Abstract
本发明公开了阀座可移动式双向硬密封蝶阀,它包括阀体、阀座、蝶板、手轮、蜗轮箱、键和阀轴,蝶板通过压板螺钉固接有压板,压板与蝶板之间设有蝶板密封圈,蝶板密封圈和阀体之间设有阀座,阀座分为水平反向延伸的夹持部和支臂部,夹持部和蝶板密封圈顶部配合处为斜面,支臂部包括平行间隔分布的第一支臂和第二支臂,阀体内侧壁上固接有向支臂部水平延伸的压套,压套末端设有凹槽,凹槽内设有水平安置的压簧组,第一支臂的末端适配在凹槽内并与压簧组接触。本发明的有益效果是阀座被多处水平定位,移动时不会产生倾斜;多道O型圈使压簧组在干净环境下运行,使用寿命长;采用若干压簧构成的压簧组降低生产成本;排气帽和可移动的阀座使蝶板操作扭矩低。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及蝶阀,尤其涉及阀座可移动式双向硬密封蝶阀。
背景技术
目前,蝶阀体积小、重量轻、安装尺寸小,被广泛用于给排水、冶金、石油、化工、电力等各类管路中,对管道中的流体进行调流或截断。所以,阀门专业的人员对蝶阀的研究比较多。蝶阀的阀板与密封结构一直是阀门技术人员研究的课体。现有的硬密封蝶阀,在密封结构方面,通常采用固定式密封,这种固定式密封结构,使蝶板的开启与关闭产生很大的磨擦力,增大开启与关闭阀门的扭矩,加工难度大,蝶板与阀座开启与关闭时也容易产生干涉,严重时蝶板无法开启与关闭,导致阀轴扭断或电机过热烧坏。即使现有密封面可动式的蝶阀,如中国专利授权公告号CN101532571A公开了一种波纹管双向硬密封蝶阀,生产成本高,波纹管没有密封处理,与污水接触易卡死,使用寿命短,无法保证管路的长期正常运行。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是现有的密封面可动式的蝶阀生产成本高、波纹管易浸水损坏,影响管路的长期正常运行,为此提供一种阀座可移动式双向硬密封蝶阀。
本发明的技术方案是:阀座可移动式双向硬密封蝶阀,它包括阀体、阀座、蝶板、手轮、蜗轮箱、键和阀轴,所述蝶板通过压板螺钉固接有压板,所述压板与蝶板之间设有蝶板密封圈,所述蝶板密封圈和阀体之间设有阀座,所述阀座分为水平反向延伸的夹持部和支臂部,所述夹持部和蝶板密封圈顶部配合处为斜面,所述夹持部和阀体配合处为平面,所述支臂部包括平行间隔分布的第一支臂和第二支臂,所述阀体内侧壁上通过压套紧固螺栓固接有向支臂部水平延伸的压套,所述压套末端设有凹槽,所述凹槽内设有水平安置的压簧,所述第一支臂的末端适配在凹槽内并与压簧组接触。
上述方案的改进是所述凹槽内壁位于离凹槽底部2/3处设有限位凸台,所述第一支臂压缩压簧组运动至限位凸台时被限位凸台阻止停止移动。
上述方案的进一步改进是所述压簧组由均布在凹槽内的若干压簧构成。
上述方案的再进一步改进是所述蝶板和蝶板密封圈之间适配有蝶板O型圈,所述阀座和阀体之间适配有阀体O型圈,所述第二支臂和压套之间适配有压套外O型圈,所述阀体和压套之间适配有压套外O型圈。
上述方案的更进一步改进是所述阀座的顶部设有排气帽。
上述方案中所述阀座和蝶板密封圈是不同材质的不锈钢。
本发明的有益效果是阀座采用多处水平定位,阀座移动时不会产生晃动、倾斜;多道O型圈的设置使压簧组在干净环境下运行,使用寿命长;采用若干压簧构成的压簧组降低生产成本;排气帽和可移动的阀座使蝶板操作扭矩低;阀座和蝶板密封圈采用不同材质的不锈钢制成可以保证良好的硬密封效果。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明做进一步说明。
如图1-图6所示,本发明包括阀体8、阀座6、蝶板1、手轮15、蜗轮箱16、键17和阀轴18,所述蝶板1通过压板螺钉2固接有压板3,所述压板3与蝶板1之间设有蝶板密封圈4,所述蝶板密封圈4和阀体8之间设有阀座6,所述阀座分为水平反向延伸的夹持部19和支臂部,所述夹持部19和蝶板密封圈4顶部配合处为斜面,所述夹持部19和阀体8配合处为平面,所述支臂部包括平行间隔分布的第一支臂20和第二支臂21,所述阀体内侧壁上通过压套紧固螺栓14固接有向支臂部水平延伸的压套13,所述压套13末端设有凹槽,所述凹槽内设有水平安置的压簧组12,所述第一支臂的末端适配在凹槽内并与压簧组接触。
压簧组是由均布在凹槽内的若干压簧构成,压簧之间无需连接,因此降低了生产成本,压簧的数量由凹槽的深度决定,可以有2个、3个或更多。
蝶板密封圈的顶部为斜锥面,和阀座的夹持部的斜面配合实现面接触密封,密封效果好。
开启蝶板时,顺时针转动手轮15,蜗轮箱16通过键17带动阀轴18旋转,蝶板1跟着旋转,蝶板密封圈4挤压阀座6,阀座挤压压簧组12,随着压簧组变形收缩阀座逐渐脱离蝶板密封圈,在蝶板开启至一定角度后完全和蝶板密封圈脱开。蝶板1可轻易开启,这种密封结构大大降低开启扭矩及开启过程的干涉。
关闭蝶板时,逆时针转动手轮15,蜗轮箱16通过键17带动阀轴18旋转,蝶板1跟着旋转,直至关闭,压簧组在自身弹力作用下推动阀座回到初始位置实现和蝶板密封圈的面密封。
蝶板和蝶板密封圈之间可以适配有蝶板O型圈5,所述阀座和阀体之间可以适配有阀体O型圈7,所述第二支臂和压套之间可以适配有压套外O型圈10,所述阀体和压套之间可以适配有压套内O型圈11,这样可以保证凹槽内的压簧处于隔离态,避免与阀体内的流动介质接触,确保压簧在洁净的环境下运行,延长压簧的使用寿命,进而保证蝶阀和管路的正常工作。
蝶阀的体积如果较大,则内部空间也较大,需要的压簧也越大,为降低生产成本,不建议采用整体式的超大压簧,而是利用若干个压簧水平贴靠在一起组成压簧组,降低加工成本,为了避免压簧组受到第一支臂的压力过大超过受压极限,可以在凹槽内壁位于离凹槽底部2/3处设有限位凸台,第一支臂压缩压簧组运动至限位凸台时被限位凸台阻止停止移动,如图1、图2所示阀座6将压簧12压缩到1/3时碰到A-A与B-B分界面就压缩到位,通过控制第一支臂的行程来保护压簧组。
阀座在水平移动的过程中被阀体内壁、压套的凹槽和外壁多点定位,导向性好,阀座6移动时不会产生倾斜。
为了消除空气压力的影响,可以在阀座的顶部设有排气帽9,使阀座内外压力差维持平衡。
为保证更好的硬密封效果,蝶板密封圈4采用不锈钢2Cr13, 阀座6采用不锈钢3Cr13,或者蝶板密封圈4采用不锈钢2Cr16,阀座6采用不锈钢2Cr13;蝶板密封圈4采用不锈钢2Cr16,阀座6采用不锈钢3Cr13,只要阀座和蝶板密封圈是不同材质的不锈钢都属于本发明的保护范围。
Claims (6)
1.阀座可移动式双向硬密封蝶阀,它包括阀体(8)、阀座(6)、蝶板(1)、手轮(15)、蜗轮箱(16)、键(17)和阀轴(18),其特征是所述蝶板通过压板螺钉(2)固接有压板(3),所述压板与蝶板之间设有蝶板密封圈(4),所述蝶板密封圈和阀体之间设有阀座(6),所述阀座分为水平反向延伸的夹持部(19)和支臂部,所述夹持部和蝶板密封圈顶部配合处为斜面,所述夹持部和阀体配合处为平面,所述支臂部包括平行间隔分布的第一支臂(20)和第二支臂(21),所述阀体内侧壁上通过压套紧固螺栓(14)固接有向支臂部水平延伸的压套(13),所述压套末端设有凹槽,所述凹槽内设有水平安置的压簧组(12),所述第一支臂的末端适配在凹槽内并与压簧组接触。
2.如权利要求1所述的阀座可移动式双向硬密封蝶阀,其特征是所述凹槽内壁位于离凹槽底部2/3处设有限位凸台,所述第一支臂压缩压簧组运动至限位凸台时被限位凸台阻止停止移动。
3.如权利要求2所述的阀座可移动式双向硬密封蝶阀,其特征是所述压簧组由均布在凹槽内的若干压簧构成。
4.如权利要求3所述的阀座可移动式双向硬密封蝶阀,其特征是所述蝶板和蝶板密封圈之间适配有蝶板O型圈(5),所述阀座和阀体之间适配有阀体O型圈(7),所述第二支臂和压套之间适配有压套外O型圈(10),所述阀体和压套之间适配有压套内O型圈(11)。
5.如权利要求4所述的阀座可移动式双向硬密封蝶阀,其特征是所述阀座的顶部设有排气帽(9)。
6.如权利要求1-5任一所述的阀座可移动式双向硬密封蝶阀,其特征是所述阀座和蝶板密封圈是不同材质的不锈钢。
