本发明涉及一种万向浮动阀座高温球阀,包括阀体、阀座、球体、阀杆、密封件和安装件,球体与阀座具有相互配合的球面密封面;主要是阀座采用万向浮动组合式阀座,所述万向浮动组合式阀座由密封环、浮动环、卡环和压板组成,卡环嵌装在阀体通道内壁的环形槽内,环形槽的轴向宽度大于卡环的轴向厚度,浮动环和压板由螺钉固定安装在卡环两侧,浮动环外圆面与阀体通道内孔壁动密封配合,密封环的两侧端面动密封安装在压板与浮动环的内台阶之间,密封环外圆直径小于浮动环内孔直径,密封环左内侧具有与球体相互配合的球面密封面。在球体关闭过程中,自动调整球体球面密封面与密封环球面密封面的同心度,具有密封性能好、生产成品率高、产品使用寿命长等特点。

技术领域
本发明属于阀门领域,尤其涉及一种浮动阀座球阀。
背景技术
球阀具有全通径流通、流阻小、启闭方便等优点,广泛应用于国民经济各领域的介质输送管道,其结构主要包括阀体、阀盖、阀座、阀芯、阀杆,阀芯由阀杆安装与阀体内腔,阀芯与阀座组成相互配合的球面密封副,阀座外圆面与阀体通道内孔之间密封配合,由传动装置通过阀杆带动球体90°旋转,实现阀门的启闭操作。其主要缺点是:阀座径向固定安装在阀体通道内壁,阀座中心线理论上固定在阀体通道中心线上,但是,阀芯安装在阀体内腔后,其密封面球心位置与阀座中心线之间或多或少存在着偏差,而且阀芯球面和阀座球面密封面都存在加工误差,导致阀芯球面与阀座球面密封面的同心度存在偏差,使阀芯与阀座配合时密封副圆周方向的密封比压不一致,制约了阀门的密封性能的提高,误差较大时出现泄漏,这是造成现有硬密封球阀出厂压力试验合格率低的主要原因。而且在使用过程中增加球体与阀座密封面的磨损,降低产品使用寿命。
发明内容
本发明的目的是针对现有技术存在的缺点,提供一种能够自动调整球体与阀座配合同心度,密封副圆周密封比压一致性好,密封性能好,产品成品率高,产品使用寿命长的万向浮动阀座高温球阀。
本发明的技术方案包括阀体、阀座、球体、阀杆、密封件和安装件,球体与阀座具有相互配合的球面密封面;主要是阀座采用万向浮动组合式阀座,所述万向浮动组合式阀座由密封环、浮动环、卡环和压板组成,卡环嵌装在阀体通道内壁的环形槽内,环形槽的轴向宽度大于卡环的轴向厚度,浮动环和压板由螺钉固定安装在卡环两侧,浮动环外圆面与阀体通道内孔壁动密封配合,密封环的两侧端面动密封安装在压板与浮动环的内台阶之间,密封环外圆直径小于浮动环内孔直径,密封环左内侧具有与球体相互配合的球面密封面。
本发明的优点是在阀座采用万向浮动组合式阀座,在球体关闭过程中,自动调整球体球面密封面与密封环球面密封面的同心度,使两者球面密封面同心密封配合,达到密封副圆周密封比压均匀一致,具有密封性能好、生产成品率高、产品使用寿命长等特点。

具体实施方式
如图1所示的万向浮动阀座高温球阀,包括阀体1、阀座、球体10、阀杆、密封件和安装件,球体10与阀座具有相互配合的球面密封面,球体10上固定安装一球面密封环9与阀座组成相互配合的密封副,也可以采用全球体、半球体、V型球体的球面密封面与阀座组成相互配合的密封副;阀座采用万向浮动组合式阀座,所述万向浮动组合式阀座由密封环8、浮动环3、卡环5和压板6组成,卡环5嵌装在阀体1通道内壁的环形槽内,环形槽的轴向宽度大于卡环5的轴向厚度,使卡环5的径向平面与环形槽之间形成轴向浮动腔4,卡环5可以在环形槽内轴向移动,浮动环3和压板6由螺钉12固定安装在卡环5两侧,浮动环3外圆面与阀体1通道内孔壁动密封配合,使浮动环3、压板6和卡环5构成一体在环形槽内轴向移动,浮动环3外圆面与阀体1通道内壁之间采用环形密封圈13密封,密封环8的两侧端面动密封安装在压板6与浮动环3的内台阶之间,密封环8外圆直径小于浮动环3内孔直径,两者之间形成径向浮动腔7,使密封环8可以相对浮动环3径向移动,密封环8左内侧具有与球体10相互配合的球面密封面。密封环8与浮动环3的内台阶之间安装密封圈11,实现两者之间的密封,密封环8与浮动环3的内台阶之间以及密封环8与压板6之间也可以采用镜面硬密封,提高耐高温性能。浮动环3左侧端面与阀体1通道内的径向台阶之间具有与轴向浮动腔4的轴向宽度相等的轴向间隙2。

1.一种万向浮动阀座高温球阀,包括阀体(1)、阀座、球体(10)、阀杆、密封件和安装件,球体(10)上固定安装一球面密封环(9)与阀座组成相互配合的密封副;其特征是阀座采用万向浮动组合式阀座,所述万向浮动组合式阀座由密封环(8)、浮动环(3)、卡环(5)和压板(6)组成,卡环(5)嵌装在阀体(1)通道内壁的环形槽内,环形槽的轴向宽度大于卡环(5)的轴向厚度,卡环(5)可以在环形槽内轴向移动,浮动环(3)和压板(6)由螺钉(12)固定安装在卡环(5)两侧,浮动环(3)外圆面与阀体(1)通道内孔壁动密封配合,密封环(8)的两侧端面动密封安装在压板(6)与浮动环(3)的内台阶之间,密封环(8)外圆直径小于浮动环(3)内孔直径,两者之间形成径向浮动腔(7),密封环(8)左内侧具有与球体(10)相互配合的球面密封面,密封环(8)与浮动环(3)的内台阶之间以及密封环(8)与压板(6)之间采用镜面硬密封。
