本发明公开了一种棉用挺括型柔软剂,主要包括如下质量百分比的成分,嵌段硅油10~20%、改性聚氨酯乳液5~10%、聚丙烯酸酯2~5%、阳离子表面活性剂10~15%、棕榈酸异丙酯1~4%、聚甘油脂肪酸酯3~6%、烷基多聚糖苷2~4%、交联剂2~5%、防腐剂0.05~0.2%、其余去离子水,本发明通过改性有机硅类与非硅类的合理复配,制成一种挺括型的柔软剂,采用端环氧双封头法合成的嵌段硅油与羟基改性的聚氨酯乳液,能与纤维中的羟基大分子结合,渗透进入纤维内部,减少停留在纤维表面成膜,使织物具有类似纸质的挺度又有滑糯、蓬松的手感,赋予织物整洁挺括的外观,良好的耐水洗性及弹性,挺括性与柔软丰满的手感相互增效,并无冲突效果,在过柔软的工艺完成,成本低,工艺简洁。

技术领域
本发明涉及纺织助剂技术领域,具体涉及一种棉用挺括型柔软剂及其制备方法。
背景技术
棉纤维是天然纤维,具有良好的吸湿透气性、保温保暖性、耐热性、耐碱性和亲肤柔软性等优点,各类棉纤维的服装一直都倍受消费者的青睐。可是,在穿戴和洗刷过程容易皱、易变形,缺乏弹性,皱了以后比较难抚平,影响了织物的服用性能。尤其是衬衣、连衣裙、外套等服装,起皱变形后没有骨感,失去挺括性,失去干净整洁的外观,成为了一大烦恼。
为了提高它的服用性能,有的从面料的织造开始就添加其他纤维来提高棉纤维的挺括度性。通过增加面料的纤维成份,改善了面料的挺括度,但随之也增加了生产成本。
通过树脂整理、免烫抗皱整理等整理,能使织物获得良好的硬挺度或回弹性。但部分在整理过程中会释放甲醛,对人体和环境造成伤害和污染,失去了棉纤维的天然友好性;部分在整理后手感太硬,失去柔软舒适感;部分在整理后耐水性差,在吸潮或水洗后失去挺括度;部分则是整理剂的离子性太强,不能与其他整理剂有良好的配伍性。
因此,在提高棉纤维织物的挺括性的同时不能失去棉纤维本身的特质,需要开发一种环保、成本低、耐洗水、挺括性好、回弹性好,应用工艺简洁方便,而不失棉纤维本身柔软亲肤的特性的柔软剂。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服上述问题而提供一种环保、成本低、耐洗水、挺括性好、回弹性好,应用工艺简洁方便,而不失棉纤维本身柔软亲肤的特性的柔软剂。
为实现上述目的,本发明采取的技术方案是一种棉用挺括型柔软剂,主要包括如下质量百分比的成分,嵌段硅油10~20%、改性聚氨酯乳液5~10%、聚丙烯酸酯2~5%、阳离子表面活性剂10~15%、棕榈酸异丙酯1~4%、聚甘油脂肪酸酯3~6%、烷基多聚糖苷2~4%、交联剂2~5%、防腐剂0.05~0.2%、其余去离子水。
优选地,所述嵌段硅油为硅氧烷、多胺、聚醚的三元共聚物,所述嵌段硅油采用端含氢封头法或端环氧双封头法合成。
优选地,采用端含氢封头法或端环氧双封头法合成的嵌段硅油含量为40~80%。
优选地,所述改性聚氨酯乳液为羟基硅油改性聚氨酯乳液。
优选地,所述聚丙烯酸酯为聚丙烯酸乙酯、丁酯中至少一种。
优选地,所述阳离子表面活性剂为胺盐型、季铵盐型、咪唑啉型中的至少一种。
优选地,所述烷基多聚糖苷为C8-18中至少一种。
优选地,所述防腐剂为羟苯酯类、苯甲酸及其盐类中至少一种。
一种棉用挺括型柔软剂,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:1)制备组分A:将所述嵌段硅油、棕榈酸异丙酯加入均质乳化机中,低速搅拌均匀后,边搅拌边慢慢加入组分中1/3的去离子水,乳化成微乳液后,再加入阳离子表面活性剂和组分中1/3的去离子水,开动均质乳化机,乳化成乳液,出机,待用。
2)制备组分B:将所述改性聚氨酯乳液、聚丙烯酸酯、聚甘油脂肪酸酯、烷基多聚糖苷和组分中1/3的去离子水均质乳化,备用。
3)将组分A、交联剂加入组分B中,均质乳化后,再加入防腐剂,均质乳化成稳定的成品。
本发明的有益效果:本发明的嵌段硅油其能赋予织物滑糯、蓬松的手感,用端环氧双封头法合成的嵌段硅油,稳定性好,手感和亲水性易调整;改性聚氨酯乳液采用羟基硅油改性聚氨酯的乳液,具有良好的乳液稳定性和较小的粒径,胶膜能保持聚氨酯原有的拉伸强度,与纤维结合具有较好的柔软挺度、耐水性和滑爽的手感。聚丙烯酸酯能提升挺括度且不降低柔软度;阳离子表面活性剂能够赋予织物柔软、丰满的舒适感;棕榈酸异丙酯具有优良的渗透性、分散性,既可提高织物的吸湿透气性,又可将各个组分稳定融合;聚甘油脂肪酸酯:是一种新型的高效非离子表面活性剂;烷基多聚糖苷作为非离子表面活性剂,良好的乳化、渗透作用;交联剂主要是促进提升挺括度;防腐剂作为稳定体系的作用。
通过将具有柔软成分的改性有机硅类、非硅类与具有挺括、透气组分的改性高分子化合物的合理复配,制成适用于棉织物的挺括性优异的柔软剂,赋予织物整洁挺括、柔软亲肤、滑糯丰满的手感,且具有优良的耐水洗性及弹性,同时适用于浸轧工艺的后整理工艺。
本发明通过改性有机硅类与非硅类的合理复配,制成一种挺括型的柔软剂。采用端环氧双封头法合成的嵌段硅油与羟基改性的聚氨酯乳液,能与纤维中的羟基大分子结合,渗透进入纤维内部,减少停留在纤维表面成膜,使织物具有类似纸质的挺度又有滑糯、蓬松的手感,赋予织物整洁挺括的外观,良好的耐水洗性及弹性。
本发明不需要从面料织造开始就通过各种方法来提高挺括度,从增加后续处理的工序以及成本。而是作为一种柔软剂,在织物的各个需求的工艺流程完成后,在最后一道工艺过柔软的时候使用,既增加了织物的挺括度,又赋予织物优异的滑糯、丰满感,经水洗多次后仍然可以整洁挺括如新。挺括性与柔软丰满的手感相互增效,并无冲突效果。在过柔软的工艺完成,成本低,工艺简洁。
具体实施方式
为更好的说明本发明的目的、技术方案和优点,下面将结合具体实施例对本发明作进一步说明。
实施例1
一种棉用挺括型柔软剂,包括如下质量百分比的组分;嵌段硅油10%、羟基硅油改性聚氨酯乳液10%、聚丙烯酸乙酯2%、胺盐型阳离子表面活性剂15%、棕榈酸异丙酯2%、聚甘油脂肪酸酯3%、烷基糖苷0810 4%、交联剂4%、防腐剂羟苯酯类0.05%,其余去离子水。本实施例的嵌段硅油采用端含氢封头法合成,交联剂采用现有技术实现。
该棉用挺括型柔软剂的制备方法如下:按上述的质量百分比进行配制各组分以备用;
制备组分A:将嵌段硅油、棕榈酸异丙酯加入均质乳化机中,低速搅拌均匀后,边搅拌边慢慢加入组分中1/3的去离子水,乳化成微乳液后,再加入阳离子表面活性剂和组分中1/3的去离子水,开动均质乳化机,乳化成乳液,出机,待用。
制备组分B:将羟基硅油改性聚氨酯乳液、聚丙烯酸乙酯、聚甘油脂肪酸酯、十二烷基多聚葡萄糖苷和组分中1/3的去离子水均质乳化,备用。
最后,将组分A、交联剂加入组分B中,均质乳化后,再加入羟苯酯类,均质乳化成稳定的成品。
实施例2
一种棉用挺括型柔软剂,包括如下质量百分比的组分;嵌段硅油15%、羟基硅油改性聚氨酯乳液7%、聚丙烯酸丁酯3%、季铵盐型阳离子表面活性剂12%、棕榈酸异丙酯3%、聚甘油脂肪酸酯4%、烷基糖苷0814 2%、交联剂3%、苯甲酸0.1%,其余去离子水。本实施例的嵌段硅油采用端环氧双封头法合成如下,交联剂采用现有技术实现。
本实施例的柔软剂制备方法与实施例1相同,在此不做描述。
实施例3
一种棉用挺括型柔软剂,包括如下质量百分比的组分;嵌段硅油18%、羟基硅油改性聚氨酯乳液6%、聚丙烯酸丁酯4%、咪唑啉型阳离子表面活性剂13%、棕榈酸异丙酯1%、聚甘油脂肪酸酯5%、烷基糖苷1214 3%、交联剂2%、羟苯酯类0.2%,其余去离子水。本实施例的嵌段硅油采用端环氧双封头法合成,合成方法与实施例2相同,交联剂现有技术实现。本实施例的柔软剂制备方法与实施例1相同,在此不做描述。
实施例4
一种棉用挺括型柔软剂,包括如下质量百分比的组分;嵌段硅油20%、羟基硅油改性聚氨酯乳液5%、聚丙烯酸丁酯5%、咪唑啉型阳离子表面活性剂10%、棕榈酸异丙酯4%、聚甘油脂肪酸酯6%、烷基糖苷1618 2.5%、交联剂5%、苯甲酸0.15%,其余去离子水。本实施例的嵌段硅油采用端含氢封头法合成,交联剂现有技术实现。本实施例的柔软剂制备方法与实施例1相同,在此不做描述。
应用实施例
对上述实施例1~4的柔软剂在棉织物进行应用性能测试,以棉平布(规格为T/C
即时测试:做完整理后1小时内检测。
湿平衡测试:在标准(恒温恒湿)条件下相对湿度45%,温度20~25℃条件下评测。
整理液配制方法为:柔软剂对涤棉平布重量比是1~3%;柔软剂先用蒸馏水和乙酸配制成重量浓度为10%水乳液(pH≈5),再按20-30克/升比例再次稀释后配制成整理液。
浸轧工艺:配制整理液→二浸二轧(轧余率70~80%)→烘干(105~110℃×10min)→定型(180℃×60s)→待测。
测试内容如下:
柔软性,专业人士分组触摸评分。
挺括性:专业人士分组触摸评分。
耐洗性,参照GB/T3921-2008标准。
吸水性,沉降法:参照GB/T22864-2009标准。
耐黄变,参照ISO105-X18:2007标准。
测试结果见表1
本发明的柔软剂在染后浸轧法整理织物后,柔软性、挺括性、吸水性明显提高;与市售的平滑硅油柔软剂相比,柔软性稍好,而挺括性、耐洗性、吸水性、耐黄变等应用性能均明显优于市售产品。说明本发明的柔软剂不仅具有柔软剂原本的优异性能,同时挺括性能佳,挺括性与柔软丰满的手感相互增效,并无冲突效果。
