本发明提供了一种防晒抗紫外运动面料及其制备方法,包括以下步骤:(1)将面料用NaOH水溶液进行处理;(2)将步骤(1)处理的面料浸入柠檬酸溶液中,加入氧化石墨烯、Ce(NO3)3·6H2O与Zn(NO3)2·6H2O,于高温搅拌反应,待反应体系降至室温后,将面料取出烘干;(3)将面料浸入由氨基硅油、三乙醇胺、三聚磷酸钠、聚丙烯酸丁酯、甲基丙烯酸月桂酯、羧甲基纤维素、月桂醇聚醚硫酸酯钠、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、乙醇、水组成的整理剂中处理,水洗焙烘后制得防晒抗紫外运动面料。本发明制得的面料具有良好的抗紫外性能,其作为抗紫外运动面料具有良好的应用前景。

技术领域
本发明属于纺织技术领域,具体涉及一种防晒抗紫外运动面料及其制备方法。
背景技术
运动面料是人们在进行体育运动时穿着的运动服装经常使用的面料,一种类型的面料主要以登山服、滑雪服、冲锋衣为主,风格粗犷,手感硬挺,对产品性能要求非常高,适用探险和恶劣环境下使用,对人具有起到保护的作用。另外一种是户外休闲功能性面料制作的服装,此类布料以休闲时尚为主,讲究做工精细,手感柔软,穿着舒适,适用于旅游、野外活动等等。由于运动的过程经常处于室外环境,因此,面料的抗紫外性能是必不可少的一项功能特性,从而防止皮肤被晒伤、晒黑等。然而现有的抗紫外面料虽然具有较好的抗紫外性能,然而耐久性较差,经长时间日晒或洗涤后抗紫外性能出现大幅下降,从而影响面料的抗紫外效果。
发明内容
为了解决以上现有技术存在的问题,本发明的目的在于提供一种防晒抗紫外运动面料及其制备方法。
为了实现上述目的,本发明提供以下技术方案:
一种防晒抗紫外运动面料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将面料以1:50-80的浴比加入到质量分数为10-30%的NaOH水溶液中,于室温下搅拌混合1-2h,然后将面料取出水洗后于自然条件晾干备用;
(2)将步骤(1)处理的面料以1:20-40的浴比浸入1 mol/L的柠檬酸溶液中,然后在搅拌的条件下依次加入最终质量分数为5-10wt%的氧化石墨烯、10-30wt%的Ce(NO3)3·6H2O 与5-10wt%的Zn (NO3)2·6H2O,于50-80℃的温度下搅拌反应1-3h,待反应体系降至室温后,将面料取出,于70-80℃的温度下将面料烘干;
(3)将步骤(2)制得的面料以1:20-40的浴比浸入由8-16份氨基硅油、5-12份三乙醇胺、3-7份三聚磷酸钠、4-9份聚丙烯酸丁酯、5-10份甲基丙烯酸月桂酯、4-8份羧甲基纤维素、2-6份月桂醇聚醚硫酸酯钠、3-6份脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、10-20份乙醇、10-30份水组成的整理剂中,于40-60℃的温度下搅拌反应1-3h;将面料取出,水洗2-3次,于140-160℃的温度下焙烘1-3min,即制得防晒抗紫外运动面料。
进一步的,所述步骤(2)中氧化石墨烯的最终质量分数为8wt%、Ce(NO3)3·6H2O的最终质量分数为20wt%、Zn (NO3)2·6H2O的最终质量分数为7wt%。
优选的,所述步骤(3)中的整理剂为12份氨基硅油、9份三乙醇胺、5份三聚磷酸钠、7份聚丙烯酸丁酯、8份甲基丙烯酸月桂酯、6份羧甲基纤维素、4份月桂醇聚醚硫酸酯钠、5份脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、15份乙醇、20份水。
进一步的,所述步骤(3)中搅拌的转速为100-300r/min。
本发明所述的制备方法制得的防晒抗紫外运动面料。
有益效果:本发明提供了一种防晒抗紫外运动面料及其制备方法,该面料在处理的过程中,在面料表面原位生成负载有氧化石墨烯的CeO2、ZnO复合粒子,再用功能助剂对面料进行处理,从而赋予面料良好的抗紫外性能。经测试结果得出,本发明制得的面料UPF值高达142.1,紫外透过率低至1%,同时面料经过10天日晒后仍保持良好的抗紫外效果,因此本发明所述的制备方法在抗紫外运动面料的制备过程中具有重要的应用价值。

以下实施例以及对比例以氨纶面料为例,测试本发明所述方法制得的抗紫外面料的性能。
实施例1
一种防晒抗紫外运动面料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将面料以1:65的浴比加入到质量分数为20%的NaOH水溶液中,于室温下搅拌混合1.5h,然后将面料取出水洗后于自然条件晾干备用;
(2)将步骤(1)处理的面料以1:30的浴比浸入1 mol/L的柠檬酸溶液中,然后在搅拌的条件下依次加入最终质量分数为8wt%的氧化石墨烯、20wt%的Ce(NO3)3·6H2O 与7wt%的Zn(NO3)2·6H2O,于65℃的温度下搅拌反应2h,待反应体系降至室温后,将面料取出,于75℃的温度下将面料烘干;
(3)将步骤(2)制得的面料以1:30的浴比浸入由12份氨基硅油、9份三乙醇胺、5份三聚磷酸钠、7份聚丙烯酸丁酯、8份甲基丙烯酸月桂酯、6份羧甲基纤维素、4份月桂醇聚醚硫酸酯钠、5份脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、15份乙醇、20份水组成的整理剂中,于50℃的温度下搅拌反应2h;将面料取出,水洗2-3次,于150℃的温度下焙烘2min,即制得防晒抗紫外运动面料;所述步骤(3)中搅拌的转速为100-300r/min。
实施例2
一种防晒抗紫外运动面料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将面料以1:50的浴比加入到质量分数为10%的NaOH水溶液中,于室温下搅拌混合1h,然后将面料取出水洗后于自然条件晾干备用;

实施例3
一种防晒抗紫外运动面料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将面料以1:60的浴比加入到质量分数为15%的NaOH水溶液中,于室温下搅拌混合1.2h,然后将面料取出水洗后于自然条件晾干备用;
(2)将步骤(1)处理的面料以1:25的浴比浸入1 mol/L的柠檬酸溶液中,然后在搅拌的条件下依次加入最终质量分数为6wt%的氧化石墨烯、15wt%的Ce(NO3)3·6H2O 与6wt%的Zn(NO3)2·6H2O,于60℃的温度下搅拌反应1.5h,待反应体系降至室温后,将面料取出,于72℃的温度下将面料烘干;
(3)将步骤(2)制得的面料以1:25的浴比浸入由10份氨基硅油、6份三乙醇胺、4份三聚磷酸钠、5份聚丙烯酸丁酯、6份甲基丙烯酸月桂酯、5份羧甲基纤维素、3份月桂醇聚醚硫酸酯钠、4份脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、12份乙醇、15份水组成的整理剂中,于45℃的温度下搅拌反应1.5h;将面料取出,水洗2-3次,于145℃的温度下焙烘2min,即制得防晒抗紫外运动面料;所述步骤(3)中搅拌的转速为150r/min。
实施例4
一种防晒抗紫外运动面料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将面料以1:80的浴比加入到质量分数为30%的NaOH水溶液中,于室温下搅拌混合2h,然后将面料取出水洗后于自然条件晾干备用;
(2)将步骤(1)处理的面料以1:40的浴比浸入1 mol/L的柠檬酸溶液中,然后在搅拌的条件下依次加入最终质量分数为10wt%的氧化石墨烯、30wt%的Ce(NO3)3·6H2O 与10wt%的Zn (NO3)2·6H2O,于80℃的温度下搅拌反应3h,待反应体系降至室温后,将面料取出,于80℃的温度下将面料烘干;
(3)将步骤(2)制得的面料以1:40的浴比浸入由16份氨基硅油、12份三乙醇胺、7份三聚磷酸钠、9份聚丙烯酸丁酯、10份甲基丙烯酸月桂酯、8份羧甲基纤维素、6份月桂醇聚醚硫酸酯钠、6份脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、20份乙醇、30份水组成的整理剂中,于60℃的温度下搅拌反应3h;将面料取出,水洗2-3次,于160℃的温度下焙烘3min,即制得防晒抗紫外运动面料;所述步骤(3)中搅拌的转速为300r/min。

对比例1与实施例1的区别在于,对比例1中没有步骤(2)的操作。
对比例2
对比例2与实施例1的区别在于,对比例2中的步骤(2)中未添加氧化石墨烯。
将实施例1-4以及对比例1-2制得的面料参照GB/T18830-2002测定面料的抗紫外性能,同时测定面料经10天日晒后的抗紫外效果,同一样品在不同位置测量5次,取其平均值,其结果如表1所示;从表1中得出本发明制得的面料具有良好的抗紫外性能,UPF值高达142.1,紫外透过率低至1%,同时面料经过10天日晒后仍保持良好的抗紫外效果,因此本发明制得的面料具有良好的抗紫外性能。

Claims (5)

1.一种防晒抗紫外运动面料的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)将面料以1:50-80的浴比加入到质量分数为10-30%的NaOH水溶液中,于室温下搅拌混合1-2h,然后将面料取出水洗后于自然条件晾干备用;
(2)将步骤(1)处理的面料以1:20-40的浴比浸入1 mol/L的柠檬酸溶液中,然后在搅拌的条件下依次加入最终质量分数为5-10wt%的氧化石墨烯、10-30wt%的Ce(NO3)3·6H2O 与5-10wt%的Zn (NO3)2·6H2O,于50-80℃的温度下搅拌反应1-3h,待反应体系降至室温后,将面料取出,于70-80℃的温度下将面料烘干;
(3)将步骤(2)制得的面料以1:20-40的浴比浸入由8-16份氨基硅油、5-12份三乙醇胺、3-7份三聚磷酸钠、4-9份聚丙烯酸丁酯、5-10份甲基丙烯酸月桂酯、4-8份羧甲基纤维素、2-6份月桂醇聚醚硫酸酯钠、3-6份脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、10-20份乙醇、10-30份水组成的整理剂中,于40-60℃的温度下搅拌反应1-3h;将面料取出,水洗2-3次,于140-160℃的温度下焙烘1-3min,即制得防晒抗紫外运动面料。
2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种防晒抗紫外运动面料的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤(2)中氧化石墨烯的最终质量分数为8wt%、Ce(NO3)3·6H2O的最终质量分数为20wt%、Zn(NO3)2·6H2O的最终质量分数为7wt%。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种防晒抗紫外运动面料的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤(3)中的整理剂为12份氨基硅油、9份三乙醇胺、5份三聚磷酸钠、7份聚丙烯酸丁酯、8份甲基丙烯酸月桂酯、6份羧甲基纤维素、4份月桂醇聚醚硫酸酯钠、5份脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、15份乙醇、20份水。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种防晒抗紫外运动面料的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤(3)中搅拌的转速为100-300r/min。
5.权利要求1-4任一项所述的制备方法制得的防晒抗紫外运动面料。
