本发明公开一种人造革及其制备方法,所述的人造革包括面层、印花层和发泡层,所述面层包括以下重量份原料制备而成:聚氨酯树脂100份和有机溶剂90‑110份、芳香剂1‑5份;所述印花层包括以下重量份原料制备而成:聚氨酯表面处理剂100份、有机溶剂30‑50份和PU色粉5‑7份;所述发泡层包括以下重量份原料制备而成:聚氯乙烯树脂100份、邻苯二甲酸二辛酯70‑90份、填充剂50‑70份、稳定剂2‑3份和发泡剂3‑4份。本发明制备的人造革表面色牢度好且简化了制备工艺。

Description

一种人造革及其制备方法
技术领域
本发明涉及人造革技术,特别涉及一种人造革及其制备方法。
背景技术
人造革,包括聚氯乙烯(PVC)人造革和聚胺脂(PU)人造革。目前,人造革可以通过印花技术(如凹模印花技术等),在人造革成形后,涂以一定色调和形态的花纹,再经高温烘干,制成具有花纹的人造革,即印花人造革。
现有技术中的印花人造革采用聚氨酯树脂100份、有机溶剂80-100份和PU色浆3-7份的原料设计作为面层,采用聚氯乙烯树脂100份、邻苯二甲酸二辛酯70-90份、填充剂50-70份、KZn助剂2-3份和发泡剂(AC发泡粉)3-4份的原料 设计作为发泡层,采用聚氨酯处理剂100份、有机溶剂10-30份和PU色浆2-5份的原料设计作为印花层。其对应的制备方法为:用上述面层原料配制成聚氨酯面层浆料,用聚氨酯面层浆料涂覆在离型纸上,经100-150的温度下烘干;用 聚氯乙烯发泡浆料涂覆于已烘干的聚氨酯面层上,在170-190℃的温度下发泡,形成发泡层;用聚氨酯粘合剂均匀涂覆在聚氯乙烯发泡层上;将选定的底布通过两个对压的辊轮,使之与发泡层粘合,经120-160℃烘干后,再将离型纸由基材上剥离;再用聚氨酯处理剂与有机溶剂、PU色浆配制成聚氨酯处理浆料(聚氨酯处理剂、有机溶剂和PU色浆为印花层原料),皮革半成品由印刷轮印刷在皮革表面(即印花层形成于面层的表面),经烘箱120度烘干,形成印花人造革。
上述制备方法的印花层不能直接成型于发泡层上,从而整体工艺复杂。采用上述原料设计和制备方法获得的印花人造革,经色牢度测试仪检测后,其表面色牢度为2-3级,即存在表面色牢度不好的问题。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是:提供一种表面色牢度好且可以简化其制备工艺的印花人造革,进一步提供一种上述印花人造革的制备方法。
为了解决上述问题,本发明采用的技术方案是:
一种芳香型人造革,包括面层、印花层和发泡层,所述面层包括以下重量份原料制备而成:聚氨酯树脂100份和有机溶剂90-110份、芳香剂1-5份;
所述印花层包括以下重量份原料制备而成:聚氨酯表面处理剂100 份、有机溶剂30-50份和PU色粉5-7份;
所述发泡层包括以下重量份原料制备而成:聚氯乙烯树脂100份、邻苯二甲酸二辛酯70-90份、填充剂50-70份、稳定剂2-3份和发泡剂3-4份。
优选地,所述填充剂为CaCO3,所述稳定剂为KZn稳定剂,所述发泡剂为AC发泡剂。
优选地,所述面层的制备原料还包括1-3重量份的水点防止剂,所述水点防止剂为(L-9565)水点防止剂。
优选地,所述有机溶剂为二甲基甲酰胺(DMF)、甲苯(TOL)或甲乙酮(MEK)。
优选地,所述的芳香型人造革的制备方法包括以下步骤:
A、将面层的制备原料混合,形成面层浆料,将所述的面层浆料涂覆在离型纸上,于130-160℃条件下烘干50-80s;
B、将印花层的制备原料混合,形成印花层浆料,然后将所述印花层浆料涂覆于烘干后的面层浆料上,于140-160℃条件下烘干50-80s;
C、将发泡层的制备原料混合,形成发泡层浆料,然后将发泡层浆料涂覆于烘干后的印花层浆料上,于170-190℃条件下进行发泡反应,所述发泡反应的时间为70-110s,然后于发泡层浆料上涂覆聚氨酯粘合剂;
D、将发泡层浆料通过聚氨酯粘合剂与基布粘合,于120-160℃下烘干60-90s,将离型纸抽离,制得所述印花人造革坯革。
优选地,所述基布的材质为纺织材料。
优选地,所述的将面层浆料涂覆在离型纸上之前要先设定涂布间隙。
优选地,通过辊轮将发泡层浆料与基布粘合。
优选地,所述芳香剂为微胶囊缓释型芳香剂,所述微胶囊缓释型芳香剂为微胶囊薰衣草香精、微胶囊玫瑰香精、微胶囊茉莉香精中的一种或几种。
本发明的有益效果在于:
(1)本发明的印花人造革,其面层的制备原料没有添加PU色粉,而是把 PU色粉作为印花层的制备原料,且印花层设置于面层和发泡层之间,印花层因 面层与外界环境隔离,从而获得的印花人造革的表面色牢度明显提高;经色牢 度测试仪检测,本发明的印花人造革的表面色牢度可达5级;
(2)面层的原料设计使得面层呈现透明状,而印花层上设有透明的面层的 结构设计,使得整体印花人造革的表面立体感增加;此外,由于面层没有添加 PU色粉,因此,可以直接在印花人造革的表面进行印刷(引入印刷层),从而 印刷层可以直接展现于印花人造革表面;且添加芳香物质达到持续长效的芳香效果,给人带来愉悦感;
(3)本发明的印花人造革的制备方法,印花层的一面成型于面层上后,其另一面直接地与发泡层粘合,这两个操作可以同时依次进行,而现有技术中则 是先将面层的一面设置于发泡层上,待形成半成品后才可以将印花层设置于面层的另一面上,即现有技术的面层、发泡层和印花层的设置不能同时依次进行,因而本发明的印花人造革的制备方法可大大简化整个工艺流程,具有工艺简便的优点。
具体实施方式
下面通过具体实施例对本发明进行详细说明。
实施例1
本发明的芳香型人造革,包括面层、印花层和发泡层,所述面层包括以下重量份原料制备而成:聚氨酯树脂100份、二甲基甲酰胺(DMF) 90份、微胶囊薰衣草香精芳香剂1份、(L-9565)水点防止剂1份;
所述印花层包括以下重量份原料制备而成:聚氨酯表面处理剂100份、甲苯(TOL) 30份和PU色粉5份;
所述发泡层包括以下重量份原料制备而成:聚氯乙烯树脂100份、邻苯二甲酸二辛酯70份、CaCO3 50份、KZn稳定剂2份和AC发泡剂3份。
本发明的芳香型人造革的制备方法包括以下步骤:
A、将面层的制备原料混合,形成面层浆料,先设定涂布间隙,再将所述的面层浆料涂覆在离型纸上,于130-160℃条件下烘干50-80s;
B、将印花层的制备原料混合,形成印花层浆料,然后将所述印花层浆料涂覆于烘干后的面层浆料上,于140-160℃条件下烘干50-80s;
C、将发泡层的制备原料混合,形成发泡层浆料,然后将发泡层浆料涂覆于烘干后的印花层浆料上,于170-190℃条件下进行发泡反应,所述发泡反应的时间为70-110s,然后于发泡层浆料上涂覆聚氨酯粘合剂;
D、通过辊轮将发泡层浆料通过聚氨酯粘合剂与纺织材料基布粘合,于120-160℃下烘干60s,将离型纸抽离,制得所述印花人造革坯革。
实施例2
本发明的芳香型人造革,包括面层、印花层和发泡层,所述面层包括以下重量份原料制备而成:聚氨酯树脂100份、甲苯(TOL) 100份、微胶囊玫瑰香精芳香剂3份、(L-9565)水点防止剂2份;
所述印花层包括以下重量份原料制备而成:聚氨酯表面处理剂100份、甲乙酮(MEK) 40份和PU色粉6份;
所述发泡层包括以下重量份原料制备而成:聚氯乙烯树脂100份、邻苯二甲酸二辛酯80份、CaCO3 60份、KZn稳定剂2.5份、AC发泡剂3.5份。
本发明的芳香型人造革的制备方法包括以下步骤:
A、将面层的制备原料混合,形成面层浆料,先设定涂布间隙,再将所述的面层浆料涂覆在离型纸上,于140℃条件下烘干70s;
B、将印花层的制备原料混合,形成印花层浆料,然后将所述印花层浆料涂覆于烘干后的面层浆料上,于150℃条件下烘干60s;
C、将发泡层的制备原料混合,形成发泡层浆料,然后将发泡层浆料涂覆于烘干后的印花层浆料上,于180℃条件下进行发泡反应,所述发泡反应的时间为80s,然后于发泡层浆料上涂覆聚氨酯粘合剂;
D、通过辊轮将发泡层浆料通过聚氨酯粘合剂与纺织材料基布粘合,于150℃下烘干80s,将离型纸抽离,制得所述印花人造革坯革。
实施例3
本发明的芳香型人造革,包括面层、印花层和发泡层,所述面层包括以下重量份原料制备而成:聚氨酯树脂100份、甲乙酮(MEK) 110份、微胶囊玫瑰香精芳香剂5份、(L-9565)水点防止剂3份;
所述印花层包括以下重量份原料制备而成:聚氨酯表面处理剂100份、二甲基甲酰胺(DMF) 50份和PU色粉7份;
所述发泡层包括以下重量份原料制备而成:聚氯乙烯树脂100份、邻苯二甲酸二辛酯90份、CaCO3 70份、KZn稳定剂3份、AC发泡剂4份。
本发明的芳香型人造革的制备方法包括以下步骤:
A、将面层的制备原料混合,形成面层浆料,先设定涂布间隙,再将所述的面层浆料涂覆在离型纸上,于160℃条件下烘干80s;
B、将印花层的制备原料混合,形成印花层浆料,然后将所述印花层浆料涂覆于烘干后的面层浆料上,于160℃条件下烘干80s;
C、将发泡层的制备原料混合,形成发泡层浆料,然后将发泡层浆料涂覆于烘干后的印花层浆料上,于190℃条件下进行发泡反应,所述发泡反应的时间为110s,然后于发泡层浆料上涂覆聚氨酯粘合剂;
D、通过辊轮将发泡层浆料通过聚氨酯粘合剂与纺织材料基布粘合,于170℃下烘干110s,将离型纸抽离,制得所述印花人造革坯革。

1.一种芳香型人造革,其特征在于,包括面层、印花层和发泡层,所述面层包括以下重量份原料制备而成:聚氨酯树脂100份和有机溶剂90-110份、芳香剂1-5份;
所述印花层包括以下重量份原料制备而成:聚氨酯表面处理剂100 份、有机溶剂30-50份和PU色粉5-7份;
所述发泡层包括以下重量份原料制备而成:聚氯乙烯树脂100份、邻苯二甲酸二辛酯70-90份、填充剂50-70份、稳定剂2-3份和发泡剂3-4份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的芳香型人造革,其特征在于:所述填充剂为CaCO3,所述稳定剂为KZn稳定剂,所述发泡剂为AC发泡剂。
3.根据权利要求1所述的芳香型人造革,其特征在于:所述面层的制备原料还包括1-3重量份的水点防止剂,所述水点防止剂为(L-9565)水点防止剂。
