条形托盘的最大优势是在不移动托盘的情况下,就可实现既利用条形叉车将货物放置到条形托盘上,又利用条形叉车将货物从条形托盘上取走,条形托盘的特征如下:在基座上固定了多根相互平行的条形物,且这些条形物,大小相同,形状相同,相邻条形物之间距离全部相同,所有条形物的横截面都为矩形,前面所述条形叉车有一个升降装置,该升降装置上连接了条形托盘叉,条形托盘叉上也有多根条形物,这些条形物,大小相同,形状相同,相互平行,且只有一端连接在横梁上,相邻条形物之间距离全部相同,条形托盘叉的条形物的间隔、宽度、厚度与条形托盘的条形物的间隔、宽度、厚度要相互匹配以保证条形托盘叉能顺利叉入条形托盘取货或放置货物。

技术领域
本发明属于货物堆放、转运、自动卸载的技术领域,可应用于物流及大型仓库自动化方面;托盘也叫栈板,为方便零散物品的摆放和出货要求而制成的底座;
发明背景
现在随着科技、经济的发展,大量的货物在装卸、转运过程中,若依靠人力不仅速度很慢,而且人力成本高昂,已不符合现代物流的发展需求,其中许多货物,尤其是袋装货物在装卸、转运过程中以托盘为底座,用叉车来实现快速装卸;因此,托盘在物流中使用非常普遍,但托盘归各个企业所有,成本、质量、规格各异导致难以流通,即使硬性强制流通,由于许多企业的托盘流出量比流入的量大的多,导致企业生产成本增加,由此可见,在货物装卸及转运过程中,不能将托盘与货物分离,这是一个较大的缺点,为解决这个缺点,本发明提出利用条形托盘来摆放货物,并将条形托盘叉代替现有叉车上的两个叉子,这样在装卸货物时,在用具有条形托盘功能的条形托盘叉的叉车搬运货物时,可顺利实现货物与托盘的分离;
发明内容
参见图1,在一块平板上相互平行的固定了多根条形物,前面所述多根条形物,大小相同,形状相同,相邻条形物之间距离全部相同,所有条形物的横截面都为矩形;

参见图3,这是将图2中所示的条形物水平插入图1中条形物之间的凹槽之后所构成的系统,这个系统就是条形托盘系统,其中图1所示的物体本文就叫平底条形托盘,图2中所示物体本文就叫条形托盘叉;在条形托盘系统中,平底条形托盘中相邻条形物之间的间隔,必须大于条形托盘叉上条形物的宽度,条形托盘叉中相邻条形物之间的间隔,必须大于平底条形托盘上条形物的宽度,平底条形托盘中条形物厚度必须大于条形托盘叉中条形物厚度,平底条形托盘中条形物的宽度与相邻条形物之间的间隔之和必须等于条形托盘叉中条形物的宽度与相邻条形物之间的间隔之和,只有这样才能确保两者相互插入,且顺利工作;参见图4这是平底条形托盘的变形,只是将平底条形托盘下面的平板替换为两根梁,这种物体,本文将其称为双梁条形托盘,参见图5,这是在双梁条形托盘基础上再增加一根梁所构成的物体,这种物体,本文将其称为三梁条形托盘,参见图6,这是不分正反的条形托盘,本文就叫双面条形托盘;
显然,平底条形托盘、双梁条形托盘、三梁条形托盘、双面条形托盘可用于堆放已被包装好的货物,前面所述的四种托盘都属于条形托盘,其中平底条形托盘、双梁条形托盘,还可安装在货架上;平底条形托盘底下的平板、双梁条形托盘、三梁条形托盘横梁起到支撑及连接的作用,本文将这两者统称为基座;
条形托盘叉被安装在车辆上的升降装置上,主要用于装卸及移动货物,这种安装了条形托盘叉的车辆,本文就叫条形叉车;当我们需要搬运堆放在条形托盘的货物时,操作条形叉车,使条形托盘叉的条形物插入条形托盘中朝上的凹槽中,然后操作条形叉车提升条形托盘叉就可使货物与条形托盘分离,并使货物堆放到条形叉车上的条形托盘叉上,将条形叉车驾驰到预定位置后,调整条形托盘叉的位置和方位对准其下方条形托盘中的凹槽,缓慢降低条形托盘叉的高度,使条形托盘叉进入下方的条形托盘,在货物与条形托盘接触后,继续缓慢降低条形托盘叉的高度,条形托盘叉与货物就会分离,在前述两者分离后,再操作条形叉车向后抽出条形托盘叉,就完成了货物的转移;

具体实施方式
第一个实施例为利用条形托盘堆放、装卸货物的方法
现设有一个面粉厂,该厂仓库采用如图1中所示的平底条形托盘来堆放袋装面粉,该厂所有货车已经安装了如同如图1中所示的平底条形托盘;首先可以确定,图1中所示的平底条形托盘能够用来堆放袋装面粉,我们可将面粉装袋的平台设计成条形托盘叉,为便于表述,后面将该平台称为条形平台叉,这样当工人将面粉装袋封口后,按照一定的规则直接放到条形平台叉上,当放到一定数量后,就可用条形叉车将货取走;从条形平台叉取货的方法如下:工人(或机器人)操作条形叉车,使条形托盘叉的条形物从下方对正条形平台叉凹槽,然后操作条形叉车提升自身的条形托盘叉就可使面粉与条形平台叉分离,并使面粉转移到自身的条形托盘叉上,接着工人(或机器人)驾驶条形叉车行驰到要存放面粉的条形托盘处,再调整条形叉车上的条形托盘叉的位置和方位对准条形托盘中的凹槽,缓慢降低条形托盘叉的高度,使条形托盘叉进入其下方的条形托盘的槽中,在条形托盘叉与货物分离后,再操作条形叉车向后抽出条形托盘叉,就这样一块托盘的货物就已经堆放好了,当我们需要将这些已经堆放好的面粉装到货车上时,工人(或机器人)操作条形叉车,使该车的条形托盘叉插入平底条形托盘上的凹槽里,然后提升到合适高度就可使条形托盘叉上的面粉脱离原来用来堆放这些面粉的平底条形托盘,接着工人(或机器人)驾驶条形叉车行驰到货车处,再调整条形叉车上的条形托盘叉的位置和方位对准货车上条形托盘中的凹槽,缓慢降低条形托盘叉的高度,使条形托盘叉进入其下方的条形托盘的槽中,在条形托盘叉与货物分离后,再操作条形叉车向后抽出条形托盘叉,就这样一块托盘的货物就已经装上了货车,如此多次循环就可将货车装满;本段前面所讲的是装货,其实本发明中卸货的方法与装货的方法是一致的,也就是利用条形叉车将货物从一个条形托盘上取走,然后放到另一个条形托盘上,具体地说卸货就是利用条形叉车将货物从货车上的条形托盘上取走,然后放到要堆放货物的条形托盘上;
在第一个实施例中为便于表述仅仅提到图1为平底条形托盘,实际上该托盘也可被双梁条形托盘、三梁条形托盘或双面条形托盘所替换;
第二个实施例为复合条形托盘车
该车的特点是安装了如图7、图8中所示的复合条形托盘,复合条形托盘由相对车固定的条形托盘和相对车能升降的条形托盘两部分所构成,为便于表述后文将相对车固定的条形托盘简称为固定托盘,将相对车能升降的条形托盘简称为升降盘,当需要装卸货时,通过液压装置给千斤顶加压,将升降盘顶起来,参见图8,就会使升降盘凹槽露出来,就可采用第一个实施例中的方法来装卸货物,装卸好货物后,通过液压装置给千斤顶卸压,使升降盘降下来,就会使固定托盘与升降盘两者的条形物达到相同高度,出现如图7中所示的情形,复合条形托盘的优点是使货物与托盘的接触面积可增加一倍以上,这样减少货物在运输过程中因车辆的震动而损坏的情形,其中固定托盘的结构可参见图9;
第三个实施例为条形托盘货架
参见图10,这是一个具有三层结构的货架,每层货架都有如图4中所示的双梁条形托盘,将这种货架布置在仓库里用来放置箱子或袋子或盒子装好的货物,就可采用第一个实施例的方法从货架上取货或放置货物,这种货架可应用到现代物流仓库中。

1.一种条形叉车其特征如下:在机动车上有一个升降装置,该升降装置上连接了一个如图2中所示的条形托盘叉,其中所述条形托盘叉的特征是在一根用来连接的横梁上连接了多根条形物,前面所述多根条形物,大小相同,形状相同,相互平行,且只有一端连接在前面所述的横梁上,相邻条形物之间距离全部相同,该条形叉车用来将货物放置到条形托盘,还用来从条形托盘上取走货物。
2.一种条形托盘其特征如下:在基座上固定了多根相互平行的条形物,前面所述多根相互平行的条形物,大小相同,形状相同,相邻条形物之间距离全部相同,所有条形物的横截面都为矩形,既利用条形叉车将货物放置到条形托盘上,又利用条形叉车将货物从条形托盘上取走,
其中所述基座为下列三者之一:(1)平板、(2)两根以上(含两根)的横梁,(3)货架的横梁、
其中所述条形叉车符合权利要求1中所述特征,且条形托盘叉的条形物的厚度比条形托盘上的条形物厚度要小,条形托盘叉的条形物的宽度比条形托盘上的相邻条形物的间隔要小,条形托盘上的条形物的宽度比条形托盘叉上的相邻条形物的间隔要小,条形托盘叉的条形物的宽度与条形托盘叉上的相邻条形物的间隔之和等于条形托盘的条形物的宽度与条形托盘上的相邻条形物的间隔之和。
3.一种条形托盘其特征如下:这是不分正反的双面条形托盘,该托盘正反面都固定了多根条形物,前面所述多根条形物,大小相同,形状相同,相互平行的固定,相邻条形物之间距离全部相同,前面所述多根条形物的横截面都为矩形,既利用条形叉车将货物放置到条形托盘上,又利用条形叉车将货物从条形托盘上取走,
