Abstract

本发明公开了一种汽车用低密度密封胶包括以下组分及质量百分含量:邻苯二甲酸二异壬酯15‑35%、环氧大豆油2‑7%、分散剂0.5‑1%、PVC共聚树脂8‑15%、PVC均聚糊树脂10‑25%、纳米碳酸钙5‑18%、空心微球1‑5%、聚酰胺促进剂0.5‑10%、钛白粉0.2‑5%、氧化钙2‑6%、饱和烷烃溶剂1‑15%。本发明在密封胶的配方中使用空心微球作为填料,可以大大降低密封胶的密度,而且可以根据配方中空心微球的含量比,调节密度的大小,可以减轻车身重量,作为无机填料很容易在体系中团聚,所以用分散剂增加空心微球在体系中的稳定性。

技术领域
本发明属于高分子材料领域,具体涉及一种汽车用低密度密封胶及其制备方法。
背景技术
在现今的社会,车辆越来越成为人们生活中的重要工具,随之对车子的质量和能耗有越来越高的要求,其中轻量化是减少油耗的重要方法。车辆的轻量化主要从材料入手,其中汽车用密封胶的密度一般在1.4g/ml左右,按照现有常规的材料几乎不可能做到1.0g/ml,如何通过技术改进获得低密度的汽车用密封胶成为本领域研究的一个重要方向。
发明内容
本发明的目的,就是为了解决上述问题而提供了一种汽车用低密度密封胶及其制备方法,能够降低汽车用密封胶的密度,进而车辆降低油耗。
本发明的目的是这样实现的:
本发明的一种汽车用低密度密封胶包括以下组分及质量百分含量:
本发明还提供一种汽车用低密度密封胶的制备方法包括以下步骤:
(1)按以下组分和质量百分含量准备原材料:
(2)将邻苯二甲酸二异壬酯和环氧大豆油加入到反应罐中搅拌3~5分钟;
(3)反应罐中搅拌的状态下加入分散剂、聚酰胺促进剂,钛白粉,氧化钙和空心微球,添加完后保持搅拌30分钟;
(4)反应罐中搅拌的状态下加入PVC树脂,然后继续搅拌5~10分钟,并控制反应罐内物料温度〈30℃;
(5)将步骤(4)获得的产物静置放置熟化12小时;
(6)使用邻苯二甲酸二异壬酯将密封胶的粘度调整到目标范围内,然后抽中空,过滤包装即可。
本发明在密封胶的配方中,将密度高的填料换成只有0.5g/cc的空心微球填料,可以大大降低密封胶的密度,而且可以根据配方中空心微球的含量比,调节密度的大小,可以减轻车身重量。
具体实施方式
下面将结合实施例,对本发明作进一步说明。
本实施例中使用的原材料信息如表1所示:

按以下制备方法制备样品:
(1)将100kg的邻苯二甲酸二异壬酯和20kg的环氧大豆油加入到反应釜,开启搅拌;
(2)保持搅拌状态下,加入0.05kg分散剂、48kg纳米碳酸钙,20kg的聚酰胺,16kg钛白粉,12kg氧化钙,以及4kg的空心微球到反应釜,保持搅拌30分钟;
(3)保持搅拌状态下加入40kg共聚PVC,80kg均聚PVC,开启冷却设备,控制温度小于30℃,搅拌30分钟后关闭搅拌;
(4)静置放置12小时熟化材料;
(5)测试初始粘度100000cp,加入邻苯二甲酸二异壬酯降低粘度到50000-65000cp;
(6)调整好的产品,抽真空后,过滤包装。
本实施例的产品性能测试方法及结果如表2所示:

本发明的密封胶可在保持性能的基础上减轻密度,通过减轻车身重量的方式降低车辆的能耗。

1.一种汽车用低密度密封胶,其特征在于,包括以下组分及质量百分含量:

2.如权利要求1所述的一种汽车用低密度密封胶的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)按以下组分和质量百分含量准备原材料:
(2)将邻苯二甲酸二异壬酯和环氧大豆油加入到反应罐中搅拌3~5分钟;
(3)反应罐中搅拌的状态下加入分散剂、聚酰胺促进剂,钛白粉,氧化钙和空心微球,添加完后保持搅拌30分钟;
(4)反应罐中搅拌的状态下加入PVC树脂,然后继续搅拌5~10分钟,并控制反应罐内物料温度20℃~30℃;
(5)将步骤(4)获得的产物静置放置熟化12小时;
(6)使用邻苯二甲酸二异壬酯将密封胶的粘度调整到目标范围内,然后抽中空,过滤包装即可。
