本发明涉及一种含棉织物的整理方法,包括以下步骤:(1)将含棉织物置于整理剂A中,两浸两轧,轧余率大于60%;(2)将浸轧处理后的含棉织物在75℃预烘4~8min后,100℃焙烘10~15min,然后水洗,烘干;(3)将整理剂B水浴加热至35~45℃,将步骤(2)处理过的含棉织物置于加热后的整理剂B中,浸泡15~20min,取出脱水,30~50℃焙烘30~40min,然后水洗,烘干后将含棉织物在80℃恒温2~3h,得到整理后的含棉织物。该方法流程简单,经整理后的含棉织物柔软舒适、手感好,不易起球、掉色、缩水、产生静电,稳定性好,兼具抗菌抑菌功能,且带有淡香,比传统的整理方法功能更加全面、效果更好。

技术领域
本发明涉及衣物整理领域,更具体地,涉及一种含棉织物的整理方法。
背景技术
含棉织物以优良的性能成为最常用的面料之一,广泛用于服装、装饰织物和产业用织物,也是最为普及的童装面料,多用于儿童夏装,休闲装,内衣,运动装等。但其弹性较差,缩水率较大,容易起皱,色牢度差,由于多与人体尤其是儿童身体接触,易滋生细菌对健康造成威胁。而纺织品的功能整理就是为了满足纺织品的某些特殊使用要求而赋予纺织物优良的使用、安全、外观等性能的特殊整理加工方法。目前加工整理方法有很多,但是效果不甚全面,无法兼顾抗菌、固色、柔顺、防静电等多种功能,尤其对于含棉织物来讲,更需要研究一种效果全面的整理方法,来提高含棉织物的质量,让其更加舒适。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种含棉织物的整理方法。
本发明目的通过以下技术方案予以实现:
提供一种含棉织物的整理方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将含棉织物置于整理剂A中,两浸两轧,轧余率大于60%;
(2)将浸轧处理后的含棉织物在75℃预烘4~8min后,100℃焙烘10~15min,然后水洗,烘干;
(3)将整理剂B水浴加热至35~45℃,将步骤(2)处理过的含棉织物置于加热后的整理剂B中,浸泡15~20min,取出脱水,30~50℃焙烘30~40min,然后水洗,烘干后将含棉织物在80℃恒温2~3h。
进一步地,所述整理剂A由以下重量百分比的各组分组成:丙烯酸丁酯5~9份,硝酸银0.8~1.3份,三羟甲基丙烷4~7份,乙醇15~18份,枸橼酸钠3~5份,水玻璃1~2份,椰油酰胺丙基胺氧化物1.2~2.5份,氯化十六烷基吡啶0.8~1.3份,去离子水70~80份。将上述原材料混合搅拌均匀即得整理剂A。
进一步地,所述整理剂B由以下重量份数的各组分组成:薄荷脑2~3份,茉莉精油1~2份,依兰精油0.6~1份,艾叶精油1.2~1.8份,山梨醇2~4份,绿茶提取液10~12份,连翘提取液7~9份,生姜提取液12~15份。将上述原材料混合搅拌均匀即得整理剂B。
进一步地,所述绿茶提取液、连翘提取液、生姜提取液的制备方法为:
(1)取绿茶、连翘、生姜分别进行80℃热风干燥,干燥后分别粉碎过100目筛;
(2)取粉碎后绿茶,用15倍水搅拌提取,提取温度为78~92℃,提取时间为30min,提取后离心分离,收集上清液,得到绿茶提取液;
(3)取粉碎后连翘,用7倍水搅拌提取,提取温度为60~80℃,提取时间为2h,提取后离心分离,收集上清液,得到连翘提取液;
(4)取粉碎后生姜,用10倍水搅拌提取,提取温度为80~100℃,提取时间为1h,提取后离心分离,收集上清液,得到生姜提取液。与现有技术相比,本发明具有以下有益效果:
本发明提供了一种含棉织物的整理方法,流程简单,经整理后的含棉织物柔软舒适、手感好,不易起球、掉色、缩水、产生静电,稳定性好,兼具抗菌抑菌功能,且带有淡香,比传统的整理方法功能更加全面、效果更好。

制备整理剂A:将丙烯酸丁酯5份,硝酸银1.3份,三羟甲基丙烷4份,乙醇18份,枸橼酸钠3份,水玻璃2份,椰油酰胺丙基胺氧化物1.2份,氯化十六烷基吡啶1.3份,去离子水70份混合搅拌均匀,得到整理剂A。
制备绿茶提取液、连翘提取液、生姜提取液:取绿茶、连翘、生姜分别进行80℃热风干燥,干燥后分别粉碎过100目筛;取粉碎后绿茶,用15倍水搅拌提取,提取温度为78℃,提取时间为30min,提取后离心分离,收集上清液,得到绿茶提取液;取粉碎后连翘,用7倍水搅拌提取,提取温度为80℃,提取时间为2h,提取后离心分离,收集上清液,得到连翘提取液;取粉碎后生姜,用10倍水搅拌提取,提取温度为80℃,提取时间为1h,提取后离心分离,收集上清液,得到生姜提取液。

(1)将含棉织物置于整理剂A中,两浸两轧,轧余率大于60%;
(2)将浸轧处理后的含棉织物在75℃预烘4min后,100℃焙烘15min,然后水洗,烘干;
(3)将整理剂B水浴加热至45℃,将步骤(2)处理过的含棉织物置于加热后的整理剂B中,浸泡20min,取出脱水,50℃焙烘30min,然后水洗,烘干后将含棉织物在80℃恒温3h,得到整理后的含棉织物。

制备整理剂A:将丙烯酸丁酯9份,硝酸银0.8份,三羟甲基丙烷7份,乙醇15份,枸橼酸钠5份,水玻璃1份,椰油酰胺丙基胺氧化物2.5份,氯化十六烷基吡啶0.8份,去离子水80份混合搅拌均匀,得到整理剂A。
制备绿茶提取液、连翘提取液、生姜提取液:取绿茶、连翘、生姜分别进行80℃热风干燥,干燥后分别粉碎过100目筛;取粉碎后绿茶,用15倍水搅拌提取,提取温度为92℃,提取时间为30min,提取后离心分离,收集上清液,得到绿茶提取液;取粉碎后连翘,用7倍水搅拌提取,提取温度为80℃,提取时间为2h,提取后离心分离,收集上清液,得到连翘提取液;取粉碎后生姜,用10倍水搅拌提取,提取温度为100℃,提取时间为1h,提取后离心分离,收集上清液,得到生姜提取液。

(1)将含棉织物置于整理剂A中,两浸两轧,轧余率大于60%;
(2)将浸轧处理后的含棉织物在75℃预烘6min后,100℃焙烘12min,然后水洗,烘干;
(3)将整理剂B水浴加热至40℃,将步骤(2)处理过的含棉织物置于加热后的整理剂B中,浸泡18min,取出脱水,40℃焙烘35min,然后水洗,烘干后将含棉织物在80℃恒温2.5h,得到整理后的含棉织物。

1.一种含棉织物的整理方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)将含棉织物置于整理剂A中,两浸两轧,轧余率大于60%;
(2)将浸轧处理后的含棉织物在75℃预烘4~8min后,100℃焙烘10~15min,然后水洗,烘干;
(3)将整理剂B水浴加热至35~45℃,将步骤(2)处理过的含棉织物置于加热后的整理剂B中,浸泡15~20min,取出脱水,30~50℃焙烘30~40min,然后水洗,烘干后将含棉织物在80℃恒温2~3h。
2.根据权利要求1所述的含棉织物的整理方法,其特征在于,所述整理剂A由以下重量百分比的各组分组成:丙烯酸丁酯5~9份,硝酸银0.8~1.3份,三羟甲基丙烷4~7份,乙醇15~18份,枸橼酸钠3~5份,水玻璃1~2份,椰油酰胺丙基胺氧化物1.2~2.5份,氯化十六烷基吡啶0.8~1.3份,去离子水70~80份。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的含棉织物的整理方法,其特征在于,所述整理剂B由以下重量份数的各组分组成:薄荷脑2~3份,茉莉精油1~2份,依兰精油0.6~1份,艾叶精油1.2~1.8份,山梨醇2~4份,绿茶提取液10~12份,连翘提取液7~9份,生姜提取液12~15份。
4.根据权利要求1所述的含棉织物的整理方法,其特征在于,所述绿茶提取液、连翘提取液、生姜提取液的制备方法为:
(1)取绿茶、连翘、生姜分别进行80℃热风干燥,干燥后分别粉碎过100目筛;
(2)取粉碎后绿茶,用15倍水搅拌提取,提取温度为78~92℃,提取时间为30min,提取后离心分离,收集上清液,得到绿茶提取液;
(3)取粉碎后连翘,用7倍水搅拌提取,提取温度为60~80℃,提取时间为2h,提取后离心分离,收集上清液,得到连翘提取液;
