一种玉米嫩滑液体爽身粉,由如下质量百分比的组分组成:2.5~4%的丙二醇、0.08~0.15%的丙烯酸(酯)类/C10-30烷醇丙烯酸酯交联聚合物、0.6~0.8%的丙烯酸羟乙酯/丙烯酰二甲基牛磺酸钠共聚物、17~20%的改性玉米淀粉、3~5%的聚二甲基硅氧烷、0.6~0.9%的聚丙烯酰胺/C13-14异链烷烃/月桂醇聚醚-7、0.05~0.15%的玉米胚芽提取物、0.05~0.15%的黄芩根提取物、0.05~0.15%的茶叶提取物、0.05~0.15%的迷迭香叶提取物、0.15~0.35%的经超临界CO2流体萃取所得的玉米香精和0.05~0.11%的甲基异噻唑啉酮,余量为水;
其制备方法包括如下步骤:
(1)按上述质量百分比称取各组分,将除经超临界CO2流体萃取所得的玉米香精以外的组分分为油相组分和水相组分;
(2)将上述油相组分倒入油锅中,加热至80~85℃,搅拌溶解25~35min;
(3)将上述水相组分倒入水锅中,搅拌溶解后,加热至80~85℃,再保温25~35min;
(4)将步骤(2)和(3)所得物料倒入乳化锅中,经搅拌、均质和抽真空,再调节pH值;
(5)在步骤(4)所得的物料中加入所述经超临界CO2流体萃取所得的玉米香精后,混合均匀,冷却至40~45℃,再经半成品检验、过滤出料,制得所述玉米嫩滑液体爽身粉;
上述经超临界CO2流体萃取所得的玉米香精的制备方法为:在室温下,将空气抽吸以1~50L/kg玉米粒的流量流过新鲜的玉米粒层,形成含新鲜玉米头香精油提取物的空气流,该空气流再流经多孔吸附剂,使其中的新鲜玉米头香精油提取物被吸附捕集于多孔吸附剂中,该吸附捕集的时间为3~48h;处于溶剂状态的二氧化碳与已经吸附了新鲜玉米粒头香精油提取物的多孔吸附剂充分接触,抽提出其中的新鲜玉米粒头香精油提取物,再经相应后处理,得到所述经超临界CO2流体萃取所得的玉米香精。
在本发明的一个优选实施方案中,由如下质量百分比的组分组成:3%的丙二醇、0.1%的丙烯酸(酯)类/C10-30烷醇丙烯酸酯交联聚合物、0.7%的丙烯酸羟乙酯/丙烯酰二甲基牛磺酸钠共聚物、19%的改性玉米淀粉、4%的聚二甲基硅氧烷、0.8%的聚丙烯酰胺/C13-14异链烷烃/月桂醇聚醚-7、0.1%的玉米胚芽提取物、0.1%的黄芩根提取物、0.1%的茶叶提取物、0.1%的迷迭香叶提取物、0.25%的经超临界CO2流体萃取所得的玉米香精和0.1%的甲基异噻唑啉酮,余量为水。
在本发明的一个优选实施方案中,由如下质量百分比的组分组成:2.6%的丙二醇、0.14%的丙烯酸(酯)类/C10-30烷醇丙烯酸酯交联聚合物、0.6%的丙烯酸羟乙酯/丙烯酰二甲基牛磺酸钠共聚物、20%的改性玉米淀粉、3%的聚二甲基硅氧烷、0.9%的聚丙烯酰胺/C13-14异链烷烃/月桂醇聚醚-7、0.05%的玉米胚芽提取物、0.15%的黄芩根提取物、0.05%的茶叶提取物、0.15%的迷迭香叶提取物、0.15%的经超临界CO2流体萃取所得的玉米香精和0.11%的甲基异噻唑啉酮,余量为水。
在本发明的一个优选实施方案中,由如下质量百分比的组分组成:3.8%的丙二醇、0.09%的丙烯酸(酯)类/C10-30烷醇丙烯酸酯交联聚合物、0.8%的丙烯酸羟乙酯/丙烯酰二甲基牛磺酸钠共聚物、17%的改性玉米淀粉、5%的聚二甲基硅氧烷、0.6%的聚丙烯酰胺/C13-14异链烷烃/月桂醇聚醚-7、0.15%的玉米胚芽提取物、0.05%的黄芩根提取物、0.15%的茶叶提取物、0.05%的迷迭香叶提取物、0.35%的经超临界CO2流体萃取所得的玉米香精和0.05%的甲基异噻唑啉酮,余量为水。
在本发明的一个优选实施方案中,所述处于溶剂状态的二氧化碳为温度10~60℃,压力73~300kg/cm2条件下的二氧化碳流体。
本发明的有益效果是:
1、本发明的玉米嫩滑液体爽身粉巧妙的运用了乳霜制备原理,将改性玉米淀粉溶于保湿剂及溶剂中,选用丙烯酸(酯)类/C10-30烷醇丙烯酸酯交联聚合物、聚丙烯酰胺/C13-14异链烷烃/月桂醇聚醚-7及丙烯酸羟乙酯/丙烯酰二甲基牛磺酸钠共聚物进行增稠、乳化,并特别添加油溶肤感调节剂聚二甲基硅氧烷,在高温加热条件下,进行混合搅拌配制后得到乳霜状产品,可以像护肤乳霜一样直接涂抹于肌肤上,滋润、嫩滑,不存在粉末状液体爽身粉涂抹时粉尘飞扬的缺点,且待涂抹在肌肤上的产品干燥之后,被乳化包裹的改性玉米淀粉失水析出,这时粉体已薄薄的附着在肌肤上,不再到处飞扬。
2、本发明的玉米嫩滑液体爽身粉中用改性玉米淀粉取代传统的滑石粉,同时添加了经超临界CO2流体萃取所得的玉米香精,无刺激、温和且环保。
具体实施方式
以下通过具体实施方式对本发明的技术方案进行进一步的说明和描述。
下述实施例中的经超临界CO2流体萃取所得的玉米香精的制备方法为:在室温下,将空气抽吸以1~50L/kg玉米粒的流量流过新鲜的玉米粒层,形成含新鲜玉米头香精油提取物的空气流,该空气流再流经多孔吸附剂,使其中的新鲜玉米头香精油提取物被吸附捕集于多孔吸附剂中,该吸附捕集的时间为3~48h;处于溶剂状态的二氧化碳与已经吸附了新鲜玉米粒头香精油提取物的多孔吸附剂充分接触,抽提出其中的新鲜玉米粒头香精油提取物,再经相应后处理,得到所述经超临界CO2流体萃取所得的玉米香精。
其他各原料组分的作用及来源如下表所示:
实施例1
(1)按如下质量百分比称取各组分,并将除经超临界CO2流体萃取所得的玉米香精以外的组分分为油相组分和水相组分:3%的丙二醇、0.1%的丙烯酸(酯)类/C10-30烷醇丙烯酸酯交联聚合物、0.7%的丙烯酸羟乙酯/丙烯酰二甲基牛磺酸钠共聚物、19%的改性玉米淀粉、4%的聚二甲基硅氧烷、0.8%的聚丙烯酰胺/C13-14异链烷烃/月桂醇聚醚-7、0.1%的玉米胚芽提取物、0.1%的黄芩根提取物、0.1%的茶叶提取物、0.1%的迷迭香叶提取物、0.25%的经超临界CO2流体萃取所得的玉米香精和0.1%的甲基异噻唑啉酮,余量为水;
(2)将上述油相组分倒入油锅中,加热至80~85℃,搅拌溶解25~35min;
(3)将上述水相组分倒入水锅中,搅拌溶解后,加热至80~85℃,再保温25~35min;
(4)将步骤(2)和(3)所得物料倒入乳化锅中,经搅拌、均质和抽真空,再调节pH值;
(5)在步骤(4)所得的物料中加入所述经超临界CO2流体萃取所得的玉米香精后,混合均匀,冷却至40~45℃,再经半成品检验、过滤出料,制得所述玉米嫩滑液体液体液体爽身粉。
实施例2
(1)按如下质量百分比称取各组分,并将除经超临界CO2流体萃取所得的玉米香精以外的组分分为油相组分和水相组分:2.6%的丙二醇、0.14%的丙烯酸(酯)类/C10-30烷醇丙烯酸酯交联聚合物、0.6%的丙烯酸羟乙酯/丙烯酰二甲基牛磺酸钠共聚物、20%的改性玉米淀粉、3%的聚二甲基硅氧烷、0.9%的聚丙烯酰胺/C13-14异链烷烃/月桂醇聚醚-7、0.05%的玉米胚芽提取物、0.15%的黄芩根提取物、0.05%的茶叶提取物、0.15%的迷迭香叶提取物、0.15%的经超临界CO2流体萃取所得的玉米香精和0.11%的甲基异噻唑啉酮,余量为水;
(2)将上述油相组分倒入油锅中,加热至80~85℃,搅拌溶解25~35min;
(3)将上述水相组分倒入水锅中,搅拌溶解后,加热至80~85℃,再保温25~35min;
(4)将步骤(2)和(3)所得物料倒入乳化锅中,经搅拌、均质和抽真空,再调节pH值;
(5)在步骤(4)所得的物料中加入所述经超临界CO2流体萃取所得的玉米香精后,混合均匀,冷却至40~45℃,再经半成品检验、过滤出料,制得所述玉米嫩滑液体爽身粉。
实施例3
(1)按如下质量百分比称取各组分,并将除经超临界CO2流体萃取所得的玉米香精以外的组分分为油相组分和水相组分:3.8%的丙二醇、0.09%的丙烯酸(酯)类/C10-30烷醇丙烯酸酯交联聚合物、0.8%的丙烯酸羟乙酯/丙烯酰二甲基牛磺酸钠共聚物、17%的改性玉米淀粉、5%的聚二甲基硅氧烷、0.6%的聚丙烯酰胺/C13-14异链烷烃/月桂醇聚醚-7、0.15%的玉米胚芽提取物、0.05%的黄芩根提取物、0.15%的茶叶提取物、0.05%的迷迭香叶提取物、0.35%的经超临界CO2流体萃取所得的玉米香精和0.05%的甲基异噻唑啉酮,余量为水;
(2)将上述油相组分倒入油锅中,加热至80~85℃,搅拌溶解25~35min;
(3)将上述水相组分倒入水锅中,搅拌溶解后,加热至80~85℃,再保温25~35min;
(4)将步骤(2)和(3)所得物料倒入乳化锅中,经搅拌、均质和抽真空,再调节pH值;
(5)在步骤(4)所得的物料中加入所述经超临界CO2流体萃取所得的玉米香精后,混合均匀,冷却至40~45℃,再经半成品检验、过滤出料,制得所述玉米嫩滑液体爽身粉。
上述各实施例制备的玉米嫩滑液体爽身粉均可以像护肤乳霜一样直接涂抹于肌肤上,滋润、嫩滑,不存在粉末状液体爽身粉涂抹时粉尘飞扬的缺点,且待涂抹在肌肤上的产品干燥之后,被乳化包裹的改性玉米淀粉失水析出,这时粉体已薄薄的附着在肌肤上,不再到处飞扬。
以上所述,仅为本发明的较佳实施例而已,故不能依此限定本发明实施的范围,即依本发明专利范围及说明书内容所作的等效变化与修饰,皆应仍属本发明涵盖的范围内。
Claims (5)
1.一种玉米嫩滑液体爽身粉,其特征在于:由如下质量百分比的组分组成:2.5~4%的丙二醇、0.08~0.15%的丙烯酸(酯)类/C10-30烷醇丙烯酸酯交联聚合物、0.6~0.8%的丙烯酸羟乙酯/丙烯酰二甲基牛磺酸钠共聚物、17~20%的改性玉米淀粉、3~5%的聚二甲基硅氧烷、0.6~0.9%的聚丙烯酰胺/C13-14异链烷烃/月桂醇聚醚-7、0.05~0.15%的玉米胚芽提取物、0.05~0.15%的黄芩根提取物、0.05~0.15%的茶叶提取物、0.05~0.15%的迷迭香叶提取物、0.15~0.35%的经超临界CO2流体萃取所得的玉米香精和0.05~0.11%的甲基异噻唑啉酮,余量为水;
其制备方法包括如下步骤:
