本发明公开了一种具有祛湿止痒功效的丝素痱子粉及其制备方法。其由以下原料制成：聚乙烯粉55‑75份、角鲨烷2‑8份、海藻酸盐1‑3份、甲氧基肉桂酸辛酯4‑12份、玉米淀粉20‑30份、卵磷脂5‑11份、金银花3‑5份、白芨粉微珠5‑15份、柠檬皮果胶3‑10份、海藻酸钠11‑14份、迷迭香3‑8份、瓜耳胶10‑15份、两面针提取液5‑8份、茶多酚5‑10份、水蛭素3‑5份、聚乙二醇单硬脂酸酯5‑10份。本发明提供的具有祛湿止痒功效的丝素痱子粉及其制备方法，具有爽身消炎、祛湿止痒等功能因子的原料进行科学合理的组配，协同作用，对各种痱子去痱效率高，见效快，无毒副作用，气味芬芳，且能美白肌肤。

技术领域
本发明属于化妆品领域，具体涉及一种具有祛湿止痒功效的丝素痱子粉及其制备方法。
背景技术
痱子（miliaria）是因小汗腺导管闭塞导致汗液储留而形成的皮疹。痱子是夏天最多见的皮肤急性炎症，是由于夏季气温高、湿度大，身体出汗过多，不易蒸发，汗液浸渍表皮角质层，致汗腺导管口闭塞，汗腺导管内汗液储留后，因内压增高而发生破裂，汗液渗入周围组织引起刺激，于汗孔处发生疱疹和丘疹，发生痱子，即痱疮，多发生在颈、胸背、肘窝、腘窝等部位，小孩可发生在头部、前额等处。初起时皮肤发红，然后出现针头大小的红色丘疹或丘疱疹，密集成片，其中有些丘疹呈脓性。生了痱子后剧痒、疼痛，有时还会有一阵阵热辣的灼痛等表现。痱子虽然不是什么险恶病症，但由于刺痒难忍，也会带来不少烦恼，尤其是小孩生痱子，更是吵闹不停。它使孩子的白天晚上都不得安宁，如果抓破了，还会感染细菌，变成脓疱疮和小疖子。少数患者还可以并发急性肾炎。夏天长痱子，轻度患者一般不需就医治疗，可采用痱子粉来防治。目前广泛使用的痱子粉大多是化学原料合成，其止痒、消炎功能较慢且效果差；其主要成分是滑石粉，滑石粉含铅和硅酸镁，对皮肤危害极大。通常的痱子粉，由于大都含少量杀菌药物，故在治疗痱子和皮肤浅表溃烂性炎症的临床应用中，治疗效果不是十分明显。
蚕丝是由两部分构成，外围蚕丝胶原蛋白所构成的部分，称为丝胶；内芯由胶质蛋白构成的部分成为丝素。其中丝素蛋白是一种坚韧而有弹性的蛋白质。占蚕丝纤维总量的70-80%，大分子中存在结晶区和非结晶区，主要成分为乙氨酸、丙氨酸、丝氨酸、脯氨酸、酪氨酸等……各类氨基酸组成。丝素蛋白是将蚕丝脱胶后的丝素纤维加工成的、用作化妆品原料的一种白色粉末状高分子蛋白质。细度一般在144～400目。细腻滑爽，透气性好，与人体皮肤有很好的亲和力，具有保湿作用，抗辐射作用，能增进色素、色淀的黏附力。其热稳定性好。无刺激性，无任何副作用。随着人们生活水平日益提高，痱子粉几乎成为人们夏天不可缺少的生活用品，而且对痱子粉的要求日渐趋向于天然、营养、无刺激性等等。基于此，本发明通过将传统中医学中天然中草药、植物提取物与结合蚕丝蛋白并应用到痱子粉中，研发出一种具有祛湿止痒功效的丝素痱子粉。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种具有祛湿止痒功效的丝素痱子粉及其制备方法。
为了实现上述目的，本发明提供了一种具有祛湿止痒功效的丝素痱子粉，由以下重量份数的原料制成：聚乙烯粉55-75份、角鲨烷2-8份、海藻酸盐1-3份、甲氧基肉桂酸辛酯4-12份、玉米淀粉20-30份、卵磷脂5-11份、金银花3-5份、白芨粉微珠5-15份、柠檬皮果胶3-10份、海藻酸钠11-14份、迷迭香3-8份、瓜耳胶10-15份、两面针提取液5-8份、茶多酚5-10份、水蛭素3-5份、聚乙二醇单硬脂酸酯5-10份。
所述金银花为干金银花经超微粉碎得到的金银花粉末。
所述迷迭香为干迷迭香经超微粉碎得到的迷迭香粉末。
一种具有祛湿止痒功效的丝素痱子粉的制备方法，包括以下步骤：按重量份称取各原料，然后将原料中的固态料先混合进行精磨，得到历经尺寸为100-200目混合均匀的混合粉料；然后将液态料加入到混合粉料中搅拌均匀，接着移入烘箱内烘烤，温度为40-70℃，烘烤时间为1-2h；最后置于干燥通风处冷却，即可进行包装储藏。
所述的最佳烘烤温度为55℃、最佳烘烤时间为1.5h。
本发明的有益效果：本发明提供的具有祛湿止痒功效的丝素痱子粉及其制备方法，具有爽身消炎、祛湿止痒等功能因子的原料进行科学合理的组配，协同作用，对各种痱子去痱效率高，见效快，无毒副作用，气味芬芳，且能美白肌肤。

实施例1
一种具有祛湿止痒功效的丝素痱子粉，由以下重量份数的原料制成：聚乙烯粉55份、角鲨烷2份、海藻酸盐1份、甲氧基肉桂酸辛酯4份、玉米淀粉20份、卵磷脂5份、金银花3份、白芨粉微珠5份、柠檬皮果胶3份、海藻酸钠11份、迷迭香3份、瓜耳胶10份、两面针提取液5份、茶多酚5份、水蛭素3份、聚乙二醇单硬脂酸酯5份。
所述金银花为干金银花经超微粉碎得到的金银花粉末。
所述迷迭香为干迷迭香经超微粉碎得到的迷迭香粉末。

所述金银花为干金银花经超微粉碎得到的金银花粉末。
所述迷迭香为干迷迭香经超微粉碎得到的迷迭香粉末。
