背景技术
黄酒是我国具有悠久历史文化背景的酒种，含有丰富的营养，包括有数种未知氨基酸，人体自身不能合成必须依靠食物摄取8种必需氨基酸黄酒都具备，故被誉为“液体蛋糕”。现如今，黄酒生产技术有了很大的提高，新原料、新菌种、新技术和新设备的融入为传统工艺的改革、新产品的开发创造了机遇，产品不断创新，酒质不断提高。目前黄酒的口感通常较浓烈、略带酸涩味，不适合普通消费者饮用，因此开发能满足营养与感官功能的黄酒具有重要意义。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服上述现有技术的缺陷，提供一种滋阴补肾的黄酒。
具有滋阴补肾功能的黄酒，由下列组分按重量份混合制成：糯米300-350、黍米100-150、山药15-20、杜仲8-15、龙眼干8-10、海参15-20、龟甲8-10、当归8-10、黑芝麻15-20、黑豆25-30、芡实1-2、灵芝1-2、猴头菇1-2、阿胶2-4、蜂蜜2-6、调味粉40-50、酒曲12-15。
进一步的，所述滋阴补肾的黄酒由下列重量份的原料制成：糯米320、黍米140、山药20、杜仲10、龙眼干9、海参16、龟甲9、当归9、黑芝麻20、黑豆25、芡实1、灵芝2、猴头菇2、阿胶3、蜂蜜5、调味粉50、酒曲15。
进一步的，所述滋阴补肾的黄酒中所述调味粉由下列重量份的原料制成：抹茶粉10-15、桂圆肉10-15、新鲜柠檬片4-6、茉莉花粉6-8、玫瑰花粉3-4、凤仙花粉2-6、木瓜粉1-4、菠菜5-7、番茄6-10。其制备方法为：按组成原料配方称取各原料，先将桂圆肉、新鲜柠檬片、菠菜与番茄以及适量的纯净水加入榨汁机中，混合榨汁取汁液；然后加入其它粉剂，搅拌均匀，再放入烘烤机中烤熟，冷却后磨粉即得。
滋阴补肾黄酒的制作方法，包括以下步骤：
S1、按重量份称取糯米、黍米、山药、杜仲、龙眼干、海参、龟甲、当归、黑芝麻、黑豆、芡实、灵芝、猴头菇，洗净，晒干后磨粉，然后加入适量的纯净水，混合煮熟，冷却后加入酒曲，再加入酒曲，拌匀，放入缸中，进行前发酵，温度保持在25-30℃，发酵2-3天，得到发酵物；
S2、将步骤S1的发酵物温度保持在22℃，静置发酵30天，倒入压滤机中压榨分离，得到滤液；
S3、将上述步骤S2发酵所得的滤液与调味粉、蜂蜜、阿胶混匀，然后灭菌、装罐即得。
本发明的有益效果是：
1.本发明的黄酒添加有多种药食同源的成分，一方面具有滋阴润燥、补肾养肝的功效，另一方面调节黄酒的口感，长期食用，对肾亏、血虚具有一定的疗效。
2.本发明的黄酒所选用的原料均为食品原料或国家允许用于保健食品的原料，不含任何添加剂、防腐剂和色素，安全健康，无毒副作用。

进一步的，所述滋阴补肾的黄酒中所述调味粉由下列重量份的原料制成：抹茶粉10、桂圆肉10、新鲜柠檬片4、茉莉花粉6、玫瑰花粉4、凤仙花粉6、木瓜粉2、菠菜5、番茄10。其制备方法为：按组成原料配方称取各原料，先将桂圆肉、新鲜柠檬片、菠菜与番茄以及适量的纯净水加入榨汁机中，混合榨汁取汁液；然后加入其它粉剂，搅拌均匀，再放入烘烤机中烤熟，冷却后磨粉即得。
