形成于如下区域中的所述凹部与其他的区域相比,以100μm至几百μm的深度而被形成,所述区域为,被形成于所述凸条上的组合面、所述固定零件的壳体侧组合面以及所述驱动力源侧组合面、以及被形成于所述驱动力源上的组合面中的任意一方的包括所述旋转轴的旋转中心轴线穿过的位置在内的区域。如果采用这样的方式,则当驱动力源被结合或者在该结合的基础上成为低温而预载荷增加时,在壳体部件的端面上包括所述旋转中心轴线穿过的位置在内的区域能够退让至该变大的间隔内,并且由于未使组合面间的间隔大到所需以上,因此,能够维持密封性能。优选为,使密封剂、衬垫、密封垫圈等的可变形的高粘性流体、固形的密封部件介于上述组合面间。
以下,参照附图,对本发明的混合动力车辆用动力传递装置的一个实施例进行详细的说明。并且,在以下的实施例中,图中存在被适当简化或改变的部分,各部分的尺寸比以及形状等并不一定被准确地描绘。
以下,参照附图,对本发明的实施例进行详细的说明。
图1为,例示了适当地应用了本发明的车辆的一部分即混合动力车辆用动力传递装置10(以下,仅称为动力传递装置10)的结构的框架图。该图1所示的动力传递装置10为,适当地被应用于FF(前置发动机·前轮驱动)型车辆中的装置,其被构成为,在作为驱动力源(主动力源)的发动机12、与左右一对的驱动轮14l、14r(以下,在未特别区分的情况下,仅称为驱动轮14)之间的动力传递路径上,主要具备第一驱动部16、第二驱动部18、以及左右一对的车轴22l、22r。
发动机12例如为通过向气缸内喷射的燃料的燃烧而产生驱动力的汽油发动机或者柴油发动机等的内燃机。另外,第一驱动部16被构成为,具备行星齿轮装置24和第一电动机MG1,所述行星齿轮装置24具有作为三个旋转要素的太阳齿轮S、行星齿轮架CA以及内啮合齿轮R,所述第一电动机MG1与该行星齿轮装置24的太阳齿轮S连结。另外,在作为发动机12的输出轴的曲轴26、与作为非旋转部件的驱动桥壳体(壳体部件)50之间,设置有容许发动机12向正转方向进行的旋转而阻止向反转方向进行的旋转的单向离合器F0。因此,发动机12的反转通过单向离合器F0而被阻止。
发动机12的曲轴26经由第一驱动部16的输入轴19而与行星齿轮装置24的行星齿轮架CA连结。另外,该曲轴26与机械式机油泵30连结。另外,作为输出旋转部件的行星齿轮装置24的内啮合齿轮R与输出齿轮32连结。并且,输出齿轮32经由差动齿轮装置20、车轴22而以能够进行动力传递的方式与驱动轮14连结。另外,行星齿轮装置24的太阳齿轮S与第一电动机MG1连结。即,行星齿轮装置24与差动机构相对应,所述差动机构具备与发动机12的曲轴26连结且与单向离合器F0连结的作为第一旋转要素RE1的行星齿轮架CA、与第一电动机MG1连结的作为第二旋转要素RE2的太阳齿轮S、以及作为输出旋转部件即第三旋转要素RE3的内啮合齿轮R。
输出齿轮32与大径齿轮36啮合,该大径齿轮36与副从动轴(旋转轴)34一体设置,该副从动轴(旋转轴)34与作为第一驱动部16的输入轴的曲轴26平行。另外,同样与该副从动轴34一体设置的小径齿轮38与差动齿轮装置20的内啮合齿轮40啮合。另外,大径齿轮36与第二输出齿轮44啮合,该第二输出齿轮44与作为驱动用电动机而发挥功能的第二电动机MG2的输出轴42连结。即,第二电动机MG2以能够进行动力传递的方式而与驱动轮14连结。在此,优选为,第一电动机MG1以及第二电动机MG2均作为电动发电机而发挥功能,所述电动发电机具有作为产生驱动力的电机(驱动力源)以及产生反力的发电机(generator)的功能。
在以上述方式而构成的动力传递装置10中,第一驱动部16中的从发动机12输出的旋转经由作为差动机构的行星齿轮装置24而从输出齿轮32被输出,且经由设置于副从动轴34上的大径齿轮36以及齿数少于该大径齿轮36的小径齿轮38,从而被输入至差动齿轮装置20的内啮合齿轮40。在此,从输出齿轮32输出的旋转以由大径齿轮36的齿数和小径齿轮38的齿数所规定的预定的减速比而被减速,并被输入至差动齿轮装置20的内啮合齿轮40。另外,该差动齿轮装置20作为已被熟知的主减速器而发挥功能。
另外,还构成为,第一驱动部16中的第一电动机MG1的旋转经由行星齿轮装置24而被传递至输出齿轮32,并经由设置于副从动轴34上的大径齿轮36以及小径齿轮38而被传递至差动齿轮装置20的内啮合齿轮40。另外还构成为,第二驱动部18中的第二电动机MG2的旋转经由输出轴42以及第二输出齿轮44而被传递至设置于副从动轴34上的大径齿轮36,并经由该大径齿轮36以及小径齿轮38而被传递至差动齿轮装置20的内啮合齿轮40。即,在本实施例的动力传递装置10中被构成为,发动机12、第一电动机MG1、以及第二电动机MG2中的任意一个装置均能够作为行驶用的驱动源而被使用。
在本实施例的动力传递装置10中,具备作为对上述四轴结构的齿轮系进行收纳的壳体部件而发挥功能的驱动桥壳体50。并且,图1的框架图所示的齿轮为斜齿齿轮。
驱动桥壳体50由例如为压铸铝制且被相互连结的筒状的主体壳体54、对主体壳体54的发动机12侧的开口进行闭合的第一端盖56、以及对主体壳体54的与发动机12相反一侧的开口进行闭合的第二端盖58构成,并通过预定的密封材料而液密地连结。在第一端盖56以及第二端盖58上,分别设置有用于使车轴22l以及22r贯穿的车轴孔60l以及60r。另外,在第一端盖56上设置有使输入轴19贯穿的输入轴贯穿孔21。
图2表示作为对来自驱动力源即发动机12的驱动力进行传递的旋转轴而发挥功能的副从动轴34在驱动桥壳体50内经由一对圆锥滚子轴承62以及圆锥滚子轴承64而以可旋转的方式被支承的状态。填隙片66以及68在副从动轴34的旋转中心线C方向上介于圆锥滚子轴承62的外轮62a与第一端盖56之间、以及圆锥滚子轴承64的外轮64a与主体壳体54之间,在副从动轴34以及对其以可旋转的方式进行支承的一对圆锥滚子轴承62以及圆锥滚子轴承64上,以预先设定的大小而被施加有该旋转中心线C方向上的预载荷。
图3为表示驱动桥壳体50的发动机12侧的端面即第一端盖56的图。另外,图4为表示驱动桥壳体50的与发动机12相反一侧的端面即第二端盖58的图。在这些图3以及图4中,用单点划线的圆而图示了旋转中心线C上的区域、即与对副从动轴34以可旋转的方式进行支承的一对圆锥滚子轴承62的外轮62a以及圆锥滚子轴承64的外轮64a的外径D相对应的区域A。所述旋转中心线C穿过该区域A的中心,该区域A为局部性地承受旋转中心线C方向上的预载荷的反力的部分。
如图3所示,为了经由图5的固定板(固定部件)70并通过螺栓而使发动机12与第一端盖56结合,从而在第一端盖56上,在输入轴贯穿孔21的周围形成有肋材72,肋材72为在顶部形成有平坦的组合面(第一组合面)F1的环状的凸条。该肋材72穿过由单点划线的圆所表示的区域A内、例如穿过该区域A的中心或其附近。该肋材72由于穿出发动机12侧且厚度局部性地较大,因此,还具备对第一端盖56进行加强的功能。固定板70为对应于与第一端盖56结合的固定零件的板状零件,并作为例如单向离合器F0的定子而发挥功能。
在图5中,在固定板70的第一端盖56侧的面的外周厚壁部上,形成有与组合面F1同样的环状的平坦的组合面(第二组合面)F2,这些组合面以对预定的密封材料进行夹持的紧贴状态而被相互组合。另外,在固定板70的发动机12侧的面即图5的固定板70的背面的外周厚壁部上,形成有与图6的形成于发动机12上的组合面(第四组合面)F4同样的环状的平坦的组合面(第三组合面)F3,这些组合面以对预定的密封材料进行夹持的紧贴状态而被相互组合。
在本实施例中,在图5的固定板70的第一端盖56侧的面的外周厚壁部上所形成的组合面F2中的、在沿着肋材72的方向上由包括区域A的虚线所表示的长方形的区域B内,形成有局部的凹部74。例如如图7所示,凹部74与组合面F2的其他部分相比,具有例如从100μm至300μm左右的深度d。图7以展开的方式而表示了沿着组合面F2的宽度方向的中央线的图5的VII-VII线截面。
图8表示了预先通过实验而被确认的、被局部性地形成于固定板的组合面上的凸量(板厚凸量)、与被施加于一对圆锥滚子轴承62以及圆锥滚子轴承64上的预载荷(预加载荷)的增加量之间的关系。凹部74的深度d被设定为,即使在最为增加预载荷的低温使用时,也会成为不破坏圆锥滚子轴承62以及圆锥滚子轴承64的耐粘附性能的程度上的预载荷(预加载荷)的增加量。
图9以及图10为对由凹部74所产生的作用和效果进行说明的概要图。图9为,通过黑色箭头标记的大小的增加来对未设置有凹部74的情况下的驱动桥壳体50、固定板70以及发动机12的组合状态中的预载荷的增加进行说明的概要图。图10为,通过黑色箭头标记的大小的增加来对设置有凹部74的情况下的驱动桥壳体50、固定板70以及发动机12的组合状态中的预载荷的增加进行说明的概要图。
在图9中,在驱动桥壳体50单体中,通过被施加于圆锥滚子轴承62以及圆锥滚子轴承64上的预载荷,从而使驱动桥壳体50的第一端盖56略微向发动机12侧发生弹性变形。在该状态下,当固定板70以及发动机12与第一端盖56的组合面结合时,由于第一端盖56将向该弹性变形变小的方向被按压,因此,对应于此量而使得预载荷增加。而且,当环境温度成为例如-30℃左右的低温时,由于驱动桥壳体50的材质(铝合金)、与副从动轴34以及对其以可旋转的方式进行支承的一对圆锥滚子轴承62以及圆锥滚子轴承64的材质(钢材)之间的热膨胀差,从而使上述预载荷进一步增加。由于该预载荷的增加,从而降低了耐粘附性能。
在图10中,在驱动桥壳体50单体中,与图9相同,通过被施加于圆锥滚子轴承62以及圆锥滚子轴承64上的预载荷,从而使驱动桥壳体50的第一端盖56略微向发动机12侧发生弹性变形。在该状态下,由于即使固定板70以及发动机12与第一端盖56的组合面结合,也会通过凹部74而使第一端盖56被维持其弹性变形,因此,抑制了预载荷的增加。而且。当环境温度成为例如-30℃左右的低温时,虽然由于驱动桥壳体50的材质(铝合金)、与副从动轴34以及对其以可旋转的方式进行支承的一对圆锥滚子轴承62以及圆锥滚子轴承64的材质(钢材)之间的热膨胀差,从而使上述预载荷进一步增加,但是由于抑制了组装时预载荷的增加,因此其结果为,与图9相比,抑制了低温时的预载荷的增加。
如上所述,根据本实施例的动力传递装置10,固定板(固定零件)70的组合面F2中的在沿着肋材72的方向上包含与圆锥滚子轴承62的外轮62a相对应的区域A在内的区域B上,局部性地设置有凹部74。因此,在使固定板70与被形成于肋材(凸条)72上的组合面F1结合的状态下,在形成有凹部74的区域B中,相对置的组合面F1以及F2之间的间隔变大。因此,固定板70被结合或者在结合的基础上成为低温而使圆锥滚子轴承62以及64的预载荷增加时,在驱动桥壳体(壳体部件)50的端面上包括与圆锥滚子轴承62的外轮62a的外径D相对应的区域A在内的区域B能够退让至该变大的间隔内。由此,由于抑制了针对于圆锥滚子轴承62以及64的预载荷的增加,因此,抑制了圆锥滚子轴承62以及64的耐粘附性能的降低。
接下来,对本发明的其他的实施例进行说明。并且,在以下的实施例中,对与前述的实施例共同的部分标记相同的符号,并省略说明。
图11图示了本实施例的驱动桥壳体50的发动机12侧的端面、即第一端盖56。在本实施例的第一端盖56的肋材72的顶部上所形成的平坦的组合面F1中,在沿着肋材72的方向、即沿着第一组合面F1的方向上包含与圆锥滚子轴承62的外轮62a相对应的区域A在内的区域B中,局部性地设置有图7所示的凹部74。
在本实施例中,在第一端盖56的组合面F1上直接结合有图6所示的发动机12。在该发动机12的组合面F4中,在沿着肋材72的方向、即沿着第四组合面F4的方向上包括与圆锥滚子轴承62的外轮62a相对应的区域A在内的区域B中,设置有如图7所示的凹部74。
根据本实施例的车辆用动力传递装置10,作为驱动力源的发动机12与第一端盖56直接结合,凹部74分别被形成于平坦的组合面F1以及发动机的组合面F4上,平坦的组合面F1以及发动机的组合面F4被形成于第一端盖56的肋材72的顶部。这样,由于分别被形成于第一端盖56的组合面F1以及发动机的组合面F4中的在沿着肋材72的方向上包括与圆锥滚子轴承62的外轮62a相对应的区域A在内的区域B内,因此,由于与对应于圆锥滚子轴承62的外轮62a的区域A相对应的组合面F1以及F4之前的间隔变大,因此,在使发动机12的组合面F4与第一端盖56的组合面F1相互紧贴从而将发动机12与驱动桥壳体50结合的状态下,当由于发动机12的结合以及在结合的基础上由于低温而使预载荷增加时,在驱动桥壳体50的端面上通过预载荷而突出的区域A能够恰当地退让至上述变大的间隔内。
以上,参照坐标图和附图而对本发明进行了详细的说明,但本发明也能够进一步以另外的方式而实施,在不脱离其主旨的范围内能够增加各种各样的变更。
例如,在前述的实施例1的动力传递装置10中,凹部74被局部性地设置于,在固定板70的组合面F2中的在沿着肋材72的方向上包括与圆锥滚子轴承62的外轮62a相对应的区域A在内的区域B中。另外,在实施例2的动力传递装置10中,凹部74被局部性地设置于,被形成于肋材(凸条)72上的组合面F1以及发动机12的组合面F4中的在沿着肋材72的方向上包括与圆锥滚子轴承62的外轮62a相对应的区域A在内的区域B中。但是,也可以在被形成于肋材(凸条)72上的组合面F1或固定板70的组合面F3的同样的部位上,形成有凹部74。总之,只要在被形成于肋材(凸条)72上的组合面F1、固定板70的组合面F2以及固定板70的组合面F3以及发动机12的组合面F4中的至少一个面上的包括与圆锥滚子轴承62的外轮62a相对应的区域A在内的区域B上,局部性地设置有凹部74即可。
另外,前述的实施例的凹部74被设置于,在组合面F1、F2、F3或者F4中包括与圆锥滚子轴承62的外轮62a相对应的区域A在内的区域B中。虽然优选为,该区域B在沿着肋材72的方向上被设定为大于区域A,但以何种程度而增大、或者是否相对于区域A而在沿着肋材72的两方向中的任一方向上延伸,则是根据被局部性地设置于第一端盖56上的厚壁部来进行设定。
另外,虽然在前述的实施例中,对使发动机12与驱动桥壳体50结合的车辆用动力传递装置10进行了说明,但也可以并非为对发动机12进行结合的驱动桥壳体50,作为固定零件也可以为对分动器箱进行结合的变速器箱等。
另外,介于驱动桥壳体50与发动机12之间的固定板70也可以由多块板构成。
并且,上述的方式毕竟仅为一种实施方式,在此之外虽然未一一例示,但本发明能够在不脱离其主旨的范围内根据本领域的技术人员的知识而以增加了各种各样的变更、改良的方式来实施。

Claims (4)

1.一种车辆用动力传递装置,其特征在于,
包括:
驱动力源;
圆锥滚子轴承;
壳体部件,其包括端面,所述端面包括设置有第一组合面的凸条,所述凸条的一部分以穿过与所述圆锥滚子轴承的外轮相对应的区域的方式而被设置在所述端面上;
旋转轴,其对来自所述驱动力源的驱动力进行传递,所述旋转轴在所述壳体部件内以朝向所述旋转轴的旋转中心线方向被施压的状态而在所述旋转轴的周向上经由所述圆锥滚子轴承而以进行旋转的方式被支承,所述旋转轴的一端经由所述圆锥滚子轴承并通过所述壳体部件的端面而以进行旋转的方式被支承,
所述驱动力源与所述第一组合面结合的结合状态为,所述驱动力源经由固定零件而与所述第一组合面结合的状态、或者所述驱动力源与所述第一组合面直接结合的状态,
在与所述圆锥滚子轴承的外轮相对应的区域中,在所述第一组合面和用于结合所述驱动力源的另外的组合面中的至少一方上配置有凹部,所述另外的组合面被配置于所述固定零件或所述驱动力源上。
2.如权利要求1所述的车辆用动力传递装置,其特征在于,
所述驱动力源经由所述固定零件而与所述第一组合面结合,所述固定零件为被插入于所述驱动力源与所述壳体零件的端面之间的板状零件,所述板状零件包括在所述壳体部件侧与所述第一组合面对置的所述第二组合面、和被配置于所述驱动力源侧的第三组合面,
在所述驱动力源上,于板状零件侧形成有与所述第三组合面对置的第四组合面,
所述凹部被设置于所述第一组合面、所述第二组合面、所述第三组合面以及所述第四组合面中的至少一方上。
3.如权利要求1所述的车辆用动力传递装置,其特征在于,
所述驱动力源与所述第一组合面直接结合,
所述驱动力源在所述壳体部件侧包括与所述第一组合面对置的第四组合面,
所述凹部被形成在所述第一组合面以及所述第四组合面中的至少一方上。
4.如权利要求1至3中的任意一项所述的车辆用动力传递装置,其特征在于,
所述凹部的深度为100μm至300μm。
