儿童期是人们生长发育的关键时期,身高、体重在此阶段都会高速增长。人们身高受遗传、饮食和社会环境等因素的影响,为了弥补遗传因素的影响,人们可以通过后天的饮食和运动来使儿童长高。目前,市面上针对儿童专用的促生长产品较少,且大多是些营养补充剂,其口感较差,儿童不愿服用,其严重影响了儿童在此阶段的生长。
发明内容
为解决上述问题,需要发明一种口感好、营养佳、促生长的儿童专用咀嚼片。蓝莓是这种食品的首选原料。
本发明的目的是提供一种具有口感好、营养佳、促生长的儿童专用蓝莓复合咀嚼片的制备,可以满足儿童期孩子对营养的需求,并且可以促进他们的身体发育,适合儿童时期的孩子食用。
本发明的目的是通过以下技术方案实现的:
一种儿童专用蓝莓复合促成长咀嚼片,由以下原料组分制备而成:蓝莓40~60重量份、奶粉5~10重量份、葡萄糖酸钙10~20重量份、胶原蛋白10~15重量份、维生素A1~3重量份、维生素D 4~7重量份、核桃粉1.5~3重量份、菠菜1~2重量份、猕猴桃2~5重量份。
优选的,所述蓝莓和猕猴桃、菠菜均选用冻干粉。
优选的,上述蓝莓取50重量份。
上述儿童专用蓝莓复合促成长咀嚼片的制备方法包括如下步骤:
一制备蓝莓、猕猴桃、菠菜冻干粉
二混合粉的制备
按一定的质量比称取蓝莓冻干粉、奶粉、维生素A、维生素D等其他原辅料放入三维混合罐中进行三维混合,得混合干粉,备用。
三造粒
1将混合干粉用体积分数50~60%的食用酒精浸湿至相对湿度为40%过20目筛造粒;
2将造粒后的混合粉放在30~50℃的烘箱中干燥20~40min。
四压片
称取一定量的混合粉进行压缩、包装、灭菌,得到儿童专用蓝莓复合促生长咀嚼片。
本发明的特点是以蓝莓为主要原料,以维生素A、维生素D、菠菜、猕猴桃等为辅料,制备儿童专用蓝莓复合促生长咀嚼片。
蓝莓学名越橘,杜鹃花科越橘属植物。蓝莓果实中含有花色苷、原花青素、黄酮类、超氧化物歧化酶、熊果酸、糖、酸、脂类、蛋白质、维生素和矿物质等营养及活性成分,有“浆果之王”的美誉。蓝莓花青素具有清除自由基提高抗氧化酶活性、减少体内过氧化物含量和降低氧化应激水平等抗氧化功能;同时,蓝莓中富含微量元素锰,对骨骼发育起到关键作用。研究发现,喜欢吃蓝莓的儿童,其骨质密度高于不吃蓝莓的儿童。
蓝莓中富含微量元素锰,对骨骼发育起到关键作用;
奶粉中含有丰富的矿物质和钙等微量元素,钙磷比例适当,可促进人体对钙的吸收,增强骨骼钙化。
维生素A可促进发育,强壮骨骼,维护皮肤、头发、牙齿、牙床的健康。
维生素D可坚固骨骼,提高骨强度,防止驻牙、预防儿童佝偻病和老年骨质疏松症。
葡萄糖酸钙是一种有机钙,可用于补充人体生长发育需要的钙并且能够预防和治疗钙缺乏症。
胶原蛋白是人体所需的蛋白质也是骨骼的一种组成成分,可以有效地帮助人体吸收钙。
核桃粉中富含蛋白质、磷脂、锌、锰等微量元素,有健脑、益智的作用。
菠菜富含类胡萝卜素、维生素C、维生素K、矿物质(钙质、铁质等)、辅酶Q10等多种营养素,可促进儿童的正常发育。
猕猴桃中含有丰富的维生素C及钙、钾、锌等微量元素及人体需要的氨基酸,可满足儿童生长发育的需要。
上述原料可以对儿童期的孩子生长发育提供营养,本发明采用真空冻干技术,并具有体积小、口感好、食用方便、营养比例适当等特点,适合儿童期的孩子食用。
具体实施方式
下面对本发明的技术方案作进一步的说明,但并不局限于此,凡是对本发明技术方案进行修改或者等同替换,而不脱离本发明技术方案的精神和范围,均应涵盖在本发明的保护范围中。
实施例1:
本实施方式提供了一种儿童专用蓝莓复合促成长咀嚼片的制备,其制备方法包含以下操作步骤:
1制备蓝莓、猕猴桃、菠菜冻干粉
2混合粉的制备
取蓝莓50重量份、奶粉8重量份、葡萄糖酸钙15重量份、胶原蛋白12重量份、维生素A2重量份、维生素D 6重量份、核桃粉2重量份、菠菜1重量份、猕猴桃4重量份放入三维混合罐中进行三维混合40min,得混合干粉,备用。
3造粒
将混合干粉用体积分数为55%的食用酒精浸湿至相对湿度为40%过20目筛造粒;并放在37℃的烘箱中干燥40min,干燥后过20目筛,备用。
4混合粉的压缩
取3g混合干粉进行压缩、包装、灭菌,得到儿童专用蓝莓复合促成长咀嚼片,其直径为2.8cm,厚度0.5cm。
实施例2:
与实施例1不同的是,所述各原料配料表为:蓝莓40重量份、奶粉10重量份、葡萄糖酸钙20重量份、胶原蛋白15重量份、维生素A3重量份、维生素D 7重量份、核桃粉1.5重量份、菠菜1.5重量份、猕猴桃2重量份。
实施例3:
与实施例1不同的是,所述各原料配料表为:蓝莓60重量份、奶粉5重量份、葡萄糖酸钙10重量份、胶原蛋白10重量份、维生素A1重量份、维生素D 4重量份、核桃粉3重量份、菠菜2重量份、猕猴桃5重量份。
对比例1
与实施例1不同的是,所述各原料配料表为:蓝莓50重量份、树莓20重量份、木糖醇8重量份、β-环糊精10重量份、淀粉12重量份。
对比例2
与实施例1不同的是,所述各原料配料表为:奶粉8重量份、葡萄糖酸钙15重量份、胶原蛋白12重量份、维生素A2重量份、维生素D 6重量份、核桃粉2重量份、菠菜1重量份、猕猴桃4重量份、树莓20重量份、木糖醇8重量份、β-环糊精10重量份、淀粉12重量份。
实施例4
将上述促成长蓝莓复合咀嚼片在哈尔滨市4~14岁儿童中进行实验,总共选取200人,共分五组,每组40人,其中男性50%、女性50%,每人每次服用一片3g,每日三次,结果如下表所示:
上述身高增长值为实验组内平均值。从表中可以看出,实施例1制备的咀嚼片促成长效果最好,且其效果明显高于对比例1和对比例2的总和。

1.一种儿童专用蓝莓复合促成长咀嚼片,其特征在于:由以下重量份的原料制备而成:蓝莓40~60重量份、奶粉5~10重量份、葡萄糖酸钙10~20重量份、胶原蛋白10~15重量份、维生素A 1~3重量份、维生素D 4~7重量份、核桃粉1.5~3重量份、菠菜1~2重量份、猕猴桃2~5重量份。
2.根据权利1要求所述儿童专用蓝莓复合促成长咀嚼片,其特征在于:所述蓝莓为蓝莓冻干粉。
3.根据权利1要求所述儿童专用蓝莓复合促成长咀嚼片,其特征在于:所述猕猴桃为猕猴桃冻干粉。
4.根据权利1要求所述儿童专用蓝莓复合促成长咀嚼片,其特征在于:所述菠菜为菠菜冻干粉。
5.根据权利1要求所述儿童专用蓝莓复合促成长咀嚼片,其特征在于:所述蓝莓含量为50重量份。
