技术领域
本发明属于木质家具油漆涂装技术领域,具体涉及一种仿古油漆涂抹方法。
背景技术
古典家具的工艺很大程度上是通过油漆工艺来实现的,传统的油漆涂装工序为白坯打磨→擦油色→上底漆→第二次打磨→擦格丽斯→上底漆→第三次打磨。传统的工艺工序多而复杂、涂装时间长、生产成本高,三道打磨工序,打磨灰尘多,污染工作环境,影响工人身体健康。因此,需要一种新的技术方案来解决上述技术问题。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题便是针对上述现有技术的不足,提供一种仿古油漆涂抹方法,它工艺简洁、加工方便快捷。
本发明所采用的技术方案是:一种仿古油漆涂抹方法,包括以下步骤,
(1)切料,将选出的坯料切割成需要的大小;
(2)打磨,对坯料表秒进行打磨处理,使表面光滑平整;
(3)喷涂仿古剂工序,对表面喷涂仿古剂,并烘干;
(4)喷涂底漆,在仿古剂上均匀喷涂底漆,并烘干;
(5)修整,对油漆表面进行打磨处理,使表面平整。
本发明简化了生产工序,减少材料的使用,节约了生产成本,缩短了油漆涂装时间,提高了生产效率。

实施例:一种仿古油漆涂抹方法,包括以下步骤,
a、选料,
b、切料,将选出的坯料切割成需要的大小;
c、打磨,对坯料表秒进行打磨处理,使表面光滑平整;
d、喷涂仿古剂工序,对表面喷涂仿古剂;
e、干燥,采用微波干燥装置烘干;
f、喷涂底漆,在仿古剂上均匀喷涂底漆;
g、干燥,采用微波干燥装置烘干;
h、修整,对油漆表面进行打磨处理,使表面平整。
作为优选,所述仿古剂由底漆、固化剂、稀释剂、色精和格丽斯组成。
本发明简化了生产工序,减少材料的使用,节约了生产成本,缩短了油漆涂装时间,提高了生产效率。

(1)切料,将选出的坯料切割成需要的大小;

(3)喷涂仿古剂工序,对表面喷涂仿古剂,并烘干;
(4)喷涂底漆,在仿古剂上均匀喷涂底漆,并烘干;
(5)修整,对油漆表面进行打磨处理,使表面平整。
