本发明公开了一种芳香型人造革的制备方法,包括:步骤(1)在水性PU面层上涂刮一层水性PU发泡层;步骤(2)在发泡层上涂刮水性PU胶黏剂,将基布贴在发泡层上,并且使水性PU胶黏剂渗透过基布,加热至使水性PU胶黏剂处于半干的状态;步骤(3)将香味剂涂覆于渗透过基布的水性PU胶黏剂上,边涂覆边震荡,震荡频率为10~20次/min;步骤(4)将水性聚氨酯和交联剂涂覆于香味剂层上,加热,从而使水性聚氨酯和交联剂交联形成装饰层,并且在涂覆水性聚氨酯和交联剂的同时还进行震荡,震荡频率为80~84次/min。本发明改善了人造革的味道,使其在使用时能够自然散发出香味,从而增加了人们使用的舒适度。

芳香型人造革的制备方法
技术领域
本发明涉及一种芳香型人造革的制备方法。
背景技术
随着世界人口的增长和经济的快速发展,天然皮革不能满足人们的正常需求,合成皮革由于性价比高,可设计加工性强,易于批量生产,在很多方面替代天然皮革,广泛应用于服装、制鞋、箱包、家具、汽车内饰等行业。
但人造革制品往往散发出一种化学试剂的味道,这增加了人们使用时的不适性。因此,需要设计一种方法,改善人造革的味道,以增加人们使用的舒适度。
发明内容
针对上述技术问题,本发明设计开发了一种可散发香味的芳香型人造革的制备方法。
本发明提供以下技术方案:
一种芳香型人造革的制备方法,包括:
步骤(1)在水性PU面层上涂刮一层水性PU发泡层,发泡层的厚度为0.1~0.2mm,加热温度为100~112℃,加热时间为30~35min;
步骤(2)在发泡层上涂刮水性PU胶黏剂,将基布贴在发泡层上,并且使水性PU胶黏剂渗透过基布,再进行加热,加热温度为140~143℃,加热至使水性PU胶黏剂处于半干的状态;
步骤(3)将香味剂涂覆于渗透过基布的水性PU胶黏剂上,形成香味剂层,并且边涂覆边震荡,涂覆速度为2~3cm3/s,震荡频率为10~20次/min,其中,香味剂为由β-环糊精和香精颗粒混合而成,香精颗粒的粒径为1~2mm;
步骤(4)将水性聚氨酯和交联剂涂覆于香味剂层上,加热,加热温度为150~160℃,加热时间为1~2h,从而使水性聚氨酯和交联剂交联形成装饰层,并且在涂覆水性聚氨酯和交联剂的同时还进行震荡,震荡频率为80~84次/min。
优选的是,所述的芳香型人造革的制备方法中,所述步骤(1)中,发泡层的厚度为0.15mm。
优选的是,所述的芳香型人造革的制备方法中,所述步骤(1)中,加热温度为110℃,加热时间为30min。
优选的是,所述的芳香型人造革的制备方法中,所述步骤(2)中,加热温度为140℃。
优选的是,所述的芳香型人造革的制备方法中,所述步骤(4)中,加热温度为156℃,加热时间为1h。
优选的是,所述的芳香型人造革的制备方法中,所述步骤(3)中,所述香精为玫瑰香精或薰衣草香精。
本发明改善了人造革的味道,使其在使用时能够自然散发出香味,从而增加了人们使用的舒适度。
具体实施方式
下面对本发明做进一步的详细说明,以令本领域技术人员参照说明书文字能够据以实施。
本发明提供一种芳香型人造革的制备方法,包括:
步骤(1)在水性PU面层上涂刮一层水性PU发泡层,发泡层的厚度为0.1~0.2mm,加热温度为100~112℃,加热时间为30~35min;
步骤(2)在发泡层上涂刮水性PU胶黏剂,将基布贴在发泡层上,并且使水性PU胶黏剂渗透过基布,再进行加热,加热温度为140~143℃,加热至使水性PU胶黏剂处于半干的状态;
步骤(3)将香味剂涂覆于渗透过基布的水性PU胶黏剂上,形成香味剂层,并且边涂覆边震荡,涂覆速度为2~3cm3/s,震荡频率为10~20次/min,其中,香味剂为由β-环糊精和香精颗粒混合而成,香精颗粒的粒径为1~2mm;
步骤(4)将水性聚氨酯和交联剂涂覆于香味剂层上,加热,加热温度为150~160℃,加热时间为1~2h,从而使水性聚氨酯和交联剂交联形成装饰层,并且在涂覆水性聚氨酯和交联剂的同时还进行震荡,震荡频率为80~84次/min。
本发明中,水性PU胶黏剂浸透过基布,加热时,使水性PU胶黏剂处于半干的状态,这样香味剂会部分地与水性PU胶黏剂混合在一起,并且在水性PU胶黏剂的粘附作用下而保持在基布与装饰层之间。香味剂这样的涂覆方式可以保证香味剂缓慢地被释放到空气中,而不会迅速地消散,从而保证所制备得到的人造革经过长时间使用仍然能够释放香气。
而且,香精颗粒的粒径为1~2mm,通过震荡,香精颗粒会镶嵌进水性PU胶黏剂中。在形成装饰层之后,香精颗粒会缓慢地挥发变小,使香味逐渐发散出来。在上述过程中,香精颗粒并不是全部嵌入至水性PU胶黏剂中,而只是一部分嵌入至水性PU胶黏剂中,另一部分则嵌入在装饰层中。
由于水性聚氨酯和交联剂在涂覆过程中,可能会受到香精颗粒的阻隔而在香精颗粒的周围形成气泡,进而影响装饰层的强度,因此,为了减少上述情况的发生,在涂覆水性聚氨酯和交联剂时,还进行震荡处理,促使水性聚氨酯和交联剂均匀分布在香精颗粒的周围。
本发明的人造革在90℃下烘烤220个小时,香味仍留存62%。
优选的是,所述的芳香型人造革的制备方法中,所述步骤(1)中,发泡层的厚度为0.15mm。
优选的是,所述的芳香型人造革的制备方法中,所述步骤(1)中,加热温度为110℃,加热时间为30min。
优选的是,所述的芳香型人造革的制备方法中,所述步骤(2)中,加热温度为140℃。
优选的是,所述的芳香型人造革的制备方法中,所述步骤(4)中,加热温度为156℃,加热时间为1h。
优选的是,所述的芳香型人造革的制备方法中,所述步骤(3)中,所述香精为玫瑰香精或薰衣草香精。
尽管本发明的实施方案已公开如上,但其并不仅仅限于说明书和实施方式中所列运用,它完全可以被适用于各种适合本发明的领域,对于熟悉本领域的人员而言,可容易地实现另外的修改,因此在不背离权利要求及等同范围所限定的一般概念下,本发明并不限于特定的细节。

Claims (1)

1.一种芳香型人造革的制备方法,其特征在于,包括:
步骤(1)在水性PU面层上涂刮一层水性PU发泡层,发泡层的厚度为0.15mm,加热温度为110℃,加热时间为30min;
步骤(2)在发泡层上涂刮水性PU胶黏剂,将基布贴在发泡层上,并且使水性PU胶黏剂渗透过基布,再进行加热,加热温度为140℃,加热至使水性PU胶黏剂处于半干的状态;
步骤(3)将香味剂涂覆于渗透过基布的水性PU胶黏剂上,形成香味剂层,并且边涂覆边震荡,涂覆速度为2~3cm3/s,震荡频率为10~20次/min,其中,香味剂为由β-环糊精和香精颗粒混合而成,香精颗粒的粒径为1~2mm;
步骤(4)将水性聚氨酯和交联剂涂覆于香味剂层上,加热,加热温度为156℃,加热时间为1h,从而使水性聚氨酯和交联剂交联形成装饰层,并且在涂覆水性聚氨酯和交联剂的同时还进行震荡,震荡频率为80~84次/min;所述香精为玫瑰香精或薰衣草香精。
