本发明属于纺织品应用技术领域,具体公开了一种可控导湿快干真丝睡衣面料的生产方法,包括以下步骤,步骤1、采用含0.1%‑2%天然浆料和0.1%‑1%释酸剂的稀浆对蚕丝睡衣面料进行单面上浆,上浆量60%‑120%,60‑80℃烘干。步骤2、将1%‑10%的浅黄色拒水拒油纳米整理液与1%‑10%的天然浆料制成整理浆,通过平网对上浆面的反面进行刮印,100‑120℃烘干、温水洗、冷水洗、60‑80℃烘干。本发明的有益效果在于:1、通过正面满幅印稀浆和反面平网印拒水拒油整理浆的方法,控制浆料的渗透和拒水拒油整理剂的扩散,达到导湿快干可控调节的目的;2、通过后整理的方法对真丝织物处理,不仅保留真丝天然纤维吸湿、透气、手感柔软的性能,而且具有排汗快干功能,简单易行、成本低廉、实用性强。

技术领域
本发明属于纺织品应用技术领域,具体涉及一种可控导湿快干真丝睡衣面料
的生产方法。
背景技术
随着科技的进步、人们生活水平的提高,消费者的着装观念在转变,对生活环境与质量的要求也越来越高,功能面料即将成为人们日常生活中不可或缺的服装面料。其中单向导湿织物是在导湿快干织物基础上发展起来的,是通过织物内外层的亲、疏水性不同,即织物外层亲水而内层大部分疏水,汗液从内层小部分亲水的部位传输到织物的亲水性外层,并在外层快速蒸发。近些年来,国内外所研制的导湿纤维都是围绕聚酯、尼龙、聚丙烯等化纤展开,其中以聚酯纤维为多。主要是通过聚合物的物理改性和化学改性来赋予纤维导湿功能,开发了各种具有良好的快吸、快干、多吸、舒适的功能性织物。也有利用二种纤维亲疏水性差异,采用特殊组织结构的设计开发吸湿快干面料。它包括单层、双层以及多层结构等织物组织结构的设计,如棉盖涤、麻盖丙、棉盖丙双层针织物,涤棉丙三层针织物等。
目前国内外对于吸湿排汗快干面料的研究大多集中在合成纤维面料上,而较少触及对纯天然纤维面料进行吸湿排汗快干性能的研究。尤其是真丝纤维织物的吸湿排汗快干性研究很少。专利200810025096.1虽然公开了一种单向导湿快干的真丝面料,但其是真丝和聚酯纤维的交织物,影响了真丝面料吸湿、透气和手感柔软的性能。
发明内容
发明目的:本发明的目的是提供一种可控导湿快干真丝睡衣面料的生产方法,本制备方法工艺简单,不仅具有真丝天然纤维的吸湿、透气、手感柔软的性能,而且具有Coolmax等功能性化纤织物的排汗快干功能。
技术方案:本发明提供一种可控导湿快干真丝睡衣面料的生产方法,包括以下步骤,步骤1、采用含0.1%-2%天然浆料和0.1%-1%释酸剂的稀浆对蚕丝睡衣面料进行单面上浆,上浆量60%-120%,60-80℃烘干。步骤2、将1%-10%的浅黄色拒水拒油纳米整理液与1%-10%的天然浆料制成整理浆,通过平网对上浆面的反面进行刮印,100-120℃烘干、温水洗、冷水洗、60-80℃烘干。
本技术方案的,所述天然浆料指海藻酸钠、淀粉、改性淀粉、龙胶中的一种或两种。
本技术方案的,所述释酸剂指氯化铵或硫酸铵。
本技术方案的,所述浅黄色拒水拒油纳米整理液指纳米二氧化钛溶胶、阳离子改性有机硅乳液和弱阳离子性拒水拒油整理剂按1:1:2复配而得。
本技术方案的,所述平网指带有可印制均匀网格或散点的平网印花用涤纶丝网。
与现有技术相比,本发明的一种可控导湿快干真丝睡衣面料的生产方法的有益效果在于:1、通过正面满幅印稀浆和反面平网印拒水拒油整理浆的方法,控制浆料的渗透和拒水拒油整理剂的扩散,达到导湿快干可控调节的目的;2、通过后整理的方法对真丝织物处理,不仅保留真丝天然纤维吸湿、透气、手感柔软的性能,而且具有排汗快干功能,简单易行、成本低廉、实用性强;3、所用拒水拒油纳米整理液对真丝面料整理后得到的整理效果持久,耐洗涤性好,且低碳环保。
具体实施方式
下面结合具体实施例,进一步阐明本发明。
实施例1
先采用含2%海藻酸钠和1%释酸剂的稀浆对真丝面料进行单面上浆,上浆量100%,80℃烘干;然后将5%的浅黄色拒水拒油纳米整理液与5%的改性淀粉制成整理浆,通过筛网1(镂空面积整个筛网的50%)对上浆面的反面进行刮印,110℃烘干、温水洗、冷水洗、80℃烘干;导湿快干性能指标测试参照AATCC TM 195-2009《织物的液态水分管理特性》标准,测试结果为4级,经5次洗涤后测试结果为4级。
实施例2
先采用含0.5%淀粉和0.5%释酸剂的稀浆对真丝面料进行单面上浆,上浆量90%,70℃烘干;然后将2%的浅黄色拒水拒油纳米整理液与2%的淀粉制成整理浆,通过筛网2(镂空面积整个筛网的40%)对上浆面的反面进行刮印,100℃烘干、温水洗、冷水洗、70℃烘干;导湿快干性能指标测试参照AATCC TM 195-2009《织物的液态水分管理特性》标准,测试结果为3级,经5次洗涤后测试结果为3级。
实施例3
先采用含0.1%龙胶和0.1%释酸剂的稀浆对真丝面料进行单面上浆,上浆量70%,60℃烘干;然后将10%的浅黄色拒水拒油纳米整理液与8%的龙胶制成整理浆,通过筛网3(镂空面积整个筛网的50%)对上浆面的反面进行刮印,120℃烘干、温水洗、冷水洗、80℃烘干;导湿快干性能指标测试参照AATCC TM 195-2009《织物的液态水分管理特性》标准,测试结果为4级,经5次洗涤后测试结果为4级。
以上所述仅是本发明的优选实施方式,应当指出,对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明原理的前提下,还可以作出若干改进,这些改进也应视为本发明的保护范围。

1.一种可控导湿快干真丝睡衣面料的生产方法,其特征在于:包括以下步骤,
步骤1、采用含0.1%-2%天然浆料和0.1%-1%释酸剂的稀浆对蚕丝睡衣面料进行单面上浆,上浆量60%-120%,60-80℃烘干;
步骤2、将1%-10%的浅黄色拒水拒油纳米整理液与1%-10%的天然浆料制成整理浆,通过平网对上浆面的反面进行刮印,100-120℃烘干、温水洗、冷水洗、60-80℃烘干。
2.权利要求1所述的一种可控导湿快干真丝睡衣面料的生产方法,其特征在于:所述天然浆料指海藻酸钠、淀粉、改性淀粉、龙胶中的一种或两种。
3.权利要求1所述的一种可控导湿快干真丝睡衣面料的生产方法,其特征在于:所述释酸剂指氯化铵或硫酸铵。
4.权利要求1所述的一种可控导湿快干真丝睡衣面料的生产方法,其特征在于:所述浅黄色拒水拒油纳米整理液指纳米二氧化钛溶胶、阳离子改性有机硅乳液和弱阳离子性拒水拒油整理剂按1:1:2复配而得。
