本发明涉及一种蝶式球面密封阀门,包括阀体、阀座、蝶板、阀杆、密封件和安装件,蝶板与阀座具有相互配合的球面密封面;主要是阀座与阀体之间设有径向浮动装置,该径向浮动装置由浮动环和压板组成,浮动环由压板压装在阀体通道内的径向台阶上,浮动环两端面与阀体通道内的径向台阶及压板端面之间动密封配合,浮动环外圆面与阀体通道内圆壁之间具有浮动腔,阀座两侧端面安装在压板端面与浮动环内孔的径向内台阶之间;在阀座与压板径向端面之间设置蝶形弹簧。在蝶板关闭过程中推动阀座径向浮动,自动调整蝶板球面密封面与阀座球面密封面的同心度,使两者球面密封面同心密封配合,达到密封副圆周密封比压均匀一致,具有密封性能好、产品使用寿命长等特点。

本发明属于阀门领域,尤其涉及一种蝶式球阀。
背景技术
蝶式球阀具有结构简单、启闭方便等优点,广泛应用于国民经济各领域的介质输送管道,其结构主要包括阀体、阀盖、阀座、蝶板、阀杆,蝶板由阀杆安装与阀体内腔,蝶板具有与阀座相互配合的球面密封面,阀座外圆面与阀体通道内孔之间密封配合,由传动装置通过阀杆带动蝶板90°旋转,实现阀门的启闭操作。其主要缺点是:阀座径向固定安装在阀体通道内壁,阀座中心线理论上固定在阀体通道中心线上,但是,蝶板安装在阀体内腔后,其密封面球心位置与阀座密封面球心之间或多或少存在着偏差,而且蝶板密封面球面和阀座球面密封面都存在加工误差,导致蝶板球面密封面与阀座球面密封面的同心度存在偏差,使蝶板与阀座配合时密封副圆周方向的密封比压不一致,制约了阀门密封性能的提高,误差较大时出现泄漏,而且在使用过程中增加蝶板密封面与阀座密封面的磨损,降低产品使用寿命。
发明内容
本发明的目的是针对现有技术存在的缺点,提供一种能够自动调整蝶板球面密封面与阀座球面密封面配合同心度,密封性能好,产品使用寿命长的蝶式球面密封阀门。
本发明的技术方案包括阀体、阀座、蝶板、阀杆、密封件和安装件,蝶板与阀座具有相互配合的球面密封面;主要是阀座与阀体之间设有径向浮动装置,该径向浮动装置由浮动环和压板组成,浮动环由压板压装在阀体通道内的径向台阶上,浮动环两端面与阀体通道内的径向台阶及压板端面之间动密封配合,浮动环外圆面与阀体通道内圆壁之间具有浮动腔,阀座两侧端面安装在压板端面与浮动环内孔的径向内台阶之间;在阀座与压板径向端面之间设置蝶形弹簧。
本发明的优点是在阀座与阀体之间设有径向浮动装置,在蝶板关闭过程中推动阀座径向浮动,自动调整蝶板球面密封面与阀座球面密封面的同心度,使两者球面密封面同心密封配合,达到密封副圆周密封比压均匀一致,具有密封性能好、产品使用寿命长等特点。

具体实施方式
如图1所示的蝶式球面密封阀门,包括阀体1、阀座5、蝶板7、阀杆、密封件和安装件,蝶板7与阀座具有相互配合的球面密封面;阀座5与阀体1之间设有径向浮动装置,该径向浮动装置由浮动环3和压板6组成,浮动环3由压板6压装在阀体1通道内的径向台阶上,浮动环3两端面与阀体1通道内的径向台阶及压板6端面之间动密封配合,在浮动环3左端面与阀体1通道内的径向台阶之间安装第一密封圈8,在浮动环3右端面与压板6端面之间采用镜面动密封配合,浮动环3左端面与阀体1通道内的径向台阶之间也可以采用镜面硬碰硬密封,提高耐温性能,压板6由螺栓10密封固定安装在阀体1通道内,浮动环3外圆面与阀体1通道内圆壁之间具有浮动腔2,使浮动环3可以在阀体1通道内径向移动,阀座5两侧端面安装在压板6端面与浮动环3内孔的径向内台阶之间,浮动环3带动阀座5一体径向移动,阀座5外圆面与浮动环3内孔壁采用O型密封圈9密封;在阀座5与压板6径向端面之间设置蝶形弹簧,蝶形弹簧将阀座5向浮动环3内孔的径向内台阶方向压紧,增加蝶板7与阀座5密封配合时的密封比压,并使阀座5在浮动环3内孔可以轴向移动,防止蝶板7与阀座5高温卡死。在阀门关闭状态下,阀座5靠近密封面一侧的径向端面与浮动环3内孔的径向内台阶之间具有轴向浮动间隙4。

1.一种蝶式球面密封阀门,包括阀体(1)、阀座(5)、蝶板(7)、阀杆、密封件和安装件,蝶板(7)与阀座(5)具有相互配合的球面密封面;其特征是阀座(5)与阀体(1)之间设有径向浮动装置,该径向浮动装置由浮动环(3)和压板(6)组成,浮动环(3)由压板压装在阀体(1)通道内的径向台阶上,浮动环(3)两端面与阀体(1)通道内的径向台阶及压板(6)端面之间动密封配合,浮动环(3)外圆面与阀体(1)通道内圆壁之间具有浮动腔(2),阀座(5)两侧端面安装在压板(6)端面与浮动环(3)内孔的径向内台阶之间;在阀座(5)与压板(6)径向端面之间设置蝶形弹簧,在阀门关闭状态下,阀座(5)靠近密封面一侧的径向端面与浮动环(3)内孔的径向内台阶之间具有轴向浮动间隙(4)。
