本发明公开了一种免维护耐高压三偏心蝶阀,包括阀杆、阀板和阀体;阀板上设有密封座;阀体的阀腔内壁设有阀体锥形密封面;阀板与阀体锥形密封面相对的外壁上在靠近阀杆的位置设有轴肩,阀板右端面固定连接压板,密封座套装在阀板轴肩、压板之间的阀板上;密封座可在阀板轴肩、压板轴向移动;轴肩与密封座相对的端面上设有若干盲孔,盲孔内设有压缩弹簧;压缩弹簧将密封座推向压板,构成弹性自密封结构;进一步改进在于:密封座密封面沿阀板中心轴线方向间隔设有若干环槽;密封座采用高弹性镍基合金材料;轴封结构为可调式轴封结构。本发明始终保持阀体锥形密封面与密封座密封面处于紧密配合状态,免维护,耐高压。

免维护耐高压三偏心蝶阀
技术领域
本发明涉及一种阀门,特别是一种三偏心蝶阀。
背景技术
三偏心蝶阀,被广泛用于冶金 、电力、石油化工、以及给排水和市政建设等工业管道上,作调节流量和截断流体使用。现有三偏心蝶阀包括阀杆、阀板和阀体;阀板上设有密封座;阀体的阀腔内壁设有阀体锥形密封面,当蝶阀关闭时,密封座密封面与阀体锥形密封面紧密贴合;阀板与阀体锥形密封面相对的外壁上在靠近阀杆的位置设有轴肩,阀板右端面固定连接压板,密封座套装在阀板轴肩、压板(8)之间的阀板上。这种三偏心蝶阀的缺陷在于:阀体锥形密封面与密封座密封面的配合无法调节,特别是使用一段时间后,阀体锥形密封面与密封座密封面配合松弛,甚至产生间隙时,无法通过调整消除,蝶阀使用寿命短。
发明内容
本发明针对现有技术的不足,提出一种能始终保持阀体锥形密封面与密封座密封面处于紧密配合状态,显著延长使用寿命的免维护耐高压三偏心蝶阀。
本发明通过下述技术方案实现技术目标。
免维护耐高压三偏心蝶阀,包括阀杆、阀板和阀体;阀杆穿过阀体,通过上下设置的上轴承、下轴承支撑在阀体上;所述阀体上部与阀杆结合处设有轴封结构;所述阀板上设有密封座;所述阀体的阀腔内壁设有阀体锥形密封面,当蝶阀关闭时,密封座密封面与阀体锥形密封面紧密贴合;所述阀板与阀体锥形密封面相对的外壁上在靠近阀杆的位置设有轴肩,阀板右端面固定连接压板,密封座套装在阀板轴肩、压板之间的阀板上;其改进之处在于:所述密封座可在阀板轴肩、压板轴向移动;所述轴肩与密封座相对的端面上设有若干盲孔,盲孔内设有压缩弹簧;所述压缩弹簧将密封座推向压板,构成弹性自密封结构。
上述结构中,所述密封座密封面沿阀板中心轴线方向间隔设有若干环槽。
上述结构中,所述密封座采用高弹性镍基合金材料。
上述结构中,所述轴封结构包括压套、密封圈、螺钉;所述压套套装在阀杆上,压套下部伸入上轴承上部的阀体上部与阀杆结合处的环槽内,与环槽滑动配合,将密封圈封闭在环槽内;所述螺钉贯穿压套上部的孔,与阀体上部连接,可调节压套、阀体的相对位置。
上述结构中,所述密封圈为2个以上叠装的V形密封圈。
本发明与现有技术相比,具有以下积极效果:
1、轴肩与密封座相对的端面上设有压缩弹簧,压缩弹簧将密封座推向压板,构成弹性自密封结构,这样,能始终保持阀体锥形密封面与密封座密封面处于紧密配合状态,显著提高密封性能、密封可靠性、耐压性能,显著延长使用寿命。
2、密封座密封面沿阀板中心轴线方向间隔设有若干环槽,显著减小阀体与密封座密封接触面,形成多重密封,进一步提高密封性能、密封可靠性、耐压性能。
3、密封座采用高弹性镍基合金材料,弹性好,耐磨性能好,显著提高密封可靠性。
4、轴封结构为可调式轴封结构,可通过调整使轴封结构处于可靠密封状态,显著减少泄漏,进一步提高密封性能、密封可靠性、耐压性能。
5、密封圈为2个以上叠装的V形密封圈,密封圈受到轴向挤压时,会产生径向力,使密封圈与环槽侧壁、阀杆外壁结合更加紧密,进一步提高轴封结构密封可靠性。

下面根据附图并结合实施例对本发明作进一步说明。
附图所示的免维护耐高压三偏心蝶阀,包括阀杆1、阀板2和阀体3;阀杆1穿过阀体3,通过上下设置的上轴承4、下轴承5支撑在阀体3上;阀体3上部与阀杆1结合处设有轴封结构6;阀板2上设有密封座7,本实施例中,密封座7采用高弹性镍基合金材料,密封座7密封面沿阀板2中心轴线方向间隔设有若干环槽;阀体3的阀腔内壁设有阀体锥形密封面,当蝶阀关闭时,密封座7密封面与阀体锥形密封面紧密贴合;阀板2与阀体3锥形密封面相对的外壁上在靠近阀杆1的位置设有轴肩2.1,阀板2右端面固定连接压板8,密封座7套装在阀板2轴肩2.1、压板8之间的阀板2上;密封座7可在阀板2轴肩2.1、压板8轴向移动;轴肩2.1与密封座7相对的端面上设有若干盲孔,盲孔内设有压缩弹簧9;压缩弹簧9将密封座7推向压板8,构成弹性自密封结构。
轴封结构6包括压套6.1、密封圈6.2、螺钉6.3;压套6.1套装在阀杆1上,压套6.1下部伸入上轴承4上部的阀体3上部与阀杆1结合处的环槽内,与环槽滑动配合,将密封圈6.2封闭在环槽内,本实施例中,密封圈6.2为2个叠装的V形密封圈(其他实施例中,密封圈6.2采用多于2个V形密封圈叠装);螺钉6.3贯穿压套6.1上部的孔,与阀体3上部连接,可调节压套6.1、阀体3的相对位置。

1.一种免维护耐高压三偏心蝶阀,包括阀杆(1)、阀板(2)和阀体(3);阀杆(1)穿过阀体(3),通过上下设置的上轴承(4)、下轴承(5)支撑在阀体(3)上;所述阀体(3)上部与阀杆(1)结合处设有轴封结构(6);所述阀板(2)上设有密封座(7);所述阀体(3)的阀腔内壁设有阀体锥形密封面,当蝶阀关闭时,密封座(7)密封面与阀体锥形密封面紧密贴合;所述阀板(2)与阀体(3)锥形密封面相对的外壁上在靠近阀杆(1)的位置设有轴肩(2.1),阀板(2)右端面固定连接压板(8),密封座(7)套装在阀板(2)轴肩(2.1)、压板(8)之间的阀板(2)上;其特征在于:所述密封座(7)可在阀板(2)轴肩(2.1)、压板(8)轴向移动;所述轴肩(2.1)与密封座(7)相对的端面上设有若干盲孔,盲孔内设有压缩弹簧(9);所述压缩弹簧(9)将密封座(7)推向压板(8),构成弹性自密封结构。
2.根据权利要求1所述的免维护耐高压三偏心蝶阀,其特征在于:所述密封座(7)密封面沿阀板(2)中心轴线方向间隔设有若干环槽。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的免维护耐高压三偏心蝶阀,其特征在于:所述密封座(7)采用高弹性镍基合金材料。
4.根据权利要求3所述的免维护耐高压三偏心蝶阀,其特征在于:所述轴封结构(6)包括压套(6.1)、密封圈(6.2)、螺钉(6.3);所述压套(6.1)套装在阀杆(1)上,压套(6.1)下部伸入上轴承(4)上部的阀体(3)上部与阀杆(1)结合处的环槽内,与环槽滑动配合,将密封圈(6.2)封闭在环槽内;所述螺钉(6.3)贯穿压套(6.1)上部的孔,与阀体(3)上部连接,可调节压套(6.1)、阀体(3)的相对位置。
5.根据权利要求4所述的免维护耐高压三偏心蝶阀,其特征在于:所述密封圈(6.2)为2个以上叠装的V形密封圈。
