衣食住行与人类日常生活息息相关,而在人类社会生活中占有重要地位的衣也随着社会文明的进步而不断进步。在科学技术突飞猛进的当代社会,人们对服装的要求不再仅仅局限在遮体御寒、美观得体的款式等方面,更注重于其功能性。夏天而言,外出最为害怕的就是紫外线,紫外线对于不只是使皮肤晒黑,更重要的是会加速皮肤的老化,使人衰老的更快,因此,越来越多的人注重于夏天的防晒。而其中皮肤衣在防晒中就承担着重任!另一方面,夏天温度较高,也需要面料的透气性,因此,研究开发具有很好的防紫外线效果,同时提高面料的舒适性,对于防止对皮肤的伤害,甚至是对于防止皮肤的衰老,具有重要的实用价值和广阔的经济前景。
发明内容

技术方案:一种舒适皮肤衣面料的制备方法,成分按重量份计,包括以下步骤:
(1)将5-10份纳米二氧化钛、5-10份罗勒精油微球、0.5-1份酒石酸、1-3份麦饭石粉、6-10份二羟甲基二羟基乙烯脲、3-4份表面活性剂、2-4份聚阴离子纤维素、2-5份丝胶、5-10份水性聚氨酯、130-170份蒸馏水混合搅拌得溶液A;
(2)将涤纶纤维浸泡入其中30-40min,浸泡过程中不断搅拌;
(3)80℃下预烘2-3min后升温至100-110℃烘焙3-4min;
(4)将处理后涤纶纤维、莫代尔纤维和纳米二氧化钛纤维混纺成面料;
(5)将面料浸泡入溶液A中30-40min;
(6)80℃下预烘2-3min后升温至130-140℃烘焙3-3.5min;
(7)在温度50-55℃,2g/L的皂液中洗涤10-15min;
(8)热水中洗涤5-10min后放入冷水中洗涤5-10min;
(9)80℃下烘干即得。
进一步的,所述表面活性剂为木质素磺酸钠、聚乙二醇800、月桂醇硫酸钠、月桂酰基谷氨酸或十二烷基硫酸钠中的一种或几种。
进一步的,所述处理后涤纶纤维、莫代尔纤维和纳米二氧化钛纤维的质量比为20:5:3。
进一步的,所述罗勒精油微球的制备方法:
第一步:取2-5份乙基纤维素,加入40-60份80%乙醇,搅拌溶解;
第二步:加入5-10份罗勒精油和2%的甘油,充分搅拌均匀;
第三步:再加入1wt%滑石粉,搅拌均匀;
第四步:喷雾干燥即得,进料速度为3mL/min,进风温度为100℃,雾化压力为100kPa。

进一步的,所述纳米二氧化钛纤维的制备方法为:
(1)取10g钛酸丁酯溶于50 mL环己醇中,得透明溶液A;
(2)取3g十六烷基三甲基溴化胺溶于20 mL去离子水中形成均匀溶液B;
(3)将溶液B逐滴加入50 mL环己醇中得到溶液C,由于水与环己醇互不相溶,故溶液C呈分层状态;
(4)在转速为1000r/min下边搅拌边将溶液A逐滴加入溶液C中,搅拌18 h;
(5)用三乙胺调节溶胶的pH值至8-9,继续搅拌2 h后过滤,再用丙酮洗涤3次后将滤饼置于烘箱中80℃干燥,得到TiO2粉末;
(6)将干燥后的粉末置于10 mol/L NaOH溶液中,在150℃下回流处理12 h;
(7)用无水乙醇洗涤3次后,置于50℃烘箱中直至完全干燥即得。
有益效果:
1. 纳米二氧化钛纤维和纳米二氧化钛均具有很好的防紫外线效果,也具有一定的抗菌性能,纳米二氧化钛附着在涤纶纤维上,再通过与纳米二氧化钛纤维的混纺,达到非常好的防紫外线和抗菌性能。
2. 涤纶纤维上具有的反应性羟基能与二羟甲基二羟基乙烯脲发生交联反应,使有效成分附着在涤纶纤维表面,涤纶纤维表面沟槽被有效成分覆盖,最终使得面料表面结构形态发生变化。
3. 本发明方法所制备的舒适皮肤衣面料手感平滑柔软,具有很好的透气防水性能,其透气量最高为498.2L/(m2·s),透湿量最低仅为2403.7g/(m2·d),具有很好的透气性,防水性能佳,穿着时非常舒适。
4. 本发明方法所制备的舒适皮肤衣面料的UPF值大于50且UVA透射比(T(UVA)AV)小于5%,具有非常好的防紫外线效果,同时面料还具有一定的抗菌性,其对大肠杆菌和金黄色葡萄球菌都有很好的抑制效果。

本实施例与实施例1的差别在于不含有纳米二氧化钛纤维,具体为:
一种舒适皮肤衣面料的制备方法,成分按重量份计,包括以下步骤:
(1)将5份纳米二氧化钛、5份罗勒精油微球、0.5份酒石酸、1份麦饭石粉、6份二羟甲基二羟基乙烯脲、3份表面活性剂、2份聚阴离子纤维素、2份丝胶、5份水性聚氨酯、130份蒸馏水混合搅拌得溶液A;
(2)将涤纶纤维浸泡入其中30min,浸泡过程中不断搅拌;
(3)80℃下预烘2min后升温至100℃烘焙3min;
(4)将处理后涤纶纤维和莫代尔纤维混纺成面料;
(5)将面料浸泡入溶液A中30min;
(6)80℃下预烘2min后升温至130-140℃烘焙3min;
(7)在温度50℃,2g/L的皂液中洗涤10min;
(8)热水中洗涤5min后放入冷水中洗涤5min;
(9)80℃下烘干即得。

本实施例与实施例1的差别在于以纳米二氧化钛代替麦饭石粉,具体为:
一种舒适皮肤衣面料的制备方法,成分按重量份计,包括以下步骤:
(1)将6份纳米二氧化钛、5份罗勒精油微球、0.5份酒石酸、6份二羟甲基二羟基乙烯脲、3份表面活性剂、2份聚阴离子纤维素、2份丝胶、5份水性聚氨酯、130份蒸馏水混合搅拌得溶液A;
(2)将涤纶纤维浸泡入其中30min,浸泡过程中不断搅拌;
(3)80℃下预烘2min后升温至100℃烘焙3min;
(4)将处理后涤纶纤维、莫代尔纤维和纳米二氧化钛纤维混纺成面料;
(5)将面料浸泡入溶液A中30min;
(6)80℃下预烘2min后升温至130-140℃烘焙3min;
(7)在温度50℃,2g/L的皂液中洗涤10min;
(8)热水中洗涤5min后放入冷水中洗涤5min;
(9)80℃下烘干即得。
对比例3
本实施例与实施例1的差别在于以水性聚氨酯代替丝胶,具体为:
一种舒适皮肤衣面料的制备方法,成分按重量份计,包括以下步骤:
(1)将5份纳米二氧化钛、5份罗勒精油微球、0.5份酒石酸、1份麦饭石粉、6份二羟甲基二羟基乙烯脲、3份表面活性剂、2份聚阴离子纤维素、7份水性聚氨酯、130份蒸馏水混合搅拌得溶液A;
(2)将涤纶纤维浸泡入其中30min,浸泡过程中不断搅拌;
(3)80℃下预烘2min后升温至100℃烘焙3min;
(4)将处理后涤纶纤维、莫代尔纤维和纳米二氧化钛纤维混纺成面料;
(5)将面料浸泡入溶液A中30min;
(6)80℃下预烘2min后升温至130-140℃烘焙3min;
(7)在温度50℃,2g/L的皂液中洗涤10min;
(8)热水中洗涤5min后放入冷水中洗涤5min;
(9)80℃下烘干即得。
透气性测试根据国家标准 GB/T5453-8 规定的测试方法,采用数字式透气量仪进行测试。
防水性测试根据 GB/T 12704.1-2009 纺织品织物透湿性试验方法第1部分:吸湿法测定。
防紫外线性能测试根据GB /T 18830—2009《纺织品 防紫外线性能的评定》,裁取圆形试样4块,试样直径为7 cm,采用YG902C防紫外线及防晒保护测试仪进行测试。按标准规定,对于匀质试样,以所测试样中最低的UPF值为样品的UPF值。当样品的UPF值大于50时,表示为UPF﹥50;当试样的UPF值大于40且UVA透射比(T(UVA)AV)小于5%时,可称为防紫外线产品;当UPF值大于40且小于或等于50时记为UPF40 +;当UPF值大于50时,标记为UPF50 + 。
抑菌性的测定:利用滤纸片抑菌圈法测定面料对供试菌的抑制效果,将供试菌接入无菌液体培养基中,在37℃、120 r/min 的恒温摇床内活化培育 24 h。吸取一部分活化后的菌种液接入无菌水中,充分振荡后制成 107 cfu/m L的初始菌液。
将灭过菌的LB固体培养基在室温下放置,冷却至适宜温度后倒至无菌培养皿,待培养基凝固后备用。吸取0.1 mL初始菌液接种至LB培养基,用灭过菌的玻璃涂布棒将菌液分散均匀。
剪取一块直径为6 mm的面料,贴于含有供试菌的培养基上,把平板倒扣放置于温度为37℃的培养箱中 24 h。培养结束后,抑菌圈直径使用游标卡尺量出。

本发明方法所制备的舒适皮肤衣面料手感平滑柔软,具有很好的透气防水性能,其透气量最高为498.2L/(m2·s),透湿量最低仅为2403.7g/(m2·d),具有很好的透气性,具有舒适感,防水性能佳,其UPF值大于50且UVA透射比(T(UVA)AV)小于5%,具有非常好的防紫外线效果,同时面料还具有一定的抗菌性,其对大肠杆菌和金黄色葡萄球菌都有很好的抑制效果。

Claims (6)

1.一种舒适皮肤衣面料的制备方法,其特征在于:成分按重量份计,包括以下步骤:
(1)将5-10份纳米二氧化钛、5-10份罗勒精油微球、0.5-1份酒石酸、1-3份麦饭石粉、6-10份二羟甲基二羟基乙烯脲、3-4份表面活性剂、2-4份聚阴离子纤维素、2-5份丝胶、5-10份水性聚氨酯、130-170份蒸馏水混合搅拌得溶液A;
(2)将涤纶纤维浸泡入其中30-40min,浸泡过程中不断搅拌;
(3)80℃下预烘2-3min后升温至100-110℃烘焙3-4min;
(4)将处理后涤纶纤维、莫代尔纤维和纳米二氧化钛纤维混纺成面料;
(5)将面料浸泡入溶液A中30-40min;
(6)80℃下预烘2-3min后升温至130-140℃烘焙3-3.5min;
(7)在温度50-55℃,2g/L的皂液中洗涤10-15min;
(8)热水中洗涤5-10min后放入冷水中洗涤5-10min;
(9)80℃下烘干即得。
2. 根据权利要求 1所述的一种舒适皮肤衣面料的制备方法,其特征在于:所述表面活性剂为木质素磺酸钠、聚乙二醇800、月桂醇硫酸钠、月桂酰基谷氨酸或十二烷基硫酸钠中的一种或几种。
3.根据权利要求 1所述的一种舒适皮肤衣面料的制备方法,其特征在于:所述处理后涤纶纤维、莫代尔纤维和纳米二氧化钛纤维的质量比为20:5:3。
4.根据权利要求 1所述的一种舒适皮肤衣面料的制备方法,其特征在于:所述罗勒精油微球的制备方法:
第一步:取2-5份乙基纤维素,加入40-60份80%乙醇,搅拌溶解;
第二步:加入5-10份罗勒精油和2%的甘油,充分搅拌均匀;
第三步:再加入1wt%滑石粉,搅拌均匀;
第四步:喷雾干燥即得,进料速度为3mL/min,进风温度为100℃,雾化压力为100kPa。
5.根据权利要求 1所述的一种舒适皮肤衣面料的制备方法,其特征在于:所述麦饭石粉的粒径为≤20μm。
6.根据权利要求 1所述的一种舒适皮肤衣面料的制备方法,其特征在于:所述纳米二氧化钛纤维的制备方法为:
(1)取10g钛酸丁酯溶于50 mL环己醇中,得透明溶液A;
(2)取3g十六烷基三甲基溴化胺溶于20 mL去离子水中形成均匀溶液B;
(3)将溶液B逐滴加入50 mL环己醇中得到溶液C,由于水与环己醇互不相溶,故溶液C呈分层状态;
(4)在转速为1000r/min下边搅拌边将溶液A逐滴加入溶液C中,搅拌18 h;
(5)用三乙胺调节溶胶的pH值至8-9,继续搅拌2 h后过滤,再用丙酮洗涤3次后将滤饼置于烘箱中80℃干燥,得到TiO2粉末;
(6)将干燥后的粉末置于10 mol/L NaOH溶液中,在150℃下回流处理12 h;
(7)用无水乙醇洗涤3次后,置于50℃烘箱中直至完全干燥即得。
