本发明提供了一种抗菌透气防水面料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:将载银壳聚糖、肉桂精油微球、二羟甲基二羟基乙烯脲、表面活性剂、柠檬酸、水性聚氨酯、蒸馏水混合搅拌得溶液A;将纺丝浸泡入其中30‑40min;80℃下预烘后升温至100‑110℃烘焙3‑4min;将纺丝纺织成面料;将面料浸泡入溶液A中30‑40min;80℃下预烘2‑3min后升温至130‑140℃烘焙;在温度60‑65℃,2g/L的皂液中洗涤;热水中洗涤后放入冷水中洗涤;80℃下烘干即得。本方法所制备的抗菌透气防水面料具有很好的透气防水性能,同时抗菌性佳,对于大肠杆菌和金黄色葡萄球菌的抑制效果都很好。

衣食住行与人类日常生活息息相关,而在人类社会生活中占有重要地位的衣也随着社会文明在不断进步。在科学技术突飞猛进的当代社会,人们对服装的要求不再仅仅局限在遮体御寒、美观得体的款式等方面,而是更注重服装的穿着舒适性,而抗菌、防水、透气等都是其中的各个方面。而将三者优势合而为一,更是能够大大提高服饰的舒适性,提高人们的生活质量,具有广阔的应用前景。
发明内容
要解决的技术问题:本发明的目的是提供一种抗菌透气防水面料的制备方法,所制备的面料具有很好的透气防水性能,同时抗菌性佳,对于大肠杆菌和金黄色葡萄球菌的抑制效果都很好。
技术方案:一种抗菌透气防水面料的制备方法,成分按重量份计,包括以下步骤:
(1)将5-10份载银壳聚糖、5-10份肉桂精油微球、6-10份二羟甲基二羟基乙烯脲、3-4份表面活性剂、0.5-1份柠檬酸、5-10份水性聚氨酯、100-150份蒸馏水混合搅拌得溶液A;
(2)将纺丝浸泡入其中30-40min;
(3)80℃下预烘2-3min后升温至100-110℃烘焙3-4min;
(4)将纺丝纺织成面料;
(5)将面料浸泡入溶液A中30-40min;
(6)80℃下预烘2-3min后升温至130-140℃烘焙3-3.5min;
(7)在温度60-65℃,2g/L的皂液中洗涤10-15min;
(8)热水中洗涤5-10min后放入冷水中洗涤5-10min;
(9)80℃下烘干即得。
进一步的,所述表面活性剂为脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸铵、月桂醇硫酸钠、月桂酰基谷氨酸或十二烷基硫酸钠中的一种或几种。
进一步的,所述纺丝为棉纤维、涤纶纤维或蚕丝纤维。
进一步的,所述载银壳聚糖的制备方法为:
第一步:用1%的乙酸溶液配制1.5%的壳聚糖乙酸溶液,边搅拌边加入1.0mol/L AgNO3溶液,继续搅拌15-20 min;
第二步:加入过量的硼氢化钠溶液,即得混合液A;
第三步:取30-50份液体石蜡,加入0.6-1份丙二醇脂肪酸酯,搅拌混合均匀;
第四步:采用恒压漏斗缓慢滴加混合液A,在50℃恒温水浴中继续搅拌30 min;
第五步:用冰水浴骤冷所得混合液体10 min加入体积分数为1.5-2%的戊二醛,交联固化2h;
第六步:离心洗涤,真空冷冻干燥即得。
进一步的,所述肉桂精油微球的制备方法:
第一步:取2-5份乙基纤维素,加入40-60份80%乙醇,搅拌溶解;
第二步:加入5-10份肉桂精油和2%的甘油,充分搅拌均匀;
第三步:再加入1wt%滑石粉,搅拌均匀;
第四步:喷雾干燥即得,进料速度为3mL/min,进风温度为100℃,雾化压力为100kPa。
有益效果:
1. 载银壳聚糖和肉桂精油都是很有效的抗菌成分,能够有效抗菌,提高面料的抗菌性能。
2. 纱线上具有的反应性羟基能与二羟甲基二羟基乙烯脲发生交联反应,使有效成分附着在纱线纤维表面,纱线纤维表面沟槽被有效成分覆盖,最终使得面料表面结构形态发生变化。。
3. 本发明面料具有很好的透气防水性能,其透气量最高为538.9L/(m2·s),透湿量最低仅为2703.4g/(m2·d),具有很好的透气性,防水性能佳,同时本发明面料抗菌性佳,对于大肠杆菌和金黄色葡萄球菌的抑制效果都很好。

(3)80℃下预烘2.5min后升温至105℃烘焙3.5min;
(4)纺织成面料;
(5)将面料浸泡入溶液A中35min;
(6)80℃下预烘2-3min后升温至135℃烘焙3.5min;
(7)在温度62℃,2g/L的皂液中洗涤13min;
(8)热水中洗涤8min后放入冷水中洗涤8min;
(9)80℃下烘干即得。

一种抗菌透气防水面料的制备方法,成分按重量份计,包括以下步骤:
(1)将10份载银壳聚糖、10份肉桂精油微球、10份二羟甲基二羟基乙烯脲、4份月桂酰基谷氨酸、1份柠檬酸、10份水性聚氨酯、150份蒸馏水混合搅拌得溶液A;
(2)将蚕丝纤维浸泡入其中40min;
(3)80℃下预烘3min后升温至110℃烘焙4min;
(4)纺织成面料;
(5)将面料浸泡入溶液A中40min;
(6)80℃下预烘3min后升温至140℃烘焙3.5min;
(7)在温度65℃,2g/L的皂液中洗涤15min;
(8)热水中洗涤10min后放入冷水中洗涤10min;

透气性测试根据国家标准 GB/T5453-8 规定的测试方法,采用数字式透气量仪进行测试。
防水性测试根据 GB/T 12704.1-2009 纺织品织物透湿性试验方法第1部分:吸湿法测定。
抑菌性的测定:利用滤纸片抑菌圈法测定面料对供试菌的抑制效果,将供试菌接入无菌液体培养基中,在37℃、120 r/min 的恒温摇床内活化培育 24 h。吸取一部分活化后的菌种液接入无菌水中,充分振荡后制成 107 cfu/m L的初始菌液。
将灭过菌的LB固体培养基在室温下放置,冷却至适宜温度后倒至无菌培养皿,待培养基凝固后备用。吸取0.1 mL初始菌液接种至LB培养基,用灭过菌的玻璃涂布棒将菌液分散均匀。
剪取一块直径为6 mm的面料,贴于含有供试菌的培养基上,把平板倒扣放置于温度为37℃的培养箱中 24 h。培养结束后,抑菌圈直径使用游标卡尺量出。
