Abstract

本发明公开了一种人棉双曲线活性染色工艺,包括了加料、加染料、加碱、加盐、升温固色、冲洗和皂煮的步骤。由于人棉双曲的组成为粘胶加锦纶,两者染色所用的染料不一样,染出的风格也不一样。且在染粘胶时有部分染料会上染在锦纶上,造成有时染色效果不均匀。本发明解决了,提供了一种预加碱染色工艺应用。通过先加碱,使活性染料在染粘胶时能快速的上染,从而避免活性染料在粘胶上沾色,提高染色重现性,缩短染色时间。

Description

一种人棉双曲线活性染色工艺
技术领域
本发明属于纺织品印染加工技术领域,具体涉及一种人棉双曲活性染色工艺。
背景技术
目前,对含有粘胶纤维和锦纶纤维的织物进行染色的方法均是采用两浴法,即先染粘胶纤维,排液后再染锦纶纤维;或者先染锦纶纤维,排液后再染粘胶纤维。两浴法染色时间较长,而且耗水、耗能,染缸利用率也较低。
国家知识产权局于2016年12月07日公开了申请号为CN201610597509.8,名称为PPT锦纶粘胶的一浴法染色的发明专利,公开了一种PPT锦纶粘胶的一浴法染色,前处理:将PPT锦纶粘胶和水加入染缸,加入除油剂,升温至90℃,保温8-15min,清洗干净;染色:升温至30℃,加入助剂,8-15min后加入染料、元明粉,以1℃/min的速度升温至40℃,保温8-15min,然后在以0.5℃/min的速度升温至98℃,保温30-60min,降温至80℃,加入纯碱,保温30-60min,清洗干净,加入冰醋酸、皂洗剂,快速升温至80℃,保温8-15min,清洗干净,加入柔软剂,升温至40℃,保温15-30min后出缸。
上述现有技术采用一浴法对含有粘胶纤维和锦纶纤维的织物进行染色,常常会出现两者染色所用的染料不一样,染出的风格也不一样。且在染粘胶时有部分染料会上染在锦纶上,造成有时染色效果不均匀。
发明内容
为了解决上述现有技术中存在的问题,本发明提出了一种人棉双曲活性染色工艺,从而避免活性染料在锦纶上沾色,提高染色重现性,缩短染色时间。
本发明采用了以下技术方案:
一种人棉双曲线活性染色工艺,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
A.加料
将待染的面料放入染缸中,向染缸中加水并且控制浴比;
B.加染料
通过直抽向染缸中加入重量份数为4-12份的染料和重量份数为1-2份的平平加,运行8-15min;
C.加碱
直抽5min,向染缸中加入重量份数为1-2份的纯碱,所述纯碱含15-25%碳酸钠,运行15-30min;
D.加盐
直抽8-15min,向染缸中加入5份元明粉,运行8-15min;
E.升温固色
按照1℃/分对染缸进行升温;升温至55-70℃后直抽5min,加入重量份数为1-2份的纯碱,所述纯碱含15-25%碳酸钠;运行10-20min;直抽8-15min,向染缸中加入重量份数为1-2份的纯碱,所述纯碱含55-65%碳酸钠;在55-70℃的温度下运行20-40min;
F.冲洗
用清水对面料进行冲洗,然后将清洗水排出;
G.皂煮
将面料在85-95℃的温度下皂煮后,洗净得到染色面料。
进一步地,本发明在步骤A中,所述浴比为1:10-1:15。
进一步地,本发明在步骤B中,加入促染剂,所述促染剂包括以下重量份的原料:弱阳离子缩合物1-1.2,聚合型阳离子仲胺盐0.8-0.9,聚氧乙烯苯乙烯基苯基醚0.3-0.6,烷醇酰胺0.2-0.3, 脂肪酸乙醇胺皂0.2-0.3,助溶剂0.8-0.9。
进一步地,本发明在步骤C中,所述的染液浓度为1-12%。
进一步地,本发明在步骤D中,分两次加入元明粉:直抽8-10min后加入2份,直抽10min后加入3份。
进一步地,本发明在步骤G中,所述的皂煮是指加入冰醋酸和皂洗剂,快速升温至85-95℃,保温10-15分钟,清洗至冰醋酸含量在500ppm以下。
本发明带来的有益效果有:
(一)本发明所述工艺一共加了3次碱,分别是步骤C和步骤E。步骤C加的碱是为了提高染液pH值,加快活性染料在粘胶上的上染,减少活性染料在锦纶的上染。步骤E加的两次碱为使活性染料在粘胶上固色用的,前两次加入纯碱中碳酸钠的含量控制到15-25%之间,能够提高染液pH值,同时不会影响染色的质量,如果超出这个范围将会破坏待染面料的韧性和密度等。
(二)本发明通过先加碱,使活性染料在染粘胶时能快速的上染,从而避免活性染料在锦纶上沾色,提高染色重现性,缩短染色时间。
(三)本发明所述的染色工艺,粘胶和锦纶能够分开染色,两者之间不会相互影响,能有效的提高色牢度,避免色花的产生。
(四)本发明加入元明粉可以起到促进上染的作用,其原理是:元明粉为盐类,在溶液中纤维和染料都带负电荷,之间产生排斥力,加入中性电解质的盐类后,盐电离出的阳离子吸附在纤维表面纤维被包裹,染料阴离子接近纤维表面时所受排斥力便大大的减弱,染浴中加适量的盐类会减低由于库仑力而产生的能阻,提高染料上染率。

实施例1
一种人棉双曲线活性染色工艺,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
A.加料
将待染的面料放入染缸中,向染缸中加水并且控制浴比;
B.加染料
通过直抽向染缸中加入重量份数为4-12份的染料和重量份数为1-2份的平平加,运行8-15min;
C.加碱
直抽5min,向染缸中加入重量份数为1-2份的纯碱,所述纯碱含15-25%碳酸钠,运行15-30min;
D.加盐
直抽8-15min,向染缸中加入5份元明粉,运行8-15min;
E.升温固色
按照1℃/分对染缸进行升温;升温至55-70℃后直抽5min,加入重量份数为1-2份的纯碱,所述纯碱含15-25%碳酸钠;运行10-20min;直抽8-15min,向染缸中加入重量份数为1-2份的纯碱,所述纯碱含55-65%碳酸钠;在55-70℃的温度下运行20-40min;
F.冲洗
用清水对面料进行冲洗,然后将清洗水排出;
G.皂煮
将面料在85-95℃的温度下皂煮后,洗净得到染色面料。

1. 一种人棉双曲线活性染色工艺,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
A.加料
将待染的面料放入染缸中,向染缸中加水并且控制浴比;
B.加染料
通过直抽向染缸中加入重量份数为4-12份的染料和重量份数为1-2份的平平加,运行8-15min;
C.加碱
直抽5min,向染缸中加入重量份数为1-2份的纯碱,所述纯碱含15-25%碳酸钠,运行15-30min;
D.加盐
直抽8-15min,向染缸中加入5份元明粉,运行8-15min;
E.升温固色
按照1℃/分对染缸进行升温;升温至55-70℃后直抽5min,加入重量份数为1-2份的纯碱,所述纯碱含15-25%碳酸钠;运行10-20min;直抽8-15min,向染缸中加入重量份数为1-2份的纯碱,所述纯碱含55-65%碳酸钠;在55-70℃的温度下运行20-40min;
F.冲洗
用清水对面料进行冲洗,然后将清洗水排出;
G.皂煮

3. 根据权利要求1或2所述的人棉双曲活性染色工艺,其特征在于:在步骤B中,加入促染剂,所述促染剂包括以下重量份的原料: 弱阳离子缩合物1-1.2,聚合型阳离子仲胺盐0.8-0.9,聚氧乙烯苯乙烯基苯基醚0.3-0.6,烷醇酰胺0.2-0.3, 脂肪酸乙醇胺皂0.2-0.3,助溶剂0.8-0.9。
4.根据权利要求1或2所述的人棉双曲活性染色工艺,其特征在于:在步骤C中,所述的染液浓度为1-12%。
5.根据权利要求1或2所述的人棉双曲活性染色工艺,其特征在于:在步骤D中,分两次加入元明粉:直抽8-10min后加入2份,直抽10min后加入3份。
6.根据权利要求1或2所述的人棉双曲线活性染色工艺,其特征在于:在步骤G中,所述的皂煮是指加入冰醋酸和皂洗剂,快速升温至85-95℃,保温10-15分钟,清洗至冰醋酸含量在500ppm以下。
