本发明涉及一种芳香人造革,包括透气皮革层和芳香皮革层,所述芳香皮革层包括由上至下依次热压合的竹炭纤维层、香水胶囊层和泡发皮革层,所述透气皮革层缝合在竹炭纤维层上表面,所述香水胶囊层包括聚氨酯壳体和包裹在聚氨酯壳体内的香水乳化剂。通过本发明解决了现有人造革的芳香气味容易粘到与其接触的人身上、衣服上以及其它物品上的问题。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及皮革制造技术领域,尤其涉及一种芳香人造革。
背景技术
目前,随着人们对保护动物意识的增强,许多人已经不用天然皮革制成的物品,相对的,人造革的需求量越来越大。人们对于人造革的功能性要求也越来越高,一般的人造革会有一种难闻刺激性的气味,这是人造革的诟病,因此许多制造商逐渐开发出具有芳香气味的人造革,如2013年05月22日中国申请公布号CN103114459A所公开的芳香人造皮革一种芳香人造革及其制备方法,芳香人造革,包括面层,面层上设有成分中包含有缓释型香味整理剂、相容剂和交联剂的涂饰层,缓释型香味整理剂由β-环糊精、香精构成,相容剂为水溶性线性双亲高分子材料;人造革的制备方法为在离型纸上涂刮PVC或水性PU面层,烘干;在面层涂刮PVC或水性PU发泡层,发泡烘干;在发泡层上涂刮水性PU胶粘剂并且贴基布,烘干,得到人造革;将人造革的面层用三版印刷机辊涂一层或多层含有缓释型香味整理剂、相容剂、交联剂和水性聚氨酯的水性PU涂饰剂,烘干,得到芳香人造革。该发明制得的人造革,提高了香味挥发的耐热性及持久性。
但是本发明人发现,上述发明的人造革,其芳香气味会留在与其接触的人的身体部位上、衣服上以及其他物品上,给人带来困扰,特别是在与他人接触时,若将皮革上的芳香气味粘到他人身上,可能会引发他人的不愉快。
发明内容
因此,针对上述的问题,本发明提出一种芳香人造革及其制备方法,解决了现有人造革的芳香气味容易粘到与其接触的人身上、衣服上以及其它物品上的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用了以下技术方案:一种芳香人造革,包括透气皮革层和芳香皮革层,所述芳香皮革层包括由上至下依次热压合的竹炭纤维层、香水胶囊层和泡发皮革层,所述透气皮革层缝合在竹炭纤维层上表面,所述香水胶囊层包括聚氨酯壳体和包裹在聚氨酯壳体内的香水乳化剂,所述芳香人造革的制作方法,包括以下步骤:
步骤一,制作香水乳化剂,将香精加入乳化剂中乳化,制成香水乳化剂;
步骤二,制作防水香水胶囊,先将固态聚氨酯材料加热融化成液态聚氨酯,再将步骤一制成的香水乳化剂加入到液态聚氨酯内充分混合,香水乳化剂与聚氨酯不相溶,因此香水乳化剂会呈水滴状均匀分布在液态聚氨酯内,冷却后形成香水胶囊层;
步骤三,在潮湿的环境下,将竹炭纤维层、香水胶囊层以及泡发皮革层由上至下依次通过热压合的方式压合制成芳香皮革层;
步骤四,将步骤三中制得的芳香皮革层放入烘干机烘干后自然冷却;
步骤五,在透气皮革层上间隔开设复数个透气孔;
步骤六,将步骤五制得的透气皮革层缝合在芳香皮革层的竹炭纤维层上表面,得到芳香人造革。
进一步的,步骤一中所述乳化剂和所述香精体积比为10∶1~20∶1。
进一步的,步骤二中所述液态聚氨酯和所述香水乳化剂的体积比为5∶1~10∶1。
进一步的,步骤四中烘干机烘干的温度为70~90℃。
更进一步的,所述透气孔的直径为0.5~1mm。
通过采用前述技术方案,本发明的有益效果是:本发明的芳香人造革,通过香水胶囊层锁住香水,在使用芳香人造革时,由于芳香人造革弯折变形会使香水胶囊层产生破裂,从而释放出香水胶囊层里面的香水,并且在香水胶囊层上设置有竹炭纤维层,可以吸收保留香水,使不至于散发的太快,透气皮革层上开设有复数个用以香水挥发的透气孔。本发明的芳香人造革其制造方法简单,易于工业生产。

具体实施方式
现结合附图和具体实施方式对本发明进一步说明。
参考图1,本实施例提供一种芳香人造革,包括由上至下依次设置的透气皮革层1、竹炭纤维层2、香水胶囊层3和泡发皮革层4,所述竹炭纤维层2、香水胶囊层3和泡发皮革层4由上至下热压合构成芳香皮革层,所述透气皮革层1上间隔开设有复数个透气孔11,所述透气皮革层1缝合在竹炭纤维层2上表面。所述透气皮革层1采用PVC皮革,所述泡发皮革层4采用PU泡发皮革。所述香水胶囊层3包括聚氨酯壳体和包裹在聚氨酯壳体内的香水乳化剂,所述香水乳化剂包含桂花香精和乳化剂。
所述芳香人造革的具体制造方法如下:
步骤一,制作香水乳化剂,将乳化剂和桂花香精按照体积比10∶1的体积混合,将桂花香精乳化,制成香水乳化剂;
步骤二,制作防水香水胶囊,先将固态聚氨酯材料加热融化成液态聚氨酯,再将液态聚氨酯和步骤一制成的香水乳化剂按照体积比例6∶1充分混合,香水乳化剂与聚氨酯不相溶,因此香水乳化剂会呈水滴状均匀分布在液态聚氨酯内,冷却后形成香水胶囊层3;
步骤三,在潮湿的环境下,将竹炭纤维层2、香水胶囊层3以及泡发皮革层4由上至下依次通过热压合的方式压合制成芳香皮革层;
步骤四,将步骤三中制得的芳香皮革层放入烘干机中烘干,烘干机烘干的温度为80℃,待烘干完成后将芳香皮革层取出,自然冷却;
步骤五,在透气皮革层1上间隔开设复数个透气孔11,所述透气孔11的直径为0.5m;
步骤六,将步骤五制得的透气皮革层1缝合在芳香皮革层的竹炭纤维层2上表面,得到芳香人造革。
上述的桂花香精还可以用玫瑰香精、薰衣草香精、百合香精、柠檬香精、麝香香精等香精代替;上述步骤一中所述乳化剂和所述香精体积比可选择10∶1~20∶1;上述步骤二中所述液态聚氨酯和所述香水乳化剂的体积比可选择5∶1~10∶1;上述步骤四中烘干机的烘干温度为70~90℃;上述透气孔11的直径可为0.5~1mm。
尽管结合优选实施方案具体展示和介绍了本发明,但所属领域的技术人员应该明白,在不脱离所附权利要求书所限定的本发明的精神和范围内,在形式上和细节上可以对本发明做出各种变化,均为本发明的保护范围。

1.一种芳香人造革,其特征在于:包括透气皮革层和芳香皮革层,所述芳香皮革层包括由上至下依次热压合的竹炭纤维层、香水胶囊层和泡发皮革层,所述透气皮革层缝合在竹炭纤维层上表面,所述香水胶囊层包括聚氨酯壳体和包裹在聚氨酯壳体内的香水乳化剂,所述芳香人造革的制作方法,包括以下步骤:
步骤一,制作香水乳化剂,将香精加入乳化剂中乳化,制成香水乳化剂;
步骤二,制作防水香水胶囊,先将固态聚氨酯材料加热融化成液态聚氨酯,再将步骤一制成的香水乳化剂加入到液态聚氨酯内充分混合,香水乳化剂与聚氨酯不相溶,因此香水乳化剂会呈水滴状均匀分布在液态聚氨酯内,冷却后形成香水胶囊层;

2.根据权利要求1所述的一种芳香人造革,其特征在于:步骤一中所述乳化剂和所述香精体积比为10∶1~20∶1。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种芳香人造革,其特征在于:步骤二中所述液态聚氨酯和所述香水乳化剂的体积比为5∶1~10∶1。
4.根据权利要求1或2或3所述的一种芳香人造革,其特征在于:步骤四中所述烘干机烘干的温度为70~90℃。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种芳香人造革,其特征在于:所述透气孔的直径为0.5~1mm。
