本发明涉及一种人造丝织品处理方法,包括以下步骤:(1)将人造丝织品置于处理剂A中,两浸两轧,使轧余率达到65~75%;(2)干燥浸轧处理后的人造丝织品,干燥温度为35~45℃,干燥时间为10~20min,然后水洗;(3)将干燥后的人造丝织品置于处理剂B中,浸泡5~10min,然后水洗,最后置于阴凉处自然风干,即得到处理后的人造丝织品。该方法处理时间短,方法简单,处理后的人造丝织品手感更加柔软顺滑,不易褶皱、变形,更易烫平,同时撕裂强度、光滑性提高,透气性、耐水洗性更好,且具备抗静电性能,可避免因为静电而导致的穿着不美观不舒适与对人体机能各方面的影响。

背景技术
真丝产品具有穿着舒适、轻柔爽滑、吸湿透气等优点,但其产量较少且价格昂贵,随着中国丝绸行业工艺技术水平的不断进步,人造丝织品得以普遍应用,但是人造丝比起真丝在各方面都稍显逊色,需要对其进行加工处理,以提高其质量,且赋予其抗褶皱、抗静电等功能,以代替甚至超越真丝以满足消费者多方面的需求。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种人造丝织品处理方法。
本发明目的通过以下技术方案予以实现:
提供一种人造丝织品处理方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将人造丝织品置于处理剂A中,两浸两轧,使轧余率达到65~75%;
(2)干燥浸轧处理后的人造丝织品,干燥温度为35~45℃,干燥时间为10~20min,然后水洗;
(3)将干燥后的人造丝织品置于处理剂B中,浸泡5~10min,然后水洗,最后置于阴凉处自然风干。
进一步地,所述处理剂A由以下重量份数的各组分组成:甜菜碱5~9份,柠檬酸5~9份,地锦草提取物1~3份,去离子水70~80份。
优选地,所述处理剂A由以下重量份数的各组分组成:甜菜碱7份,柠檬酸6份,地锦草提取物2份,去离子水75份。
进一步地,所述处理剂B由以下重量份数的各组分组成:海藻多糖7~10份,柠檬精油3~4份,蚕丝精油2~3份,松木精油1~2份,小麦胚芽油1~2份,亚麻籽油0.5~1.2份,氨基硅油2~4份,乳化硅油柔顺剂0.8~1.3份,香叶醇0.4~0.9份,橙花醇0.8~1.5份,α-紫罗兰酮0.3~0.7份,无水乙醇30~50份,丙二醇10~30份,生育酚乙酸酯4~9份,去离子水230~260份。
优选地,所述处理剂B由以下重量份数的各组分组成:海藻多糖8份,柠檬精油3.5份,蚕丝精油2.8份,松木精油1.4份,小麦胚芽油1.6份,亚麻籽油1份,氨基硅油3份,乳化硅油柔顺剂1.2份,香叶醇0.8份,橙花醇1.1份,α-紫罗兰酮0.5份,无水乙醇40份,丙二醇20份,生育酚乙酸酯5份,去离子水250份。

本发明提供了一种人造丝织品处理方法,处理时间短,方法简单,处理后的人造丝织品手感更加柔软顺滑,不易褶皱、变形,更易烫平,同时撕裂强度、光滑性提高,透气性、耐水洗性更好,且具备抗静电性能,可避免因为静电而导致的穿着不美观不舒适与对人体机能各方面的影响。

实施例1
本实施例公开了一种人造丝织品处理方法。
制备处理剂A:将甜菜碱7份,柠檬酸6份,地锦草提取物2份,去离子水75份混合搅拌均匀,得到处理剂A。
制备处理剂B:将海藻多糖8份,柠檬精油3.5份,蚕丝精油2.8份,松木精油1.4份,小麦胚芽油1.6份,亚麻籽油1份,氨基硅油3份,乳化硅油柔顺剂1.2份,香叶醇0.8份,橙花醇1.1份,α-紫罗兰酮0.5份,无水乙醇40份,丙二醇20份,生育酚乙酸酯5份,去离子水250份混合搅拌均匀,得到处理剂B。
人造丝织品处理方法包括以下步骤:
(1)将人造丝织品置于处理剂A中,两浸两轧,使轧余率达到70%;
(2)干燥浸轧处理后的人造丝织品,干燥温度为40℃,干燥时间为15min,然后水洗;
(3)将干燥后的人造丝织品置于处理剂B中,浸泡8min,然后水洗,最后自然风干。

制备处理剂B:将海藻多糖7份,柠檬精油4份,蚕丝精油2份,松木精油2份,小麦胚芽油1份,亚麻籽油1.2份,氨基硅油2份,乳化硅油柔顺剂1.3份,香叶醇0.4份,橙花醇1.5份,α-紫罗兰酮0.3份,无水乙醇50份,丙二醇10份,生育酚乙酸酯9份,去离子水230份混合搅拌均匀,得到处理剂B。

(1)将人造丝织品置于处理剂A中,两浸两轧,使轧余率达到75%;
(2)干燥浸轧处理后的人造丝织品,干燥温度为35℃,干燥时间为20min,然后水洗;

人造丝织品处理方法包括以下步骤:
(1)将人造丝织品置于处理剂A中,两浸两轧,使轧余率达到72%;
(2)干燥浸轧处理后的人造丝织品,干燥温度为38℃,干燥时间为12min,然后水洗;
(3)将干燥后的人造丝织品置于处理剂B中,浸泡9min,然后水洗,最后自然风干。

1.一种人造丝织品处理方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)将人造丝织品置于处理剂A中,两浸两轧,使轧余率达到65~75%;
(2)干燥浸轧处理后的人造丝织品,干燥温度为35~45℃,干燥时间为10~20min,然后水洗;
(3)将干燥后的人造丝织品置于处理剂B中,浸泡5~10min,然后水洗,最后自然风干。
2.根据权利要求1所述的人造丝织品处理方法,其特征在于,所述处理剂A由以下重量百分比的各组分组成:甜菜碱5~9份,柠檬酸5~9份,地锦草提取物1~3份,去离子水70~80份。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的人造丝织品处理方法,其特征在于,所述处理剂A由以下重量份数的各组分组成:甜菜碱7份,柠檬酸6份,地锦草提取物2份,去离子水75份。
4.根据权利要求1或2或3所述的人造丝织品处理方法,其特征在于,所述处理剂B由以下重量份数的各组分组成:海藻多糖7~10份,柠檬精油3~4份,蚕丝精油2~3份,松木精油1~2份,小麦胚芽油1~2份,亚麻籽油0.5~1.2份,氨基硅油2~4份,乳化硅油柔顺剂0.8~1.3份,香叶醇0.4~0.9份,橙花醇0.8~1.5份,α-紫罗兰酮0.3~0.7份,无水乙醇30~50份,丙二醇10~30份,生育酚乙酸酯4~9份,去离子水230~260份。
