本发明涉及保健食品制备技术领域,更具体地,涉及蛋白核小球藻牛骨髓肽粉组合物及其应用。
背景技术
蛋白核小球藻为绿藻门小球藻属普生性单细胞绿藻,是一种球形单细胞淡水藻类,直径3~8微米,是地球上最早的生命之一,出现在20多亿年前,基因始终没有变化,是一种高效的光合植物,小球藻细胞内含有丰富的叶绿素,光合作用强,其含有丰富的蛋白质、维生素、矿物质、食物纤维、核酸及叶绿素等,是维持和促进人体健康不可缺少的营养素。
小球藻除了具有丰富的营养物质,它还具有不俗的医用价值:一是快速排出体内重金属等毒素,二是快速平衡体液酸碱度,促进新陈代谢,三是全面补充人体营养,提高细胞再生能力,四是全面增强人体免疫力,其对现代城市慢性病癌症、高血糖、高血脂、高血压及痛症等亚健康症状具有明显的防治、调理、修复和控制发展的作用。
牛骨髓肽粉是从牛骨髓中提取得到,它具有提高免疫功能,有效防止自由基对人体细胞膜的损害,减缓人体细胞的衰老的过程,能抗氧化、有效地增强SOD的活性;且对心脑血管有保护作用,抗炎、抗溃疡作用,促进骨骼生长,预防贫血的,因此是一种高价值的营养物质。
随着人们生活水平的不断提高,以及对健康体质的更高追求,越来越多的保健类食品出现在市场上,但现有技术还没有一种蛋白核小球藻牛骨髓肽粉的保健食品。

根据本发明的一个方面,提供了蛋白核小球藻牛骨髓肽粉组合物,以解决上述技术问题的至少一个。
本发明首先提供了蛋白核小球藻牛骨髓肽粉组合物,该组合物包括蛋白核小球藻、牛骨髓肽粉和大豆蛋白粉。
其中蛋白核小球藻可以促进人体排泄和内部循环,以此,可以使补血效果到达全身,形成一个循环,更好的补血,牛骨髓肽粉的作用为主要用于造血和补血,由于蛋白核小球藻具有腥味,大豆蛋白粉作为调味剂可以去除腥味,三者达到很好的协同作用,是一种优良的补血食品。
在一些实施方式中,该组合物由15wt%~20wt%蛋白核小球藻、15wt%~30wt%牛骨髓肽粉和余量的大豆蛋白粉组成。
经研究筛选发现牛骨髓肽粉的含量需在15wt%以上,才能保证组合物的补血和造血功能,然后牛骨髓肽粉的含量太高,也会造成对原料的浪费和成本的提高,因此牛骨髓肽粉的含量在15wt%~30wt%较为适宜。
在一些实施方式中,所述牛骨髓肽粉的含量为15wt%~20wt%,添加20wt%的牛骨髓肽粉所得到的组合物的补血造血效果就很优秀了。
本发明上述组合物可以根据实际需要制成不同的剂型,例如可溶性粉剂,片剂等,可溶性粉剂或者片剂均可与水混合制成饮料(即固体饮料),当被制成不同的剂型时,其工艺方法不受限制,也不会对组合物的应用效果产生显著影响,因此针对组合物的不同剂型的工艺方法可以参考现有技术中制备可溶性粉剂或者片剂时的方法。
根据本发明的另一个方面,还提供含有上述蛋白核小球藻牛骨髓肽粉组合物的保健食品,例如固体饮料。
根据本发明的另一个方面,还提供上述蛋白核小球藻牛骨髓肽粉组合物作为保健食品的应用,例如固体饮料。
根据本发明的另一个方面,还提供上述蛋白核小球藻牛骨髓肽粉组合物作为制备保健食品的组分的应用,例如固体饮料。
具体实施方式
下面结合实施例对本发明作进一步详细的说明。
实施例1
将15wt%蛋白核小球藻、15wt%牛骨髓肽粉和70wt%大豆蛋白粉混合后得蛋白核小球藻牛骨髓肽粉组合物1,为可溶性粉剂(即固体饮料1)。
实施例2
将15wt%蛋白核小球藻、20wt%牛骨髓肽粉和65wt%大豆蛋白粉混合后得蛋白核小球藻牛骨髓肽粉组合物2,为可溶性粉剂(即固体饮料2)。
实施例3
将15wt%蛋白核小球藻、25wt%牛骨髓肽粉和60wt%大豆蛋白粉混合后得蛋白核小球藻牛骨髓肽粉组合物3,为可溶性粉剂(即固体饮料3)。
实施例4
将15wt%蛋白核小球藻、30%牛骨髓肽粉和55%大豆蛋白粉混合后得蛋白核小球藻牛骨髓肽粉组合物4,为可溶性粉剂(即固体饮料4)。
实施例5
将20%蛋白核小球藻、15%牛骨髓肽粉和65%大豆蛋白粉混合后得蛋白核小球藻牛骨髓肽粉组合物5,为可溶性粉剂(即固体饮料5)。
实施例6
将20%蛋白核小球藻、20%牛骨髓肽粉和60%大豆蛋白粉混合后得蛋白核小球藻牛骨髓肽粉组合物6,为可溶性粉剂(即固体饮料6)。
将上述制备得到的固体饮料1到固体饮料6进行产品性能表征。
一、感官表征
取适量样品置于一洁净的白色搪瓷皿中,在自然光线下用正常视力观察其色泽、组织形态和杂质。按标签标示的食用方法冲溶稀释后,立即嗅其气味,观察其冲溶后的状态,用温水漱口,品尝滋味,静置2min后,观测杂质;其感官表征如表1。

二、出厂检验
每批产品进行出厂检验,检验项目为:感官要求、水分、菌落总数、大肠菌群、净含量;检验项目全部符合本标准要求,并签发合格证后方可出厂;检验结果如表2。

将上述实施例1到实施例6制备得到的固体饮料冲水服用,按固体饮料:水(重量)为10:200的配比,一天两次,早晚一次,服用10天后,使用者精神更好,脸色红润,不再犯困,手脚也感觉有力。

3.根据权利要求2所述的蛋白核小球藻牛骨髓肽粉组合物,其特征在于,所述牛骨髓肽粉的含量为15wt%~20wt%。
4.含有权利要求1所述蛋白核小球藻牛骨髓肽粉组合物的保健食品。
5.根据权利要求4所述的保健食品,其特征在于,所述保健食品为固体饮料。
6.权利要求1所述蛋白核小球藻牛骨髓肽粉组合物作为保健食品的应用。
7.权利要求1所述蛋白核小球藻牛骨髓肽粉组合物作为制备保健食品的组分的应用。
8.根据权利要求6或者7所述的应用,其特征在于,所述保健食品为固体饮料。
