随着科技的进步和生活水平的日益提高,汽车也日益普及,为人们的出行提供了极大的便利。对于汽车内饰而言,特别是汽车座椅,人们在关注其使用性和安全性的同时,对其他方面的要求也越来越高,如舒适性等。座椅在长期的使用过程中,难免会变脏或受到损害,因此需要面套对座椅进行保护,但是现有制备的很多面套多采用皮革制备,而不管是PVC革、PU革还是真皮皮革制成的面套,都会有一种制革味,非常难闻,使人感到不舒服,甚至会影响到身心健康。因此,急需一种能够解决现有问题的带香味面套的生产工艺。
发明内容
本发明的目的是针对现有技术的不足,提供一种带香味面套的生产工艺,具有长效散发芳香的优点。
本发明提供了如下的技术方案:
一种带香味面套的生产工艺,包括如下步骤:
S1:采用涤纶纤维,通过纺织机纺织成基布层;
S2:将PVC树脂、重钙粉、增塑剂、热稳定剂、交联剂、色料和玫瑰味香精按照一定的配比混合搅拌,制成PVC面层糊料,然后再将制成PVC面层糊料涂刮在离型纸上,烘干塑化制成PVC面层;
S3:将PVC树脂、重钙粉、增塑剂、热稳定剂、发泡剂和色料按照一定配比混合搅拌,制成PVC发泡层糊料,将PVC发泡层糊料涂刮在PVC面层上,烘干并且发泡制成PVC发泡层;
S4:在PVC发泡层上涂覆粘结剂,并贴上基布层,烘干,去除离型纸;
S5:在步骤S4制成的产品上进行打孔,孔的深度贯穿PVC面层和PVC发泡层;
S6:在PU涂饰剂中添加玫瑰香型β-环糊精香精微胶囊和玫瑰精油,然后利用印刷机在PVC面层上辊涂3-5次含有玫瑰香型β-环糊精香精微胶囊和玫瑰精油的PU涂饰剂,制成皮革;
S7:将皮革进行裁剪、码边和缝纫,从而制成面套。

具体实施方式
实施例1
一种带香味面套的生产工艺,包括如下步骤:
S1:采用涤纶纤维,通过纺织机纺织成基布层;
S2:将PVC树脂、重钙粉、增塑剂、热稳定剂、交联剂、色料和玫瑰味香精按照质量配比100:20:80:2:4:2:0.2混合搅拌,制成PVC面层糊料,然后再将制成PVC面层糊料涂刮在离型纸上,PVC面层糊料涂刮厚度为0.2mm,在140℃温度下烘干塑化制成PVC面层,其中增塑剂为C11醇的邻苯二甲酸类增塑剂;
S3:将PVC树脂、重钙粉、增塑剂、热稳定剂、发泡剂和色料按照质量配比100:30:80:3:2:1混合搅拌,制成PVC发泡层糊料,将PVC发泡层糊料涂刮在PVC面层上,PVC发泡层糊料的涂刮厚度为0.3mm,在170℃温度下烘干并且发泡制成PVC发泡层,其中增塑剂为C11醇的邻苯二甲酸类增塑剂;
S4:在PVC发泡层上涂覆粘结剂,并贴上基布层,在120℃温度下烘干,去除离型纸;
S5:在步骤S4制成的产品上进行打孔,孔径为0.15m,孔的深度贯穿PVC面层和PVC发泡层;
S6:在PU涂饰剂中添加玫瑰香型β-环糊精香精微胶囊和玫瑰精油,其中PU涂饰剂和玫瑰香型β-环糊精香精微胶囊、玫瑰精油质量配比为1:0.05:0.08,然后利用印刷机在PVC面层上辊涂3次含有玫瑰香型β-环糊精香精微胶囊和玫瑰精油的PU涂饰剂,制成皮革;
S7:将皮革进行裁剪、码边和缝纫,从而制成面套。

S3:将PVC树脂、重钙粉、增塑剂、热稳定剂、发泡剂和色料按照质量配比100:30:80:3:2:1混合搅拌,制成PVC发泡层糊料,将PVC发泡层糊料涂刮在PVC面层上,PVC发泡层糊料的涂刮厚度为0.35mm,在170℃温度下烘干并且发泡制成PVC发泡层,其中增塑剂为C11醇的邻苯二甲酸类增塑剂;
S4:在PVC发泡层上涂覆粘结剂,并贴上基布层,在120℃温度下烘干,去除离型纸;
S5:在步骤S4制成的产品上进行打孔,孔径为0.15m,孔的深度贯穿PVC面层和PVC发泡层;
S6:在PU涂饰剂中添加玫瑰香型β-环糊精香精微胶囊和玫瑰精油,其中PU涂饰剂和玫瑰香型β-环糊精香精微胶囊、玫瑰精油质量配比为1:0.10:0.05,然后利用印刷机在PVC面层上辊涂3次含有玫瑰香型β-环糊精香精微胶囊和玫瑰精油的PU涂饰剂,制成皮革;
S7:将皮革进行裁剪、码边和缝纫,从而制成面套。
实施例3
一种带香味面套的生产工艺,包括如下步骤:
S1:采用涤纶纤维,通过纺织机纺织成基布层;
S2:将PVC树脂、重钙粉、增塑剂、热稳定剂、交联剂、色料和玫瑰味香精按照质量配比100:2:80:2:4:2:0.8混合搅拌,制成PVC面层糊料,然后再将制成PVC面层糊料涂刮在离型纸上,PVC面层糊料涂刮厚度为0.2mm,在140℃温度下烘干塑化制成PVC面层,其中增塑剂为C11醇的邻苯二甲酸类增塑剂;
S3:将PVC树脂、重钙粉、增塑剂、热稳定剂、发泡剂和色料按照质量配比100:30:80:3:2:1混合搅拌,制成PVC发泡层糊料,将PVC发泡层糊料涂刮在PVC面层上,PVC发泡层糊料的涂刮厚度为0.4mm,在170℃温度下烘干并且发泡制成PVC发泡层,其中增塑剂为C11醇的邻苯二甲酸类增塑剂;
S4:在PVC发泡层上涂覆粘结剂,并贴上基布层,在120℃温度下烘干,去除离型纸;
S5:在步骤S4制成的产品上进行打孔,孔径为0.15m,孔的深度贯穿PVC面层和PVC发泡层;
S6:在PU涂饰剂中添加玫瑰香型β-环糊精香精微胶囊和玫瑰精油,其中PU涂饰剂和玫瑰香型β-环糊精香精微胶囊、玫瑰精油质量配比为1:0.14:0.03,然后利用印刷机在PVC面层上辊涂3次含有玫瑰香型β-环糊精香精微胶囊和玫瑰精油的PU涂饰剂,制成皮革;
S7:将皮革进行裁剪、码边和缝纫,从而制成面套。
用本生产工艺制造的面套具有玫瑰香味,面套制备用的皮革在100℃温度下的烘箱内连续烘烤168h,取出。将未烘烤的皮革和烘烤后的皮革剪碎成小颗粒,分别称取1.00g,加入20mL无水乙醇振荡提取,用无水硫酸钠除去水分。抽滤,吸取滤液,用气相色谱质谱联用仪进行分析,并计算出香味的保留率,计算公式如下:
玫瑰香精保留率(%)=烘烤后的皮革中玫瑰香精各组分含量/未烘烤的皮革中玫瑰香精各组分含量×100%
实施例1-3所制备的皮革的香味残留数据如表1所示:

从表中可以看出,本发明中面套制备用的皮革在100℃温度下的烘箱内连续烘烤168h,香味仍可残留65%以上。

Claims (9)

1.一种带香味面套的生产工艺,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
S1:采用涤纶纤维,通过纺织机纺织成基布层;
S2:将PVC树脂、重钙粉、增塑剂、热稳定剂、交联剂、色料和玫瑰味香精按照一定的配比混合搅拌,制成PVC面层糊料,然后再将制成PVC面层糊料涂刮在离型纸上,烘干塑化制成PVC面层;
S3:将PVC树脂、重钙粉、增塑剂、热稳定剂、发泡剂和色料按照一定配比混合搅拌,制成PVC发泡层糊料,将PVC发泡层糊料涂刮在PVC面层上,烘干并且发泡制成PVC发泡层;
S4:在PVC发泡层上涂覆粘结剂,并贴上基布层,烘干,去除离型纸;
S5:在步骤S4制成的产品上进行打孔,孔的深度贯穿PVC面层和PVC发泡层;
S6:在PU涂饰剂中添加玫瑰香型β-环糊精香精微胶囊和玫瑰精油,然后利用印刷机在PVC面层上辊涂3-5次含有玫瑰香型β-环糊精香精微胶囊和玫瑰精油的PU涂饰剂,制成皮革;
S7:将皮革进行裁剪、码边和缝纫,从而制成面套。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种带香味面套的生产工艺,其特征在于,S2步骤中的PVC树脂、重钙粉、增塑剂、热稳定剂、交联剂、色料和玫瑰味香精的质量比为100:10-30:60-110:1-5:1-10:1-10:0.1-1。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种带香味面套的生产工艺,其特征在于,S3步骤中的PVC树脂、重钙粉、增塑剂、热稳定剂、发泡剂、色料的质量比为100:20-40:60-110:1-5:0.8-2.5:1-10。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种带香味面套的生产工艺,其特征在于,S6步骤中的PU涂饰剂和玫瑰香型β-环糊精香精微胶囊、玫瑰精油的质量比为1:0.05-0.2:0.01-0.1。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种带香味面套的生产工艺,其特征在于,S2和S3步骤中的采用的增塑剂为C11醇的邻苯二甲酸类增塑剂。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种带香味面套的生产工艺,其特征在于,S2步骤中的PVC面层糊料涂刮厚度为0.15-0.3mm,烘干温度为80-150℃。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种带香味面套的生产工艺,其特征在于,S3步骤中的PVC发泡层糊料的涂刮厚度为0.2-0.4mm,烘干温度为100-180℃。
8.根据权利要求1所述的一种带香味面套的生产工艺,其特征在于,S4步骤中的烘干温度为80-130℃。
9.根据权利要求1所述的一种带香味面套的生产工艺,其特征在于,S5步骤中的打孔的孔径为0.1-0.2mm。
