本发明属于纺织技术领域,尤其涉及一种抗紫外线棉织物的整理方法。包括以下步骤:在60~80℃下,在棉织物中加入抗紫外线整理剂的浸渍液,浴比为1:(20‑30),在轧车上二浸二渣,扎液率为20‑100%,浸轧车速控制在10~15米/分钟;然后将织物在100℃气蒸0.5~2小时;降至常温后用中和剂水洗至pH值为6.5~6.8,烘干即得到所述抗紫外线纯棉织物。本发明通过将无机紫外线屏蔽剂和有机紫外线屏蔽剂相结合,使浸渍液兼具两种整理剂的功能优点,提高了抗紫外线的效果,并且可与纺织品牢固结合,经整理的织物手感柔软,对人体不刺激,而且色彩鲜艳。

一种抗紫外线棉织物的整理方法
技术领域
本发明属于纺织技术领域,尤其涉及一种抗紫外线棉织物的整理方法。
背景技术
由于臭氧层变薄变稀,到达地面的紫外线辐射量增多,因过度的紫外线照射引起的疾病越来越多。普通衣料对紫外线的遮蔽率一般在50%左右,远远达不到防护要求。另外,长期的紫外线照射也会引起纺织品的褪色和老化。因此,有必要对纺织品进行抗紫外线整理。
棉织物本身对紫外线屏蔽率最差,夏天穿纯棉纺织品是最理想的,因此如何提高棉织物的抗紫外线性能是亟待解决的问题。现在市面上有很多防紫外线整理剂,但是其效果比较单一,而且经防紫外线处理后的纺织品的手感、外观受到很大的影响。
发明内容
为解决上述技术问题,本发明的目的是提供一种抗紫外线棉织物的整理方法,通过将无机紫外线屏蔽剂和有机紫外线屏蔽剂相结合,提高了抗紫外线的效果,而且经整理的织物手感柔软,色彩鲜艳。
本发明的第一个目的是提出一种抗紫外线棉织物的整理方法,包括以下步骤:
在60~80℃下,在棉织物中加入抗紫外线整理剂的浸渍液,浴比为1:(20-30),在轧车上二浸二渣,扎液率为20-100%,浸轧车速控制在10~15米/分钟;然后将织物在100℃气蒸0.5~2小时;降至常温后用中和剂水洗至pH值为6.5~6.8,烘干即得到所述抗紫外线纯棉织物;
所述抗紫外线整理剂由如下重量份的组分组成:

进一步的,所述金属氧化物粉体包括氧化镁、氧化锌、二氧化钛中的任一种,所述非金属氧化物粉体包括二氧化硅或高岭土中的一种。
进一步的,所述分散剂包括聚丙烯酸钠、月硅酸钠、三乙醇胺、聚乙二醇中的任一种。
进一步的,所述金属氧化物粉体或非金属氧化物粉体的粒径为500-1000纳米。
进一步的,所述抗紫外线整理剂各组分混合后加水后配成质量含量15~20%的浸渍液。
进一步的,棉织物与浸渍液的浴比为1:(20~25)。
进一步的,所述聚丙烯酸钠分散剂粘度400~500mPa·s,所述聚乙二醇的分子量为400~2000。
本发明的第二个目的是提出一种上述方法整理得到的棉织物。
本发明的第三个目的是提出一种上述棉织物在纺织制衣领域的应用。
借由上述方案,本发明至少具有以下优点:本发明通过将无机紫外线屏蔽剂和有机紫外线屏蔽剂相结合,使浸渍液兼具两种整理剂的功能优点,提高了抗紫外线的效果,并且可与纺织品牢固结合,经整理的织物手感柔软,对人体不刺激,而且色彩鲜艳。
具体实施方式
下面将结合实施例对本发明的实施方案进行详细描述,但是本领域技术人员将会理解,下列实施例仅用于说明本发明,而不应视为限定本发明的范围。
实施例1
一种抗紫外线棉织物的整理方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)配置抗紫外线整理剂的浸渍液,抗紫外线整理剂由如下重量份的组分组成:

上述抗紫外线整理剂各组分混合后加水后配成质量含量20%的浸渍液。
(2)在80℃下,在棉织物中加入抗紫外线整理剂的浸渍液,浴比为1:25,在轧车上二浸二渣,扎液率为100%,浸轧车速控制在15米/分钟;然后将织物在100℃气蒸2小时;降至常温后用中和剂水洗至pH值为6.5~6.8,烘干即得到所述抗紫外线纯棉织物。
实施例2
一种抗紫外线棉织物的整理方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)配置抗紫外线整理剂的浸渍液,抗紫外线整理剂由如下重量份的组分组成:

上述抗紫外线整理剂各组分混合后加水后配成质量含量18%的浸渍液。
(2)在60~80℃下,在棉织物中加入抗紫外线整理剂的浸渍液,浴比为1:30,在轧车上二浸二渣,扎液率为80%,浸轧车速控制在10米/分钟;然后将织物在100℃气蒸1小时;降至常温后用中和剂水洗至pH值为6.5~6.8,烘干即得到所述抗紫外线纯棉织物。
实施例3
一种抗紫外线棉织物的整理方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)配置抗紫外线整理剂的浸渍液,抗紫外线整理剂由如下重量份的组分组成:

上述抗紫外线整理剂各组分混合后加水后配成质量含量15%的浸渍液。
(2)在60~80℃下,在棉织物中加入抗紫外线整理剂的浸渍液,浴比为1:20,在轧车上二浸二渣,扎液率为50%,浸轧车速控制在15米/分钟;然后将织物在100℃气蒸1.5小时;降至常温后用中和剂水洗至pH值为6.5~6.8,烘干即得到所述抗紫外线纯棉织物。
虽然本发明已以较佳实施例公开如上,但其并非用以限定本发明,任何熟悉此技术的人,在不脱离本发明的精神和范围内,都可做各种的改动与修饰,因此本发明的保护范围应该以权利要求书所界定的为准。

1.一种抗紫外线棉织物的整理方法,其特征在于:包括以下步骤:
在60~80℃下,在棉织物中加入抗紫外线整理剂的浸渍液,浴比为1:(20-30),在轧车上二浸二渣,扎液率为20-100%,浸轧车速控制在10~15米/分钟;然后将织物在100℃气蒸0.5~2小时;降至常温后用中和剂水洗至pH值为6.5~6.8,烘干即得到所述抗紫外线纯棉织物;
所述抗紫外线整理剂由如下重量份的组分组成:

2.根据权利要求1所述的抗紫外线棉织物的整理方法,其特征在于:所述金属氧化物粉体包括氧化镁、氧化锌、二氧化钛中的任一种,所述非金属氧化物粉体包括二氧化硅或高岭土中的一种。
3.根据权利要求1所述的抗紫外线棉织物的整理方法,其特征在于:所述分散剂包括聚丙烯酸钠、月硅酸钠、三乙醇胺、聚乙二醇中的任一种。
4.根据权利要求1所述的抗紫外线棉织物的整理方法,其特征在于:所述金属氧化物粉体或非金属氧化物粉体的粒径为500-1000纳米。
5.根据权利要求1所述的抗紫外线棉织物的整理方法,其特征在于:所述抗紫外线整理剂各组分混合后加水后配成质量含量15~20%的浸渍液。
6.根据权利要求1所述的抗紫外线棉织物的整理方法,其特征在于:棉织物与浸渍液的浴比为1:(20~25)。
7.根据权利要求3所述的抗紫外线棉织物的整理方法,其特征在于:所述聚丙烯酸钠分散剂粘度400~500mPa·s,所述聚乙二醇的分子量为400~2000。
