Abstract
本发明公开了一种可释放香味的人造革的制备方法,包括:步骤(1)在水性PU面层上涂刮一层水性PU发泡层;步骤(2)在发泡层上涂刮水性PU胶黏剂,将基布贴在发泡层上,并且使水性PU胶黏剂渗透过基布,加热至使水性PU胶黏剂处于半干的状态;步骤(3)将香味剂涂覆于渗透过基布的水性PU胶黏剂上;步骤(4)将水性聚氨酯和交联剂涂覆于香味剂层上,加热,从而使水性聚氨酯和交联剂交联形成装饰层,并且还进行震荡;步骤(5)将步骤(4)得到的制品送入一对彼此相对转动的压辊之间进行辊压,反复进行3~6次。本发明改善了人造革的味道,使其在使用时能够自然散发出香味,从而增加了人们使用的舒适度。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种可释放香味的人造革的制备方法。
背景技术
随着世界人口的增长和经济的快速发展,天然皮革不能满足人们的正常需求,合成皮革由于性价比高,可设计加工性强,易于批量生产,在很多方面替代天然皮革,广泛应用于服装、制鞋、箱包、家具、汽车内饰等行业。
但人造革制品往往散发出一种化学试剂的味道,这增加了人们使用时的不适性。因此,需要设计一种方法,改善人造革的味道,以增加人们使用的舒适度。
发明内容
针对上述技术问题,本发明设计开发了一种可散发香味的可释放香味的人造革的制备方法。
本发明提供以下技术方案:
一种可释放香味的人造革的制备方法,包括:
步骤(1)在水性PU面层上涂刮一层水性PU发泡层,发泡层的厚度为0.1~0.2mm,加热温度为100~112℃,加热时间为30~35min;
步骤(2)在发泡层上涂刮水性PU胶黏剂,将基布贴在发泡层上,并且使水性PU胶黏剂渗透过基布,再进行加热,加热温度为140~143℃,加热至使水性PU胶黏剂处于半干的状态;
步骤(3)将香味剂涂覆于渗透过基布的水性PU胶黏剂上,形成香味剂层,并且边涂覆边震荡,涂覆速度为2~3cm3/s,震荡频率为10~20次/min,其中,香味剂为由β-环糊精和香精颗粒混合而成,香精颗粒的粒径为1~2mm;
步骤(4)将水性聚氨酯和交联剂涂覆于香味剂层上,加热,加热温度为150~160℃,加热时间为1~2h,从而使水性聚氨酯和交联剂交联形成装饰层,并且在涂覆水性聚氨酯和交联剂的同时还进行震荡,震荡频率为80~84次/min;
步骤(5)将步骤(4)得到的制品送入一对彼此相对转动的压辊之间进行辊压,线速为20~25cm/min,反复进行3~6次。
优选的是,所述的可释放香味的人造革的制备方法中,所述步骤(1)中,发泡层的厚度为0.15mm。
优选的是,所述的可释放香味的人造革的制备方法中,所述步骤(1)中,加热温度为110℃,加热时间为30min。
优选的是,所述的可释放香味的人造革的制备方法中,所述步骤(2)中,加热温度为140℃。
优选的是,所述的可释放香味的人造革的制备方法中,所述步骤(4)中,加热温度为156℃,加热时间为1h。
优选的是,所述的可释放香味的人造革的制备方法中,所述步骤(3)中,所述香精为玫瑰香精或薰衣草香精。
本发明改善了人造革的味道,使其在使用时能够自然散发出香味,从而增加了人们使用的舒适度。
具体实施方式
下面对本发明做进一步的详细说明,以令本领域技术人员参照说明书文字能够据以实施。
本发明提供一种可释放香味的人造革的制备方法,包括:
步骤(1)在水性PU面层上涂刮一层水性PU发泡层,发泡层的厚度为0.1~0.2mm,加热温度为100~112℃,加热时间为30~35min;
步骤(2)在发泡层上涂刮水性PU胶黏剂,将基布贴在发泡层上,并且使水性PU胶黏剂渗透过基布,再进行加热,加热温度为140~143℃,加热至使水性PU胶黏剂处于半干的状态;
步骤(3)将香味剂涂覆于渗透过基布的水性PU胶黏剂上,形成香味剂层,并且边涂覆边震荡,涂覆速度为2~3cm3/s,震荡频率为10~20次/min,其中,香味剂为由β-环糊精和香精颗粒混合而成,香精颗粒的粒径为1~2mm;
步骤(4)将水性聚氨酯和交联剂涂覆于香味剂层上,加热,加热温度为150~160℃,加热时间为1~2h,从而使水性聚氨酯和交联剂交联形成装饰层,并且在涂覆水性聚氨酯和交联剂的同时还进行震荡,震荡频率为80~84次/min;
步骤(5)将步骤(4)得到的制品送入一对彼此相对转动的压辊之间进行辊压,线速为20~25cm/min,反复进行3~6次。
本发明中,水性PU胶黏剂浸透过基布,加热时,使水性PU胶黏剂处于半干的状态,这样香味剂会部分地与水性PU胶黏剂混合在一起,并且在水性PU胶黏剂的粘附作用下而保持在基布与装饰层之间。香味剂这样的涂覆方式可以保证香味剂缓慢地被释放到空气中,而不会迅速地消散,从而保证所制备得到的人造革经过长时间使用仍然能够释放香气。
而且,香精颗粒的粒径为1~2mm,通过震荡,香精颗粒会镶嵌进水性PU胶黏剂中。在形成装饰层之后,香精颗粒会缓慢地挥发变小,使香味逐渐发散出来。在上述过程中,香精颗粒并不是全部嵌入至水性PU胶黏剂中,而只是一部分嵌入至水性PU胶黏剂中,另一部分则嵌入在装饰层中。
由于水性聚氨酯和交联剂在涂覆过程中,可能会受到香精颗粒的阻隔而在香精颗粒的周围形成气泡,进而影响装饰层的强度,因此,为了减少上述情况的发生,在涂覆水性聚氨酯和交联剂时,还进行震荡处理,促使水性聚氨酯和交联剂均匀分布在香精颗粒的周围。
为了进一步促使不同层之间结合紧密,并且为了促使香精颗粒与水性PU胶黏剂以及与装饰层之间结合紧密,没有微小的孔洞或气泡,在形成装饰层之后,还反复进行多次辊压。
本发明的人造革在90℃下烘烤230个小时,香味仍留存52%。
优选的是,所述的可释放香味的人造革的制备方法中,所述步骤(1)中,发泡层的厚度为0.15mm。
优选的是,所述的可释放香味的人造革的制备方法中,所述步骤(1)中,加热温度为110℃,加热时间为30min。
优选的是,所述的可释放香味的人造革的制备方法中,所述步骤(2)中,加热温度为140℃。
优选的是,所述的可释放香味的人造革的制备方法中,所述步骤(4)中,加热温度为156℃,加热时间为1h。
优选的是,所述的可释放香味的人造革的制备方法中,所述步骤(3)中,所述香精为玫瑰香精或薰衣草香精。
尽管本发明的实施方案已公开如上,但其并不仅仅限于说明书和实施方式中所列运用,它完全可以被适用于各种适合本发明的领域,对于熟悉本领域的人员而言,可容易地实现另外的修改,因此在不背离权利要求及等同范围所限定的一般概念下,本发明并不限于特定的细节。

1.一种可释放香味的人造革的制备方法,其特征在于,包括:
步骤(1)在水性PU面层上涂刮一层水性PU发泡层,发泡层的厚度为0.1~0.2mm,加热温度为100~112℃,加热时间为30~35min;
步骤(2)在发泡层上涂刮水性PU胶黏剂,将基布贴在发泡层上,并且使水性PU胶黏剂渗透过基布,再进行加热,加热温度为140~143℃,加热至使水性PU胶黏剂处于半干的状态;
步骤(3)将香味剂涂覆于渗透过基布的水性PU胶黏剂上,形成香味剂层,并且边涂覆边震荡,涂覆速度为2~3cm3/s,震荡频率为10~20次/min,其中,香味剂为由β-环糊精和香精颗粒混合而成,香精颗粒的粒径为1~2mm;
步骤(4)将水性聚氨酯和交联剂涂覆于香味剂层上,加热,加热温度为150~160℃,加热时间为1~2h,从而使水性聚氨酯和交联剂交联形成装饰层,并且在涂覆水性聚氨酯和交联剂的同时还进行震荡,震荡频率为80~84次/min;

4.如权利要求1所述的可释放香味的人造革的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤(2)中,加热温度为140℃。
5.如权利要求1所述的可释放香味的人造革的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤(4)中,加热温度为156℃,加热时间为1h。
6.如权利要求1至5中任一项所述的可释放香味的人造革的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤(3)中,所述香精为玫瑰香精或薰衣草香精。
