In order to prevent the existing brake disc from rusting, antirust oil is generally coated on the surface of the brake disc or paint spraying treatment is carried out; after the antirust oil is coated, the antirust oil is easy to volatilize, the antirust time is short, the antirust oil is easy to oxidize, the antirust effect is poor, and the antirust purpose cannot be achieved; when the paint spraying treatment is carried out, the paint film is thin, the brake disc after paint spraying is dry, hard and brittle, the paint film is easy to knock and fall off, and the defects of easy rusting, easy corrosion, short service life and the like still exist. The transfer device comprises a controller and a rack capable of doing lifting motion and transverse motion, a first guide rail is arranged on the rack, two grabbing structures which synchronously act are arranged on the first guide rail, each grabbing structure is provided with a clamping part capable of moving along the first guide rail and a mounting plate connected with the clamping part, a second guide rail is arranged on the mounting plate, and two clamping jaws which synchronously move along the second guide rail and are used for picking up and transferring a workpiece to a positioning jig of the drying device are arranged on the second guide rail; the first guide rail is used for preliminarily adjusting the position of the clamping jaw, and the second guide rail is used for accurately adjusting the position of the clamping jaw; the lifting movement direction, the transverse movement direction and the extension direction of the first guide rail and the second guide rail are arranged at an angle of 90 degrees with each other. Further, when the workpiece is picked up, the distance between the two clamping jaws on the mounting plate is matched with the distance between the two workpieces; in the process of transferring the workpiece, the distance between the two clamping jaws on the mounting plate is automatically corrected under the action of the controller to be matched with the distance between the adjacent positioning jigs on the conveying table of the drying device.
In order to prevent operation faults, a sensor used for sensing the limit position of the clamping jaw is arranged on the mounting plate. When the clamping jaw moves beyond the limit position, the warning is prompted, and the machine is automatically stopped.

The transfer device correspondingly transfers a group of sprayed workpieces to the positioning jig of the drying device through the lifting and transverse movement of the rack and the cooperation of the clamping jaws and the controller, so that the problems of inaccurate positioning, low efficiency, poor identity and the like caused by manual transfer are solved, and the requirements of actual production are met.

Referring to fig. 1 to 4, a dacromet coating and drying integrated device includes a coating device 91, a drying device 92, and a transfer device 93 disposed between the coating device and the drying device.
The coating device 91 includes: the spraying device comprises an annular conveying chain 1 arranged on the same plane, a plurality of mounting rods 2 arranged on the conveying chain 1 at intervals and used for mounting a workpiece 4 to be sprayed, a first motor 3 driving the conveying chain 1 to move in a stepping mode, a second motor 5 driving the mounting rods 2 and the workpiece 4 to move in a rotating mode, and a group of spray guns 6 for spraying the workpiece 4. A baffle 7 is also provided below the lance 6. The partition plate 7 is provided with a yielding groove 8 corresponding to the mounting rod, and when the mounting rod 2 moves to a specific station, the partition plate 7 extends out and enables the mounting rod 2 to be placed in the yielding groove 8. The partition board 7 is obliquely arranged on a horizontal plane, wherein the height of one side of the partition board 7 close to the mounting rod 2 is higher than that of one side of the partition board far away from the mounting rod 2. The drying device 92 includes: a dryer 94 and a conveyor 95 arranged in the downstream direction of the coating device for transferring the coated workpieces in the direction of the dryer, wherein a set of positioning fixtures 100 for placing the workpieces is arranged on the conveyor 95.
The transfer device 93 is used for transferring a group of sprayed workpieces to a positioning jig 100 of a conveying table of the drying device, and comprises a controller and a rack 101 capable of performing lifting motion and transverse motion; the frame is provided with a first guide rail 102 for preliminarily adjusting the position of the mechanical arm mechanism, and the first guide rail 102 is provided with two grabbing structures 103 which synchronously move.
The grasping structure 103 has: the clamping device comprises a clamping portion 104 capable of moving along a first guide rail 102, a mounting plate 105 connected with the clamping portion 104, a second guide rail 106 used for accurately adjusting the position of a mechanical arm mechanism is arranged on the mounting plate 105, and two clamping jaws 107 capable of synchronously moving along the second guide rail and used for picking up and transferring workpieces to a conveying table of the drying device are arranged on the second guide rail 106.
The lifting movement direction, the transverse movement direction and the extension directions of the first guide rail and the second guide rail are arranged at 90 degrees with each other.
When the workpiece is picked up, the distance between the two clamping jaws 107 on the mounting plate is matched with the distance S1 between the two workpieces; in the process of transferring the workpiece, the distance between the two clamping jaws on the mounting plate is automatically corrected to be matched with the distance S2 between the adjacent positioning jigs on the conveying table of the drying device under the action of the controller.
