Abstract
本发明公开一种纺织品防皱剂,由以下重量份数的原料组成:环氧氯丙烷8‑15份、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚10‑20份、氨基硅油3‑8份、水溶性聚氨酯树脂12‑18份、氨化环氧树脂20‑30份、乳酸15‑25份、醋酸铝10‑15份、乙醇25‑40份、二羟甲基二羟基乙烯脲18‑35份和水300‑600份。本发明纺织品防皱剂具有耐久的防皱效果,不会释放出对人体有害的甲醛,且原有的断裂强力变化较小使用效果,用后纺手感好。
Description
技术领域
本发明属于日用化工技术领域,特别是一种纺织品防皱剂。
背景技术
随着人们生活质量的提高,对生活用品的要求越来越高,要求棉织物越柔软越好,洗过后像新买的一样柔软艳丽,这时柔软剂就应用而生。用洗衣粉洗涤后,漂洗时加入柔软剂,柔软剂的平滑、柔软作用主要是由于柔软剂吸附在纤维表面以后,防止纤维与纤维直接接触,降低了纤维与纤维之间的动摩擦系数和静摩擦系数,减少织物组分间的阻力和织物与人体之间的阻力,以达到手感柔软、滑爽、穿着舒适的效果。特别是近年来,柔软剂在纺织品加工中变得尤为重要,几乎每一种从纺织厂出来的纺织品都经过了柔软整理。这种整理的主要目标是获得一种柔软的手感以方便纺织加工和提高服用性能。通常,令人舒适的柔软手感是顾客在购买一件纺织品时的决定性依据,因此,柔软手感被认为是影响纺织品销售的最重要因素。
为了防止织物在使用过程中变形起皱,一般会对织物进行进一步的后处理,而经过处理的织物在使用过程中往往会随着洗涤次数的增多而变形起皱,效果不佳,往往还需要在洗涤后进行熨烫除皱或配合除皱剂使用才能达到满意效果,给人们造成很大不便。因此开发一种可持久防皱的防皱剂是现有领域亟待解决的技术难题。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为解决现有技术中存在的缺点,提供一种纺织品防皱剂。为实现本发明目的所使用的技术方案为:
一种纺织品防皱剂,所述的防皱剂由以下重量份数的原料组成:环氧氯丙烷8-15份、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚10-20份、氨基硅油3-8份、水溶性聚氨酯树脂12-18份、氨化环氧树脂20-30份、乳酸15-25份、醋酸铝10-15份、乙醇25-40份、二羟甲基二羟基乙烯脲18-35份和水300-600份。
优选的,所述的的环氧氯丙烷10-12份、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚12-15份、氨基硅油5-7份、水溶性聚氨酯树脂13-15份、氨化环氧树脂23-28份、乳酸10-22份、醋酸铝12-14份、乙醇30-35份、二羟甲基二羟基乙烯脲20-30份和水350-450份。
优选的,所述的防皱剂由以下方法制成,将原料混合倒入水中,搅拌均匀后,加热到40-50℃,保持30-40分钟后,再继续升温加热到80-90℃,保持60-90分钟,待自然冷却至室温,得成品。
优选的,所述的加热温度45℃,保持35分钟后,再继续升温加热到85℃,保持80分钟
本发明的有益效果为:本发明纺织品防皱剂具有耐久的防皱效果,不会释放出对人体有害的甲醛,且原有的断裂强力变化较小使用效果,用后纺手感好。且使用本发明防皱剂后纺织品的弹性提高,抗皱性能好;皂洗后的折皱回复角度基本不变,说明织物抗皱的耐洗性持久性好;而纺织品的悬垂系数、透气性变化不大,这表明经防皱剂处理后的纺织品,保持了手感柔软、滑爽、导湿、透气、保暖、静电效应小、耐晒、耐虫蛀、耐霉菌、悬垂性好,穿着舒适的特性。

下面结合实施例对本发明方案做进一步详细描述,下述说明仅是为了解释本发明,并不对其内容进行限定。
实施例1
原料:环氧氯丙烷15份、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚20份、氨基硅油8份、水溶性聚氨酯树脂18份、氨化环氧树脂30份、乳酸25份、醋酸铝15份、乙醇40份、二羟甲基二羟基乙烯脲35份和水600份。其制备方法如下:
将原料混合倒入水中,搅拌均匀后,加热到40℃,保持40分钟后,再继续升温加热到80℃,保持60分钟,待自然冷却至室温,得成品。
实施例2
原料:环氧氯丙烷8份、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚10份、氨基硅油3份、水溶性聚氨酯树脂12份、氨化环氧树脂20份、乳酸15份、醋酸铝10份、乙醇25份、二羟甲基二羟基乙烯脲18份和水300份。其制备方法如下:
将原料混合倒入水中,搅拌均匀后,加热到50℃,保持30分钟后,再继续升温加热到90℃,保持90分钟,待自然冷却至室温,得成品。
实施例3
原料:环氧氯丙烷10份、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚12份、氨基硅油5份、水溶性聚氨酯树脂13份、氨化环氧树脂23份、乳酸10份、醋酸铝12份、乙醇30份、二羟甲基二羟基乙烯脲20份和水350份。其制备方法如下:
将原料混合倒入水中,搅拌均匀后,加热到45℃,保持35分钟后,再继续升温加热到85℃,保持80分钟,待自然冷却至室温,得成品。
实施例4
原料:环氧氯丙烷12份、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚15份、氨基硅油7份、水溶性聚氨酯树脂15份、氨化环氧树脂28份、乳酸22份、醋酸铝14份、乙醇35份、二羟甲基二羟基乙烯脲30份和水450份。其制备方法如下:
将原料混合倒入水中,搅拌均匀后,加热到48℃,保持33分钟后,再继续升温加热到88℃,保持70分钟,待自然冷却至室温,得成品。

1.一种纺织品防皱剂,其特征在于,所述的防皱剂由以下重量份数的原料组成:环氧氯丙烷8-15份、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚10-20份、氨基硅油3-8份、水溶性聚氨酯树脂12-18份、氨化环氧树脂20-30份、乳酸15-25份、醋酸铝10-15份、乙醇25-40份、二羟甲基二羟基乙烯脲18-35份和水300-600份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的纺织品防皱剂,其特征在于,所述的的环氧氯丙烷10-12份、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚12-15份、氨基硅油5-7份、水溶性聚氨酯树脂13-15份、氨化环氧树脂23-28份、乳酸10-22份、醋酸铝12-14份、乙醇30-35份、二羟甲基二羟基乙烯脲20-30份和水350-450份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的纺织品防皱剂,其特征在于,所述的防皱剂由以下方法制成,将原料混合倒入水中,搅拌均匀后,加热到40-50℃,保持30-40分钟后,再继续升温加热到80-90℃,保持60-90分钟,待自然冷却至室温,得成品。
4.根据权利要求3所述的纺织品防皱剂,其特征在于,所述的加热温度45℃,保持35分钟后,再继续升温加热到85℃,保持80分钟。
