Abstract

本发明属于有机高分子合成技术领域,具体涉及一种环保型高性能聚氨酯防水涂料及其制备方法。环保型高性能聚氨酯防水涂料由A组分和B组分组成,A组分:聚醚多元醇、异氰酸酯、扩链剂、粉状填料、增塑剂、偶联剂,B组分:大豆油多元醇、胺类扩链剂、粉状填料、颜料、增塑剂、溶剂、偶联剂、催化剂。本发明大幅度提高防水材料的力学性能指标,达到降低成本、提高延伸率的目的;引入植物基大豆油多元醇,避免使用二甲苯等有毒溶剂,提高环保性;制备的聚氨酯防水涂料具有优异的使用性能,可以满足新国标Ⅱ型防水涂料的指标要求。

环保型高性能聚氨酯防水涂料及其制备方法
技术领域
本发明属于有机高分子合成技术领域,具体涉及一种环保型高性能聚氨酯防水涂料及其制备方法。
背景技术
聚氨酯防水涂料是一种新型的有机高分子防水材料,因其施工方便,性能优异,在防水工程中得到了广泛的应用。据统计,聚氨酯防水涂料在防水工程中的应用比例已经占到了17.5%以上,而且还在逐年增加。普通聚氨酯防水涂料的性能指标相对较低,比较容易达到,采用单组份聚氨酯防水涂料即可满足性能指标的要求。但是对于一些特殊领域如铁路桥梁桥面的防水,还需要考虑使用过程中火车经过时长期的振动而引起的疲劳破坏等因素,因此对材料的要求大幅度提高,要求此类的防水材料具有优异的力学性能和抗疲劳性能、耐老化性和耐化学腐蚀性。2014年8月份实施的聚氨酯防水涂料新国标重新将防水涂料划分为了三个型号,将老国标中的Ⅰ型和Ⅱ型合并为新的Ⅰ型,性能指标要求也做了相应的提高,Ⅱ型的防水涂料性能指标提高到拉伸强度6.0MPa,断裂伸长率450%,撕裂强度30N/mm,不透水性上要求0.3MPa、120min不透水,相关指标要求更加严格。目前针对聚氨酯防水涂料的报道也比较多,如专利CN103540254A、CN103740260A等报道的单组份聚氨酯防水涂料的制备方法,但是制备的聚氨酯防水涂料性能指标只能满足新国标Ⅰ型的要求,可在普通的防水工程中使用;专利CN103555182A报道了一种单组份高铁聚氨酯防水涂料及其生产工艺,所采用技术路线与传统Ⅰ型单组份聚氨酯防水涂料的制备基本相同,只是力学性能指标上有所提高,据称可以满足Ⅱ型防水涂料的指标要求,但是从原料选择及用量来看成本比较高。专利CN103409055A报道了一种铁路道桥专用高性能环保型聚氨酯防水涂料及其制备方法,在原料选择上只采用传统的聚醚TMN3050和TDB2000和MDI-50,在力学性能上能否达到6.0PMa拉伸强度和450%的断裂伸长率有待考究,且溶剂采用二甲苯,毒性和气味都比较大,环保性实际并不好,且配方成本相对较高。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种环保型高性能聚氨酯防水涂料,具有固含量高、环保性好、施工方便、固化速度可调范围宽、表面光滑无暗泡、性能指标优异的特点;本发明同时提供了环保型高性能聚氨酯防水涂料的制备方法,科学合理、简单易行。
本发明所述的环保型高性能聚氨酯防水涂料,由A组分和B组分组成,

使用时,将A组份和B组份按质量比1:1混合即可。
所述的A组分中聚醚多元醇为DL-2000D、MN-3050D和YNW-210H三种聚醚的混合物;聚醚多元醇YNW-210H是以丙二醇为起始剂,环氧丙烷与邻苯二甲酸酐和二氧化碳共聚而得的主链中含有极性酯基和苯环结构的聚醚多元醇,所占比例不低于DL-2000D、MN-3050D和YNW-210H三种聚醚总量的50%。YNW-210H是山东一诺威新材料有限公司生产。
所述的A组分中异氰酸酯为TDI-80和MDI-50的混合物,TDI-80和MDI-50的质量比为30:70-50:50。
所述的A组分中扩链剂为YNW-312K,YNW-312K为2官能度含有极性杂环结构的端羟基化合物,YNW-312K是采用三羟甲基丙烷、2-羟基甲基-18-冠醚和邻苯二甲酸酐脱水缩合制备而得。YNW-312K是山东一诺威新材料有限公司生产。
所述的A组分中粉状填料为纳米碳酸钙或高岭土中的一种或两种。
所述的增塑剂为氯化石蜡、对苯二甲酸二辛酯或150号溶剂油中的一种或多种,偶联剂为KH-550或KH-560中的一种或两种。
所述的B组分中大豆油多元醇为官能度2-3、羟值112mgKOH/g的含羟基化合物。
所述的B组分中胺类扩链剂为3,3'-二氯-4,4'-二氨基二苯基甲烷、二甲硫基甲苯二胺或二甲硫基氯苯二胺中的一种或多种。
所述的B组分中粉状填料为白炭黑、纳米碳酸钙、轻质碳酸钙、重质碳酸钙、滑石粉或高岭土中的一种或多种,颜料为氧化铁红,溶剂为乙酸乙酯、碳酸二甲酯或120号溶剂油中的一种或多种,催化剂为二月桂酸二丁基锡、辛酸亚锡或双吗啉二乙基醚中的一种或多种。
本发明所述的环保型高性能聚氨酯防水涂料的制备方法,步骤如下:
(1)A组分的制备:
将计量的聚醚多元醇加入到脱水釜中,搅拌升温至105-115℃,加入计量的粉状填料和偶联剂,高速分散1h,抽真空至-0.095MPa脱水2-3h,取样检测水分含量≤0.03%后,移液至聚合反应釜,加入增塑剂并降温至60-70℃,加入计量的异氰酸酯和扩链剂,升温至80-85℃,保温反应2-3h,取样检测NCO%,达到理论设计值后降温至60-70℃出料,充氮气密封保存,即得环保型高性能聚氨酯防水涂料A组分;
(2)B组分的制备:
将计量的大豆油多元醇、粉状填料、颜料、增塑剂和偶联剂加入到反应釜中,升温至100-110℃,高速分散1h,抽真空至-0.095MPa脱水2-3h,取样检测水分含量≤0.03%后,加入胺类扩链剂,搅拌0.5h,然后降温至60-70℃,加入溶剂和催化剂搅拌0.5h,出料密封保存,即得环保型高性能聚氨酯防水涂料B组分。
室温下将上述所得A、B组分按照1:1的质量比混合反应成膜即得环保型高性能聚氨酯防水涂层。
本发明与现有技术相比,具有如下有益效果:
本发明采用山东一诺威新材料有限公司开发的特种聚醚多元醇YNW-210H和扩链剂YNW-312K制备A组分,大幅度提高防水材料的力学性能指标,从而实现了更多液体及固体填料的引入,达到降低成本、提高延伸率的目的;通过异氰酸酯TDI-80和MDI-50复配使用,达到调节防水涂料的固化速度和提高力学性能的平衡;通过在A/B组分中同时引入固体填料,达到提高填料用量,调节A/B料粘度相近,A/B料比例为1:1,避免施工配料时计量不准或配料出错的问题;引入植物基大豆油多元醇,避免使用二甲苯等有毒溶剂,提高环保性。通过以上技术方案制备的聚氨酯防水涂料具有优异的使用性能,可以满足新国标Ⅱ型防水涂料的指标要求。
具体实施方式
以下结合实施例对本发明做进一步描述。
实施例1
制备环保型高性能聚氨酯防水涂料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)A组分的制备:
将60Kg的YNW-210H、20Kg的DL-2000D、20Kg的MN-3050D加入到脱水釜中,搅拌升温至110℃,加入25Kg的纳米CaCO3、25Kg的高岭土和0.2Kg偶联剂KH-550,高速分散1h,抽真空至-0.095MPa脱水3h,取样检测水分含量0.028%,移液至聚合反应釜,加入6Kg的150号溶剂油并降温至70℃,加入25.5Kg的MDI-50、18.5Kg的TDI-80和2Kg的扩链剂YNW-312K,缓慢升温至80℃,保温反应2.5h,取样检测NCO%=5.13,降温至65℃出料,充氮气密封保存,得A组分。
(2)B组分的制备:
将32Kg的的大豆油多元醇、50Kg的滑石粉、50Kg的纳米CaCO3、0.8Kg的氧化铁红、50Kg的对苯二甲酸二辛酯和0.4Kg的KH-550加入到反应釜中,升温至105℃,高速分散1h,抽真空至-0.095MPa脱水2.5h,取样检测水分含量0.03%,加入10Kg的3,3'-二氯-4,4'-二氨基二苯基甲烷,搅拌0.5h,然后降温至65℃,加入7.8Kg的碳酸二甲酯和0.2Kg的二月桂酸二丁基锡催化剂搅拌0.5h,出料密封保存,得B组分。
防水涂层样片的制备:
室温下将上述所得A、B组分按照1:1的质量比混合均匀,涂在玻璃板上,制得厚度为2.0mm的涂膜,在温度23±2℃、相对湿度(50±10)%条件下养护96小时,然后脱模,将涂膜翻面后继续养护72小时,进行性能测试。结果见表1。

由测试结果得出,本发明聚氨酯防水涂料具有良好的性能指标,可以满足国标Ⅱ型防水涂料的技术要求。

2.根据权利要求1所述的环保型高性能聚氨酯防水涂料,其特征在于所述的A组分中聚醚多元醇为DL-2000D、MN-3050D和YNW-210H三种聚醚的混合物;聚醚多元醇YNW-210H是以丙二醇为起始剂,环氧丙烷与邻苯二甲酸酐和二氧化碳共聚而得的主链中含有极性酯基和苯环结构的聚醚多元醇,所占比例不低于DL-2000D、MN-3050D和YNW-210H三种聚醚总量的50%。
3.根据权利要求1所述的环保型高性能聚氨酯防水涂料,其特征在于所述的A组分中异氰酸酯为TDI-80和MDI-50的混合物,TDI-80和MDI-50的质量比为30:70-50:50。
4.根据权利要求1所述的环保型高性能聚氨酯防水涂料,其特征在于所述的A组分中扩链剂为YNW-312K,YNW-312K为2官能度含有极性杂环结构的端羟基化合物,YNW-312K是采用三羟甲基丙烷、2-羟基甲基-18-冠醚和邻苯二甲酸酐脱水缩合制备而得。
5.根据权利要求1所述的环保型高性能聚氨酯防水涂料,其特征在于所述的A组分中粉状填料为纳米碳酸钙或高岭土中的一种或两种。
6.根据权利要求1所述的环保型高性能聚氨酯防水涂料,其特征在于所述的增塑剂为氯化石蜡、对苯二甲酸二辛酯或150号溶剂油中的一种或多种,偶联剂为KH-550或KH-560中的一种或两种。
7.根据权利要求1所述的环保型高性能聚氨酯防水涂料,其特征在于所述的B组分中大豆油多元醇为官能度2-3、羟值112mgKOH/g的含羟基化合物。
8.根据权利要求1所述的环保型高性能聚氨酯防水涂料,其特征在于所述的B组分中胺类扩链剂为3,3'-二氯-4,4'-二氨基二苯基甲烷、二甲硫基甲苯二胺或二甲硫基氯苯二胺中的一种或多种。
9.根据权利要求1所述的环保型高性能聚氨酯防水涂料,其特征在于所述的B组分中粉状填料为白炭黑、纳米碳酸钙、轻质碳酸钙、重质碳酸钙、滑石粉或高岭土中的一种或多种,颜料为氧化铁红,溶剂为乙酸乙酯、碳酸二甲酯或120号溶剂油中的一种或多种,催化剂为二月桂酸二丁基锡、辛酸亚锡或双吗啉二乙基醚中的一种或多种。
10.一种权利要求1-9任一所述的环保型高性能聚氨酯防水涂料的制备方法,其特征在于步骤如下:
(1)A组分的制备:
将计量的聚醚多元醇加入到脱水釜中,搅拌升温至105-115℃,加入计量的粉状填料和偶联剂,高速分散1h,抽真空至-0.095MPa脱水2-3h,取样检测水分含量≤0.03%后,移液至聚合反应釜,加入增塑剂并降温至60-70℃,加入计量的异氰酸酯和扩链剂,升温至80-85℃,保温反应2-3h,取样检测NCO%,达到理论设计值后降温至60-70℃出料,充氮气密封保存,即得环保型高性能聚氨酯防水涂料A组分;
(2)B组分的制备:
将计量的大豆油多元醇、粉状填料、颜料、增塑剂和偶联剂加入到反应釜中,升温至100-110℃,高速分散1h,抽真空至-0.095MPa脱水2-3h,取样检测水分含量≤0.03%后,加入胺类扩链剂,搅拌0.5h,然后降温至60-70℃,加入溶剂和催化剂搅拌0.5h,出料密封保存,即得环保型高性能聚氨酯防水涂料B组分。
