本发明公开了一种棉感柔软剂的制作方法,属于柔软剂制备技术领域,包括如下步骤:(1)辅助料制备、(2)原料称取、(3)成品制备。本发明方法整体工艺简单,各步骤搭配合理,制得的柔软剂能够赋予面料良好的柔软度和棉质感,改善了面料的使用品质。

技术领域
本发明属于柔软剂制备技术领域,具体涉及一种棉感柔软剂的制作方法。
背景技术
柔软剂是一类能改变纤维的静、动摩擦系数的化学物质。当改变静摩擦系数时,手感触摸有平滑感,易于在纤维或织物上移动;当改变动摩擦系数时,纤维与纤维之间的微细结构易于相互移动,也就是纤维或者织物易于变形。
目前市售的柔软剂的使用功效较为普通,无法赋予面料更特殊更好的手感效果。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种棉感柔软剂的制作方法。
本发明的上述技术目的是通过以下技术方案实现的:
一种棉感柔软剂的制作方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)辅助料制备:
a.对高岭土依次进行酸洗、碱洗和水洗处理后备用;
b.将操作a处理后的高岭土投入到煅烧炉内进行煅烧处理,1~1.5h后取出;
c.将操作b处理后的高岭土浸入到硅烷偶联剂中,超声处理35~40min后取出得辅助料备用;
(2)原料称取:
按对应重量份称取下列原料:5~8份步骤(1)制得的辅助料、10~15份嵌段硅油、3~6份聚氨酯乳液、2~4份聚丙烯酸酯、7~11份表面活性剂、1~3份烷基多聚糖苷、0.1~0.2份防腐剂、2~5份棕榈酸异丙酯、2~4份聚乙二醇、200~240份去离子水;
(3)成品制备:
将步骤(2)称取的所有物料共同混合投入到搅拌机内,高速搅拌均匀后取出即得成品柔软剂。
进一步的,步骤(1)操作a中所述的酸洗处理具体是用质量分数为1~1.5%的磷酸溶液浸泡清洗3~5min;所述的碱洗处理具体是用质量分数为2~2.5%的氢氧化钠溶液浸泡清洗2~4min。
进一步的,步骤(1)操作b中所述的煅烧处理时控制煅烧炉内的温度为820~860℃。
进一步的,步骤(1)操作c中所述的硅烷偶联剂为硅烷偶联剂kh550、硅烷偶联剂kh560、硅烷偶联剂kh570中的任意一种。
进一步的,步骤(2)中所述的表面活性剂为阳离子表面活性剂。
进一步的,步骤(2)中所述的防腐剂为羟苯酯类、苯甲酸及其盐类中的至少一种。
进一步的,步骤(3)中所述的高速搅拌时的搅拌转速控制为2300~2500rpm。
本发明相比现有技术具有以下优点:
本发明提供了一种棉感柔软剂的制作方法,添加的嵌段硅油其能赋予织物滑糯、蓬松的手感,聚氨酯乳液和聚丙烯酸酯的使用使得其与纤维结合具有较好的柔软挺度、耐水性和滑爽的手感;表面活性剂能够赋予织物柔软、丰满的舒适感;棕榈酸异丙酯具有优良的渗透性、分散性,既可提高织物的吸湿透气性,又可将各个组分稳定融合;为了进一步改善使用效果,又制备添加了一种辅助料,是以高岭土为主体加工而成,其附着于纤维组织内和表面,提升了纤维的柔顺性和手感,又适度增强了面料的挺括性,在保证了面料柔顺的情况下,又提升了其外观品相。本发明方法整体工艺简单,各步骤搭配合理,制得的柔软剂能够赋予面料良好的柔软度和棉质感,改善了面料的使用品质,极具市场竞争力和推广应用价值。
具体实施方式
实施例1
一种棉感柔软剂的制作方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)辅助料制备:
a.对高岭土依次进行酸洗、碱洗和水洗处理后备用;
b.将操作a处理后的高岭土投入到煅烧炉内进行煅烧处理,1h后取出;
c.将操作b处理后的高岭土浸入到硅烷偶联剂中,超声处理35min后取出得辅助料备用;
(2)原料称取:
按对应重量份称取下列原料:5份步骤(1)制得的辅助料、10份嵌段硅油、3份聚氨酯乳液、2份聚丙烯酸酯、7份表面活性剂、1份烷基多聚糖苷、0.1份防腐剂、2份棕榈酸异丙酯、2份聚乙二醇、200份去离子水;
(3)成品制备:
将步骤(2)称取的所有物料共同混合投入到搅拌机内,高速搅拌均匀后取出即得成品柔软剂。
步骤(1)操作a中所述的酸洗处理具体是用质量分数为1%的磷酸溶液浸泡清洗3min;所述的碱洗处理具体是用质量分数为2%的氢氧化钠溶液浸泡清洗2min。
步骤(1)操作b中所述的煅烧处理时控制煅烧炉内的温度为820℃。
步骤(1)操作c中所述的硅烷偶联剂为硅烷偶联剂kh550。
步骤(2)中所述的表面活性剂为阳离子表面活性剂。
步骤(2)中所述的防腐剂为羟苯酯类。
步骤(3)中所述的高速搅拌时的搅拌转速控制为2300rpm。
实施例2
一种棉感柔软剂的制作方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)辅助料制备:
a.对高岭土依次进行酸洗、碱洗和水洗处理后备用;
b.将操作a处理后的高岭土投入到煅烧炉内进行煅烧处理,1.3h后取出;
c.将操作b处理后的高岭土浸入到硅烷偶联剂中,超声处理38min后取出得辅助料备用;
(2)原料称取:
按对应重量份称取下列原料:7份步骤(1)制得的辅助料、12份嵌段硅油、5份聚氨酯乳液、3份聚丙烯酸酯、10份表面活性剂、2份烷基多聚糖苷、0.15份防腐剂、4份棕榈酸异丙酯、3份聚乙二醇、220份去离子水;
(3)成品制备:
将步骤(2)称取的所有物料共同混合投入到搅拌机内,高速搅拌均匀后取出即得成品柔软剂。
步骤(1)操作a中所述的酸洗处理具体是用质量分数为1.3%的磷酸溶液浸泡清洗4min;所述的碱洗处理具体是用质量分数为2.2%的氢氧化钠溶液浸泡清洗3min。
步骤(1)操作b中所述的煅烧处理时控制煅烧炉内的温度为850℃。
步骤(1)操作c中所述的硅烷偶联剂为硅烷偶联剂kh560。
步骤(2)中所述的表面活性剂为阳离子表面活性剂。
步骤(2)中所述的防腐剂为苯甲酸。
步骤(3)中所述的高速搅拌时的搅拌转速控制为2400rpm。
实施例3
一种棉感柔软剂的制作方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)辅助料制备:
a.对高岭土依次进行酸洗、碱洗和水洗处理后备用;
b.将操作a处理后的高岭土投入到煅烧炉内进行煅烧处理,1.5h后取出;
c.将操作b处理后的高岭土浸入到硅烷偶联剂中,超声处理40min后取出得辅助料备用;
(2)原料称取:
按对应重量份称取下列原料:8份步骤(1)制得的辅助料、15份嵌段硅油、6份聚氨酯乳液、4份聚丙烯酸酯、11份表面活性剂、3份烷基多聚糖苷、0.2份防腐剂、5份棕榈酸异丙酯、4份聚乙二醇、240份去离子水;
(3)成品制备:
将步骤(2)称取的所有物料共同混合投入到搅拌机内,高速搅拌均匀后取出即得成品柔软剂。
步骤(1)操作a中所述的酸洗处理具体是用质量分数为1.5%的磷酸溶液浸泡清洗5min;所述的碱洗处理具体是用质量分数为2.5%的氢氧化钠溶液浸泡清洗4min。
步骤(1)操作b中所述的煅烧处理时控制煅烧炉内的温度为860℃。
步骤(1)操作c中所述的硅烷偶联剂为硅烷偶联剂kh570。
步骤(2)中所述的表面活性剂为阳离子表面活性剂。
步骤(2)中所述的防腐剂为苯甲酸盐类。
步骤(3)中所述的高速搅拌时的搅拌转速控制为2500rpm。
对比实施例1
本对比实施例1与实施例2相比,区别仅在于,省去了辅助料的制备和添加,除此外的方法步骤均相同。
为了对比本发明效果,对上述实施例1~3、对比实施例1对应制得的柔软剂进行测试,具体是:
将上述对应柔软剂对棉平布进行清洗,与棉平布重量比是1~3%;柔软剂先用蒸馏水和乙酸配制成重量浓度为10%水乳液(pH≈5),再按20-30克/升比例再次稀释后配制成整理液。
浸轧工艺:配制整理液→二浸二轧(轧余率70~80%)→烘干(105~110℃×10min)→定型(180℃×60s)→待测。
测试内容如下:
柔软性,专业人士分组触摸评分。
挺括性:专业人士分组触摸评分。
耐洗性,参照GB/T3921-2008标准。
具体对比数据如下表1所示:

由上表1可以看出,本发明方法制得的柔软剂具有综合使用性能好,能够有效提升面料手感的特点,极具市场竞争力。

Claims (7)

1.一种棉感柔软剂的制作方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
(1)辅助料制备:
a.对高岭土依次进行酸洗、碱洗和水洗处理后备用;
b.将操作a处理后的高岭土投入到煅烧炉内进行煅烧处理,1~1.5h后取出;
c.将操作b处理后的高岭土浸入到硅烷偶联剂中,超声处理35~40min后取出得辅助料备用;
(2)原料称取:
按对应重量份称取下列原料:5~8份步骤(1)制得的辅助料、10~15份嵌段硅油、3~6份聚氨酯乳液、2~4份聚丙烯酸酯、7~11份表面活性剂、1~3份烷基多聚糖苷、0.1~0.2份防腐剂、2~5份棕榈酸异丙酯、2~4份聚乙二醇、200~240份去离子水;
(3)成品制备:
将步骤(2)称取的所有物料共同混合投入到搅拌机内,高速搅拌均匀后取出即得成品柔软剂。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种棉感柔软剂的制作方法,其特征在于,步骤(1)操作a中所述的酸洗处理具体是用质量分数为1~1.5%的磷酸溶液浸泡清洗3~5min;所述的碱洗处理具体是用质量分数为2~2.5%的氢氧化钠溶液浸泡清洗2~4min。

4.根据权利要求1所述的一种棉感柔软剂的制作方法,其特征在于,步骤(1)操作c中所述的硅烷偶联剂为硅烷偶联剂kh550、硅烷偶联剂kh560、硅烷偶联剂kh570中的任意一种。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种棉感柔软剂的制作方法,其特征在于,步骤(2)中所述的表面活性剂为阳离子表面活性剂。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种棉感柔软剂的制作方法,其特征在于,步骤(2)中所述的防腐剂为羟苯酯类、苯甲酸及其盐类中的至少一种。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种棉感柔软剂的制作方法,其特征在于,步骤(3)中所述的高速搅拌时的搅拌转速控制为2300~2500rpm。
