本发明涉及皮肤衣面料技术领域,具体为一种皮肤衣面料的制作工艺。
背景技术
皮肤衣又叫皮肤风衣,顾名思义,就是要具备皮肤的一些性能,比如,透气、排汗、耐磨、轻盈等,它使用的材料具有极轻的重量,异常舒适的接触性,良好的透气性,并具备一定的防风性,抗水性,而且非常柔软,犹如人体的一层薄薄的皮肤。
皮肤衣是最近两年才在国内流行的名词,叫这个名字,取义穿在身上没有感觉,好像和身体融为一体,超轻薄透气,防晒衣的主要作用是防止太阳紫外线的直接照射,作用和遮阳伞是一样的,使皮肤免受太阳照射而变黑,防晒衣最大的特点就是半透明,穿起来凉爽又能防晒,而现有的皮肤衣虽然可以进行防晒,但是,夏天,皮肤直接暴露在外界,其表面易于细菌直接接触,皮肤衣自身不具有抗菌效果,易对人体皮肤造成伤害,且现有的皮肤衣材质未经柔化,衣服质感较强,不易与皮肤贴合,增强了穿戴者的不适感,为此,我们提出了一种皮肤衣面料的制作工艺,以解决上述内容存在的问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种皮肤衣面料的制作工艺,具备抗菌杀菌,柔化纤维和抗紫外线的优点,解决了现有的皮肤衣不具有抗菌杀菌功能,未柔化纤维导致其材质僵硬,并无法对紫外线进行很好阻挡的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种皮肤衣面料的制作工艺,包括如下步骤:
(1)溶液A的配制:0.5-1%酒石酸,1-3%麦饭石粉,6-10%二羟甲基二羟基乙烯脲,3-4%表面活性剂,2-5%丝胶,150-180%纯水,10-15%薄荷精油;
(2)溶液B的配制:聚氨酯树脂70-80%,甲苯20-30%,纳米二氧化钛10-13%;交联剂2-5%,促进剂1-3%;
(3)涤纶纤维的一次浸泡:将涤纶纤维浸泡在溶液A中,随后烘干;
(4)涤纶纤维的二次浸泡:将涤纶纤维浸泡在溶液B中,随后烘干;
(5)涤纶纤维的纺织:将涤纶纤维进行纺织,并对涤纶纤维纺织面料的纬度进行控制;
(6)涤纶面料的一次浸泡:将涤纶面料浸泡在溶液A中,随后烘干;
(7)涤纶面料的二次浸泡:将涤纶面料浸泡在溶液B中,随后烘干。
优选的,所述步骤(1)中,溶液A为杀菌类溶剂,所述溶液A还可作为柔性溶剂,且该溶液的最佳配比为:0.8%酒石酸,2%麦饭石粉,8%二羟甲基二羟基乙烯脲,3.5%表面活性剂,3%丝胶,160%纯水,13%薄荷精油。
优选的,所述步骤(2)中,溶液B为抗紫外线溶剂,且该溶剂的最佳配比为:聚氨酯树脂75%,甲苯25%,纳米二氧化钛12%;交联剂4%,促进剂2%。
优选的,所述步骤(3)中,涤纶纤维浸泡的时间为2小时,且浸泡温度为40℃,烘干温度为80℃。

一种皮肤衣面料的制作工艺,包括如下步骤:
(1)溶液A的配制:0.5-1%酒石酸,1-3%麦饭石粉,6-10%二羟甲基二羟基乙烯脲,3-4%表面活性剂,2-5%丝胶,150-180%纯水,10-15%薄荷精油;

实施例一:
溶液A的配比:0.8%酒石酸,2%麦饭石粉,8%二羟甲基二羟基乙烯脲,3.5%表面活性剂,3%丝胶,160%纯水,13%薄荷精油;
溶液B的配比:聚氨酯树脂75%,甲苯25%,纳米二氧化钛12%;交联剂4%,促进剂2%。

对溶液A进行配制,当溶液配制完成后,并对其搅拌均匀,随后将涤纶纤维浸泡在溶液A中,浸泡时间为2小时,浸泡的温度控制在40℃,待浸泡时间到达之后,取出涤纶纤维,并对其进行烘干,烘干为风力烘干,且对涤纶纤维的烘干温度为80℃,随后将烘干后的涤纶纤维冷却风干,之后将涤纶纤维浸泡在配制好的溶液B中,并对浸泡的温度控制在45℃,浸泡时间为3小时,待浸泡时间到达后,将涤纶纤维取出,并对其进行风力烘干,且烘干的温度控制在80℃,接着将烘干后的涤纶纤维进行冷却,并进行纺织作业,并对其纺织的经纬度密度进行控制,使涤纶纤维纺织成弹性较好的涤纶面料,当涤纶面料纺织完成后,将涤纶面料再次浸泡在溶液A中,浸泡的温度控制在30℃,浸泡的时间为3小时,待浸泡时间到达后,对涤纶面料进行风力烘干,且烘干的温度为60℃,将烘干后的涤纶面料冷却后,浸泡在溶液B中,浸泡的时间为2.5小时,浸泡的温度为30℃,待浸泡时间到达后,对涤纶面料进行风力烘干,烘干温度为50℃。
实施例三:
溶液A的配比:0.8%酒石酸,2%麦饭石粉,8%二羟甲基二羟基乙烯脲,3.5%表面活性剂,2%丝胶,160%纯水,11%薄荷精油;
溶液B的配比:聚氨酯树脂72%,甲苯20%,纳米二氧化钛12%;交联剂4%,促进剂3%。

实施例四:

本发明通过采用杀菌柔性剂和抗紫外线助剂的配合使用,可以对涤纶纤维进行杀菌,并使其具有抗菌效果,并对涤纶纤维进行柔化,使其表面柔软光滑亲肤,无不适感,接着通过对纺织涤纶纤维的经纬度进行控制,使涤纶纤维纺织成涤纶纤维时,其弹性较好,易拉伸,更易贴身,增强穿戴者的舒适感,最后通过对涤纶面料的再次浸泡,使涤纶面料的抗菌和柔性效果得到提升,并进一步增强涤纶面料的抗紫外线效果。
尽管已经示出和描述了本发明的实施例,对于本领域的普通技术人员而言,可以理解在不脱离本发明的原理和精神的情况下可以对这些实施例进行多种变化、修改、替换和变型,本发明的范围由所附权利要求及其等同物限定。
Claims (8)
1.一种皮肤衣面料的制作工艺,其特征在于:包括如下步骤:
(1)溶液A的配制:0.5-1%酒石酸,1-3%麦饭石粉,6-10%二羟甲基二羟基乙烯脲,3-4%表面活性剂,2-5%丝胶,150-180%纯水,10-15%薄荷精油;
(2)溶液B的配制:聚氨酯树脂70-80%,甲苯20-30%,纳米二氧化钛10-13%;交联剂2-5%,促进剂1-3%;
(3)涤纶纤维的一次浸泡:将涤纶纤维浸泡在溶液A中,随后烘干;
(4)涤纶纤维的二次浸泡:将涤纶纤维浸泡在溶液B中,随后烘干;
(5)涤纶纤维的纺织:将涤纶纤维进行纺织,并对涤纶纤维纺织面料的纬度进行控制;
(6)涤纶面料的一次浸泡:将涤纶面料浸泡在溶液A中,随后烘干;
(7)涤纶面料的二次浸泡:将涤纶面料浸泡在溶液B中,随后烘干。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种皮肤衣面料的制作工艺,其特征在于:所述步骤(1)中,溶液A为杀菌类溶剂,所述溶液A还可作为柔性溶剂,且该溶液的最佳配比为:0.8%酒石酸,2%麦饭石粉,8%二羟甲基二羟基乙烯脲,3.5%表面活性剂,3%丝胶,160%纯水,13%薄荷精油。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种皮肤衣面料的制作工艺,其特征在于:所述步骤(2)中,溶液B为抗紫外线溶剂,且该溶剂的最佳配比为:聚氨酯树脂75%,甲苯25%,纳米二氧化钛12%;交联剂4%,促进剂2%。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种皮肤衣面料的制作工艺,其特征在于:所述步骤(3)中,涤纶纤维浸泡的时间为2小时,且浸泡温度为40℃,烘干温度为80℃。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种皮肤衣面料的制作工艺,其特征在于:所述步骤(4)中,涤纶纤维浸泡的时间为3小时,且浸泡的温度为45℃,烘干温度为80℃。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种皮肤衣面料的制作工艺,其特征在于:所述步骤(5)中,涤纶纤维纺织时的纬度密度较大,且其密度应大于其经度密度。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种皮肤衣面料的制作工艺,其特征在于:所述步骤(6)中,对涤纶面料的浸泡温度在30℃,且浸泡时间为3小时,烘干时的温度60℃。
8.根据权利要求1所述的一种皮肤衣面料的制作工艺,其特征在于:所述步骤(7)中,对涤纶面料的浸泡温度在30℃,且浸泡时间为2.5小时,烘干时的温度为50℃。
