Abstract

本发明涉及一种双向压万向自动补偿阀座侧阀盖型阀门,包括阀体、阀盖、阀座、阀芯;主要是阀座与阀体之间设有径向浮动装置,该径向浮动装置由安装在阀体通道内的径向台阶与阀盖径向端面之间的浮动环组成,浮动环两端面与阀体通道内的径向台阶及阀盖径向端面之间动密封配合,浮动环外圆面与阀体通道内圆壁之间具有浮动腔,阀座两侧端面安装在阀盖径向端面与浮动环内孔的径向内台阶之间,阀座外圆面与浮动环内孔壁动密封配合。在阀芯关闭过程中,自动调整阀芯球面密封面与阀座球面密封面的同心度,使两者球面密封面同心密封配合,达到密封副圆周密封比压均匀一致,具有密封性能好、生产成品率高、产品使用寿命长等特点。

技术领域
本发明属于阀门领域,尤其涉及一种球阀。本发明适用于高温高压介质工况的全球、半球等90°回转的球面密封球阀。
背景技术
球阀具有结构简单、启闭方便、全通径流通、流阻小等优点,广泛应用于国民经济各领域的介质输送管道,其结构主要包括阀体、阀盖、阀座、球体、阀杆,球体由阀杆安装与阀体内腔,球体与阀座组成相互配合的球面密封副,阀座外圆面与阀体通道内孔之间密封配合,由传动装置通过阀杆带动球体90°旋转,实现球阀的启闭操作。其主要缺点是:阀座径向固定安装在阀体通道内壁,阀座中心线理论上固定在阀体通道中心线上,但是,球体安装在阀体内腔后,其球心位置与阀座中心线之间或多或少存在着偏差,而且球体球面和阀座球面密封面都存在加工误差,导致球体球面与阀座球面密封面的同心度存在偏差,使球体与阀座配合时密封副圆周方向的密封比压不一致,制约了球阀的密封性能的提高,误差较大时出现泄漏,这是造成现有硬密封球阀出厂压力试验合格率低的主要原因。而且在使用过程中增加球体与阀座密封面的磨损,降低产品使用寿命。
发明内容
本发明的目的是针对现有技术存在的缺点,提供一种能够自动调整阀芯球面密封面与阀座球面密封面因安装和加工产生的配合同心度误差,阀芯与阀座配合同心度好,密封副圆周密封比压一致性好,密封性能好,产品成品率高,产品使用寿命长的双向压万向自动补偿阀座侧阀盖型阀门。
本发明的技术方案包括阀体、阀盖、阀座、阀芯、阀杆、密封件和安装件,阀芯与阀座具有相互配合的球面密封面;主要是阀座与阀体之间设有径向浮动装置,该径向浮动装置由安装在阀体通道内的径向台阶与阀盖径向端面之间的浮动环组成,浮动环两端面与阀体通道内的径向台阶及阀盖径向端面之间动密封配合,浮动环外圆面与阀体通道内圆壁之间具有浮动腔,阀座两侧端面安装在阀盖径向端面与浮动环内孔的径向内台阶之间,阀座靠近密封面一侧的径向端面与浮动环内孔的径向内台阶之间具有轴向浮动间隙,阀座外圆面与浮动环内孔壁动密封配合。
最好是,阀芯制有连体的上旋转轴和下旋转轴,阀芯由上旋转轴和下旋转轴安装在阀体内腔,阀杆下端外圆面与上旋转轴的轴孔之间采用花键相互连接。
本发明的优点是在阀座与阀体之间设有径向浮动装置,当阀芯球面密封面与阀座球面密封面之间因加工和安装误差存在同心度偏差时,在阀芯关闭过程中推动阀座径向浮动,自动调整阀芯球面密封面与阀座球面密封面的同心度,使两者球面密封面同心密封配合,达到密封副圆周密封比压均匀一致,具有密封性能好、生产成品率高、产品使用寿命长等特点。

具体实施方式
如图1、图2所示的双向压万向自动补偿阀座侧阀盖型阀门,包括阀体1、阀盖6、阀座5、阀芯7、阀杆、密封件和安装件,阀芯7与阀座5具有相互配合的球面密封面,阀芯7采用在一阀瓣上固定安装一球面密封环组成,也可以采用全球体、半球体、V型球体等90°回转的球面密封面结构;阀座5与阀体1之间设有径向浮动装置,该径向浮动装置由安装在阀体1通道内径向台阶与阀盖6径向端面之间的浮动环3组成,浮动环3两端面与阀体1通道内的径向台阶及阀盖6径向端面之间动密封配合,在浮动环3左端面与阀体1通道内的径向台阶之间安装第一密封圈8,在浮动环3右端面与阀盖6径向端面之间安装第二密封圈10,浮动环3两端面与阀体1通道内的径向台阶及阀盖6径向端面之间也可以采用镜面硬碰硬密封,提高耐温性能,浮动环3外圆面与阀体1通道内圆壁之间具有浮动腔2,使浮动环3可以在阀体1通道内径向移动,阀座5两侧端面安装在阀盖6径向端面与浮动环3内孔的径向内台阶之间,浮动环3带动阀座5一体径向移动。阀盖6由螺栓12与阀体1固定连接,在阀盖6与阀体1的相向端面之间设置密封垫11,阀座5靠近密封面一侧的径向端面与浮动环3内孔的径向内台阶之间具有轴向浮动间隙4,阀座5外圆面与浮动环3内孔壁动密封配合,使阀座5在浮动环3内孔可以轴向移动,防止阀芯7与阀座5之间高温膨胀卡死,阀座5外圆面与浮动环3内孔壁采用O型密封圈9密封。
在阀座5与阀盖6相向的径向端面之间设置蝶形弹簧,蝶形弹簧将阀座5向浮动环3内孔的径向内台阶移动,增加阀芯7与阀座5密封配合时的密封比压,并使阀座5在浮动环3内孔可以轴向移动,防止阀芯7与阀座5高温卡死。
阀芯7制有连体的上旋转轴和下旋转轴,阀芯7由上旋转轴和下旋转轴安装在阀体1内腔,阀杆下端外圆面与上旋转轴的轴孔之间采用花键相互连接。介质对阀芯7产生的推力由上旋转轴和下旋转轴承压,避免了现有技术介质对阀芯7产生的推力由阀杆承压的缺陷,减小阀杆的径向压力,降低启闭力矩。在上旋转轴和下旋转轴的外圆柱面与阀体1上的轴孔之间设置轴套,降低上旋转轴和下旋转轴的旋转摩擦力。
阀杆通过连接架与阀体1密封连接,连接架固定密封安装在阀体1上端,上旋转轴外圆柱面与连接架下端的轴孔动配合连接,阀杆中部外圆面与连接架之间设置填料密封装置,阀杆上端与安装在连接架上端的支架上的传动机构连接,下旋转轴通过下盖与阀体1密封连接,下盖固定密封安装在阀体1下端,下旋转轴外圆柱面与下盖上端的轴孔动配合连接,阀芯7采用侧装式结构,即阀芯7从阀盖6处装入阀体1内腔,如图1所示。
阀杆通过上盖与阀体1密封连接,上盖固定密封安装在阀体1上端,上旋转轴外圆柱面与上盖下端的轴孔动配合连接,阀杆中部外圆面与上盖之间设置填料密封装置,上旋转轴外圆柱面与上盖下端的轴孔动配合连接,阀杆中部外圆面与上盖之间设置填料密封装置,阀杆上端与安装在上盖上端的支架上的传动机构连接,阀芯7采用上装式结构,即阀芯7从上盖处装入阀体1内腔,如图2所示。
阀体1采用一体铸造或锻造成型,阀体1的连接方式采用法兰连接结构或焊接连接结构。

1.一种双向压万向自动补偿阀座侧阀盖型阀门,包括阀体(1)、阀盖(6)、阀座(5)、阀芯(7)、阀杆、密封件和安装件,阀芯(7)与阀座(5)具有相互配合的球面密封面,阀芯(7)采用半球体,该半球体的球面密封面与阀座(5)的球面密封面相互配合组成球阀的密封副;其特征是阀座(5)与阀体(1)之间设有径向浮动装置,该径向浮动装置由安装在阀体(1)通道内径向台阶与阀盖(6)径向端面之间的浮动环(3)组成,浮动环(3)两端面与阀体(1)通道内的径向台阶及阀盖(6)径向端面之间动密封配合,浮动环(3)外圆面与阀体(1)通道内圆壁之间具有浮动腔(2),阀座(5)两侧端面安装在阀盖(6)径向端面与浮动环(3)内孔的径向内台阶之间,阀座(5)靠近密封面一侧的径向端面与浮动环(3)内孔的径向内台阶之间具有轴向浮动间隙(4),阀座(5)外圆面与浮动环(3)内孔壁动密封配合。
2.根据权利要求1所述的双向压万向自动补偿阀座侧阀盖型阀门,其特征是阀芯(7)制有连体的上旋转轴和下旋转轴,阀芯(7)由上旋转轴和下旋转轴安装在阀体(1)内腔,阀杆下端外圆面与上旋转轴的轴孔之间采用花键相互连接。
