Abstract

本发明提供的一种耐高温链条/导轨润滑油,其特征在于:包含由质量百分比含量为1‑10%的金属氧化物制备而成;其中,所述金属氧化物选自氧化铝、二氧化钛、二氧化锆、氧化锡、氧化亚锡中的一种或几种。本发明的耐高温链条/导轨润滑油,在高温下(即使超过500℃)还具备良好的润滑效果,可以较好地保护在高温环境下工作的链条和导轨的损伤。

技术领域
本发明属于润滑技术领域,具体涉及一种耐高温链条/导轨润滑油及其制备方法。
背景技术
在高温(工作温度超过500℃)环境下,一般的有机物为主润滑油均燃烧挥发,而无法起到链条、导轨的润滑功能,导致链条、导轨的快速磨损报废,开发能够适应超过500℃高温工作环境的链条、导轨润滑油是一项技术挑战。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术的不足,提供一种耐高温链条/导轨润滑油。
本发明提供的一种耐高温链条/导轨润滑油,其特征在于:包含由质量百分比含量为1-10%的金属氧化物制备而成;
其中,上述金属氧化物选自氧化铝、二氧化钛、二氧化锆、氧化锡、氧化亚锡中的一种或几种。
进一步地,本发明提供的一种耐高温链条/导轨润滑油,还具有如下特点:即、由如下重量百分比的组分制备而成:
进一步地,本发明提供的一种耐高温链条/导轨润滑油,还具有如下特点:即、上述基础油可选自40℃时,运动粘度为50-500mm2/s的矿物油或合成油中的一种或几种。
进一步地,本发明提供的一种耐高温链条/导轨润滑油,还具有如下特点:即、上述矿物油优选型号为68#、100#、120BS、150BS的一种或几种混合物。
上述合成油选自聚-α烯烃、聚异丁烯、合成酯中的一种或几种。
进一步地,本发明提供的一种耐高温链条/导轨润滑油,还具有如下特点:即、上述聚异丁烯选自分子量不大小1000的低分子量聚异丁烯中的一种或几种,上述聚异丁烯优选自商品型号为PIB450、PIB680中的一种或几种混合物。
上述的合成酯优选双季戊四醇酯、偏苯三酸酯、邻苯二甲酸酯、季戊四醇酯、聚蓖麻油酸酯中的一种或几种混合物。
进一步地,本发明提供的一种耐高温链条/导轨润滑油,还具有如下特点:即、上述邻苯二甲酸酯优选邻苯二甲酸二异辛酯。
上述季戊四醇酯优选季戊四醇四异辛酸酯、季戊四醇四月桂酸酯、季戊四醇四油酸酯、季戊四醇四硬脂酸酯中的一种或几种。
上述聚蓖麻油酸酯优选四聚蓖麻油酸酯。
进一步地,本发明提供的一种耐高温链条/导轨润滑油,还具有如下特点:即、上述的二硫化钼粉、石墨粉的平均粒径选择不大于10μm。
进一步地,本发明提供的一种耐高温链条/导轨润滑油,还具有如下特点:即、上述分散剂优选为单丁二酰亚胺,双丁二酰亚胺、多丁二酰亚胺、丁二酸酯中的一种或几种,优选自商品型号为T151A、T151B、T152、T154、T155、T161、LZL156中的一种或几种混合物。
进一步地,本发明提供的一种耐高温链条/导轨润滑油,还具有如下特点:即、上述硼化稀土化合物为硼酸镧、硼酸铈或其混合物。
此外,本发明还提供了一种耐高温链条/导轨润滑油的制备方法:即、按重量百分比称取基础油、金属氧化物、二硫化钼、石墨粉、分散剂、硼化稀土化合物混合搅拌1小时左右,肉眼观察无结块即可;使用时需要混合搅拌使用。
本发明的有益效果:
本发明的耐高温链条/导轨润滑油,在高温下(即使超过500℃)还具备良好的润滑效果,可以较好地保护在高温环境下工作的链条和导轨的损伤。
在本发明中,基础油主要是提供固体润滑介质的载体,同时在一定温度下起到润滑作用,如使用PAO、合成酯作为基础油时,可在工作温度达到300℃时还能有比较好的润滑效果。
在本发明中,金属氧化物主要是在超过500℃的高温下不挥发,不燃烧,起固体润滑作用。
在本发明中,二硫化钼粉可以在250-550℃的温度下起比较好的润滑作用金属锻造加工中具有很好离形效果。
在本发明中,石墨粉可以在250-400℃的高温下保持比较好的润滑效果。
在本发明中,分散剂可以使组分中的固体成本很好的分散于基础油中,不至于快速分层,影响使用。
在本发明中,硼化稀土化合物可有效修复高温状态下链条、导轨和其他摩擦副的磨损。
具体实施方式
下面结合实施例对本发明作进一步详细的说明:
实施例1:
称取40kgPAO10、40kgPAO40、5kg氧化铝、5kg二硫化钼、9kg石墨粉(其中,二硫化钼粉和石墨粉的平均粒径不大于10μm)、1kg分散剂T151A混合搅拌1小时左右,即为一种耐高温链条/导轨润滑油。
实施例2:
称取70kg双季戊四醇酯、10kg二氧化钛、10kg二硫化钼、8kg石墨粉(其中,二硫化钼粉和石墨粉的平均粒径不大于10μm)、1.5kg分散剂T152、0.5kg硼化稀土化合物混合搅拌1小时左右,即为一种耐高温链条/导轨润滑油。
实施例3:
称取76.7kg偏苯三酸酯、1kg氧化锡、9kg二硫化钼、10kg石墨粉(其中,二硫化钼粉和石墨粉的平均粒径不大于10μm)、3kg分散剂T154、0.3kg硼酸镧混合搅拌1小时左右,即为一种耐高温链条/导轨润滑油。
实施例4:
称取79kg季戊四醇四异辛酸酯、9kg氧化亚锡、1kg二硫化钼、8kg石墨粉(其中,二硫化钼粉和石墨粉的平均粒径不大于10μm)、2.8kg分散剂T155、0.2kg硼酸铈混合搅拌1小时左右,即为一种耐高温链条/导轨润滑油。
实施例5:
称取78kg双季戊四醇酯、7kg二氧化锆、7kg二硫化钼、6kg石墨粉(其中,二硫化钼粉和石墨粉的平均粒径不大于10μm)、2.8kg分散剂LZL156、0.2kg硼化稀土化合物混合搅拌1小时左右,即为一种耐高温链条/导轨润滑油。
实施例6:
称取75kg四聚蓖麻油酸酯、8kg二氧化钛、8kg二硫化钼、6kg石墨粉(其中,二硫化钼粉和石墨粉的平均粒径不大于10μm)、2.6kg分散剂T161、0.4kg硼化稀土化合物混合搅拌1小时左右,即为一种耐高温链条/导轨润滑油。
将上述制备的耐高温链条/导轨润滑油应用铝合金熔铸炉(温度约700℃)导轨润滑,导轨使用寿命比原使用原某品牌石墨润滑脂润滑延长1倍以上。

1.一种耐高温链条/导轨润滑油,其特征在于,由如下重量百分比的组分制备而成:

所述的二硫化钼粉、石墨粉的平均粒径不大于10μm。
4.如权利要求1所述的一种耐高温链条/导轨润滑油,其特征在于:
所述分散剂选自单丁二酰亚胺,双丁二酰亚胺、多丁二酰亚胺、丁二酸酯中的一种或几种。
5.如权利要求1所述的一种耐高温链条/导轨润滑油,其特征在于:
所述分散剂选自T151A、T151B、T152、T154、T155、T161、LZL156中的一种或几种。
6.如权利要求1所述的一种耐高温链条/导轨润滑油,其特征在于:
所述硼化稀土化合物为硼酸镧、硼酸铈或其混合物。
7.如权利要求1-6任一项所述的一种耐高温链条/导轨润滑油的制备方法,其特征在于:
将聚蓖麻油酸酯、金属氧化物、二硫化钼、石墨粉、分散剂、硼化稀土化合物混合搅拌至肉眼观察无结块即可。
