本发明公开一种抗菌的家用纺织面料,所述抗菌的家用纺织面料包括表层、里层和夹层,所述的夹层在所述的表层和里层相连接的时候,设置于所述的表层和里层之间。本发明提供一种抗菌的家用纺织面料,具有更强的吸湿快干性能,同时具有永久的抗菌功能的优点。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种抗菌的家用纺织面料。
背景技术
面料作为服装的三要素之一,是最大程度决定服装功能的要素,一般生产服装的面料由一种材质制成,特点比较单一,不能够满足现代人对服装多样性的需求。一般的面料是无味的,香水喷上后又容易扩散,香味不够持久。另外,传统的制作服装本体的面料不具有吸湿快干性能,也不具有永久的抗菌功能等优点。
发明内容
本发明提供一种具有更强的吸湿快干性能,同时具有永久的抗菌功能优点的抗菌的家用纺织面料。
本发明的技术方案是:一种抗菌的家用纺织面料,所述抗菌的家用纺织面料包括表层、里层和夹层,所述的夹层在所述的表层和里层相连接的时候,设置于所述的表层和里层之间,所述表层是由经线和纬线交织而成,所述经线采用黄麻纤维,所述纬线采用弹性纤维,所述黄麻纤维的直径为 21.76μm,纤度为 253dtex,所述弹性纤维的直径为 45.71μm,纤度为 573dtex,所述经线的密度为 23.8 根 /cm,所述纬线的密度为 54.8 根 /cm,所述里层是由经线和纬线交织而成,所述经线采用光导纤维,所述纬线采用竹炭纤维;所述光导纤维的直径为18.26-23.22μm,所述竹炭纤维的直径为16.4-34.32μm。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述夹层是由桑蚕丝和木棉纤维混合而成。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述桑蚕丝的直径为5.2-7.4μm。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述木棉纤维的直径为9.33μm。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述桑蚕丝的密度为16.3根/cm。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述木棉纤维的密度为18.2根/cm。
本发明的一种抗菌的家用纺织面料,具有更强的吸湿快干性能,同时具有永久的抗菌功能的优点。
具体实施方式
下面对本发明的较佳实施例进行详细阐述,以使本发明的优点和特征能更易于被本领域技术人员理解,从而对本发明的保护范围做出更为清楚明确的界定。
其中,所述抗菌的家用纺织面料包括表层、里层和夹层,所述的夹层在所述的表层和里层相连接的时候,设置于所述的表层和里层之间,所述表层是由经线和纬线交织而成,所述经线采用黄麻纤维,所述纬线采用弹性纤维,所述黄麻纤维的直径为 21.76μm,纤度为253dtex,所述弹性纤维的直径为 45.71μm,纤度为 573dtex,所述经线的密度为 23.8 根/cm,所述纬线的密度为 54.8 根 /cm,所述里层是由经线和纬线交织而成,所述经线采用光导纤维,所述纬线采用竹炭纤维;所述光导纤维的直径为18.26-23.22μm,所述竹炭纤维的直径为16.4-34.32μm。
进一步说明,所述夹层是由桑蚕丝和木棉纤维混合而成,所述桑蚕丝的直径为5.2-7.4μm,所述木棉纤维的直径为9.33μm,所述桑蚕丝的密度为16.3根/cm,所述木棉纤维的密度为18.2根/cm。
进一步说明,纺纱工艺流程主要包括:清棉、梳棉、精梳、并条、粗纱、细纱。清棉工序 1.主要任务:(1)开棉:将紧压的原棉松解成较小的棉块或棉束,以利混合、除杂作用的顺利进行;(2)清棉:清除原棉中的大部分杂质、疵点及不宜纺纱的短纤维。(3)混棉:将不同成分的原棉进行充分而均匀地混和,以利棉纱质量的稳定。(4)成卷:制成一定重量、长度、厚薄均匀、外形良好的棉卷。在组成上可划分为六个作用区: 1、开松区使用打手从排列好的各只棉包里抓取原棉,并将混合料送往前方机器进行加工。现在所有用的大多是直行式自动抓棉机,其高速回转的打手从排列好的各棉包顶面移过即抓走一层原棉;然后,打手降位再抓走一层,一直到棉包被抓空为止。 2、粗开清区使用的机器为多仓混棉机。原棉经初步开清之后在本区位进行混和。 3、细开清区使用豪猪开棉机或类似机器。棉块在握持状态下受打手打击开松,打手上刀片轴向间距稍小,制成棉块的体积小、开松好,并能清除出细小杂质。 4、精开清区采用三翼梳针打手,甚至现代有一些准清棉机采用锯齿打手,目的使棉块在本区位变得更细小而成为棉束,同时进一步除去细小杂质和棉结。 5、成卷区棉卷做成定长和定重,而且保持在一定的精度范围内,做到均匀喂给。精梳工序:1、排除短纤维,以提高纤维的平均长度及整齐度。可排除生条中的短纤维约为40%-50%。 2、排除条子中的杂质和棉结提高成纱的外观质量。精梳工序可排除生条中的杂质约为50%-60%,棉结约为10%-20%。 3、使条子中纤维伸直、平行和分离。梳棉生条中的纤维伸直度仅为50%左右,精梳工序可把纤维伸直度提高到85%-95%。 4、并合均匀、混和与成条。例如,梳棉生条中的重量不匀率为2%-4%左右,而精梳制成的棉条重量不匀率约为0.5%-2%。粗纱工序 : 1.牵伸:将熟条均匀地拉长抽细,并使纤维进一步伸直平行。 2.加捻:将牵伸后的须条加以适当的捻回,使纱条具有一定的强力,以利粗纱卷绕和细纱机上的退绕。 主要机构及功用: 1.喂入机构:棉花纤维熟条喂入时,喂入机构主要由1~2根积极传动的导条辊和导条架组成。导条辊把纤维条从筒内引出并托持纤维条,使在引导过程中减少意外伸长。导条架对纤维条起集束作用,导条架横动可以减少牵伸机构中皮辊的磨损; 2.牵伸机构:罗拉牵伸,牵伸机构中的罗拉、皮辊和皮圈容易粘附短绒尘屑和油污,一般均利用绒辊接触摩擦,保持表面清洁,减少纱疵。 3.加捻机构:包括锭翼和锭子。由前牵伸罗拉送出的纱条经过锭翼顶端边孔穿引在锭冀空心臂的导纱钩内;锭冀以恒速回转,每回转一周使纱条绕本身轴线一转而加上一个捻回。粗纱所加捻度较少,借以承受在卷绕和退绕过程中所受的张力,并有利于储存和搬运。4.卷绕成形机构:锭翼恒速绕筒管同向回转,筒管作变速回转,粗纱因筒管与锭翼的速度差异而卷绕起来锭翼转速不变,而筒管转速随粗纱卷绕直径的增大而减慢,即两者相对转速逐渐减小,使绕纱线速度与前罗拉输出纱条速度一致;同时龙筋机构带动纱锭上下来回升降,使纱锭两端呈截头圆锥形。本发明提供一种抗菌的家用纺织面料,具有更强的吸湿快干性能,同时具有永久的抗菌功能的优点。
本发明的具体实施方式,但本发明的保护范围并不局限于此,任何熟悉本领域的技术人员在本发明所揭露的技术范围内,可不经过创造性劳动想到的变化或替换,都应涵盖在本发明的保护范围之内。因此,本发明的保护范围应该以权利要求书所限定的保护范围为准。

1.一种抗菌的家用纺织面料,其特征在于:所述抗菌的家用纺织面料包括表层、里层和夹层,所述的夹层在所述的表层和里层相连接的时候,设置于所述的表层和里层之间,所述表层是由经线和纬线交织而成,所述经线采用黄麻纤维,所述纬线采用弹性纤维,所述黄麻纤维的直径为 21.76μm,纤度为 253dtex,所述弹性纤维的直径为 45.71μm,纤度为573dtex,所述经线的密度为 23.8 根 /cm,所述纬线的密度为 54.8 根 /cm,所述里层是由经线和纬线交织而成,所述经线采用光导纤维,所述纬线采用竹炭纤维;所述光导纤维的直径为18.26-23.22μm,所述竹炭纤维的直径为16.4-34.32μm。
2.根据权利要求1所述的抗菌的家用纺织面料,其特征在于:所述夹层是由桑蚕丝和木棉纤维混合而成。
3.根据权利要求2所述的抗菌的家用纺织面料,其特征在于:所述桑蚕丝的直径为5.2-7.4μm。
4.根据权利要求2所述的抗菌的家用纺织面料,其特征在于:所述木棉纤维的直径为9.33μm。
5.根据权利要求2所述的抗菌的家用纺织面料,其特征在于:所述桑蚕丝的密度为16.3根/cm。
