本发明公开了一种抗紫外线多功能纺织布料的制备工艺,经过抗紫外线处理工艺、浸轧定型整理工艺和烘干三个步骤,完成对纺织布料的处理工艺,所述浸轧定型整理时将纺织布料在纳米整理液中浸轧定型整理;本发明的纺织布料的制备工艺中采用特定的纳米整理液,不仅能够使织物具有十分好的纳米防水、防油、防污功能,且织物经过多次水洗之后,三防效果依然保持的很好,且各项色牢度高,织物透气透湿性能佳,织物强力在经过整理之后,其断裂强度下降不是很明显;本发明通过采用抗紫外线处理工艺,使得色织面料具有良好的抗紫外线功能,有效实现长久抗紫外线。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种面料处理工艺技术领域,具体涉及一种抗紫外线多功能纺织布料的制备工艺。
背景技术
随着生活水平的提高,人们越来越关心健康和清洁问题,对于纺织品的要求也不再仅仅局限于穿着装饰,对卫生清洁保健等功能的需求不断提高。
在日常生活中,经常会碰到许多令人不愉快的气味,例如汗臭味、体臭味、香烟味及油烟味等。这些臭气不仅味道难闻,而且还可能会危害人体生理机能,给人们的身体健康带来威胁,同时纺织品在人体穿着、使用过程中,不小心会沾水、沾油,而且还会沾污很多汗液、皮脂以及其他各种人体分泌物,这些污物不仅影响人们的使用,而且是微生物繁殖的良好环境。随着人们生活节奏的加快,以及追求高质量生活的要求,具有自清洁能力的纺织品应运而生。
众所周知,紫外线的长期照射会给人们造成各种危害,因此,现有多种抗紫外线工具出现,它们抗紫外线的方式都是一样的,将具有抗紫外线的涂层涂覆在工具的外表层,这种方式工艺过程简单、生产成本低,但是这种抗紫外线涂覆层不耐水洗,容易脱落,使得抗紫外线持久性下降。
发明内容
针对现有技术的缺陷和不足,本发明的目的在于提供一种制备方法简单、抗菌、防紫外线效果明显的抗紫外线多功能纺织布料的制备工艺。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案是:一种抗紫外线多功能纺织布料的制备工艺,其创新点在于:经过抗紫外线处理工艺、浸轧定型整理工艺和烘干三个步骤,完成对纺织布料的处理工艺,所述浸轧定型整理时将纺织布料在纳米整理液中浸轧定型整理;具体步骤如下:
(1)抗紫外线处理工艺:选用抗紫外线粉剂制备得到抗紫外线浸轧液,将色织面料放于80-95℃的抗紫外线浸轧液中浸渍3-5小时,然后扎一遍,轧余率为65-75%,所述抗紫外线粉剂的添加量为8-12g/L,所述抗紫外线粉剂的颗粒直径为15-25nm,比重为1.0-1.2g/m3;
(2)浸轧定型整理工艺:所述浸轧定型整理时共进行两次浸轧,第一次浸轧的轧液率为50-60%,第二次浸轧的轧液率为60-80%。
(3)烘干:先在110-140℃下预烘干,预烘干时间为60-90s,然后再在110-130℃下烘燥,烘燥时间为60-90s;
所述纳米整理液包括用于防水、防油、防污整理的含氟整理剂和纳米陶瓷粉分散液。
进一步的,所述纳米整理液中还包括交联剂、渗透剂、柠檬酸,每升纳米整理液中含氟整理剂的量为40-80g、纳米陶瓷粉分散液的量为20-60g、交联剂的量为3-5g、渗透剂的量为1.5-2g、柠檬酸的量为1.5-2g。
进一步的,所述纳米陶瓷粉分散液包括去离子水、Al2O3、分散剂,每100ml去离子水中Al2O3的量为1-6g、分散剂的量为2-4ml,所述纳米陶瓷粉分散液的pH值为7-9。
采用上述结构后,本发明有益效果为:
(1)本发明的纺织布料的制备工艺中采用特定的纳米整理液,不仅能够使织物具有十分好的纳米防水、防油、防污功能,且织物经过多次水洗之后,三防效果依然保持的很好,且各项色牢度高,织物透气透湿性能佳,织物强力在经过整理之后,其断裂强度下降不是很明显。
(2)本发明通过采用抗紫外线处理工艺,使得色织面料具有良好的抗紫外线功能,有效实现长久抗紫外线。

实施例1
一种抗紫外线多功能纺织布料的制备工艺,经过抗紫外线处理工艺、浸轧定型整理工艺和烘干三个步骤,完成对纺织布料的处理工艺,浸轧定型整理时将纺织布料在纳米整理液中浸轧定型整理;具体步骤如下:
(1)抗紫外线处理工艺:选用抗紫外线粉剂制备得到抗紫外线浸轧液,将色织面料放于80℃的抗紫外线浸轧液中浸渍3小时,然后扎一遍,轧余率为65%,抗紫外线粉剂的添加量为8g/L,抗紫外线粉剂的颗粒直径为15nm,比重为1.0g/m3;
(2)浸轧定型整理工艺:浸轧定型整理时共进行两次浸轧,第一次浸轧的轧液率为50%,第二次浸轧的轧液率为60%。
(3)烘干:先在110℃下预烘干,预烘干时间为60s,然后再在110℃下烘燥,烘燥时间为60s;
纳米整理液包括用于防水、防油、防污整理的含氟整理剂和纳米陶瓷粉分散液,纳米整理液中还包括交联剂、渗透剂、柠檬酸,每升纳米整理液中含氟整理剂的量为40g、纳米陶瓷粉分散液的量为20g、交联剂的量为3g、渗透剂的量为1.5g、柠檬酸的量为1.5g。
纳米陶瓷粉分散液包括去离子水、Al2O3、分散剂,每100ml去离子水中Al2O3的量为1g、分散剂的量为2ml,纳米陶瓷粉分散液的pH值为7。
实施例2
一种抗紫外线多功能纺织布料的制备工艺,经过抗紫外线处理工艺、浸轧定型整理工艺和烘干三个步骤,完成对纺织布料的处理工艺,浸轧定型整理时将纺织布料在纳米整理液中浸轧定型整理;具体步骤如下:
(1)抗紫外线处理工艺:选用抗紫外线粉剂制备得到抗紫外线浸轧液,将色织面料放于95℃的抗紫外线浸轧液中浸渍5小时,然后扎一遍,轧余率为75%,抗紫外线粉剂的添加量为12g/L,抗紫外线粉剂的颗粒直径为25nm,比重为1.2g/m3;
(2)浸轧定型整理工艺:浸轧定型整理时共进行两次浸轧,第一次浸轧的轧液率为60%,第二次浸轧的轧液率为80%。
(3)烘干:先在140℃下预烘干,预烘干时间为90s,然后再在130℃下烘燥,烘燥时间为90s;
纳米整理液包括用于防水、防油、防污整理的含氟整理剂和纳米陶瓷粉分散液,纳米整理液中还包括交联剂、渗透剂、柠檬酸,每升纳米整理液中含氟整理剂的量为80g、纳米陶瓷粉分散液的量为60g、交联剂的量为5g、渗透剂的量为2g、柠檬酸的量为2g。
纳米陶瓷粉分散液包括去离子水、Al2O3、分散剂,每100ml去离子水中Al2O3的量为6g、分散剂的量为4ml,纳米陶瓷粉分散液的pH值为9。
实施例3
一种抗紫外线多功能纺织布料的制备工艺,经过抗紫外线处理工艺、浸轧定型整理工艺和烘干三个步骤,完成对纺织布料的处理工艺,浸轧定型整理时将纺织布料在纳米整理液中浸轧定型整理;具体步骤如下:
(1)抗紫外线处理工艺:选用抗紫外线粉剂制备得到抗紫外线浸轧液,将色织面料放于87℃的抗紫外线浸轧液中浸渍4小时,然后扎一遍,轧余率为70%,抗紫外线粉剂的添加量为10g/L,抗紫外线粉剂的颗粒直径为20nm,比重为1.1g/m3;
(2)浸轧定型整理工艺:浸轧定型整理时共进行两次浸轧,第一次浸轧的轧液率为55%,第二次浸轧的轧液率为70%。
(3)烘干:先在125℃下预烘干,预烘干时间为75s,然后再在120℃下烘燥,烘燥时间为75s;
纳米整理液包括用于防水、防油、防污整理的含氟整理剂和纳米陶瓷粉分散液,纳米整理液中还包括交联剂、渗透剂、柠檬酸,每升纳米整理液中含氟整理剂的量为60g、纳米陶瓷粉分散液的量为40g、交联剂的量为4g、渗透剂的量为1.7g、柠檬酸的量为1.7g。
纳米陶瓷粉分散液包括去离子水、Al2O3、分散剂,每100ml去离子水中Al2O3的量为3.5g、分散剂的量为3ml,纳米陶瓷粉分散液的pH值为8。
通过上述三个实施例得到以下实验数据:
由上表可知,实施例1、2和3的抑菌率高达99%,消臭率高达95%,远远高于普通面料的抑菌、消臭性能,同时具有较强的防紫外线性能,防油、易去污都达到3级。
本发明的纺织布料的制备工艺中采用特定的纳米整理液,不仅能够使织物具有十分好的纳米防水、防油、防污功能,且织物经过多次水洗之后,三防效果依然保持的很好,且各项色牢度高,织物透气透湿性能佳,织物强力在经过整理之后,其断裂强度下降不是很明显;本发明通过采用抗紫外线处理工艺,使得色织面料具有良好的抗紫外线功能,有效实现长久抗紫外线。

1.一种抗紫外线多功能纺织布料的制备工艺,其特征在于:经过抗紫外线处理工艺、浸轧定型整理工艺和烘干三个步骤,完成对纺织布料的处理工艺,所述浸轧定型整理时将纺织布料在纳米整理液中浸轧定型整理;具体步骤如下:
(1)抗紫外线处理工艺:选用抗紫外线粉剂制备得到抗紫外线浸轧液,将色织面料放于80-95℃的抗紫外线浸轧液中浸渍3-5小时,然后扎一遍,轧余率为65-75%,所述抗紫外线粉剂的添加量为8-12g/L,所述抗紫外线粉剂的颗粒直径为15-25nm,比重为1.0-1.2g/m3;
(2)浸轧定型整理工艺:所述浸轧定型整理时共进行两次浸轧,第一次浸轧的轧液率为50-60%,第二次浸轧的轧液率为60-80%。
(3)烘干:先在110-140℃下预烘干,预烘干时间为60-90s,然后再在110-130℃下烘燥,烘燥时间为60-90s;
所述纳米整理液包括用于防水、防油、防污整理的含氟整理剂和纳米陶瓷粉分散液。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种抗紫外线多功能纺织布料的制备工艺,其特征在于:所述纳米整理液中还包括交联剂、渗透剂、柠檬酸,每升纳米整理液中含氟整理剂的量为40-80g、纳米陶瓷粉分散液的量为20-60g、交联剂的量为3-5g、渗透剂的量为1.5-2g、柠檬酸的量为1.5-2g。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种抗紫外线多功能纺织布料的制备工艺,其特征在于:所述纳米陶瓷粉分散液包括去离子水、Al2O3、分散剂,每100ml去离子水中Al2O3的量为1-6g、分散剂的量为2-4ml,所述纳米陶瓷粉分散液的pH值为7-9。
