Abstract
本发明涉及一种防皱型纺织面料的制备方法,该方法首先按照重量份取5‑10份环氧氯丙烷、8‑15份脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、1‑5份氨基硅油、7‑15份水溶性聚氨酯树脂、10‑25份氨化环氧树脂、10‑15份乳酸、30‑50份乙醇、18‑35份聚丙烯酸酯和500‑800份水,并将上述原料混合均匀得到处理液,然后将纺织面料基体浸渍在上述处理液中,对纺织面料进行压烫处理和氧漂处理,将氧漂处理后的纺织面料水洗并干燥,得到所述防皱型纺织面料。本发明的制备方法操作简单,使得纺织面料具有很好的防皱效果。

本发明涉及纺织技术领域,具体涉及一种防皱型纺织面料的制备方法。
背景技术
随着人们生活质量的提高,对生活用品的要求越来越高,要求棉织物越柔软越好,洗过后像新买的一样柔软艳丽,这时柔软剂就应用而生。用洗衣粉洗涤后,漂洗时加入柔软剂,柔软剂的平滑、柔软作用主要是由于柔软剂吸附在纤维表面以后,防止纤维与纤维直接接触,降低了纤维与纤维之间的动摩擦系数和静摩擦系数,减少织物组分间的阻力和织物与人体之间的阻力,以达到手感柔软、滑爽、穿着舒适的效果。特别是近年来,柔软剂在纺织品加工中变得尤为重要,几乎每一种从纺织厂出来的纺织品都经过了柔软整理。这种整理的主要目标是获得一种柔软的手感以方便纺织加工和提高服用性能。通常,令人舒适的柔软手感是顾客在购买一件纺织品时的决定性依据,因此,柔软手感被认为是影响纺织品销售的最重要因素。
为了防止织物在使用过程中变形起皱,一般会对织物进行进一步的后处理,而经过处理的织物在使用过程中往往会随着洗涤次数的增多而变形起皱,效果不佳。
发明内容
针对上述技术问题,本发明提供一种防皱型纺织面料的制备方法,该方法操作简单,使得纺织面料具有很好的防皱效果。
为了解决上述问题,本发明提供一种防皱型纺织面料的制备方法,其该方法包括以下步骤:
步骤1,按照重量份取5-10份环氧氯丙烷、8-15份脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、1-5份氨基硅油、7-15份水溶性聚氨酯树脂、10-25份氨化环氧树脂、10-15份乳酸、30-50份乙醇、18-35份聚丙烯酸酯和500-800份水,并将上述原料混合均匀得到处理液;
步骤2,将预先准备好的纺织面料基体浸渍在所述处理液中,浴比控制为1:4~1:10,得到处理后的纺织面料;
步骤3,在150℃~180℃下,对所述处理后的纺织面料进行压烫处理;
步骤4,将压烫处理后的纺织面料用清水洗涤后进行氧漂处理,并将氧漂处理后的纺织面料水洗并干燥,得到所述防皱型纺织面料。
进一步的,步骤1中,按照重量份取7份环氧氯丙烷、12份脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、3份氨基硅油、13份水溶性聚氨酯树脂、18份氨化环氧树脂、13份乳酸、20份乙醇、29份聚丙烯酸酯和600份水。
进一步的,步骤2中,所述浴比控制为1:6。
进一步的,步骤3中,所述压烫处理的温度为160℃。
进一步的,步骤4中,所述氧漂处理具体为:将纺织面料浸渍在80℃的含10%双氧水的溶液中处理30分钟。
进一步的,步骤2中,所述处理后的纺织面料从处理液中取出后,甩干至纺织面料的含液率为50%。
进一步的,步骤3中,压烫处理的处理时间为1分钟。

步骤2,将预先准备好的纺织面料基体浸渍在所述处理液中,浴比控制为1:4~1:10,得到处理后的纺织面料;
步骤3,在150℃~180℃下,对所述处理后的纺织面料进行压烫处理;
步骤4,将压烫处理后的纺织面料用清水洗涤后进行氧漂处理,并将氧漂处理后的纺织面料水洗并干燥,得到所述防皱型纺织面料。
