本发明涉及食品领域,尤其涉及一种保健食品组合物及其制备方法。
背景技术
女性一旦准备生育一个健康可爱的小宝宝,备孕是极为重要的一环。良好的母体环境是孕育优质宝宝的前提,因此备孕期女性饮食的全面、均衡,不仅可以强身健体、增加孕力,还能对难孕、难育的症状进行食疗,大大提高备孕女性的免疫能力,有效避免备孕期或孕期用药。
食疗作为中国传统的养生方式一直流传至今,随着社会的进步和居民生活水平的提高,人们普遍意识到食疗的重要性。药食同源是中医食疗的强大物质基础,既有药物与食品的综合作用,又能满足营养与保健的需求,其保健功能是在对机体几乎无副作用的前提下来调节人体生理机能的。因此,提供一种备孕期女性用保健食品组合物,以提高备孕期女性的孕力以及免疫力具有重要的意义。
发明内容
有鉴于此,本发明所要解决的技术问题在于提供一种保健食品组合物及其制备方法,本发明提供的保健食品组合物能够明显改善女性由于内分泌紊乱、月经不调引起的不孕不育。
本发明提供了一种保健食品组合物,包括以下重量份数的组分:
山药1~20份;芡实1~20份;酸枣仁1~15份;葛根1~15份;肉桂1~4份;干姜1~5份。

与现有技术相比,本发明提供了一种保健食品组合物,包括以下重量份数的组分:山药1~20份;芡实1~20份;酸枣仁1~15份;葛根1~15份;肉桂1~4份;干姜1~5份。本发明提供的组合物为备孕女性提供了富含具有食疗价值的蛋白质、维生素、矿物质等多种营养成分,能够帮助备孕期女性调理孕前体质,改善内分泌紊乱和月经不调的症状,提高卵巢功能;还能改善手脚冰凉、肾虚、失眠以及宫寒等症状,使备孕期女性体质达到理想的健康状态,让备孕期女性在健康的状态下受孕,实验结果表明,本发明通过使25例生殖器均无器质性病变而月经不调、内分泌紊乱的患者进行服用本发明提供的组合物,结果发现,6个月后,有23例病人治愈,好转例2例,无效例0例。

本发明提供了一种保健食品组合物,包括以下重量份数的组分:
山药1~20份;芡实1~20份;酸枣仁1~15份;葛根1~15份;肉桂1~4份;干姜1~5份。
山药含有大量的蛋白质、各种维生素和有益的微量元素、粘质多糖等,还含有尿囊素、山药素、皂苷、胆碱、盐酸多巴胺等药用成分,是营养价值很高的药食同源品;其味甘性平,归脾、肾、肺经,具有益气养血、补脾肺肾、养阴止带的功能;在本发明中,所述山药的重量份数优选为3~18份,更优选为5~15份,更优选为8~10份。
芡实素有“水中人参”和“水中桂圆”的美誉,含丰富的维生素B1、维生素B2、维生素C、蛋白质、钙、磷、铁、核黄素粗、纤维和胡萝卜素等,不仅营养价值高,而且是一种常用的收涩类药食同源品;其性平,味甘、涩,入脾、肾、胃经,具有滋补强壮、补中益气、开胃进食、补脾止泻、益肾固精、祛湿止带、助气培元的功能;在本发明中,所述芡实的重量份数优选为3~18份,更优选为5~15份,更优选为8~10份。
酸枣仁营养成分丰富,富含脂肪酸、蛋白、碳水化合物、多种氨基酸、微量元素、枣仁皂苷A、枣仁皂苷B、枣仁皂苷B1、黄酮苷、生物碱、酸枣多糖等功效成分;其味甘、酸,性平,归肝、胆、心经,具有养心补肝、宁心安神、敛汗生津、镇静助眠等功效;在本发明中,所述酸枣仁的重量份数优选为2~12份,更优选为3~10份,更优选为6~8份。
葛根含有大量的膳食纤维、淀粉、氨基酸、异黄酮类物质和微量元素;其味甘、辛,性凉,归脾、胃、肺经,具有“断谷不饥,解表退热,生津止渴,开胃下食,疗痔防癌”等功效,在本发明中,所述葛根的重量份数优选为2~12份,更优选为3~10份,更优选为6~8份。
肉桂,常与人参、鹿茸、燕窝并称,被历代中医推崇为中华四大养生补品,民间素有“南桂北参”之说;肉桂营养成分丰富,含有肉桂精油、油树脂、多糖、多酚、矿物质等生理活性物质,具有很强的药用保健功效;其味辛、甘,性大热,归肾、脾、心、肝经,具有散寒止痛、活血通经、驱寒湿、利尿、抗辐射、平血压、控血糖平衡等功能,用于治疗阳痿、宫冷、腰膝冷痛、肾虚气喘、经闭、痛经等症,其中通血气是其最大特点,《本草汇》中就有“能冲达而和气血”的记载。在本发明中,所述肉桂的重量份数优选为1.2~3份,更优选为1.5~2份。

所述饼干优选包括以下重量份数的组分:山药1~20份;芡实1~20份;酸枣仁1~15份;葛根1~15份;肉桂1~3份;干姜1~5份;麦芽糊精1~20份;低筋面粉1~20份;红糖粉1~20份;黄油1~20份;鸡蛋液1~15份;奶粉1~10份;小苏打0.1~1份;食盐0.1~1份。
所述饼干优选按照下述步骤制备:
(1)原料预处理:分别将山药、芡实、酸枣仁、葛根、肉桂及干姜通过超微粉碎机粉碎至超微粉,待用。其中,所述超微粉的粒度优选为200目以上;
(2)调配:先将黄油打发,再加入糖粉、蛋液依次打发,后按配比加入充分混匀的各原料粉及添加剂;
(3)和面、成型:将上述原料充分混合均匀,揉成面团,静置约半小时后均匀分块,压片成型;
(4)焙烤:将成型的饼坯于160~200℃,焙烤10~20min,得到饼干。
所述即食冲调营养粉优选包括以下重量份数的组分:山药1~20份;芡实1~20份;酸枣仁1~15份;葛根1~15份;肉桂1~3份;干姜1~5份;大米粉1~20份;麦芽糊精1~20份;木糖醇1~20份;奶粉1~10份;微晶纤维素1~5份;黄原胶0.1~1份。
所述即食冲调营养粉优选按照下述步骤制备:
(1)原料预处理:分别将山药、芡实、酸枣仁、葛根、肉桂及干姜去杂质洗净,于50~100℃低温烘干;将大米去杂质后清洗、晾干,再经炒制熟化;
(2)粉碎、混合:将预处理过的山药、芡实、酸枣仁、葛根、肉桂、干姜和炒制大米混合,先粉碎成粗粉;再与麦芽糊精、木糖醇、奶粉、微晶纤维素、黄原胶混合,经超微粉碎机粉碎至超微粉,即得即食冲调营养粉。其中,所述粗粉的粒度优选为40~50目;所述超微粉的粒度优选为200目以上。
所述压片糖果优选包括以下重量份的组分:山药1~20份;芡实1~20份;酸枣仁1~15份;葛根1~15份;肉桂1~3份;干姜1~5份;全脂奶粉1~20份;麦芽糊精1~15份;淀粉1~25份;甜菊糖苷0.5~2份;硬脂酸镁0.5~2.5份。
所述压片糖果优选按照下述步骤制备:
(1)原料预处理:使用前分别将山药、芡实、酸枣仁、葛根、肉桂及干姜去杂洗净,50~100℃烘干,先粉碎成粗粉;再经超微粉碎机粉碎至超微粉;其中,所述粗粉的粒度优选为40~50目;所述超微粉的粒度优选为200目以上。
(2)制粒、干燥、整粒:按配比分别称取一定量的超微粉及辅料,充分混合均匀,制粒,得到压片糖果;其中,所述制粒的方式优选为湿法制粒。
所述果冻优选包括以下重量份数的组分:纯化水100~200份;山药1~10份;芡实1~10份;酸枣仁1~8份;葛根1~8份;肉桂1~1.5份;干姜1~2.5份;复合凝胶剂(卡拉胶、魔芋胶等)0.5~2份;白砂糖1~20份;氯化钾0.1~0.8份;柠檬酸0.1~0.5份。
所述果冻优选按照以下步骤进行:
(1)原料处理:分别将山药、芡实、酸枣仁、葛根、肉桂及干姜去杂洗净,30~50℃烘干;按配比称取各原料,加入10~20倍水提取,得到提取液,其中,所述提取的次数为1~2次,每次提取的时间优选为1~1.5小时,所述提取液的比重约1.05g/cm3;
(2)熬胶:按配比称取凝胶剂,于15~25℃清水中浸泡30~60min,待充分吸水溶胀后,再置于80~100℃的水浴锅中充分熬煮成胶液;
(3)调配:在上述熬制好的胶液中,按配比加入预先溶好的白砂糖、柠檬酸、氯化钾及中药提取浓缩液,充分搅拌均匀;
(4)装杯:将上述调配好的果冻液,倒入成型模具中,使其自然成型、凝固,即得果冻。

1应用本发明配方生产的饼干,按下列重量份的原料及辅料制备而成:山药18份;芡实18份;酸枣仁12份;葛根12份;肉桂2份;干姜3份;麦芽糊精16份;低筋面粉12份;红糖粉16份;黄油16份;鸡蛋液10份;奶粉10份;小苏打1份;食盐0.8份。
2具体按照以下步骤制备:
(1)原料预处理:分别将山药、芡实、酸枣仁、葛根、肉桂及干姜去杂洗净,于50~100℃低温烘干,经气引式超微粉碎机粉碎至超微粉(200目以上)待用;
(2)调配:先将黄油打发,再加入糖粉、蛋液依次打发,后按配比加入充分混匀的各原料粉及添加剂;
(3)和面、成型:将上述原料充分混合均匀,揉成面团,静置约半小时后均匀分块,压片成型;
(4)焙烤:将成型的饼坯放入烤箱,控制面火与底火温度为160~200℃,焙烤10~20min,至色泽达到要求;取出后放凉,利用抽气封口机进行包装,即得饼干。
实施例2
1应用本发明配方生产的即食冲调营养粉,按下列重量份的原料及辅料制备而成:山药15份;芡实15份;酸枣仁12份;葛根12份;肉桂2份;干姜3份;米粉15份;麦芽糊精15份;木糖醇15份;奶粉8份;微晶纤维素3份;黄原胶0.6份。
2具体按照以下步骤制备:
(1)原料预处理:分别将山药、芡实、酸枣仁、葛根、肉桂及干姜去杂质洗净,于50~100℃低温烘干;将大米去杂质后清洗、晾干,再经炒制熟化;
(2)粉碎、混合:将预处理过的山药、芡实、酸枣仁、葛根、肉桂、干姜和炒制大米按照比例混合,先粉碎成粗粉(约40~50目);再与麦芽糊精、木糖醇、奶粉、微晶纤维素、黄原胶按配比混合,经气引式超微粉碎机粉碎至超微粉(200目以上);
(3)包装:将制得的超微粉装袋,即得应用本发明配方制得的即食冲调营养粉。
实施例3
1应用本发明配方生产的压片糖果,按下列重量份的原料及辅料制备而成:山药10份;芡实10份;酸枣仁8份;葛根8份;肉桂1。5份;干姜3份;全脂奶粉10份;麦芽糊精8份;淀粉15份;甜菊糖苷1份;硬脂酸镁1.5份。
2具体按照以下步骤制备:
(1)原料预处理:使用前分别将山药、芡实、酸枣仁、葛根、肉桂及干姜去杂洗净,50~100℃烘干,先粉碎成粗粉(约40~50目);再经气引式超微粉碎机粉碎至超微粉(200目以上);
(2)制粒、干燥、整粒:按配比分别称取一定量的超微粉及辅料,充分混合均匀;加入75~80%乙醇作润湿剂,进行湿法制粒;后于60±5℃鼓风干燥箱中干燥;干燥后过筛进行整粒;
(3)压片、包装:整粒料中加入硬脂酸镁作脱模剂,混合均匀,压成合适的片形,包装,即得压片糖果。
实施例4
1应用本发明配方生产的果冻,按下列重量份的原料及辅料制备而成:纯化水160份;山药8份;芡实8份;酸枣仁6份;葛根6份;肉桂1.2份;干姜1.5份;复合凝胶剂(卡拉胶、魔芋胶等)1.2份;白砂糖16份;氯化钾0.4份;柠檬酸0.3份。
2具体按照以下步骤制备:
(1)原料处理:分别将山药、芡实、酸枣仁、葛根、肉桂及干姜去杂洗净,30~50℃烘干;按配比称取各原料,加入10~20倍水提取(1~2次,1h/次),提取液浓缩(比重约1.05)待用;
(2)熬胶:按配比称取凝胶剂,于15~25℃清水中浸泡30~60min,待充分吸水溶胀后,再置于80~100℃的水浴锅中充分熬煮成胶液;
(3)调配:在上述熬制好的胶液中,按配比加入预先溶好的白砂糖、柠檬酸、氯化钾及中药提取浓缩液,充分搅拌均匀;
(4)装杯:将上述调配好的果冻液,倒入成型模具中,使其自然成型、凝固,即得果冻。
实施例5
通过临床资料进一步阐述本发明的效果。
一、临床病例:100例病人。均符合以下诊断标准:
1、经妇科及B超检查,生殖器官无明显器质性病变者。
2、主要症状:月经不调,内分泌紊乱。
伴随症状:急躁易怒,失眠,手脚冰凉,腰酸,舌淡红、苔黄腻,脉弦细。
3、年龄25~40岁。
全部病例为未避孕未孕,月经不调,内分泌紊乱,且伴有急躁易怒,失眠,手脚冰凉,腰酸,舌淡红、苔黄腻,脉弦细现象的患者。
全部病例分为2个月经周期治疗组、4个月经周期治疗组、6个月经周期治疗组,12个月经周期治疗组,每组25例,四组病例在年龄、病程及病情方面差异无显著性(P>0.05)。
二、治疗方法:
1、实施例1的产品,一日2~3次,一次50~100g,1~2月为一疗程,2个疗程为一个周期
2、疗效评定标准。
治愈:治疗后症状全部消失,月经正常,不再出现失眠现象,且情绪好转,舌苔红润,脉象正常,随访半年未复发;
好转:治疗后症状明显改善,月经不调明显好转,失眠出现频率明显减少,手脚较暖,脉象正常。
无效:治疗前后症状无明显改善。
三、治疗效果:
服用2个月经周期的25例,治愈16例,好转6例;无效3例;
服用4个月经周期的25例,治愈20例,好转4例,无效1例;
服用6个月经周期的25例,治愈23例,好转2例,无效0例;
服用12个月经周期的25例,治愈24例,好转1例,无效0例;
安全性观察,未发现任何不良反应,无副作用。
以上实施例的说明只是用于帮助理解本发明的方法及其核心思想。应当指出,对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明原理的前提下,还可以对本发明进行若干改进和修饰,这些改进和修饰也落入本发明权利要求的保护范围内。
Claims (10)
1.一种保健食品组合物,包括以下重量份数的组分:
山药1~20份;芡实1~20份;酸枣仁1~15份;葛根1~15份;肉桂1~4份;干姜1~5份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的保健食品组合物,其特征在于,所述山药的重量份数为3~18份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的保健食品组合物,其特征在于,所述芡实的重量份数为3~18份。
4.根据权利要求1所述的保健食品组合物,其特征在于,所述酸枣仁的重量份数为2~12份。
5.根据权利要求1所述的保健食品组合物,其特征在于,所述葛根的重量份数为2~12份。
6.根据权利要求1所述的保健食品组合物,其特征在于,所述肉桂的重量份数为1.2~3份;
所述干姜的重量份数为1.5~4份。
7.一种权利要求1~6任意一项所述的保健食品组合物的制备方法,包括:
将山药1~20重量份、芡实1~20重量份、酸枣仁1~15重量份、葛根1~15重量份、肉桂1~4重量份、干姜1~5重量份混合,得到保健食品组合物。
8.一种保健食品,包括权利要求1~6所述的保健食品组合物或权利要求7所述的制备方法制得的保健食品组合物以及食品上可接受的添加剂。
9.根据权利要求8所述的保健食品,其特征在于,所述保健食品为袋泡茶、即食冲调营养粉、压片糖果、果冻或饼干。
10.一种权利要求1~6任意一项所述的保健食品组合物或权利要求8~9任意一项所述的保健食品在制备备孕期女性用保健食品中的应用。
