Abstract
一种用于推钢式加热炉检修炉时清理钢坯的方法,包括如下步骤:①先把拉钩和钢丝绳置于炉内连接到一起;②将定滑轮利用钢丝绳固定到加热炉出料端的固定挡块上;③将钢丝绳穿过定滑轮后挂到行车挂钩上;④将拉钩挂到钢坯上后起升行车挂钩,使钢坯顺着纵向支撑梁上面的滑块向外移动;⑤在钢坯被拉出加热炉后,顺着支撑梁滑块和出料端下滑板滑到出炉辊道上,启动出炉辊道的转动电机将钢坯运走;⑥在钢坯清理完毕后,拆除定滑轮和固定挡块的连接,完成本次钢坯的清理工作。本发明简单、快速、安全、可靠、实用、可以大大缩短钢坯的清理的时间,极大地提高施工效率。
Description
技术领域
本发明属于冶金行业技术领域,具体涉及一种用于推钢式加热炉检修炉时清理钢坯的方法。
背景技术
推钢式加热炉在停产检修期间,由于推钢机的工作行程无法将炉体内部的钢坯全部推出炉外;故此,加热炉停产大修期间会有大量钢坯留在炉体内部。对于推钢式加热炉而言,清理炉内钢坯通常是一项比较有难度的工作。目前,清理推钢式加热炉炉体内部钢坯的常规方法是采用制作大量钢结构框架代替钢坯,从装料端放入,利用推钢机将钢坯逐一顶出。随后再将钢结构框架切割后取出。亦或采用卷扬机从加热炉出料端利用钢丝绳将钢坯一一拉出到加热炉外部。采用以上清理钢坯的方法比较费料、费工、费时,所需的材料、人员、机具比较多,而且施工时间较长,效率也低。
发明内容:
本发明的目的就在于克服上述现有技术中存在的不足,而提供一种用于推钢式加热炉检修炉时清理钢坯的方法,该方法简单、快速、安全、可靠、实用、可以大大缩短钢坯的清理的时间,极大地提高施工效率。
如上构思,本发明的技术方案是:一种用于推钢式加热炉检修炉时清理钢坯的方法,其特征在于:包括如下步骤:
①先把拉钩和钢丝绳置于炉内连接到一起;
②将定滑轮利用钢丝绳固定到加热炉出料端的固定挡块上;
③将钢丝绳穿过定滑轮后挂到行车挂钩上;
④将拉钩挂到钢坯上后起升行车挂钩,使钢坯顺着纵向支撑梁上面的滑块向外移动;
⑤在钢坯被拉出加热炉后,顺着支撑梁滑块和出料端下滑板滑到出炉辊道上,启动出炉辊道的转动电机将钢坯运走;
⑥在钢坯清理完毕后,拆除定滑轮和固定挡块的连接,完成本次钢坯的清理工作。
上述拉钩为带钩的“V”形。
本发明简单、快速、安全、可靠、实用、可以大大缩短钢坯的清理的时间,极大地提高施工效率。

具体实施方式:
如图所示:一种用于推钢式加热炉检修炉时清理钢坯的方法,包括如下步骤:
1、在施工过程中,先把拉钩1和钢丝绳3置于炉内连接到一起。
2、把定滑轮4利用钢丝绳固定到加热炉出料端的固定挡块6上。
3、把钢丝绳3穿过定滑轮4后挂到行车挂钩5上。
4、把拉钩1挂到第五块钢坯2后,慢慢起升行车挂钩5,使钢坯2顺着纵向支撑梁11上面的滑块10慢慢向外移动。
5、在一块钢坯2被拉出加热炉9后,顺着支撑梁滑块10和出料端下滑板8出溜到出炉辊道7上。启动出炉辊道7的转动电机,将钢坯2运走。钢坯2运走后,出于安全考虑要把出炉辊道7的转动电机停止运行。
6、再次提升行车挂钩5,将第二块钢坯2拉出加热炉9,使钢坯2顺着支撑梁滑块10和出料端下滑板8出溜到出炉辊道7上。
7、再次启动出炉辊道7的转动电机,将钢坯2运走。
8、按照此方式依次类推进行施工,即可把第一次挂钩拉的五块钢坯2全部拉出到出炉辊道7上运走。
9、把拉钩1和钢丝绳3再次置于炉内,对后面的钢坯2进行同样的施工工作,即可把炉内的钢坯2全部清理完毕。
10、在钢坯2全部清理完毕后,拆除定滑轮4和固定挡块6的连,完成本次钢坯的清理工作。
本发明所使用拉钩采用粗圆钢或利用厚钢板制作而成,作成带钩的“V”形。

1.一种用于推钢式加热炉检修炉时清理钢坯的方法,其特征在于:包括如下步骤:
①先把拉钩和钢丝绳置于炉内连接到一起;
②将定滑轮利用钢丝绳固定到加热炉出料端的固定挡块上;
③将钢丝绳穿过定滑轮后挂到行车挂钩上;
④将拉钩挂到钢坯上后起升行车挂钩,使钢坯顺着纵向支撑梁上面的滑块向外移动;
⑤在钢坯被拉出加热炉后,顺着支撑梁滑块和出料端下滑板滑到出炉辊道上,启动出炉辊道的转动电机将钢坯运走;
⑥在钢坯清理完毕后,拆除定滑轮和固定挡块的连接,完成本次钢坯的清理工作。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种用于推钢式加热炉检修炉时清理钢坯的方法,其特征在于:上述拉钩为带钩的“V”形。
