Abstract

本发明公开了一种氧化石墨烯增强润滑剂,涉及润滑剂技术领域,按重量份计,其包括以下组分:三聚磷酸钠15‑25份;硬脂酸钙10‑25份;聚乙二醇3‑4份;氧化钙8‑16份;去离子水75‑100份;对苯二酚1‑2份,所述氧化石墨烯增强润滑剂还包括氧化石墨烯,所述氧化石墨烯的重量为对苯二酚的1wt%‑4wt%。本发明还公开上述氧化石墨烯增强润滑剂的制备方法,该氧化石墨烯增强润滑剂能够有效减少氧化石墨烯的团聚作用,最终制备得到的氧化石墨烯增强润滑剂的摩擦系数较低、耐磨性能较高,具有广阔的应用前景。

一种氧化石墨烯增强润滑剂及其制备方法
技术领域
本发明涉及润滑剂技术领域,特别涉及一种氧化石墨烯增强润滑剂及其制备方法。
背景技术
氧化石墨烯是石墨烯的氧化物,颜色为棕黄色,具有极低的摩擦系数、极高的耐磨性能,理论上非常适合添加至润滑剂中进行增强,但是却鲜有应用,这是因为氧化石墨烯在溶液中极易发生团聚,如不能将其均匀分散则增强效果极其有限,因此如何减少氧化石墨烯的团聚,以提供一种摩擦系数较低、耐磨性能较高的润滑剂成为当今社会亟待解决的问题。
发明内容
本发明的首要目的在于提供一种摩擦系数较低、耐磨性能较高的氧化石墨烯增强润滑剂。
本发明的另一目的在于提供上述氧化石墨烯增强润滑剂的制备方法。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用如下技术方案。
一种氧化石墨烯增强润滑剂,按重量份计,包括以下组分:
三聚磷酸钠 15-25份;
硬脂酸钙 10-25份;
聚乙二醇 3-4份;
氧化钙 8-16份;
去离子水 75-100份;
对苯二酚 1-2份;
所述氧化石墨烯增强润滑剂还包括氧化石墨烯,所述氧化石墨烯的重量为对苯二酚的1wt%-4wt%。
优选地,所述氧化石墨烯的重量为对苯二酚的2wt%-3wt%。
更优选地,所述氧化石墨烯的层数为6层或7层。
制备上述氧化石墨烯增强润滑剂的方法,包括以下步骤:将氧化石墨烯、对苯二酚和去离子水在高速混合机中混合均匀后取出静置15min,然后依次加入三聚磷酸钠、硬脂酸钙、聚乙二醇和氧化钙并搅拌2-3h即得本发明所述的氧化石墨烯增强润滑剂。
和现有技术相比,本发明具有如下有益效果:
本发明中的配方有效增强了氧化石墨烯的界面性能,改善了氧化石墨烯的团聚现象,使得氧化石墨烯能在润滑剂中均匀分散而不会产生沉淀,该氧化石墨烯增强润滑剂的摩擦系数较低、耐磨性能较高,具有广阔的应用前景。

下面给出实施例以对本发明进行具体的描述,有必要在此指出的是以下实施例只用于对本发明进行进一步说明,不能理解为对本发明保护范围的限制,该领域的普通技术人员根据该实施例对本发明所做出的一些非本质的改进或调整仍属于本发明的保护范围。
实施例1-8和对比例1-2中氧化石墨烯增强润滑剂的制备:
按表1配方,将氧化石墨烯、对苯二酚和去离子水在高速混合机中混合均匀后取出静置15min,然后依次加入三聚磷酸钠、硬脂酸钙、聚乙二醇和氧化钙并搅拌2-3h即得。
其中,表1中各组分的单位为重量份数。
其中,氧化石墨烯为层数为6层。
性能数据测试方法:
稳定性试验:取氧化石墨烯增强润滑剂样品,通过高速离心机离心30min (5000r/min),观察底部是否有沉积物,结果见下表1所示。
使用四球试验机进行摩擦磨损实验,实验的条件为:负载压力600N ;转速1200r/min ;时间3600s,测试摩擦系数和磨斑直径,测试结果见下表1所示。
由表1可知,实施例1-8通过将氧化石墨烯的添加量控制为对苯二酚的1wt%-4wt%,测试得到的氧化石墨烯增强润滑剂的摩擦系数为0.02以内,磨斑直径为0.16以内,本发明中的氧化石墨烯增强润滑剂的稳定性较好不易产生团聚,且摩擦系数较低、耐磨性能较高,而对比例1-3中氧化石墨烯的添加量大于对苯二酚的4wt%或者小于1wt%,其润滑剂稳定性、摩擦系数和磨斑直径的测试结果明显劣于实施例。

Claims (4)

1.一种氧化石墨烯增强润滑剂,其特征在于,按重量份计,包括以下组分:
三聚磷酸钠 15-25份;
硬脂酸钙 10-25份;
聚乙二醇 3-4份;
氧化钙 8-16份;
去离子水 75-100份;
对苯二酚 1-2份;
所述氧化石墨烯增强润滑剂还包括氧化石墨烯,所述氧化石墨烯的重量为对苯二酚的1wt%-4wt%。
2.根据权利要求1所述的氧化石墨烯增强润滑剂,其特征在于,所述氧化石墨烯的重量为对苯二酚的2wt%-3wt%。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的氧化石墨烯增强润滑剂,其特征在于,所述氧化石墨烯的层数为6层或7层。
4.制备权利要求1-3任一项所述的氧化石墨烯增强润滑剂的方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:将氧化石墨烯、对苯二酚和去离子水在高速混合机中混合均匀后取出静置15min,然后依次加入三聚磷酸钠、硬脂酸钙、聚乙二醇和氧化钙并搅拌2-3h即得本发明所述的氧化石墨烯增强润滑剂。
