Abstract
本发明涉及热熔胶技术领域,尤其涉及聚酯胶粒,包括以下重量份的各组分:聚酯胶粒,其特征在于,包括以下重量份的各组分:二元酸40~70份;乙二胺10~20份;己二胺10~20份;己二醇15‑25份;1、3‑丙二醇10‑20份;钛酸酯催化剂0.1‑3份;稳定剂0.1‑3份,与现有技术相比,本发明的聚酯胶粒,以酸和醇为反应体系,反应体系中加入了1、3‑丙二醇,获得的产品透明且熔点低,低温操作性能优异,加入了稳定剂和钛酸酯催化剂,固化速度快,稳定性好,同时具有优良的柔韧性、热稳定性和加工性,邵氏硬度达到65,软化点125℃,剥离强度达8.0N/mm,伸长率达550%。

技术领域
本发明涉及热熔胶技术领域,尤其涉及聚酯胶粒。
背景技术
聚酯是由酸和醇经缩聚反应后得到的,根据酸和醇种类的不同可制成具有各种软化点的产品。由二元酸与二元胺缩合得到的聚酯树脂,具有良好的粘接强度,其作为热熔胶具有熔融范围宽、固化速度快等优点,被广泛用于五金、机械行业。然而,这类聚酯胶料的熔点高,低温操作性能差,尤其是对金属材料的粘结性能差,必须对其进行改性才能适合上述五金以及机械行业的要求。
因此,急需提供聚酯胶粒,以解决现有技术的不足。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供聚酯胶粒,熔点点,低温操作性能佳,尤其是对金属材料的粘结性能优异。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用如下的技术方案:

较优地,所述二元酸选自对苯二甲酸、间苯二甲酸或者新戊二酸中的任意一种或者几种的组合。

与现有技术相比,本发明的聚酯胶粒具有以下有益效果:本发明的聚酯胶粒,以酸和醇为反应体系,反应体系中加入了1、3-丙二醇,获得的产品透明且熔点低,低温操作性能优异,加入了稳定剂和钛酸酯催化剂,固化速度快,稳定性好,同时具有优良的柔韧性、热稳定性和加工性,邵氏硬度达到65,软化点125℃,剥离强度达8.0N/mm,伸长率达550%。

由表1的数据可知,本发明的聚酯胶粒透明且熔点低,低温操作性能优异,加入了稳定剂和钛酸酯催化剂,固化速度快,稳定性好,同时具有优良的柔韧性、热稳定性和加工性,邵氏硬度达到65,软化点125℃,剥离强度达8.0N/mm,伸长率达550%。
