每个第一端部26包括边缘30,边缘30的整个表面31与正面12的后表面40直接接触。每个第一端部26的边缘30的表面40相对于印刷电路板20的表面21倾斜,从而基本上平行于正面12的后表面40,其相对于印刷电路板20倾斜并因此能够完全承载在正面12的后表面40上。当控制面板10的正面12与印刷电路板20平行时,每个第一端部26的边缘30的表面31与印刷电路板20基本上平行。每个第一端部26的边缘30环绕每个控制区14。
电容式检测元件24可以可选地在相对于垂直轴线V倾斜的方向上从正面12的后表面40延伸到印刷电路板20的电接触区32,以能够适应其中光源22没有相对于控制区14垂直对准的布罩。
根据图1和图2中示出的实施方式,每个电容式检测元件24包括刚性管状部分52并且还包括两个导电弹性部分54、56。
每个刚性管状部分52具有矩形形状的横截面。可设想到具有圆形或椭圆形形状的横截面的刚性管状部分52的变型。每个刚性管状部分52包括腔体58,腔体58形成用于光源22的导光件。腔体58的内壁60、62反射光并且不允许光传播到腔体58外部。每个刚性管状部分52是导电塑料部分。例如,优选地,刚性管状部分52是由填装了诸如铝、铜或锌粉末或薄片的金属颗粒的塑料形成的部分。
每个导电弹性部分54、56采取轴环的形式,布置在管状部分52的每个轴向端部26、28处,以补偿后表面40和检测元件24之间以及印刷电路板20和检测元件24之间的间隙。换句话讲,这两个弹性部分中的一个54被布置成与正面12的后表面40直接接触承压接合,该弹性部分54是电容式检测元件24的第一端部26。另一个弹性部分56被布置成与印刷电路板20的电接触区32直接接触承压接合,该弹性部分56是检测元件24的第二端部28。每个导电弹性元件54、56可以补偿因控制面板10的组装或热膨胀而导致的间隙,更特别地,补偿电容式检测元件24和印刷电路板20之间的距离方面的容差,同样补偿电容式检测元件24和正面12的后表面40之间的距离方面的容差。因此,该方案可以保证电容式检测元件24和印刷电路板20之间的电接触并且还保证电容式检测元件24和正面12的后表面40之间的电接触。每个检测元件24的每个弹性部分54、56使得检测元件24能够保持压贴印刷电路板20并且压贴正面12的后表面40。
用刚性管状部分52将两个弹性部分54、56制成一件。弹性部分54、56中的每个采取了导电弹性体(更特别地,橡胶)轴环的形式。
两个弹性部分54、56中的每个可优选地用刚性管状部分52包覆成型或者被胶合。包覆成型可以用胶合步骤进行分配,胶粘剂有可能减少电容式检测的灵敏度。
虽然这在本发明中不是必要的,但图1中的控制面板10还包括壳体34。该壳体34被设计成包围控制面板10。壳体34包括周缘36,周缘36被设计成包围印刷电路板20并且垂直于正面12延伸,使得正面12可闭合壳体34。壳体34还包括不透明壁41,不透明壁41布置在印刷电路板20上并且设置在光源22之间,以阻挡光从一个光源22向着另一个有任何泄漏并且还能够保持电容式检测元件24。
图3、图4和图6示出根据本发明的电容式检测元件60、70、80的其他非限制实施方式。
根据第二实施方式,图3中示出的电容式检测元件60的总体几何形状与图1中的总体几何形状的不同之处在于,它只包括由导电橡胶轴环形成的一个弹性部分62。该轴环被布置在电容式检测元件60的第一端部64和第二端部65之间,从而将刚性管状部分划分成弹性部分62的相应对向侧上的第一部分66和第二部分67,第一部分66和第二部分67被分别设计成与正面12的后表面40承压接合以及印刷电路板20的电接触区32承压接合。
根据第三实施方式,图4中示出的电容式检测元件70的弹性部分72以与图3中示出的方式类似的方式位于检测元件70上。然而,在这方面与图3不同的是,弹性部分72与刚性管状部分(即,优选地由导电刚性塑料制成)的第一部分76和第二部分77形成一件。通过特定形状来产生该刚性塑料弹性部分72的弹性性质。根据图4和图5中示出的实施方式,由四个V形板簧(在图5中示出三个弹簧90、92、94)来形成弹性部分72,这些板簧分别连接电容式检测元件24的四个壁的每个第一部分76和第二部分77,弹簧90、92、94中的每个的V形96、97、98中的每个尖点向着检测元件70的腔体78的内部取向。
更一般地,可通过与刚性管状部分形成一件的一个或更多个板簧来连接刚性管状部分的第一部分76和第二部分77。
根据第四实施方式并且按与图4中相同的方式,图6中示出的电容式检测元件80的弹性部分82与刚性管状部分84形成一件。然而,图6与图4的不同之处在于,弹性元件82处于检测元件80的被设计成与印刷电路板20的电接触区32接触的端部处。换句话讲,与管状部分84形成一件的该弹性部分82被设计成保持与印刷电路板20的电接触区32压缩承压接合。弹性部分82采取了与刚性管状部分84的两个相应面对壁连续的两个面对弹性元件85、86的形式。每个元件85、86具有倒Y形,每个倒V形的分离部87、88与印刷电路板20的电接触区32接触,倒Y形的每个垂直部分81、83在管状部分84和每个弹性元件85、86之间形成连接。
更一般地,刚性管状部分84可通过与刚性管状部分84形成一件的一个或更多个板簧或弹性突出部85、86电连接到印刷电路板20的电接触区32。
本发明不限于所示出的检测元件的示例,而是可涵盖用于其的管状部分可具有圆形或其他形状的横截面的检测元件。与刚性管状部分形成一件的弹性部分的弹性形状可同样不同于所示出的那些;弹性部分的基本功能是保持检测元件压贴印刷电路板并且压贴控制面板的正面的后表面。如果需要占据检测元件和控制面板之间的组装间隙,则弹性部分的数量可同样大于2个。

Claims (10)

1.一种机动车辆控制面板(10),该机动车辆控制面板(10)包括:
正面(12),其包括控制区(14);
印刷电路板(20);
至少一个导电电容式检测元件(24),其沿着垂直轴线(V)从所述正面(12)的后表面(40)延伸到所述印刷电路板(20)的电接触区(32);
光源(22),其安装在所述印刷电路板(20)上并且能够产生穿过所述电容式检测元件(24)向着所述控制区(14)的背光光束(23);
其特征在于,
所述电容式检测元件(24)包括形成用于所述光束(23)的导光件的至少一个刚性管状部分(52)和与所述刚性管状部分(52)形成一件的至少一个弹性部分(54),以补偿所述后表面(40)和所述检测元件(24)之间的间隙以及所述印刷电路板(20)和所述检测元件(24)之间的间隙。
2.根据权利要求1所述的控制面板(10),其特征在于,所述刚性管状部分(52)是导电塑料。
3.根据前述权利要求中的任一项所述的控制面板(10),其特征在于,所述检测元件(24)包括弹性部分(56),所述弹性部分(56)被布置成与所述印刷电路板(20)的所述电接触区(32)承压接合。
4.根据前述权利要求中的任一项所述的控制面板(10),其特征在于,所述检测元件(24)包括弹性部分(54),所述弹性部分(56)被布置成与所述正面(12)的所述后表面(40)直接接触承压接合。
5.根据权利要求1或2所述的控制面板(10),其特征在于,所述检测元件(60)包括布置在所述检测元件(60)的轴向端部(64、65)之间的单个弹性部分(62),使得所述管状部分被划分成所述弹性部分(62)的相应对向侧上的第一部分(66)和第二部分(67),所述第一部分(66)和所述第二部分(67)分别与所述正面(12)的所述后表面(40)承压接合以及所述印刷电路板(20)的所述电接触区(32)承压接合。
6.根据前述权利要求中的任一项所述的控制面板(10),其特征在于,所述弹性部分(54、56、62)是用所述刚性管状部分(52、66、67)包覆成型的导电弹性体轴环。
7.根据权利要求1或2所述的控制面板(10),其特征在于,所述弹性部分(72)包括与所述管状部分(76、77)形成一件的弹性形状。
8.根据权利要求7所述的控制面板(10),其特征在于,所述弹性形状(72)包括至少一个V形板簧(90),该V形的尖点(96)向着所述检测元件(70)的腔体(78)的内部取向,所述板簧(90)布置在所述检测元件(70)的端部(74、75)之间,使得所述管状部分被划分成所述板簧(90)的相应对向侧上的第一部分(76)和第二部分(77),所述第一部分(76)和所述第二部分(77)分别与所述正面(12)的所述后表面(40)承压接合以及所述印刷电路板(20)的所述电接触区(32)承压接合。
9.根据权利要求7所述的控制面板(10),其特征在于,所述弹性形状(85、86)具有倒Y形,该倒Y形的分离部(87、88)与所述印刷电路板(20)的所述电接触区(32)接触,该倒Y形的垂直部分(81、83)在所述管状部分(84)和所述弹性部分(85、86)之间形成连接。
10.根据前述权利要求中的任一项所述的控制面板(10),其特征在于,所述电容式检测元件(54)在相对于所述垂直轴线(V)倾斜的方向上从所述正面(12)的所述后表面(40)延伸到所述印刷电路板(20)的所述电接触区(32)。
