本发明涉及火腿肠技术领域。更具体地说,本发明涉及一种含鱼皮和虾皮的火腿肠。
背景技术
鱼皮味甘咸性平,及具有滋补的功效;在食疗方面,“鱼皮”含有丰富的蛋白质和多种微量元素,其蛋白质主要是大分子的胶原蛋白及粘多糖的成分,是女士养颜护肤美容保健佳品,近年医学研究发现,“鱼皮”中的白细胞一亮氨酸有抗癌作用。而虾皮中含有钙等多种营养成分。
发明内容
本发明的一个目的是解决至少上述问题,并提供至少后面将说明的优点。
本发明还有一个目的是提供一种营养全面、滑脆可口的含鱼皮和虾皮的火腿肠。
为了实现根据本发明的这些目的和其它优点,提供了一种包括动物瘦肉、油脂、淀粉、植物蛋白、食盐、白糖、香辛料、抗坏血酸、磷酸盐、发色剂及其它添加剂、塑料肠衣的含鱼皮和虾皮的火腿肠,在其中含占火腿肠总重量5%至10%的鱼皮和5%至10%的虾皮,添加的鱼皮和虾皮的含水量约25%。
优选地,添加的鱼皮和虾皮是粉碎了的鱼皮和虾皮,鱼皮和虾皮的粒径为2-3mm。
优选地,所述鱼皮为草鱼、鲶鱼、鲫鱼中的任意一种。

添加的鱼皮和虾皮是粉碎了的鱼皮和虾皮,鱼皮和虾皮的粒径为2-3mm。

实施例一

一种包括动物瘦肉、油脂、淀粉、植物蛋白、食盐、白糖、香辛料、抗坏血酸、磷酸盐、发色剂及其它添加剂、塑料肠衣的含鱼皮和虾皮的火腿肠,在其中含占火腿肠总重量10%的粒径为3mm的鲫鱼皮和10%的粒径为3mm的虾皮,添加的鲫鱼皮和虾皮的含水量约25%。

1.一种包括动物瘦肉、油脂、淀粉、植物蛋白、食盐、白糖、香辛料、抗坏血酸、磷酸盐、发色剂及其它添加剂、塑料肠衣的含鱼皮和虾皮的火腿肠,其特征在于:在其中含占火腿肠总重量5%至10%的鱼皮和5%至10%的虾皮,添加的鱼皮和虾皮的含水量约25%。
2.根据权利要求1所述的营养火腿肠,其特征在于:添加的鱼皮和虾皮是粉碎了的鱼皮和虾皮,鱼皮和虾皮的粒径为2-3mm。
3.根据权利要求1所述的营养火腿肠,其特征在于:所述鱼皮为草鱼、鲶鱼、鲫鱼中的任意一种。
