面料就是用来制作服装的材料,作为服装三要素之一,面料不仅可以诠释服装的风格和特性,而且直接左右着服装的色彩、造型的表现效果。在服装大世界里,服装的面料五花八门,日新月异,但是从总体上来讲,优质、高档的面料,大都具有穿著舒适、吸汗透气、悬垂挺括、视觉高贵、触觉柔美等特点。
经检索,如中国专利文献公开了一种涤纶面料的加工工艺【申请号:200710023943.6;公开号:CN 101089272A】。这种涤纶面料的加工工艺,它包括的步骤为选料、整经、经编织造、剖幅、染色、松烘、固色、整理、热定型、背面起毛整理,其特征在于,所述的选料为选取面丝和底丝,所述的面丝为FDY涤纶有光丝和超细旦DTY丝,所述的底丝为FDY涤纶长丝。
该专利中公开的加工工艺虽然满足了人们对面料的色彩多样化追求的要求,但是,该加工工艺生产出的面料结构简单,无法满足各种使用需求,使用单一,因此,设计出一种磨毛装置是很有必要的。
发明内容
本发明的目的是针对现有的技术存在上述问题,提出了一种耐撕耐磨仿绒皮经编面料的加工方法,该加工方法具有实用性强的特点。
本发明的目的可通过下列技术方案来实现:耐撕耐磨仿绒皮经编面料的加工方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:a、纱线准备:将羊绒纤维和粘胶纤维以3:2的比例进行混纺形成经线待用,将涤纶纤维和腈纶纤维以4:3的比例进行混纺形成纬线待用;b、织造:将步骤a中的经线和纬线送入普通的织造机中进行织造,形成坯布;c、磨毛:通过磨毛装置对坯布的一侧面进行磨毛,使得坯布表层形成毛绒,磨毛时间3~12s,磨毛次数1~2次;d、定型:对磨毛后的坯布进行定型处理,定型温度130~145℃,定型时间10~40s;e、印花:通过数码印花机对定型后的坯布进行印花;f、喷涂:通过普通的喷涂机在印花后的坯布的另一侧面喷涂一层阻燃层,制得耐撕耐磨仿绒皮经编面料。
采用以上方法,通过磨毛装置在该面料的一侧面磨出毛绒,通过喷涂机在该面料的另一侧面喷涂阻燃层,可使其能够满足多种使用需求,实用性强。
在上述的步骤c中的磨毛装置,包括机架,机架上固定有工作箱,工作箱一端具有输入口,工作箱另一端具有输出口,工作箱内设置有能对面料进行磨毛的磨毛机构,磨毛机构包括锡林和若干磨毛辊,锡林水平设置在工作箱内,若干磨毛辊均匀设置在锡林的圆周上,机架上设置有能对废毛进行收集的收集机构,收集机构包括导向罩、收集管和收集箱,导向罩的进口和工作箱下部相连通,导向罩的出口和收集管一端相连通,收集管另一端和收集箱侧部相连通,收集管上还设置有吸气泵。
磨毛装置的工作原理如下:将面料从输入口输送到工作箱内,通过磨毛辊对面料表面进行磨毛,使得面料表层形成毛绒,开启吸气泵,磨下来的废毛通过导向罩进入到收集管中,将废毛收集在收集箱中,磨好毛的面料从输出口输出到工作箱外,从而完成其磨毛作业,磨毛快速。

当需要对收集箱内进行喷淋时,开启水泵,将水箱中的水通过进水管输送到喷头处,通过喷头对收集箱内进行喷淋,可避免收集箱中的废毛倒流到工作箱内,喷淋效果好。
所述工作箱上还设置有能对废毛进行取样的取样机构,取样机构包括取样盒和支架,支架固定在工作箱侧部,取样盒设置在支架上,取样盒与一能带动其水平移动的移动机构相连,且取样盒能位于锡林正下方。
当需要对废毛进行取样时,通过移动机构带动取样盒来回移动,使取样盒处于锡林的下方,磨下来的废毛落到取样盒中,从而实现其取样作用,取样方便。
所述移动机构包括导轨、滑块、步进电机、齿轮、齿条和安装板,安装板固定在支架上,导轨水平固定在安装板上,滑块设置在导轨上,步进电机固定在滑块上,齿轮固定在步进电机的输出轴上,齿条水平固定在安装板上,齿轮与齿条相啮合,取样盒通过连接杆固定在滑块上。
当需要使取样盒来回移动时,控制步进电机的输出轴转动,步进电机的输出轴带动齿轮转动,齿轮和齿条相啮合使滑块沿着导轨来回移动,滑块带动连接杆来回移动,连接杆带动取样盒来回移动,从而可使取样盒来回移动。
所述机架上还设置有检测机构,检测机构包括安装架、吸气管和检测条,安装架固定在机架上,且安装架靠近输出口,吸气管水平固定在安装支架上,且吸气管位于输出口上方,吸气管一端为封闭端,吸气管另一端通过连接管和空压机相连,吸气管侧部开设有若干气孔,且气孔朝下,检测条水平设置在安装架上,检测条与一能带动其上下升降的推杆电机相连。
磨好毛的面料会从安装架的下方通过,当需要对面料进行检验时,开启空压机,吸气管使面料的上方形成负压区,在负压的作用下使面料的毛绒竖直向上,通过推杆电机的推杆带动检测条上下移动,将检测条调节到所需高度,通过检测条对面料的毛绒长短进行检验,检验直观。
所述吸气管上设置有流量调节阀。
采用以上结构,通过流量调节阀可调节吸气管中的流量大小,调节方便。
所述安装架上还设置有指示结构,指示结构包括指示杆和指针,指示杆竖直固定在安装架上,指示杆上具有刻度线,指针水平固定在检测条端部,且指针朝向指示杆。
采用以上结构,通过检测条带动指针上下移动,指针指向指示杆的刻度线,从而可指示面料的毛绒长短,指示方便。
所述机架上设置有若干导向辊。
采用以上结构,通过导向辊对面料进行导向,导向方便。
所述收集箱上还开设有观察口,收集箱上铰接有能将观察口封闭住的箱门,箱门的材料为透明的玻璃。
采用以上结构,通过箱门可观察收集箱中的工作状况。
与现有技术相比,本发明具有以下优点:
1、本加工方法中通过磨毛装置在该面料的一侧面磨出毛绒,通过喷涂机在该面料的另一侧面喷涂阻燃层,可使其能够满足多种使用需求,实用性强
2、通过步进电机带动取样盒来回移动,使取样盒处于锡林的下方,磨下来的废毛落到取样盒中,取样方便。
3、通过吸气管使面料的毛绒竖直向上,通过推杆电机的推杆带动检测条上下移动,检测条对面料的毛绒长短进行检验,检验直观。
4、通过检测条带动指针上下移动,指针指向指示杆的刻度线,可指示面料的毛绒长短,指示方便。

具体实施方式
以下是本发明的具体实施例并结合附图,对本发明的技术方案作进一步的描述,但本发明并不限于这些实施例。
如图1所示,本耐撕耐磨仿绒皮经编面料的加工方法,包括如下步骤:a、纱线准备:将羊绒纤维和粘胶纤维以3:2的比例进行混纺形成经线待用,将涤纶纤维和腈纶纤维以4:3的比例进行混纺形成纬线待用;b、织造:将步骤a中的经线和纬线送入普通的织造机中进行织造,形成坯布;c、磨毛:通过磨毛装置对坯布的一侧面进行磨毛,使得坯布表层形成毛绒,磨毛时间3~12s,磨毛次数1~2次,在本实施例中,磨毛时间8s,磨毛次数1次;d、定型:对磨毛后的坯布进行定型处理,定型温度130~145℃,定型时间10~40s,在本实施例中,定型温度135℃,定型时间25s;e、印花:通过数码印花机对定型后的坯布进行印花;f、喷涂:通过普通的喷涂机在印花后的坯布的另一侧面喷涂一层阻燃层,阻燃层采用市场上可以买到的阻燃材料喷涂而成,制得耐撕耐磨仿绒皮经编面料;采用该方法,通过磨毛装置在该面料的一侧面磨出毛绒,通过喷涂机在该面料的另一侧面喷涂阻燃层,可使其能够满足多种使用需求,实用性强。
如图2所示所示,在步骤c中的磨毛装置,包括机架1,机架1上固定有工作箱2,机架1上通过螺栓连接的方式固定有工作箱2;工作箱2一端具有输入口,工作箱2另一端具有输出口,工作箱2内设置有能对面料进行磨毛的磨毛机构,磨毛机构包括锡林16和若干磨毛辊17,锡林16水平设置在工作箱2内,在本实施例中,锡林16端部与伺服电机相连,通过伺服电机可带动锡林16转动;若干磨毛辊17均匀设置在锡林16的圆周上,在本实施例中,磨毛辊17的数量为二十个;机架1上设置有能对废毛进行收集的收集机构,收集机构包括导向罩3、收集管4和收集箱8,收集箱8的材料为不锈钢;导向罩3的进口和工作箱2下部相连通,导向罩3的出口和收集管4一端相连通,收集管4另一端和收集箱8侧部相连通,收集箱8固定在机架1上;收集管4上还设置有吸气泵5。
如图2所示所示,机架1上设置有能对收集箱8内进行喷淋的喷淋机构,喷淋机构包括水箱9、进水管13和喷头6,喷头6设置在收集箱8内,喷头6和进水管13一端相连通,进水管13另一端和水箱9相连通,进水管13上设置有水泵10,水箱9固定在机架1上,水箱9通过螺栓连接的方式固定在机架1上;且水箱9位于收集箱8下方,水箱9上部通过回水管11和收集箱8下部相连通,通过回水管11可将将收集箱8的水重新输送回水箱9中;回水管11中还设置有过滤网12。
如图2、图3所示所示,工作箱2上还设置有能对废毛进行取样的取样机构,取样机构包括取样盒19和支架18,支架18固定在工作箱2侧部,支架18通过焊接的方式固定在工作箱2侧部;取样盒19设置在支架18上,取样盒19与一能带动其水平移动的移动机构相连,且取样盒19能位于锡林16正下方。
如图2、图3所示所示,移动机构包括导轨21、滑块23、步进电机24、齿轮22、齿条26和安装板20,安装板20固定在支架18上,安装板20通过螺栓连接的方式固定在支架18上;导轨21水平固定在安装板20上,导轨21通过螺栓连接的方式固定在安装板20上;滑块23设置在导轨21上,步进电机24固定在滑块23上,步进电机24通过螺栓连接的方式固定在滑块23上;齿轮22固定在步进电机24的输出轴上,齿轮22通过键连接的方式固定在步进电机24的输出轴上;齿条26水平固定在安装板20上,齿条26通过螺栓连接的方式固定在安装板20上;齿轮22与齿条26相啮合,取样盒19通过连接杆25固定在滑块23上。
如图4所示所示,机架1上还设置有检测机构,检测机构包括安装架14、吸气管31和检测条27,安装架14固定在机架1上,安装架14通过螺栓连接的方式固定在机架1上;且安装架14靠近输出口,吸气管31水平固定在安装支架18上,吸气管31通过螺栓连接的方式固定在安装支架18上;且吸气管31位于输出口上方,吸气管31一端为封闭端,吸气管31另一端通过连接管30和空压机28相连,吸气管31侧部开设有若干气孔,在本实施例中,气孔的数量为十个;且气孔朝下,检测条27水平设置在安装架14上,检测条27与一能带动其上下升降的推杆电机32相连,推杆电机32固定在安装架14上,推杆电机32的推杆竖直向下,推杆电机32的推杆端部和检测条27相连;吸气管31上设置有流量调节阀29,采用该结构,通过流量调节阀29可调节吸气管31中的流量大小,调节方便。
如图4所示所示,安装架14上还设置有指示结构,指示结构包括指示杆34和指针33,指示杆34竖直固定在安装架14上,指示杆34通过螺栓连接的方式固定在安装架14上;指示杆34上具有刻度线,指针33水平固定在检测条27端部,指针33通过螺栓连接的方式固定在检测条27端部;且指针33朝向指示杆34。
如图2所示所示,机架1上设置有若干导向辊15,在本实施例中,导向辊15的数量为六个;采用该结构,通过导向辊15对面料进行导向,导向方便。
如图2所示所示,收集箱8上还开设有观察口,收集箱8上铰接有能将观察口封闭住的箱门7,箱门7的材料为透明的玻璃;采用该结构,通过箱门7可观察收集箱8中的工作状况。
磨毛装置的工作原理如下:将面料从输入口输送到工作箱2内,通过磨毛辊17对面料表面进行磨毛,使得面料表层形成毛绒,开启吸气泵5,磨下来的废毛通过导向罩3进入到收集管4中,将废毛收集在收集箱8中,开启水泵10,将水箱9中的水通过进水管13输送到喷头6处,通过喷头6对收集箱8内进行喷淋,可避免收集箱8中的废毛倒流到工作箱2内;磨好毛的面料从输出口输出到工作箱2外并从安装架14的下方通过,开启空压机28,吸气管31使面料的上方形成负压区,在负压的作用下使面料的毛绒竖直向上,通过推杆电机32的推杆带动检测条27上下移动,检测条27带动指针33上下移动,指针33指向指示杆34的刻度线,通过检测条27对面料的毛绒长短进行检验,从而完成其磨毛作业,磨毛快速;当需要对废毛进行取样时,控制步进电机24的输出轴转动,步进电机24的输出轴带动齿轮22转动,齿轮22和齿条26相啮合使滑块23沿着导轨21来回移动,滑块23带动连接杆25来回移动,连接杆25带动取样盒19来回移动,使取样盒19处于锡林16的下方,磨下来的废毛落到取样盒19中,从而实现其取样作用。

Claims (3)

1.一种磨毛装置,包括机架,其特征在于,机架上固定有工作箱,工作箱一端具有输入口,工作箱另一端具有输出口,工作箱内设置有能对面料进行磨毛的磨毛机构,磨毛机构包括锡林和若干磨毛辊,锡林水平设置在工作箱内,若干磨毛辊均匀设置在锡林的圆周上,机架上设置有能对废毛进行收集的收集机构,收集机构包括导向罩、收集管和收集箱,导向罩的进口和工作箱下部相连通,导向罩的出口和收集管一端相连通,收集管另一端和收集箱侧部相连通,收集管上还设置有吸气泵;所述工作箱上还设置有能对废毛进行取样的取样机构,取样机构包括取样盒和支架,支架固定在工作箱侧部,取样盒设置在支架上,取样盒与一能带动其水平移动的移动机构相连,且取样盒能位于锡林正下方;所述移动机构包括导轨、滑块、步进电机、齿轮、齿条和安装板,安装板固定在支架上,导轨水平固定在安装板上,滑块设置在导轨上,步进电机固定在滑块上,齿轮固定在步进电机的输出轴上,齿条水平固定在安装板上,齿轮与齿条相啮合,取样盒通过连接杆固定在滑块上;所述机架上还设置有检测机构,检测机构包括安装架、吸气管和检测条,安装架固定在机架上,且安装架靠近输出口,吸气管水平固定在安装支架上,且吸气管位于输出口上方,吸气管一端为封闭端,吸气管另一端通过连接管和空压机相连,吸气管侧部开设有若干气孔,且气孔朝下,检测条水平设置在安装架上,检测条与一能带动其上下升降的推杆电机相连;所述安装架上还设置有指示结构,指示结构包括指示杆和指针,指示杆竖直固定在安装架上,指示杆上具有刻度线,指针水平固定在检测条端部,且指针朝向指示杆。
2.根据权利要求1所述的磨毛装置,其特征在于,所述机架上设置有能对收集箱内进行喷淋的喷淋机构,喷淋机构包括水箱、进水管和喷头,喷头设置在收集箱内,喷头和进水管一端相连通,进水管另一端和水箱相连通,进水管上设置有水泵,水箱固定在机架上,且水箱位于收集箱下方,水箱上部通过回水管和收集箱下部相连通,回水管中还设置有过滤网。
3.根据权利要求1所述的磨毛装置,其特征在于,所述吸气管上设置有流量调节阀。
