Abstract

本发明涉及一种双向压万向自动补偿阀座卡环压板型阀门,包括阀体、阀座、阀芯、阀杆;主要是阀座采用多向浮动组合式阀座,所述多向浮动组合式阀座由密封环、浮动环、卡环和压板组成,卡环嵌装在阀体通道内壁的环形槽内,环形槽的轴向宽度大于卡环的轴向厚度,浮动环和压板由螺钉固定安装在卡环两侧,浮动环外圆面与阀体通道内孔壁动密封配合,密封环的两侧端面动密封安装在压板与浮动环的内台阶之间,密封环外圆直径小于浮动环内孔直径,密封环左内侧具有与阀芯相互配合的球面密封面。在阀芯关闭过程中自动调整阀芯球面密封面与密封环球面密封面的同心度,具有密封性能好、生产成品率高、产品使用寿命长等特点。

双向压万向自动补偿阀座卡环压板型阀门
技术领域
本发明属于阀门领域,尤其涉及一种90°回转的球面密封阀门。本发明适用于高温高压介质工况的全球、半球、蝶板型等90°回转的球面密封阀门。
背景技术
直角回转球面密封阀门主要有球阀和球型蝶阀,此类阀门具有结构简单、启闭方便,特别是球阀,还具有全通径流通、流阻小等优点,广泛应用于国民经济各领域的介质输送管道,其结构主要包括阀体、阀盖、阀座、阀芯、阀杆,阀芯由阀杆安装与阀体内腔,阀芯与阀座组成相互配合的球面密封副,阀座外圆面与阀体通道内孔之间密封配合,由传动装置通过阀杆带动球体90°旋转,实现阀门的启闭操作。其主要缺点是:阀座径向固定安装在阀体通道内壁,阀座中心线理论上固定在阀体通道中心线上,但是,阀芯安装在阀体内腔后,其密封面球心位置与阀座中心线之间或多或少存在着偏差,而且阀芯球面和阀座球面密封面都存在加工误差,导致阀芯球面与阀座球面密封面的同心度存在偏差,使阀芯与阀座配合时密封副圆周方向的密封比压不一致,制约了阀门的密封性能的提高,误差较大时出现泄漏,这是造成现有硬密封球阀出厂压力试验合格率低的主要原因。而且在使用过程中增加球体与阀座密封面的磨损,降低产品使用寿命。
发明内容
本发明的目的是针对现有技术存在的缺点,提供一种能够自动调整阀芯球面密封面与阀座球面密封面因安装和加工产生的配合同心度误差,阀芯与阀座配合同心度好,密封副圆周密封比压一致性好,密封性能好,产品成品率高,产品使用寿命长的双向压万向自动补偿阀座卡环压板型阀门。
本发明的技术方案包括阀体、阀座、阀芯、阀杆、密封件和安装件,阀芯与阀座具有相互配合的球面密封面;主要是阀座采用多向浮动组合式阀座,所述多向浮动组合式阀座由密封环、浮动环、卡环和压板组成,卡环嵌装在阀体通道内壁的环形槽内,环形槽的轴向宽度大于卡环的轴向厚度,浮动环和压板由螺钉固定安装在卡环两侧,浮动环外圆面与阀体通道内孔壁动密封配合,密封环的两侧端面动密封安装在压板与浮动环的内台阶之间,密封环外圆直径小于浮动环内孔直径,密封环左内侧具有与阀芯相互配合的球面密封面。
最好是,阀芯制有连体的上旋转轴和下旋转轴,阀芯由上旋转轴和下旋转轴安装在阀体内腔,阀杆下端外圆面与上旋转轴的轴孔之间采用花键相互连接。
本发明的优点是在阀座采用多向浮动组合式阀座,当阀芯球面密封面与阀座球面密封面之间因加工和安装误差存在同心度偏差时,在阀芯关闭过程中推动密封环径向浮动,自动调整阀芯球面密封面与密封环球面密封面的同心度,使两者球面密封面同心密封配合,达到密封副圆周密封比压均匀一致,具有密封性能好、生产成品率高、产品使用寿命长等特点。

具体实施方式
如图1、图2所示的双向压万向自动补偿阀座卡环压板型阀门,包括阀体1、阀座、阀芯10、阀杆、密封件和安装件,阀芯10与阀座具有相互配合的球面密封面,阀芯10上固定安装一球面密封环9与阀座组成相互配合的密封副,也可以采用全球体、半球体、V型球体、球面蝶板等90°回转的球面密封面与阀座组成相互配合的密封副;阀座采用多向浮动组合式阀座,所述多向浮动组合式阀座由密封环8、浮动环3、卡环5和压板6组成,卡环5嵌装在阀体1通道内壁的环形槽内,环形槽的轴向宽度大于卡环5的轴向厚度,使卡环5的径向平面与环形槽之间形成轴向浮动腔4,卡环5可以在环形槽内轴向移动,浮动环3和压板6由螺钉12固定安装在卡环5两侧,浮动环3外圆面与阀体1通道内孔壁动密封配合,使浮动环3、压板6和卡环5构成一体在环形槽内轴向移动,浮动环3外圆面与阀体1通道内壁之间采用环形密封圈13密封,密封环8的两侧端面动密封安装在压板6与浮动环3的内台阶之间,密封环8外圆直径小于浮动环3内孔直径,两者之间形成径向浮动腔7,使密封环8可以相对浮动环3径向移动,密封环8左内侧具有与阀芯10相互配合的球面密封面。密封环8与浮动环3的内台阶之间安装密封圈11,实现两者之间的密封,密封环8与浮动环3的内台阶之间以及密封环8与压板6之间也可以采用镜面硬密封,提高耐高温性能。浮动环3左侧端面与阀体1通道内的径向台阶之间具有与轴向浮动腔4的轴向宽度相等的轴向间隙2。
阀芯10制有连体的上旋转轴和下旋转轴,阀芯10由上旋转轴和下旋转轴安装在阀体1内腔,阀杆下端外圆面与上旋转轴的轴孔之间采用花键相互连接。介质对阀芯10产生的推力由上旋转轴和下旋转轴承压,避免了现有技术介质对阀芯10产生的推力由阀杆承压的缺陷,减小阀杆的径向压力,降低启闭力矩。在上旋转轴和下旋转轴的外圆柱面与阀体1上的轴孔之间设置轴套,降低上旋转轴和下旋转轴的旋转摩擦力。
阀杆通过连接架与阀体1密封连接,连接架固定密封安装在阀体1上端,上旋转轴外圆柱面与连接架下端的轴孔动配合连接,阀杆中部外圆面与连接架之间设置填料密封装置,阀杆上端与安装在连接架上端的支架上的传动机构连接,下旋转轴通过下盖与阀体1密封连接,下盖固定密封安装在阀体1下端,下旋转轴外圆柱面与下盖上端的轴孔动配合连接,阀芯10采用侧装式结构,即阀芯10从阀体1通道装入内腔,如图1所示。阀芯10可以采用蝶形球面结构,即采用具有球面密封面的蝶板组成,如图3所示。
阀杆通过上盖与阀体1密封连接,上盖固定密封安装在阀体1上端,上旋转轴外圆柱面与上盖下端的轴孔动配合连接,阀杆中部外圆面与上盖之间设置填料密封装置,阀杆上端与安装在上盖上端的支架上的传动机构连接,阀芯10采用上装式结构,即阀芯10从上盖处装入阀体1内腔,如图2所示。
阀体1采用一体铸造或锻造成型,阀体1的连接方式采用法兰连接结构或焊接连接结构。

Claims (2)

1.一种双向压万向自动补偿阀座卡环压板型阀门,包括阀体(1)、阀座、阀芯(10)、阀杆、密封件和安装件,阀芯(10)与阀座具有相互配合的球面密封面;其特征是阀座采用多向浮动组合式阀座,所述多向浮动组合式阀座由密封环(8)、浮动环(3)、卡环(5)和压板(6)组成,卡环(5)嵌装在阀体(1)通道内壁的环形槽内,环形槽的轴向宽度大于卡环(5)的轴向厚度,浮动环(3)和压板(6)由螺钉(12)固定安装在卡环(5)两侧,浮动环(3)外圆面与阀体(1)通道内孔壁动密封配合,密封环(8)的两侧端面动密封安装在压板(6)与浮动环(3)的内台阶之间,密封环(8)外圆直径小于浮动环(3)内孔直径,密封环(8)左内侧具有与阀芯(10)相互配合的球面密封面。
2.根据权利要求1所述的双向压万向自动补偿阀座卡环压板型阀门,其特征是阀芯(10)制有连体的上旋转轴和下旋转轴,阀芯(10)由上旋转轴和下旋转轴安装在阀体(1)内腔,阀杆下端外圆面与上旋转轴的轴孔之间采用花键相互连接。
